Excellent Seller Experience!! Highly Recommended.Eugenie and Allison were such a “professional” and “efficient” team from start to finish. We had an excellent and pleasant experience with them as the listing agents for our Irvine home. They gave us their honest opinions on ways we could best make sure our home was well-represented before putting it on the market. They hired an outstanding staging company and a highly skilled photographer to convert our home to a luxury and elegant estate. Within 5 days on the market, there were 11 offers already and all were well above our listing price. It turned out that we closed the escrow in 19 days (from the day on the market to close) with a 5%+ cash deal and the per footage price is the highest and well above in our neighborhood so far. Great job to Eugenie and Allison’s team! I definitely will recommend them to my friends and relatives in the future!!

Eugenie has been a pleasure to work with. We have purchased three homes through her. Every time has been smooth and she is quick to be helpful in the entire process from help with financing to negotiations with escrow.She is also bilingual in English and Mandarin which was very helpful for my wife and I. I’m American, my wife chinese, and in these big purchase decisions it’s nice to have everything fully explained in both languages. Highly recommend her.

Eugenie is definitely one of the best real estate agents I’ve worked with. We were selling a relatively older, less updated house in an gentrifying neighborhood. Her and her team did wonderful job from staging the house, doing professional photographs, to marketing, hosting open house/showing, negotiating, and all the way to closing. We were able to sell the house fairly quick and over the asking price. She and her team were very professional and attentive, which made the whole process very smooth and way beyond our expectations. Eugenie is a very professional agent. She knows the reality market very well and has a prospective strategy for your listing. She has a very good connection with lenders and other professions that you need. For the last 10 years we worked with 4 agents and Eugenie is definitely one of the best. Eugenie is truly the best realtor one can ever find. I consider myself extremely lucky to have worked with her and her team on selling my home last year. Someone recommended her so I reached out and received an immediate reply. Within a very short period, her team met me at my home to go over all the logistics. At that time, I knew right away that it was a great fit. My stress level came down immediately (we needed to relocate to another state and hence sell our home fast). One thing, among many things, I liked her service the most was that her team really took care of everything related to home sales. Eugenie helped me through selling my house for a duration of 6 months. It was taking long because the buyer went through the mold issue that turned out there was nothing. Eugenie is very patient and professional during this entire stressful process. It was a tough house to sell considered the size and price. She pushed for the highest purchase price for me.
