6 months ago my father was honored and laid to rest with the assistance of Evans-Brown Mortuary, Sun City. My fathers passing was not expected so my mom and I were not prepared to handle any of the arrangements, if it wasnt for the Mortuary staff I dont think we could have done it with such ease. Luckily, my father had already made his arrangements with this mortuary; in a box I found a card with instructions to call the number upon his passing. At the hospital the nurse pulled me to the side and asked who was going to be picking up my father, I had no clue what to do, I gave the nurse that card I found and from that moment this mortuary took care of everything. We were blessed to have the support from all the staff, Justin was my guardian Angel through it all. I know my dad was looking down, appreciating the fact that they honored his every wish and that the staff was so respectful and honest with his wife and child. Justin went above and beyond for my dad. They handled my fathers remains with the utmost care and respect, they called and asked me how dad liked his face shaved and hair done, I felt like he was still with us for a brief moment. The video was so easy to create using the Mortuarys provided video editing software. I can go on and on, I would highly recommend Sun City location to anyone needing these services, its the worst part of life but with this Mortuary youll get through it a little easier. I cant say enough great things about Justin, some of my tears were caused by Justin but they were good tears because he was so good to my dad and honored him not only at the service but on the day I picked up his ashes, treated my dad like family. I appreciate you all. Love and miss you dad.

April 2024 - Evans Brown Mortuary Lake Elsinore branch was a complete package when we booked them for my father’s funeral/viewing. Monica Arrenquin was very professional,helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She always keep us posted and gets back to us when we message her. The venue was newly renovated and was able to accompany our big group of family and friends comfortably with enough space in the kitchen, dining area and the program area. My dad would have loved the whole setup( viewing).He got cremated the following week and returned to us in a wooden urn we chose. Provided with all the necessary documents for us to fly him home. We were finally able to bring him home.They even follow up and check on our family after the service. He’s finally at his resting place with our dear Lord. Overall, excellent service, staff(Monica, Tom and Veronica). Thank you again Evans Brown Mortuary Lake Elsinore branch!!!

This has been a very emotional time in my life. Taking care of my mother, sharing in her journey of entering into hospice care in our home for 3 months, to a sudden end.I am so thankful and grateful to have had the experienced people at Evans-Brown Mortuary, Guide me with all the difficult decisions that needed to be made for my mother’s wishes.They are very comforting, professional and knowledgeable, with all of my questions I had and made it an easier time. They have reached out to me after her cremation, checking on how I am doing.I am so beyond grateful they were here in my mother’s end and to assist me with the final details.

I want to thank all the staff from Evans Brown Mortuary Sun City, we didnt know how my fathers service was going to go or what to do. Everyone was so nice, caring, and extremely helpful. My father received a beautiful farewell thanks to you all. God bless everyone one of you. We couldnt ask for anything more. By the way the escorts also did an amazing job. I was very impressed.

I chose Evans-Brown to care for the remains of my wife. They picked up the body quickly and carefully and then followed our instructions to cremate it. We met with Justin who offered us a full line of services including contacting the Panamanian Consul to obtain entry papers for her remains to be placed in the family crypt. Justin was friendly, helpful, concerned, and, at the same time, did not push any services upon us that we did not need. They have followed up, concerned that we receive all the help we need during this time of grieving.

We have worked with Evans-Brown Mortuary Sun City three times now and each time, they have treated my family with dignity and respect. They walked us through the whole process and were very knowledgeable and open every step of the way. The communication was superb. We worked with Desiree and she worked diligently night and day in order to get what our family needed on all three occasions. They showed empathy, compassion, and understanding throughout our family’s time of need.

Our 3 months old daughter, Galilee River Rude went to heaven due to SIDS on 1/12/24.The whole staff at Evans Brown were extremely professional and compassionate. Isabelle was our funeral coordinater she was brilliant, warm, helpful, and humble and truly made our daughters special day feel like a celebration of life.

I live out of town and had my husband’s funeral at their Bakersfield location. And even though I wasn’t using their facility the staff at Evens -Brown were very helpful to my family and I with Questions, concerns and very helpful in the planning of my husband’s funeral. So I highly recommend them. They will go above and beyond to make sure they help you with any funeral plans, or questions you may have.

Hi all people reading this review.My family and me suffered a lost of our loved daughter weeks ago, this alone is a traumatic non easy recovery trauma.Getting support from our Lord started to make all necessary adjustments for funeral arrangements. Been seated on the office doing this parts was hard already…BUT with people like Isahia, who made 80% of the process and Desiree who take care our questions, give us support on the emotional side plus Richard who handles the cemetery part and transportation, made ALL this transition happened with a warm human sense on all the way.For all people who was worked directly or indirectly with us, we want only bless for them and they families to helped us on our difficult time.God bless all.The Coba family .
