I had my front bumper, hood & windshield damaged in an accident one day. My insurance recommended Eurotech as one of the businesses to do the repair and after reading reviews I chose them. Im so glad I did, they did an amazing job. My car is old 2010 and they brought it back to life, looks great! They also had superior communication while they had my car & fixed it in less than a week WOW!!!! Dont hesitate

We received excellent service and had good communication from the beginning with Nathalie in front reception and from our advisor Carlos. We first used Eurotech more than 15 years ago, when their body shop was located across the street on Artesia, since then they have moved to their current location. This is our 2nd time using them. AAA had sent me to another repair shop and I requested for Eurotech to do all the repairs from previous experience. Their service has not changed, they continue to be professional and we were update by phone and by text on the status of our truck repair. all repairs were replaced by original parts for my 2008 GMC Yukon. My truck was cleaned and detailed. Highly recommended repair facility. Thank you for another good experience.

I just had my Dodge Journey repaired here. I was impressed from start to finish with the job they did. The repairs, the paint match, and overall finish is perfection. They had the job done on time, and they communicated very well all along the way. This company has this hole process down to perfection. Referred by MY AAA insurance. Brought my 1 month old 2024 Lexus es f-sport in for easy bumper fix. Production manager for some reason had worker take off seals from rear door. It rained for 3 days. My car sat outside in rain. Came in to check on my car and I was the one that found out my interior was soaking wet. I went back and forth with AAA service and production manager. Their solution was to dry it out with heat and time. I had to mention getting an attorney involved if they didn’t tear out the carpet and check underneath. I literally had ti go back and pull back my carpet and have them stick their hands underneath to see the amount of water damage that was sustained in those 3 days of rain. Finally I got them to take action. Full carpet replacement. Extra time added on to a 1-2 week number repair. Almost a month in and car not ready. I made my second payment on a brand new luxury car while driving a rental from enterprise that smelled like snoop dogs ash tray. Not happy at all a that point. I called in as much as I could to check in my car. When it was done I found another problem wrong emblems and tags. I wasn’t surprised at this point. Will need to be ordered and changed with carpet. I will be driving a rental for another week while they change carpet and emblem. Hoping for no more issues.

On October 12, 2021 I turned in my Lexus ES350 for body damage resulting from a Not at fault collision. My estimator managed expectations with me that parts and the supply chain was an opportunity in the industry. I accepted the possibility of experiencing delays on repairs.I turned my vehicle in and Eurotech set me up with a ride to Enterprise rent a car. 13 days later on November 4 th, 2021 my car was perfectly repaired like new. I am extremely satisfied and the shop exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated all the daily texts with a percentage of completion status update.The whole experience was very positive. I highly recommend Eurotech to fix your vehicle in the middle of this pandemic.They provided an excellent experience and performed with excellence!Thank you!

I requested an estimate and brought car in December 2023. They had no record of my visit when I called to follow up on the estimate. I brought the car back again on 1/8/24 to redo the estimate process. When I called to follow up as there had not been a call to me, I was told they cannot work on the vehicle and had to go back to the insurance adjuster. It was a waste of my time to go to Eurotech! I dont recommend them.

Easy drop off, estimate was accurate, enterprise rental picked me up from EUROTECH. Everything was easy. They had my car ready 8 days before the promised date! When I went to pick it up I was able to leave my enterprise rental there and just drive off in my impeccably repaired car. Incredibly happy with the process and thankful it wasn’t a headache. The work they did was great.

To start off I really want to thank this shop for making my car look fresh again. The paint job was amazing. All the scratches and swirls were removed. When I got my vehicle back I did run into a couple of little issues that needed to get adjusted but as soon as I took my vehicle back, they got on it and got to work right away like I said, I appreciate all the hard work they put into making my vehicle look like this as long as you let them take their time and don’t rush them. I guarantee your vehicle will come out looking perfect. The shop was close to my house and it was convenient, the rental car place is literally right around the corner. The staff is so nice if you have any questions about your vehicle you can call them and they will answer you, I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area that needs any repairs on their vehicles.

Clean front office, friendly staff, constant communication and updates, fair pricing, work was done quickly (they even ordered parts ahead of time when they could), and always available to answer our question. I would give them twenty stars if I could. When we picked up the car, it was ready for us and we were in and out in 15 minutes. They went over repairs with us and handed us the keys to a car that looked brand new! Our 2014 Honda was washed and cleaned inside and out.

I had to bring my car(Hyundai Elantra) in after being backed into in a parking lot. The front bumper and headlight needed to be replaced. I actually asked my insurance(triple A) if this was an authorized repair place because I had brought my car here around 10 years ago(covered under a different insurance company at the time) and they did an excellent job. This time they didn’t disappoint. My car was dropped off on a Wednesday and the car was ready by the next Thursday. Excellent customer service. Carlos is who took care of my car and he did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I completely recommend eurotech.

I was referred to Eurotech by AAA so I came in to get an estimate after someone hit my car. I made an appointment that same day I called, got an estimate within 20 min of being there and was given great customer service by everyone. By the end of the day I then get the approval from the insurance to go about with the repairs and I call them schedule an appointment and they are able to book me in soon.On the day of my repairs I was given an amount of time as to how long this would take. All of the staff was kind and honest and seemed like they really cared. I got frequent texts and calls updating me on the status of my car while it was in the shop and that was so helpful.My car ended up being fixed a day early and they called me right before they closed to come pick it up. They washed my car and made the bumper look better than it did before it was hit. I was amazed by not only how kind all of the staff was but also by the outstanding work they did on my car. It was the quickest process ever and I’m so happy with everything! Thanks Eurotech!

They installed a catalytic converter on my truck, it was finished the next day. The battery was dead after sitting for 2 1/2 months, so they charged the battery over night. They washed the truck and even filled the tires to turn off the tire light.

Leslie and the whole team at Eurotech did an excellent job in repairing my vehicle after someone hit my car. The insurance provided a list of approved vendors and Eurotech was the one I chose. Leslie was the case manager who completed the inspection and managed the process with my insurance company. I was able to go back to work right away. Also from the process with the rental car company that was handled where Enterprise rental at the bellflower location and Cole, got me into the rental and back to work without any down times. Worst customer service every receive, I was referred by a local mechanic and upon arrival asked to leave my contact information and i would receive a call back within the hour, 3 hours later I had to contact the store myself and they had lost my contact information. When i asked for an estimate appointment they had nothing available for the next two week. With an epic failure on service from the beginning you would hope they would have appoints available or walk-in. I would love to speak with the GM terrible service. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED

I took my Ford Explorer to get the bumper fixed after a small collision, it was all fine the work was done but when I picked up the truck we notice the control screen for the AC system was not working. We immediately show the manager. He said to wait and if anything will reload if not to take it back so they can check it. We took it back and after a week long wait and after I reach out to him, the manager said he talked to the dealership and google that this system will eventually fail. That they were gonna take no responsibility for it not working anymore. I do understand everything in a car will eventually fail but when I was taken in it was working fine so I feel this way as a complete lack of responsibility for this place of business. I will never recommend to my friends. He practically gave me an excuse because I talked to sever ford dealers and they all say they will never say that over the phone with out first diagnosis the vehicle. Lack of professionalism. Not good business do not take your car there.

SERVICE: A sophisticated high end Auto Body Shop for fixing damage from an accident.========I will never go to any other auto body shop, since every aspect of their busines integrates technology to simplify the customer experience of repairing your car after an accident.I have auto insurance with AAA, and I just finished AAAs customer experience survey of EuroTech for fixing my Toyota RAV4. In every category I gave EuroTech top marks, since they:= returned my car 2 days early;= provided me with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the car;= handled all the paperwork with AAA;= ordered and then inspected the rear bumper before I brought the car in;= kept me informed during each phase of their repairs, through both text messages and phone calls;= had my car washed, even though it was raining when they did it;This is why I have exclusively used EuroTech to fix car accident damage for more than 25 years.

The office is nice and the staff are courteous and friendly.the only down side was that they kept calling my husband about the car, when I was the one who signed all the paperwork, dropped off the car, and gave my number. In fact, my husband didnt get the voicemail that said my car was finished until three days later! that was annoying. I had to drive the stupid rental I had much longer than I wouldve liked. But, they apologized. mistakes happen.It didnt sour the experience, and they made it right. Id go back.

I had a positive experience with this company. The customer service was top tier all around. Everyone working there is very helpful and they stay on top of keeping in touch with you. I damaged the front of my vehicle after running over a parking block. Didn’t know so much damage could be done from that seeing as this is my first vehicle. Will definitely be more careful from here on out. Anyway, I turned my car in as soon as they opened on Monday and it was ready by Thursday around 2 PM. My car was washed and detailed, which I am thankful for. They also took care of whatever issues I was having with my engine. I was surprised to see that the check engine light was no longer on, but also very thankful. I had to pay out of pocket for my repairs, so if you happen to run over a parking block then expect to pay around the mid $1,400-$1,500 range. It all depends on the amount of damage though. Either way, they were honest about the cost every step of the way. They even called me to explain that my estimate had changed. Surprisingly, the cost ended up being the first estimate I received so this company is fair about their prices.

I dropped offy car due to a collision and after a few days they called me only to tell me they dont work on Hyundais or kia vehicles due to the paint issues they have. They explained they dont work on cars that have had prior work or that need paint work due to Hyundai poor paint. Even though they had Hyundai and kia vehicles there being worked on.

My car was sent here after a wreck. My auto insurance company paid them to fix it and instead of fixing it up n a timely fashion they pocketed the insurance money and kept lying about how they couldn’t find the part. Come to find out the part was readily available but they were just waiting for a cheaper price even though my insurance company gave the correct amount to fix it. So they are basically thieves when it comes to property and insurance money. I heard that I’m not they only person that they have done this to. It’s a scam that they’re pulling and obviously getting away with it. They had my car for practically 3 months. And when they pushed and pushed to do their job my car was miraculously done in less than a week. I don’t know how anyone is giving this place high marks with their lack of professionalism and ethics.

This location is very unprofessional. I called 3 weeks ago to make an appointment with them on July 29th. When I made the appointment they said my insurance was accepted. I confirmed with them on July 28th for my appointment only for them to cancel my appointment that same day due to my insurance not being accepted. The girls who helped me out was “Angela” and was very rude. She disregarded my distress caused by them. If they knew my insurance wasn’t a contracted insurance they should’ve told me the moment I made my appointment, instead of stringing me along thinking I’d get my car fixed. I was told that they would paint the whole front bumper since it was going to be taken off, turns out that they left a center piece and you can tell cause it looks dull. Then i was told that they spot paint the area, cause I point out certain areas that have runs that werent there before. This isnt the first bad experience with this shop. I hit a tire on the freeway on my way to work. Eurotech replaced the front and a lot on stuff you dont see and completed a front end alignment. At under 20,000 miles I had taken my car to Just Tires for the 1st alignment (maintenance) and got it back with my steering wheel crooked. Eurotech fixed that, too! Had an insurance claim to make a bumper repair. They painted the whole bumper including the area some of affected areas but not all saying that it was not an affected area that was covered by the insurance. Though Im not sure what made the representative think that since he acts like he was at the accident but the insurance had to get involved in order to fix any issues with the bumper since its all one piece. They tried to fix the more visible things but the other imperfections were only sprayed with the paint but didnt receive actual body work to correct the issues. Took them 4 times before everything was fixed before I finally took the car although their paint matching skills arent all that great. They probably used any white coloring they were able to find because its a little off.

Stay away from this body shop. 6 months after my accident I still do not have my car repaired. Sloppy work from the start. Making idiotic excuses when I talked to the manager Kevin who gave me the run around so that they wouldnt have to redo the work. They tried refinishing one of my wheels which had very minor cosmetic damage but instead completely changed the look and texture of the finish. They were supposed to get me a new wheel but never did. Had to go through my insurance to make it happen. Complete waste of time dealing with typical car garage scamming and incompetent people.

If i could give a negative start i would this becarfull when going to this place.I got in a very bad accident and the toe truck took my car to the closest dealership which was kia cerritos and they send me to this boddy shop for inspection but these people sneakly abused my situation of being a women with a undrivable vehicle and coming staright out of an accident, without explaining me anything and providing me informatinons they got signature from me and lied saying its for inspection then later after inspection when i was going to pik up my car found out they got signature to fix my car and they want to charge me for fees .
