I was very excited but also nervous about getting treatment for the dark spots on my face. Jamie Hoffman was absolutely fantastic! She asked the right questions, listened to my concerns and past experiences, and took the time to assess and determine the best treatment for me. Jamie is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Today is day one of my first treatment but I already see my spots are lighter. I have high hopes and look forward to seeing my end results. Thank you Jamie for the wonderful experience!

I would DIE for these women! I love every single person on their staff. They’re patient and answer every question that I have. I just got my lips done by Kelly and can’t wait to see the final results. Everyone on staff there is incredible. I’ve been a returning customer for a while now. Jamie does my tattoo removal and she’s always a ray of sunshine. 100/10 recommend this place.

The staff and aesthetic center is amazing! From the ease of Appointments, to Howell, the nurse injectors explain the procedures, and discuss with you what results you’re looking for and how best to achieve them. Nurse Jamie is amazing, taking the time to make sure each patient is beyond thrilled with the results! I cannot recommend a civic center highly enough.

I just finished my hydrafacial with Rachel and it was amazing. I kept going back and forth wondering if I’d notice any differences from a facial. My skin feels amazing, my blackheads are gone on my nose and my skin looks more even. So glad I decided to get a facial! Rachel was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions about other treatments at Esthetics Center. Can’t wait for my next appt!

I came to the El Dorado Hills location the beginning of December for a hydrofacial.I met Emma for my appointment. Emma was professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Emma answered all my questions and we made a plan for a skin care routine. Second appt. Jan 3rd.saw favorable results of my skin due to new routine. Had second hydrofacial with Emma. Relaxing and very happy to be seeing good results.All the staff members are friendly. I am happy to have found this location.

When I walked in I was instantly greeted by both front end receptionist who were smiling. Not many places gives you that type of welcome! From there I met Alix who was so professional, informed, and had great bedside manner. We developed a treatment plan together which I loved. I went in there for one thing and came out with another, she was open and honest about what I had initially wanted to do and suggested we go another route. That to me shows that Esthetic Center is in the clients best interest first! Love love loved my visit and will be coming back!

If you’re on the fence with Esthetics Center, do it! I promise you will have an amazing experience. I took a chance and booked a hydra facial for the first time. The facial was great and non-evasive, but still left my skin feeling so smooth and light. 10/10 would recommend. What really set Esthetics Center apart for me from all the other places I’ve been is their staff. I felt welcomed the second I walked into the lobby. When I got pulled to the back by Allie, she really took the time to understand my skin journey and me. She explained the process and the science behind why my skin concerns may exist and ideas to help with them. I felt heard and seen throughout the entire process and learned so much about my own skin. I left the center with a new confidence on how to manage my skin concerns and will for sure be back!

Camille is so wonderful! She was very good about explaining all the details of my micro blading session. She was very attentive to my needs during each session. I was VERY pleased with the results after my procedure and I would highly recommend Camille to anyone who was interested in getting their eyebrows micro bladed. I did an Emsculpt session with Johanna and it was wonderful! I’ve never tried body contouring before so this was a brand new experience for me. Im so happy I found the Esthetics Center and the nurse injector Jamie Hoffman. Ive tried Botox at a few other places and never was happy with the results. The nurse injector makes all the difference! Jamie explained my options and took the time to really analyze my features to decide how she wanted to do the treatment that would work best for me. She gives me a completely individualized treatment, doesnt push anything unnecessary, and really cares about her work. Ive never had other places follow up with me to see how everything is going. Shes such a sweetheart and so easy to talk with that you feel like youve known her for years. The receptionists and staff there are always welcoming and competent, and the center is beautiful without being pretentious. I feel like I finally found a place I can trust.

This was my first time getting dysport since having my new baby, as other moms can relate this was some much needed self care! From the moment I arrived I was greeted by friendly staff up front, whom offered me ice water while I wait for the nurse. Shortly after Brenna RN made me feel extremely comfortable and assessed my face for the appropriate products. She was amazing and you can tell she loves what she does! Update: Visited again on 9/25/23Finally made it back to Sacremento to visit friends and of course scheduled a med spa appointment at this wonderful facility! I went in for Botox and enjoyed a lovely appointment with Danika. As always, I was greeted with big smiles from Terry, Sassy and Alexis at the front counter. I was checked in quickly and offered a sparkling water. I love that! The appointment was on time as always and I was greeted by Danika, who was already updated on my previous treatments with Alix. I appreciate how all the medspa employees keep eachother in the loop for the best customer experience. The waiting room is peaceful and calming. The restrooms are always clean and stocked with the most wonderful paper towels, lotions and sprays too. Love everything about this place! I have been to several places over the years looking for a team of clinicians that really listen and do all that they can to make sure I am happy with the services I am coming in for. Updated review! Friendly & clean. My treatment is mainly done by Jamie, and first with Alex. Both are fabulous! I rarely rate 5 stars as it has to be a perfect experience. There are times the front desk staff may be busy because its not always as welcoming, but not rude and still good customer service. I havent experienced all of their services. I have now had botox treatment 3 times to help lift my corrugator and procerus muscles because they droop deep when I furl my brows. Jamie provided an in-depth initial consultation and continues to answer all of my questions so that I can make an educated and confident decision. Alex answered additional questions thoroughly and I have confidence in their knowledge. While they do offer recommendations, I dont feel pressured if I dont use them. And when I have, it worked out just as explained. Im very happy with Jamie and Alex. I have had quite a few treatments at Esthetics Center in El Dorado Hills. The moment you walk in the experience begins. First time doing Botox ever! I have really felt insecure about a few static lines on my forehead and finally decided to pull the trigger and do it. To be honest, I spent months looking at before & afters & researching before I finally chose a place.Jamie was my injector. She was incredibly sweet and answered every single question and even advised a lower unit dosage than I was expecting.I had heard of some injectors at other places that really try to up the dosage to make the sale but she told me what would work best and that really shows the level of care she puts into her work.I can’t recommend this place enough!As a first time Botox user, I will definitely be back. I went in for my second hydrafacial on 1/20 and had a very different experience during my second appointment than my first.I arrived 10+ minutes prior to my 1:30pm apt but wasnt called back until around 1:51pm. The facial didnt start until well after 2pm.The bed wasnt heated this time which wasnt a problem until the gel mask went over my face and then I was freezing. 🥶The overall facial felt rushed in comparison to my first. I was actually back out in the lobby around 2:40pm and didnt get to experience the full treatment session of 45-75 minutes like I did the first time and like advertised on their website.When I got home I also noticed dead skin still present in my t zone and on my hands (after adding on the hand treatment).Im really bummed. I was hoping to make this place my home treatment center.

The Esthetics Center is the place to go! Both of my past two experiences have been nothing but sheer perfection. I was lucky enough to have Alix as my injector for my first experience at the Esthetics Center, and from that point on was hooked. She is so incredibly sweet, genuine, and thorough! I will never go anywhere else! She spent well over an hour with me and was so incredibly knowledgeable. As a beauty professional myself, it can be very intimidating walking into such a place, and most times in my past experiences you feel rushed through like cattle.... Lauren at the El Dorado Hills location is fabulous! She is very knowledgeable in Botox and filler procedures. I had issues with my body absorbing the product quicker than than most. I don’t think there are enough adjectives in the English language to describe my experiences at Esthetics Center,... Every. Single. Time.As a two-time cancer survivor, I was left feeling unattractive and far from the woman I was before cancer. That is, until I walked through the doors at Esthetics Center. ALL of the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and safe, and was before I had one single treatment performed. Then I had the treatments….. All I can say is WOW! I slowly began to see “me” again! Life was brought back to my face without looking like I had anything done. I had a series of botox and fillers injected over time, to ensure the optimal result. Nurse Alix listened to my concerns and took care of every single one, one at a time. She didn’t rush to “fix” everything in one day. She let my face show her how much I needed and how often. Patient Care Coordinator Tiffany listened to my concerns and recommended exactly what would best achieve my goals, without trying to upsell me on additional procedures. Both Tiffany and Alix are two people I completely trust with my care.Thank you EC, for everything!!!
