I worked with Evo21Re to find a rental place in West LA and the Hawthorne area as part of the relocation benefit I received from the company that recently hired me. They identified a set of apartments within my budget in the area. On the day of the visit, I met Ruud, who accompanied me to various locations. Everything was very organized and well-planned. All apartment managers had been informed ahead of time and were expecting us. We were also able to visit many places in a short amount of time. Excellent communication and enjoyable conversation made the tour a fun experience.

Ruud was amazing in helping me find a place in DTLA! He took care of everything from scouting available apartments that suited my needs and taste to contacting the building managers for touring appointments and driving me around on the day of the tours. Since I had never been to LA before, his deep understanding of the area helped a lot in forming a decision as well. Highly recommend the services of this nice man.

Moving from NY to LA is not easy, but working with Ruud and Annaliza made the process more seamless than we thought possible! They were a pleasure to work with, were knowledgeable about the market and the area we were interested in living in and were very helpful with making sure we saw all the best homes within our budget. Ruud is absolutely amazing! My fiancé and I needed to find an apartment since we were relocating here for work. Being from the east coast, we were unfamiliar with the area and needed a lot of help with choosing not only an apartment but the location. Ruud sent us an itinerary for the day of our apartment search outlining each option including the commute it would be for each of us! Ruud from Evo 21 was my relocation agent for a work move from Seattle to LA in late 2018. He was both extremely knowledgable of LAs many neighborhood locales as well as very perceptive for what I was looking for, even when I wasnt sure myself. As I was seeking a walkable vibe similar to Seattle with a reasonable commute to work, Ruud recommended a few neighborhoods and then started sampling listings my way. After a few rounds of prompt responsive communication, we had honed in on the townhome style setup I was looking for. Ruud then coordinated a compilation of the most suitable properties and spent 10 hours driving me around to visit the appointments he had setup. I felt like I was in an episode of House Hunters. Along the way he pointed out red flags, added context to the neighborhoods, and ultimately helped me find my dream location in Silver Lake. Ill absolutely be using Ruud again when its time to buy.
