***The fishing section closes at 630pm when the store closes at 8pm!***I checked online and on their ad prior to arrival, and nothing was mentioned about the fishing section closing early. This info should be posted, especially for someone who is traveling from far away.Why would the worker ask what fish items I was looking for if the fishing section was already closed? He gave me the impression that he was going to look for the items for me. He was an interesting fella...I came back the next day and wasnt impressed with the fishing section. They are either the same price as other places or more expensive. They didnt have some of the things I was looking for. Its all mostly deep sea fishing stuff.This place has a cool entrance, setup like youre walking into a video game. They have a tank filled with beautiful fish.Customers mostly come here for the airsoft products.The store was clean and organized. Theres sufficient parking.

Got my first airsoft here. Very friendly and helpful people who are always willing to help everyone choose your preferred airsoft or airgun. My first experience here was very happy, and I gave them an idea of what I would like to start with a first airsoft, and they choose the most perfect fit for me! I am very satisfied with my purchase and will always come back here.

I gave 5 stars because I liked the website, and was able to easily research and compare the products I wanted to purchase for my sons. The products were a great price, great quality and arrived earlier than expected. However, the boxes arrived crushed and partially open, and though the rifles and batteries were undamaged, at least half of the ammunition was missing, due to the caps popping off the cartons in shipping. I will DEFINITELY order more products from you, but I urge you to take a look at packing methods, possibly add more filler in the future. Cant have the boys running out of ammo! 😉

I am extremely disappointed by my first visit. None of the items I was looking for were on the showroom floor. I was not aware that after the first 15 minutes in the store that I had to sign in at the front to even talk to an associate. Another 10 minutes pass and I ask another customer how things work there. He was kind enough to point me to the express ordering station. I was able to quickly find the items I needed and went to print my order but it was not working. I advised Steven, one of the counter associates and advised him the printer was not working. He said yeah the network was down. So they were aware and didnt put up a sign at the computer station or advise anyone of the situation. He advised me to wait in line and he would take my order. After placing my order he said feel free to look around while you wait for your order. I asked on the status of my order a little after 4pm and said is there any way to get my order, my gf had then come inside since she was tired of waiting as well. She mentioned I had been waiting over an hour and he rudely replied, so has everyone else. I told him cancel my order and left. We drove up from Bakersfield and stopped on the way to Ontario. From my point of view. One, only one front cashier handling customers, occasionally there was a second associate but was doing something other than cashing out customers. Extremely poor customer service. Why are customers having to wait so long just to get a few items? Someone needs to seriously examine the efficiency of the way things are run and make some changes. I have never experienced retail sales like this anywhere. For a first time customer, this is not a good experience for myself or anyone else. I witnessed several other customers leave in frustration as well. Potentially you lost some good sales and repeat customers. Now you have frustrated people like me that wont have anything good to say about your business and will probably tell others not to shop there. Saturday probably being a very busy day, management seriously needs to make adjustments to make sure your staff is adequately providing good customer service. I also called a day prior. Customer service never mentioned the fact that I could place an order for will call or that I would have to wait for my order or anything else on how to make my experience easier and more efficient.

Joeseph and Justin were very helpful. Very pleased with the experience from today with the exception of one thing**my biggest turn off from my experience was that Steven helped me out the last time I was here and he double charged me for an item I only asked and received one of.. Over $200+!!! which was able to be resolved.. however I did have to return the next day and drive over 40 miles again for his mistake... Thankfully Joe was the one who helped me at the front desk the day after and made sure everything was accurate.But again today a week later, Steven helped me out at the desk today to pull some items from warehouse that I was going to buy.. The whole interaction I could see that he was borderline rude and I really DO NOT like his attitude..!!! Especially after telling him about his mistake from my last visit and asked if he remembered me, which he did.. He seemed very annoyed.. Like DUDE SHOW SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APOLOGIZE FOR YOUR MISTAKE!!**Besides the bad experience I have had dealing with Steven, all the other associates were helpful and made up for it.. Still will return again as the store is really awesome with basically everything out on display (Tons of stuff)

I’ve been searching the Evike website since I was 10 years old looking at Airsoft stuff, and finally got the money as an adult to purchase a full load out. I was passing through LA for a day so figured I’d stop into the Superstore and check off a childhood dream. The store is pretty cool, you can view about 60% of all the guns they have available. A lot of the gear is limited but given their inventory size it would be very difficult to display such quantity.Upon entering you’re given a check in number to wait in line with while browsing the store. When your number is called, a sales associate will help you all the way until purchase. I like this style as it guarantees a worker will be helping you when you want them to. My designated associate was Steven. He was very helpful and took down my full order and then made recommendations/asked questions based on what I wanted out of my kit. He advised me going with a different chest carrier, PEQ laser, and an entirely different gun. He was very knowledgeable in the department of gun internals and helped guide me away from one GBBR towards another that I could modify with better parts, to perform better, for hundreds of dollars less. He also has experience with real fire arms (as do I) so I trust what he says.The process was very direct and swift, and everyone was joyful and in a good mood. The store was king of empty so it felt weird being one of the only people there, but they made it feel welcoming and inviting.I would recommend visiting the store if you have the time. Although, they cannot modify your weapon on-the-spot if you purchase internal mods. It requires a waiting period due to the amount of guns they are working on, and Steven said it would be about 5-7 days for them to get your gun finished. Please note this if plan on buying mods on site.

Purchased product that didnt fit and agreed to just exchange item, but claimed they received “spider traps” in the package instead of the item I shipped back. They switched labels on the boxes and are so cheap they choose to lie/steal from their customers. If no agreement comes of this issue, I will seek legal assistance.

Customer service was great. Bought a gun that was documented to have problems out the gate, had one of said problems appear with the gun, had a return for store credit made, and bought a more reliable gun with the store credit. All within 3 weeks and during holiday/peak season, so I am really impressed with their customer service.

Drove two hours to have Steven with the tech desk absolutely save my weekend. So helpful to have a reliable and knowledgeable team to fix a major issue on the spot. Even effectively upsold me on parts to upgrade my Airsoft shotgun! Will return and continue to support because of the swift assistance and smile.
