My mother has been to every agency available in Oxnard and she has had the best experience with Exact Staff. They are responsive, courteous, and helpful. Her point of contact is Marvin Cortes who she only has good things to say about. Marvin is always more than willing to help my mom out with anything, which makes her life easier as a Spanish speaking contracted worker. We are very grateful for him!

Exact Staff in Oxnard is great! Ive felt like just a number at other temp agencies in the past, but this office is much more. They have a personal touch that made my job search much less stressful. The staff helped me get set up in their system, has always made sure I get paid on time and has assisted me in a timely, friendly manor every time.And my recruiter - she is amazing!! I went in on a Thursday and Cindy told me she would call me on Tuesday after everything was checked out. Never heard from her again. Went in next week on a Wednesday and got the run around. I asked for Cindy and magically wasen’t there. They told me to call back in 15 to 20 minutes. I called back they put me on hold for a couple of minutes and magically Cindy still wasen’t there. They took my name and number and still haven’t heard from them. Thanks appreciate it!

I didnt like the way the service is its like they dont care your just another number why because I was told Ill be on the list for next upcoming jobs 3 months later no calls back I called 2-3 times within those months and it was the same person saying the same thing Ill put you on the list and will give you a call as soon as possible worst agency ever

If you want to get a job, it is not a good place because you have to apply, fill out the application, I say there is a job and then they tell you to look at another agency because they dont have anything available. My hard-working people, dont waste your time in these agencies 📈 I was very clear.
