Gil’s team worked on my Audi Q3. They conducted an overall inspection, completed the necessary work, and offered me a fair price. This shop will likely become my go-to for my car’s needs. They are professional, honest, dependable, and friendly. In my opinion, it’s the best mechanic shop in the valley.

These are my boys!! I have never felt more at ease and confident in the condition of my vehicle until I met Gil and his team. I came to them originally for a second opinion in regards to a potential coolant leak on my Volkswagen Jetta. I was able to call and start being assisted later the same day. Throughout the entire process, they were honest and communicative.In the end, they were able to identify the correct source of the issue vs what a previous place had told me. And when we got the car repaired, the prices for parts and labor were upfront and very reasonable. I had my car fixed within the week! Ive been returning to these guys ever since for regular maintenance and any car concerns Ive had. Its super easy to call and be able to get the car looked at. Ive never felt more at ease at an auto repair shop than at Euro Plus Automotive. :)

Backstory: Daughter visits LA for a bit and the afternoon before she is supposed to check out of her room and travel back to Houston (just her and her dog), she decides to do one last hike at the top of the nearest mountain. Of course, the Oil Pressure Engine Off light comes on at the top of the mountain. She manages to get her pup back to her room, and we were on the hunt for a good mechanic that could make sure she was able to drive back to Houston safely and without issue.And along comes Gil. He happily jumped on a call with me more than once and reassured me that they had found the problem (which he explained in great detail) and that my daughter would make it safely back to town without issue. And it was true. Aside from an encounter with a tumbleweed the size of her car, she and her pup traveled the 1600 miles practically oblivious to the fact that the car had needed repairs. Her vehicle is doing just great several weeks later (I waited to write this to prove that out).Gil and team not only did reassured both me and my daughter AND did a fantastic job with her vehicle, they also prioritized the work for her car, knowing she had to be vacate the place she was staying by a certain time (or risk additional fees). My daughter brought her car in late in the afternoon (think closing time), and they were able to repair her car by noon the next day. I cant say they would be able to do that in every situation but the fact that they worked diligently to do this for my kid made me love them even more.Thanks, Gil and Team! Really cant say enough good things about you guys!

I took my Kia Optima into Euro Plus cause I had some issues with it. I told them I was going out of town and needed the car to be done as soon as possible and they understood my rush and helped me out. I know my car wasn’t a BMW Mercedes or anything like that but they wanted to help me out still and it went above and beyond to fix any issue with my car and also gave me great advice for further Issues if anything came up, I will Continue to go to Euro Plus Automotive for any other issues I have.

As an immigrant woman, finding a good garage is always a bittersweet experience, but Gil was amazing.Very welcoming, professional, very kind.They provided me with a full and complete list of repairs my car needed and everything was very detailed on the quote. I received everything per email via a great and ergonomic website. I picked what I wanted them to fix, signed and got my car the next day.Overall, I loved my experience here. This is the place to go when you have car trouble with your nice cars. Took my audi in and they kept me up to date on everything and told me the most important things to work on and to be honest the prices wasnt bad at all. Gil was a cool guy and definitely worked with my and my finances. I need more work done so im for sure come back here to get all my work done. When you have nice cars they’re not gonna be cheap to work ok but at least here at euro plus they really work with you.

Took our vehicle on the rainiest Monday for brakes and Gil was phenomenal!! We really needed the car back that day and he really made amazing efforts to get all the parts to make it happen despite the heavy downpour and difficulty getting the parts. Needed brake/rotors and oil change for my 2020 Porsche Macan. The dealership was trying to charge me my first born child and other comparable mechanics were also priced higher than Euro Plus Automotive. I asked for a general quote over the phone and spoke with Alfredo and it ended up being slightly less on my final invoice(thats a first). Gil also helped me out during the process and I also got to speak directly with the mechanic working on my car. Honest, transparent, and real. Ill be coming back. Thanks guy!

My husband and I are so happy we found this shop! We originally went to the dealership to get the brakes changed but they were charging us a lot for one service alone. We got a much better deal and service at Euro Plus Automotive. They thoroughly checked the car, provided us with detailed descriptions on its overall status and quoted us a fair price for the work. Gilbert saved me $4000!He found my turbo was malfunctioning and recommended I see im if VW covered it under their 150k mile EPA warranty and I took it over to Winn Vw On Ventura in Woodland Hills and it was covered!They did great work to solve an oil internal burn problem on my car and had a quick turnaround for me. They even cleaned out my motor with a walnut blaster to keep the cylinder heads clean and fixed the engine misfiring.

I initially was looking for a professional shop who was knowledgeable, clean work, good price. Euro Plus checks all the boxes with there professional staff and prompt service. I had my Porsche oil change serviced and they completed an inspection all around.I recently came back to service the spark plugs and to check out a check cooling warning. The staff was quick to find the culprit a vacuum hose which was loose and just like that the check light was gone and car was serviced.. I was so happy to find this place for my Porsche. All the mechanics are awesome and knowledgeable. So thankful to Steve who I talked to regarding my concerns, and after checking my car, explained to me everything that causes my check engine light problem, same with my brakes concerns. They deal directly with your concerns and issues first, then discuss to you what your cars other issues that may appear in the future. Working with the guys at Euro plus has been a wonderful experience. I have a BMW and do not trust most people to work on my car. They give such detailed information about whats going on, how much it will cost and the time frame. When I got the repairs done, the price was less than they quoted me, took my car right away and had it done in such a short time. These guys are great - so glad we were able to find an honest mechanic in Los Angeles! Steve is very nice and patient in walking us through everything that is going on with our car. They also can hook you up with a great rental car deal at Hertz down the street so that youre not without a car for the day (or a few days, depending on how much work your car needs). Their advice has saved us thousands of dollars (potentially even tens of thousands of dollars). Were only taking our cars here in the future!

Read many reviews on different shops before taking my 911 for a major service. Some shops didnt bother to return my call. Others made it seem I was doing them a favor to bring my car to them. However, Euro Plus Automotive is the place to get your car for service.. Steve was extremely helpful, answered all my questions, provided updates throughout the day, and even afterward the following day to make sure my car was running in tip-top condition. I feel like Ive finally found a trustworthy auto body shop to take my car to! Ive had car issues for quite some time but have put them off because I was concerned that I would be overcharged or they would Find other issues that really didnt need fixing. From professionalism and workmanship it is hands down the best place Ive been to have extensive work done on my vehicle. I was quoted by VW dealer $2,000 for some Engine Oil gasket and vacuum cleaner for brakes. They stated I would need to replace those. I had no oil leaks or anything. I found Euro Plus Automotive by some reviews and contacted them. Steve was Super professional and he scheduled complimentary check up of my car. After inspection they didnt find those parts needed any replacement. There were no leaks. So I saved $2000. Euro Plus Automotive was very professional and they have great staff. Highly recommend them for your car repairs.

I cannot speak highly enough about Euro Plus. I have honestly never been more impressed by an auto repair business. Took my car in for a check engine light and pre-sale tune up. From the moment I called, Vic was extremely professional and never tried to upsell me. He also squeezed me in on very short notice and stayed in contact with me while they were working on the car. A few hours after I received the car back, the check engine light came back on. I called Vic and told him what happened. Without hesitation he had me bring the car back that day, diagnosed it, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. Vic did not even charge me for the second visit, even though the check engine light came back on for a different reason and his crew had to spend a couple more hours working on the car. He just said it was the right thing to do. This level of integrity, honesty, and work ethic is rare in the world. These guys are amazing. I’ll never take my cars anywhere else.

The crew at Performance Plus is first rate. Its a friendly shop that can handle anything your car needs. My 1987 Porsche 928 and 2002 Porsche C4S were kept in great shape for years. My current 2013 Porsche C4S and 2017 BMW X4 m40i are being kept in top condition. Ive never been given a recommendation for maintenance that was not needed. Ill keep on bringing my cars here.

He was super helpful with info on the vehicle, since I had lots of questions about my Audi. He took his time and explained things to me. I have been to Performance Plus several times now for my Porsche Cayenne and I have always had an excellent experience. Joe at Performance Plus is a very friendly and knowledgable service rep who never hard sells me on any of the required services that they recommend. They would always let me know what services I should do now and what can wait until my next oil change. Price wise, they are competitive with other mechanics in the area and at least much cheaper than the dealership. I would highly recommend Performance Plus to anyone who needs a good reliable and honest German car mechanic.

My first experience with Euro Plus was a great one. Before moving to Los Angeles, I had always used a private mechanic based off recommendations from family members who had bad experiences at dealerships and your typical chain automotive repair shops. I was weary of who to trust with my vehicle when I moved to Los Angeles, but based off of some great reviews, actually, the best of any other automotive shop around, I decided to take a chance on Euro Plus. Kevan was the one who worked with me personally. I was so impressed by his professionalism, kindness and effort to help me cut costs and get as much work as I could out of my money. After an initial inspection was done, Kevan took the time to break down the issues and answer any questions I had. He then helped me to prioritize what work needed to be done and what work could wait. I am thoroughly pleased with the work that was done and my first experience at Euro Plus. Ive been to many mechanics with my BMW and honestly this is the one Im going to stay with. Vic is such a nice genuine guy and very informative. I had to get my motor changed on the convertible top which takes a while to change out but was really great with scheduling and calling back with updates. Performance Plus was recommended to me by an associate of my son-in-law. I was looking for an alternative to the BMW dealer for my maintenance and repair needs for my 1998 BMW 328i convertible. The car runs great but needs more maintenance as it has gotten older. I brought the car into Performance Plus last week and dealt with Joe as my service advisor. He understood that budget-wise I could not do everything but needed to space the repair expenses over several months. He developed an A, B, & Cl list of items to do - with A being the priority and C as the least priority. I have done the A items and I am about to embark on the B items. I was pleased that the A items came in for about $200 less than the estimate. That was a first for me with any repair shop. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the work so far. Now the difficult item - the convertible top. I will be back to review how that work went. But overall, I am happy with the responsiveness of my service rep, Joe and the work that has been done.

Ive been bringing my 1981 911 SC to Performance Plus since it was owned by Mark and still wouldnt take it anywhere else. Jim is one of the only mechanics around who still knows how to work on the older Porsche cars. I always leave with a car that runs better than when I brought it in. There is a smog station right next door so its convenient to get it all done at once.Last time I was in for annual service Vic suggested that I bring in my other cars for a try. I have been dissatisfied with Keyes Toyota for a long time so I decided to bring my 2000 Tundra in for service at Performance Plus. Im glad I did. I needed to find another mechanic to maintain my BMW 325i 2001 because my regular mechanic for years was not well and became too busy and was also located at some distance from my house. I ended up leaving the car with Vick at Performance Plus (conveniently close to my home). They did a great job with it. I have already been back there several times about various other issues with my car which is otherwise actually in excellent shape considering age and mileage. I have found Vick to be unfailingly polite, accommodating, professional, competent and caring. His prices are fair (though no one can say its cheap to maintain these cars). I believe that I have found a keeper to replace my old mechanic who was certainly a master with BMWs but sadly may be past his peak/prime. Ive been coming to Performance Plus for almost eight years.... Wow, Im aging myself. Theyve helped me keep my cars in top condition without nickel and dime-ing me for every little thing. Both cars are ten plus years old now and they run great. The other nice thing about Performance Plus are the accommodations.
