I won a contest so didn’t know what to expect. From the front desk to my very first experience with anything for my face, everyone was really sweet. Love Lauren, my Botox and filler girl! She is knowledgeable and comforting, and reassuring, and confident, and very positive. I felt safe and taken care of perfectly! She listens very well to what I wanted and she was able to give her professional opinion about what she saw that would be good for me. She recommended me to Laura Lee in this office for my facial. She was just as amazing and knowledgeable! I learned so much about my skin, and what products would help prevent such a quick aging process! My mom and I came in for mother, daughter Botox date for Christmas. It was our first visit to the Esthetic Center, Becca was our nurse injector and she was incredible! Extremely friendly, great bubbly personality and very knowledgeable! This was only my second time with injections, so she walked me through best steps for the look I was trying to achieve as well as a plan for my next visit! Amanda was incredible. She ensured me I would be taken care of (after an awful experience elsewhere) and she did not disappoint. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable before beginning. I barely felt anything during the whole treatment. She had me come back two weeks later to ensure the results were what we had talked about and made any necessary adjustments. Amanda, you’re a doll! I’ll definitely be going back to EC-Sacramento for future treatments.

I’ve been seeing Alix at EC for almost 3 years. My Botox/Filler is always amazing! Never had any issues whatsoever. Alix is very knowledgeable, caring, honest, and kind. All of the EC locations and staff are impeccable. I wouldn’t feel comfortable going anywhere other than EC!

I usually see Lauren who is amazing but my schedule didn’t align with hers on the date I needed so I scheduled with Becca. Everything was perfect, she did a great job and paid attention to detail. She got me in and out quickly and I love my results. I couldn’t recommend either of them enough.

What a wonderful first-time visit with Amanda! She was so professional and friendly. I really appreciated her advice and suggestions for meeting my treatment goals. I felt that she was very honest, and she actually suggested doing less than I was thinking I needed. Due to her great technique and very adequate pre- numbing, the lip injections were pretty much pain- free. I had a much better experience than when I went elsewhere. I also found everyone else there to be so welcoming and friendly. I had a great experience and look forward to returning for more services.

Update. Went back for 2 week follow up. Very happy with all my results and again Lauren was very helpful with questions I had on products and the process. Will be back.Front desk staff was also very pleasant both visits.Met with Lauren for the first time today. She was so nice but also very good at explaining “my forehead muscle issues” and what to expect etc. with botox. She was very detailed and the actual injections were much “lighter” then my previous experience and did not hurt. Beautiful office and hope to be back.

I went in to have my lips redone a week ago and I was extremely happy that Amanda did an exam of my lips first and showed me it would be in the best interest to have my old filler dissolved before going ahead and filling them again, which she did that day. A clean pallet for and 100% fresh start was totally the right option. Today I went and had my lips filled, she took her time to make sure they look perfect 🤩 I am so happy with the results. I will absolutely follow her future recommendations on the upkeep for might lips as well ask continue to be her patient for all other treatments.

Holy grail! I’ve recently developed acne and since never having previous issues with acne, I don’t even know where to start on fixing this! I went out on a limb, and gave this place a shot after being recommended by some friends. I was beyond nervous as everywhere I tried never made me feel totally comfortable. Until this place! EMMA is AMAZING and FULL of knowledge!! She took her time with thorough questions, gave the most relaxing hydro facial (my skin is still glowing) and helped me pick out a specific skin care routine for my skin. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s even taken the time out of her day to answer every single one of my follow-up questions and goes into specific detail (since I’m so new to this). The treatment itself was seamless and painless! Unfortunately, I was recently diagnosed with HS and laser hair removal is something that people have found works for them. So with the special that was going on, I figured it’s worth a shot. I’m super embarrassed by the scarring I have from the HS so I was nervous going into this and having someone seen my under arms. The person I saw made me comfortable and shared stories of her working in a medical care setting and draining some of the lumps and bumps. Today was my follow up appointment and boy I wish I could post a photo of before and after cause the results are ASTOUNDING. I got Botox to my forehead, area between my eyes and small amount above my top lip. Picture this, a mom who uses her eyes and forehead a lot to glare and express herself daily to her kids. Can you picture it!? We’ll say goodbye to those lines. I look younger and more refreshed. I’m hooked. Can’t wait to come back for more. I HIGHLY recommend it and regret not coming in sooner.
