A few years ago, I was matched with a job through Exact Staff. It was during the pandemic, and I was a college student. I had my ups and downs with Exact Staff, but I decided to contact them this year. I am happy to say that their customer service and HR skills have improved. For someone that is motivated to work as soon as possible, I certainly recommend contacting Exact Staff.

Rita at the Gardena office is very unprofessional. She doesnt follow up with clients on potential jobs & she is very vague in how she explains what to expect next when it comes to actually working on a job site. Its almost like she knows something the potential candidate doesnt and has something to hide! She also seems very overwhelmed & in my opinion. Nice lady but the job doesnt seem like its for her!

Worked with the wonderful Max Malik. He was amazing in working through the entire process, from establishing the resume to scheduling interviews. I have never gone with a staffing agency, and was extremely hesitant at first. The associates over the phone were so kind and informative. After going in for an interview, I met with The wonderful Kaitlyn. I have never had someone be so kind, attentive, and helpful during this process. She helped set me up with all the paperwork and made the on boarding process so smooth. Since getting employed, Kaitlyn has been so consistent with following up and doing little check ins with me. Hands down one of the most wonderful agencies out there filled with people who truly care about their clients and associates, treating everyone with respect and doing all they can to ensure that people are placed in positions most fit for their wants and skillsets. I had been looking for employment for a few weeks before I was referred to exact staff where I spoke with Addison. Within a a few days Addison and the team at Exact Staff was able to land me a interview and within the fist few days, and within a week I was able to find employment with a good pay salary. They were able to find a place of employment were I was able to use my abilities, knowledge, and work experience at the place of employment I was applying for. My recruiter, Addison was a 10/10 for his work he put in. Jennifer the manager at the Woodland Hills office is unprofessional. Zero management material. I think she only qualified because she spoke Spanish. My thoughts after our initial contact was that she was just one of the regular workers here, found out that she was the manager. She didnt ask pertinent questions and her follow up skills are below par. She never returns calls. Its true, today they give out titles instead of raises, shes living proof. If you want a professional staffing agency that runs on good employee/client relations do not sign with this company. Jennifer, my advice to you: get HR training and lose weight. You are representing and employed at a staffing agency not the corner carneceria. If a staffing company hires people like you what kind of people do they send out on assignments? Plus, this Woodland Hills office does not even validate parking. Try Apple One or the many other employee staffing agencies in Los Angeles there are dozens to choose from that will provide a professional experience for both the employees and the client/ company needing staffing help. Max and Nancy were very helpful and professional hopefully theyll one day replace her.

Excellent staffing agency. I was lucky enough to have Liz the branch manager interview me. I really wasnt sure what to expect as this was my first time using a staffing agency. I wasnt expecting to hear from her till the following week. The next day she called and said she had a job for me. I couldnt believe it she had everything ready for me to start Monday. The only problem I have a part time night job and the finish time would be too late. She said to think about it over the weekend. I called her Monday and asked her if I could start earlier and leave earlier. She called me back 5 minutes later and said no problem.I am so happy that I landed upon this agency. While in the office I could see the communication between the staff for one common goal: to get people work. Thru Lizs leadership you can see this is a well oiled machine. Even though their was corona virus everywhere, exact staff managed to get me employment. not only that but they made the interview process very convenient during these uncertain time. when i made an error on my time card to input my hours there was a lot of support to help me get it fixed so that i could get paid on time. the staff is also very helpful by phone which helps if you have questions. i am going to miss them. i hope one day you will miss them too.

Rude receptionist, will not look you in the face when she is speaking to you, she made it very difficult to understand her. I asked what she said, so I could continue the process, she snapped back and told me she couldnt hear me either. Obviously is she responded, she could hear me fine, she had the rudest tone and you could tell she does not care what you have to say.

If i could give it no stars i would. this place sent me on an assignment, Miguel Aguilar told me to wear sneakers when i shouldve been told to wear steel toe boots, he also tells me its a permanent job and eight hours.the one day assignment was completed in 4hrs and my foot is swollen. i wouldnt recommend this place to nobody. nice building but they place you anywhere and will tell you anything. youve been warned

Truly, if you are looking for a staffing service, look anywhere else but here. As a former employee, I can attest to the unprofessionalism that runs rampant throughout all of their offices. Their servers are always down (not sure how a business can function if nothings ever working), and they treat the employees terribly. A very disappointing business indeed.
