I have done multiple refis and by far this has been the best experience and process from the initial call to closing. Vivian is excellent to work with and her team is so communicative, it makes it that much easier. Her knowledge and advice gives you comfort as a client she is working in your best interest. Vivian and her team are thorough professionals and a team that I completely trust. I first met Vivian when she was the lender for a buyer on a listing that I represented the seller. She thoroughly impressed me with her creativity in running various scenarios related to the buyers, a skill rarely seen among lenders today. Even though we were unable to complete the transaction with those buyers - for reasons completely unrelated to Vivian - I was impressed by her efforts. I later started referring my “tough” situation clients to her and was met with great success. And I personally used the team for my own refinancing needs. This is my first time purchasing a home, and Exceed Landing provided immense help! Highly recommend.I worked with Ariel to process the loan. She was very clear on the documents needed, always responds SUPER fast, and was very patient when answering my questions.Below are a few qualities I really appreciate:Patience: I had many questions since this is my first time purchasing, and she made sure that I understood the process.Rate: They got me a really good interest rate. I also asked Ariel to recommend a home insurance agent, the agent they recommended was super responsive, was very patient when explaining the policy, and got me a good policy with a good premium as well.Speed: When I was still in the initial home shopping phase, I once wanted to bid on a house more expensive than what I planned for and needed a pre-approval letter with a higher amount than what they previously provided me. I contacted her, and she got me a new pre-approval letter right away. (Of course, the approval is dependent on each persons situation.)Communication: After escrow started, they were very prompt in providing updates and following up with necessary parties. The escrow was going to be closed way before the target date, the seller wasnt even ready to move out lol. They coordinated with the seller to adjust the close date so that it works for all of us.Super appreciative of their service! I dont take their responsiveness and patience for granted. If you want refinance your home, do it with Exceed Lending. All of their team members are very professional. Unlike other companies ask you for different documents everyday, they give you a list of required doc and their team members take care of the rest. They will also report the status of your loan every week. Believe me the whole processing is easier than getting a car loan!!! My husband and I were looking to buy an investment property and were referred to Jolin Bao by our real estate agent to check on the loan rate and get an pre-approval. We both had busy schedules during the day, so I texted Jolin at late night, expecting she would perhaps respond the next day the best scenario. (I had also contacted a couple other lenders and their agents were typically so. ) Jolin replied within minutes!! After I shared some basic information with her, she went above and beyond in offering to chat over the phone immediately, knowing that we both were too busy during the day for anything non-work related. In fact, in the next few days when there was a need for a phone call, Jolin always accommodated our schedules, and incredibly responsive. She is also incredibly efficient and reliable, and always makes sure that we are not blocked.In my experience of working with a dozen of loan agents, I’ve never had an agent as responsive, reliable, thoughtful as Jolin. Initial, my friend recommend me to one of the most famous funding company in San Grabiel Valley. I think they are not even read my files and issue a Pre-approval letter, when you selected a house and submit offer, I try to call him to asking for the document, left over 10+ voicemail, never receive any return call. At the midnight, he text me and said: sorry you guys not qualify for the loan, it will fail at Underwriting department.My agent told me to try Exceed Lending. With the same income, same jobs,.. we are runing 1 week later due to Escrow mistake, and closing 1 week earlier to the closing date. I just got the new house thanks to Exceed Lending team. But I needed this insurance immediately when I bought a house, so I immediately switched to a Chinese company and submitted the quote to the lender on the same day.
