Very professional, quick response, and result oriented. I asked for their help for 2 of my companies. We had an Exchange server crashed and they came in within an hour with full force and spent the night to recover most of our >40 email accounts. In other case, the contractor, Hau, a nice professional who walked extra miles to help me finalizing the transfer from Win server 2003 domain to 2008 domain, migrating all server roles and upgrade some application. 2014-02-20 23:29:21A few years back, I had a very good experience with the founder of eSudo. So when we found ourselves in a bit of an IT pickle, we called in eSudo to talk. After a couple days of talking and Q & A, eSudo submitted a proposal to take over our entire IT function. The price was fair and we signed on the dotted line. That was almost six months ago and it remains a very good decision on our part. eSudo took over and revamped our network and IT infrastructure and documented everything. Since then eSudo has done everything that was needed and restored our confidence in IT outsourcing. In fact, eSudo goes above and beyond when circumstances dictate. They perform maintenance, upgrades and new installations only as permitted by our work schedule and often it is on weekends or late evenings. If we have an emergency, they respond immediately to our phone call and often they will come to our office right away. It is very comforting to have such service in this day and age of “please hold……your call is very important to us.” We know that eSudo has a lot of other customers, but they make us feel like they only have one customer and it is us! eSudo provides very comprehensive IT services; administration, maintenance, support, security, data back-up, cloud and web services, the whole enchilada. If you are contemplating outsourcing your IT function, or if your current service provider is not cutting the mustard, you should have a friendly chat with eSudo. You won’t regret it!

2015-10-22 01:06:22I am very happy that I made the decision to go with eSudo. Recently, our app developer, who is very highly qualified himself, ran into a problem which he was working on for several months. We decided to try eSudo and they were able to fix the problem in just a few weeks. In addition to that, my experience with Matthew and everyone who Ive been in contact with at eSudo has been very pleasant. It is extremely difficult to find a company that not only knows what theyre talking about, but can provide an excellent service to their clients. So because of that I would definitely recommend eSudo.

2014-02-20 16:48:00ESudo stepped in and helped us when our previous IT team contacted us late on a Friday night that they would no longer be in business. eSudo returned a call to us within minutes, worked late on that Friday helping us figure out how we could get our internet back up and running with as little interruption as possible. Through the next week they reconfigured our internet, transferred our domain name and website and worked through getting over 15 workstations security updated. Their team was quick and responsive to all our needs and has been very helpful in educating us so we could make the best decisions for us. We have ended up with a much more secure and stronger network than we had before! I would not hesitate to recommend eSudo!

When we found esudo through network contacts they assisted us in every aspect from sourcing to installing and yes tweaking to make everything just right.
