#1 most dirtiest gym in LA.No cleaning staff. They removed paper and sanitizer spray stations and put hand wipe stations that are always empty.They cutting down on expenses and we have to suffer.All equipment is sticky.Dumbbells all over the gym. I noticed dumbbells laying far away from rack many weeks and management just dont care. I also noticed decline on people training in this gym just because how dirty it is.Oh and they even shut down water filter bottle filling station.

What a disappointment, this gym is not the same . Lack of cleanness, dirty restrooms, poor customer service. Employee by the name Ernest is also a big problem he discriminates against women and sarcastically rude. Please find another job Ernest if you do not like the minimum of work you already do.

This gym has definitely gone downhill with the new management.. no cleaning crew throughout the day. No paper towels anywhere. Mens restrooms are always dirty and the sink are either clogged or always out of soap.

I just started today and the gym looks really clean but I wanted to play some basketball but it was always full the same guys wear three for a long time they need to change the rules to give other people to get to play but will see 👀

On the smaller side as far as clubs go but definitely one of the nicest. Has most or all of the amenities you could ask for (pool, sauna, weight room, basketball court), and it is kept clean and in good shape. No personal TV screens on workout equipment like in some other clubs, and no AC on the machines either, but those arent really turn offs for me. Staff is friendly. I go out of my way to come to this club because its my favorite by far.

Its a decent gym. Just go in and do your thing. The staff has cleaned up the place a lot within the last few months so thats a plus.Edit: Theyve recently remodeled and it looks 100xs better. Everything on the gym floor is new. People complain about the layout but honestly just get used to it. They had to accommodate all the new machines. I only wish they had a juice bar! The locker rooms are apparently going to be changed a bit.

Love this gym. Although, I should really say I hate it just to keep you all from going! Never crazy busy and newly remodeled. Staff is not friendly at all, but, whatever, no place is perfect. Great spot to get your workout in and get out.

Would you like to go to a gym that has no cleaning staff? That has no paper towels? That has two sanitation bottles for the whole gym? Want to work out on a bench that someone just sweated all over? Would you like to go to a gym that looks dingy and dirty? Come to esporta fitness Santa Fe springs for all of the above...... Well take your money for your dues and make every excuse why we cant supply basic gym necessities. Well be sure to throw in a couple hacks coughs and maybe a few cases of COVID along the way.

I have been going yo this location for more than 10 years.. after 2 years, I came back, and now is Esporta. But women lockers smell so bad that they need to change carpet, sink to wash hand stink nasty. Sauna needs to be remodeled..

Cool gym, the people who go here are chill and most of the employees here are nice with the exception of the main closing staff member. Hes the 6 feet tall caucasian with the bold head & hes very rude, bitter & unprofessional.Hes now made it a personal vendetta to get me kicked out of the gym just because I happened to exit out the gym 10 minutes after they close a couple of times. Its gone south to the point that he threatened to have security come in & drag me out.As an employee he has some things he needs to work on since he LACKS the maturity & compassion his other co-workers do have when dealing with members. I dont like that hes unforgiving for a human mistake & he needs to keep his ego in check because the way he went about his business was not cool or fair but I forgive him for it.

Its a good gym but not very clean and the water filtration system has been broken for over a month. The only good thing is its generally not crowded Im sure when it was first built it was nice but they definitely dont keep up with maintenance well in my opinion

This is the worst place i experienced in America. They will be the nicest person until you get to sign in and pay for it. However if you want to cancel your membership, you will be very upset. The employees are not trained so they cant provide you with right information youre looking for. So basically the manager will be the only person who can handle things. But in my case, i felt offended because i feel like being ignored just because im not good at it.

The locker room is clean BUT I just started here today and already I have tried to get on 8 different machines that didnt work!!!! So frustrating! Sales ppl also gave me 3 different prices and still had to come in and ask because no one was clear. Its my first day of membership and Im already on the verge of cancellation! Not happy.

Tuesday 8/05/17, it was the second time they tried to steal my car in the parking lot. This time the razor broke in the lock of the car. But the staff who worked the shift last night could not help me see who tried it, because they do not have security cameras that can capture the unpleasant moment. So I can not feel calm in your gym while I exercise ... Imagine if you are mugged, abducted or raped in the parking lot. I do not like it anymore..

Worst experience with customer service, my friend wanted to play vball and this employee named STEVE SIGUENZA was trying to charge him $30 to play without his consent, and without reason as there is no league and no OTHER person there had PAID. He told him he was not going to set up the net until he paid and if he stayed he wouldnt at all. Moreover, he brought up that he had issues with me, as I complained to the corporation for his lack of respect and professionalism. We of course spoke to the gyms manager and called the corporation. If LA Fitness respects and values its customers, keep employees like that away.

The Zumba instructor needs to watch her words with the members taking her class at 5:45. She told me something very disrespectful yesterday. I go in there to workout, not to make friends nor be a kiss ass to the instructor. If you are going to take classes at this time make sure you get there 20 min or 15 min. before because they always reserve places by placing water bottles on the floor. I think it should be first come first serve. If youre the manager reading my review hope you know I left home yesterday very hurt. She said something to me in front of the whole class. Everyone works out at their own pace and she should respect that!!!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. The free weights area has a strong odor, the weights are thrown all over, unorganized, and filthy. This is the only LA Fitness Ive been to that is disgusting. Others are very nice.

Like:The facility is well maintained, friendly staff most of the time, and have a nice variety of equipment, I would recommend the equipment receive an upgrade to match that of the Montebello, or Downey location.HATE:I found the weekend manager ID# 1947418 to be very rude, and suffers a bad case of power dilution.The front desk employees sets the pace of a gym environment, I spent 15-20min in a dispute to why I dont have my membership card, or id and denied my request to view my picture and information on file. I found that to be the worst experience I have ever had, since being a member since the 80s. To and to add insult, the weekend manager refuse to allow my entry until I show ID. I thought a reason for hosting pictures, is to help minimize fraudulent users.This employee, risk the organization the lost of a long time customer, along with 2 additional membership and personal training fees. Simply because, he was not willing to provide customer service. I will continue to visit, but feel this weekend manager, should retrained, be reassigned a new role or relocated to a different facility.

I give them 2 stars because the number one thing they need to do is walk around and make sure that everyone is wearing their mask but they dont. They just sit all day play on their phone or on the computer just like the people they should look up to there managers, they dont say nothing to them. Until I see the difference on changes of management and employees training I might give them 5s☆.

The girl at the front desk needs Customer Service skills, she is very rude, shes on her cell phone most of the time. I also dislike the fact that the gym closes at 11pm Mon-Thur and at 8pm on Fridays, and last but not least... The kids club hours were cut! Very disappointing.

Worst customer relations ever! Ive been a member of La fitness for 10 years and needed a new barcode pass. The two ladies at the front desk ignored me, were rude, and gave me attitude beyond belief! I was the only one at the desk and it took 15 minutes to get my bar code. This gym has the worst employees and they need training asap! Dont go here.

Older cardio equipment. Poor air circulation. Outdated lockers. Clean and organized equipment set up. Staff is ok. TV set up in front of cardio is nice. If you utilize the jacuzzi this location has a power jet that really works your tense muscles. Strongest jet Ive encountered yet.

This is my neighborhood gym. Unfortunately, machines break down due to misuse and age but it takes for ever to fix them or they are removed from the flor and are not replaced. The spa was down for a month. However, I got annoying phone calls from different gym urging me to renew my membership even though it was not due in a month.Other gyms around the area have brand new equipment.

Customer service is terrible. I work with people with disabilities and they always asked me and telling me that I dont work out just the person I take care. The other day a girl yelled at me because I went to the bathroom(outside of course) to look for my client because he sometimes takes a lot of time there, they made me feel like a thief, they always making a big drama because I dont have a membership there and they are always checking on me to make sure I dont work out there, one day one of the girls followed me to the restroom.And also sobody took advantage of my client with mental retardation n they activated a service using his card while I was in the restroom and now they sending his mom a bill for 80 of a service that he supposed to request when my vlient doesnt even know how to cross the street by himself. This make me really mad. We definitely are going to YMCA.
