Sam is very good in explaining the repair process and he was prompt in fixing my broken laptop 👩‍💻 he seems to be very detailed and hands on. He also replaced the hard drive clicks fast now and he left my laptop shiny clean 😃 My laptop opens and closes nicely now I got it be very careful and caring with it! PS don’t wait til is super broken because it maybe to late to salvage. I got lucky to have ran into Sam’s shop. Great service at fair price ! Thanks !!April

My son is a gamer and needed a gaming PC put together. Sam was super knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. The service was completed in a timely manner. We were given wise advice about some components we needed to purchase to make sure everything would be compatible. Sam helped us browse through Amazon to pick the rights parts and at what price made sense. The best part is when we went to pick up, Sam walked my son through the ins and outs of his new PC. He was so kind to take the time to teach my son all about his computer. This service was also very reasonably priced. We scored on finding this service! I highly recommend Everest! We will be back!

Sam was very helpful. Went in thinking my hard drive was broken. He was quick in identifying my problem and fixing it in the same day. He kept me informed and even supplied photos of my computer and it’s issues.Once the work was complete and during pickup he advised me on proper computer placement on my table as well as supplied info on my computers stats as well as what to watch for.In the event my computer breaks again he will be my first go to guy. Thank you Sam.

Sam is my new hero, he fixed my 9 year old, slow processing lap top to a speedy lap top by changing the hard drive. I no longer have to wait for accessing my lap top everything is super fast, thank you Sam, he is my go to computer tech.He also fixed a tablet I had, it was a new tablet but I never used it. It asked for a pin but I dont recall putting a pin code so I was never able to use it, I brought to Sam, miracle worker and he was able to get rid of pin.Hes super fast in his repairs and prices are very reasonable.Thanks Sam

My laptop was done and not repairable due to my fault, Sam called me right away and told me the situation. I was already stressed because I work from home and this was my only laptop. Sam offered to sell me one of his refurbished laptops at a great price and I took him on it, he took the time to explain everything the laptop can do and I was really happy about it. To make the day even better my job offered to pay for laptop. I will recommend him to all my family and friends if they have compurt issues. Thanks Sam!

Excellent customer service and proper work on my PC. I took an older model HP Pavillion about 8-9 years old. Just for an upgrade with new software. Sam went above and beyond and cleaned it spotless, even went ahead and upgraded some internals not just the hard drive but a new fan as well. Also helped me after hours when I had trouble with my computer monitor (work not related to my PC) he walked me through on how to work a single screen or split screen monitors. The price was great. Very knowledgeable on computers. Honest work. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Prior to calling everest repair. I Called another computer repair place closer to me, but the person who answered didnt sound very friendly and didnt really wanna answer any questions over the phone. When I called everest, I knew Sam was the guy. He was very friendly. Sounded very knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions over the phone. My comupter was fixed the following morning and running great. Thanks Sam!

Seriously the BEST computer repair. My expensive laptop was f....d after I dropped it but he figured a way to start back up like new. So grateful. Wont go anywhere else but him. Price to repair was extremely reasonable, probably to cheap so I tipped. My first review of anyone and I felt he deserved it. Go here first.
