*They are just a fraud, waste of money and time*Absolutely appalling experience with this law firm! They promised to reinstate my deactivated Amazon account, secure a refund for disposed inventory, and retrieve withheld funds. Despite my explicit disclosure about lacking proper documentation for authenticity, they assured me theyd handle it. But after receiving full payment, they abandoned their commitments, leaving me with a deactivated account and significant financial losses.Their false promises, lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism are staggering. They exploited my vulnerability, ignoring my concerns and delivering nothing but empty assurances. Unconscionable business practices! Beware of their deceitful tactics. 1/5 stars

This is a tough one to give, as I believe that the representative we worked with was kind. However, this is based solely on the product we were given.Our case was unique in that it was my account which was suspended, and because of that, was linked to my wifes account which we used and was suspended because of mine. When we talked to other firms, they assured the only way to get my wifes account unsuspended was by getting mine fixed first.Initially, we had a call with David, who advised us that they had seen many exact cases like ours and assured they could get our Amazon account reinstated. Because of the details of mine, we didnt think there was much chance in getting it fixed, so we opted to go the more easy route with ESQgo.From the beginning, it was obvious the only reason they accepted the case was because of the $3000+ fee they take to tackle.When we received our first appeal to send to Amazon, it was of the copy + paste generic variety. Which wouldnt be a big deal if that had worked, however, the names of us and our businesses were from a previous case they had worked, instead of ours, which was a clear deficiency in the very important handling of details.Secondly, when our lawyer (who wasnt based in the US, as other reviewers mentioned, but South Africa, which made connecting very difficult, usually once 1/2 block a day 1-2x a week available), got on a call with Amazon, the rep was very clear that my account needed to be fixed first, not the other way around. Instead of presenting an objection based on what they sold us on prior to hiring them, she wilted and offered no rebuke. It was at that moment we knew we were screwed.Fortunately, we found Amanda with Appeal Wizards who let me know that my account COULD be restored with enough perseverance. And sure enough, after a half dozen appeals, a dozen phone calls, etc., we were able to get my account reinstated. After that, we DID use the template that ESQgo had initially sent over, modified it ourselves, and sent to Amazon which then reinstated my wifes account.My bottom line is this: if you have a situation where an account is suspended, do not use ESQgo but rather Appeal Wizards. We only paid Appeal Wizards $800 initially to get my account fixed and another $500 upon account being reinstated. ESQgo also charged us a $500 fee for getting my wifes account reinstated, although they didnt jack squat to earn that fee.Overpriced and underwhelming is our experience, especially given what we had to spend for no results. Go to Appeal Wizards and save $ and headaches!

I had an excellent experience with ESQgo. The paralegals were friendly and courteous in taking my information (both via Chat and by phone). I then met with the CEO, whose free consultation was very helpful. Moreover, I did not feel in any way pressured to make a decision. In my particular case, it makes sense to wait for a while to see how things develop. However, if things go as hoped, I will be returning to hire this firm for my legal needs. It sounds somewhat suspicious. She claimed they guarantee a win, but if the case reaches stage three and they close it, you wont get a refund unless you employ another firm and they manage to win the case. Then, and only then, will they issue a refund. The refund isnt granted if they lose, but rather only if another firm can successfully resolve the case on your behalf.

ESQgo helped us counter a false IP claim from a competitor Amazon seller.They guided us through the entire process, created filings and claims for us, and answered all our questions about the claim and the risks involved.They were the ones that took time to listen and to understand our situation and problem. The drafts were not a copy-paste templates, but a carefully scripted documents made for our particular case.They offer a flat fee service, meaning they will do all the work and all the filings and drafting that is required for your case. It is still not cheap, but 2000$ to get your account back is a great offer.Watch out for the scammer lawyers in the 250-500$ range. I previously got scamed from a Amazon Lawyer for 400$ for a service to help you write and file a counter claim for the IP infringement. After 4 days of waiting for their 1 day guaranteed delivery, I received a badly written all-in-one template that would probably got a lot of laughs from Amz suits and got my product banned.Will use ESQgo again, I do reccomend their services.
