Havent been to the Gardena location, and almost immediately, I received a temporary job for two weeks. The employees are kind, caring, and patient. The company has good quality as far as their system and customer service, and taste for hire. Also the routing on their direct deposit is fast, easy, and simple. I would recommend exact staff, for employment.

Their personal is awesome to work with if you approach them with a positive and respective attitude. They answered all my questions and concerns when i first applied. Hello everyone I rate this agency at a 0 due to the simple fact that the women that work inside this office their customer service skills are very low and short, you try to get out a questions and they really cut you off in the process of you asking a question, I think that is very rude. Second is that, its almost like they program to repeat the same damn line all the time. when someone calls oh, that person is at lunch, call back in 3 hours.who the hell takes a three hour lunch. and they also tell you, Let me take down your number and I will have them give you a call back and they never call you back. I just think whoever runs this building or whoever is the boss of this faculty, they really need to come down and have a sit down with all the ladies in the office just to go over some customer service skills with them. and also the way they approach conversations over the phone, I really find it very rude and unprofessional.

Rate this place a 0. First off one of the operators wasn’t being very informative about what I was asking then made another operator speak to me to “help” me instead. The 2nd operator was extremely rude and had a horrible attitude. She would ask me something and as soon as I answered she’d cut me off (she did this more than 5 times). Don’t understand why they have people with that kind of attitude answering calls to “help” people.

Place is terrible. Said I had a job and never called me back for it very unorganized the moment they call me I missed they call and called back 12 minutes later and they say they are on lunch. I call back and they say someone took the position I applied for. They call me back asking for people other than me which means they get they phone numbers mixed up.
