I never heard of this company and I was very hesitant at first. I reached out to them by email. Yvette Garza from Sales Support reached out to me. We went back and forth on the design and the cost. I finally I purchased a custom champagne bottle for my sister in law wedding.Yvette did an amazing job and was very helpful.The picture that was engraved was wonderful and the flavor of the champagne too. I would definitely buy again from this company. I think others should buy to especially if you want an original gift that everyone will talk about and love.

Etching Expressions is an amazing company. I don’t know why I haven’t left a review yet. I’ve used these amazing bottles as wedding presents, Mother’s Day presents, anniversary presents, birthday presents and even a great idea to use as a guest bottle instead of guestbook. I always recommend this company to everyone and will keep recommended. I placed an order for a personalized bottle of champagne for my friends 60th birthday. There were some delivery issues (alcohol must be signed for by the recipient). When my friend wasnt home for delivery ( I didnt inform him, as I wanted it to be a surprise), the champagne returned to California! Thank goodness, Yvette Garza came to the rescue. She reassured me that the champagne will be redelivered, and, after informing my friend of the impending delivery, Yvette personally made sure the champagne made it to my friend in NYC. I was very impressed with the etching, and especially with Yvettes personal attention to my order. My friend LOVED his special birthday gift, and I will be a return customer. Thank you Yvette!

Working with Etching Expressions was a positively great experience! From start to finish Mark worked with me over their website chat (graciously, because I was at work and couldnt talk on the phone!) to explain the product to me and help me design the perfect gift for my daughters 21st birthday. I needed the product quickly to get to her in another state before her special day and it arrived in her hands exactly when promised. Needless to say, she was thrilled with the surprise. Needed a special gift for the 2nd wedding of my daughter-in-laws mother. What do you give a couple who already have or can get everything they want? Found a link to Etching Expressions while searching online for ideas and I was immediately intrigued. I bought them an etched blue wine bottle with a wood box case. The wine is also one of my favorites, so it was an easy decision. Delivery was quick, and pricing was pretty much what I wanted to pay.When it arrived, I was amazed at the quality of the wood box and the beauty of the etching. The overall presentation of the gift is even more impressive than I hoped, and I have already shown it to several people who plan to use this gift idea as well.I also have a couple other orders in mind for the near future, and I highly recommend ordering from Etching Expressions for their quality, price and service. The level of detail in the work this place does is impeccable! I got my bottle as a gift and holy cow was I blown away!! You can turn any photo or design into a fully engraved etching on the bottle. Incredible! This process was amazing! I tried editing a photo and sending that for this customization, but that caused the quality to go down and not be useable. I was looking for a very special gift for a friend that had done so much for me. Etching Expressions was the perfect solution. The web site was easy to navigate and peruse the many options for my gift. I realized that I could create the exact bottle of wine that I had in mind with a message of my choosing. Their wine selections range from everyday drinking to special occasion and the prices are relative to the cost of the bottle. I felt like I needed help to make sure I got everything right even though I could have done it all online. Sonya, in customer service, was wonderful. She walked me through every step and advised me on all available options. She was up front with each add on price that I wanted to select. I was sent proofs of each part of my order and I wasnt asked for payment until my order was perfect. I ordered a very nice bottle of wine etched with a special quote, two glasses with a matching image, and a triple box with my selected image etched on the front. I was afraid that I had waited too late to get my order done in time for my special occasion but Etching Expressions took my needs into account and got my order done and shipped right away. I should have come to Etching Expressions first! I bought several special beer glasses online for Christmas gifts at work! I took the first one to a place in downtown to have engraved because I wanted it as a presentation/gift. The engraving was very basic and very expensive and I was unable to present it on time!Mark Awit at Etching Expressions saw the first beer glass example that I had and assisted me with a fantastic new design and logo! I recently ordered a bottle of Johnny Walker blue through Etching Expressions for a retiree and it came out beautiful. The gift was the talk of the party.
