Great company! Services I received today with filing my taxes were the best by far that I’ve experienced here in San Diego! After either being overcharged way to much or just not feeling right when attempting to file my taxes with 4 other company’s in the past two weeks….I was relieved and satisfied choosing Espinoza services Inc to help me file my taxes. Not only were they very reasonable with there tax fee, they handled my case professionally, they were very knowledgeable and were kind enough to take the time and explain a few things to me to help me understand more about tax filing. This company truly cares about there clients and I highly recommend them.

I have been a customer for almost 15 years, Ms Elisa is amazing and provides excellent service. Pricey but very professional and they always have time to help you with any concern. Everyone is great but Ms Elisa is my favorite go to person when filing taxes. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1000%. Thank you Espinozas Tax & Immigration Services for so many years or excellent service. Very pleased and thankful with they way ive been treated since day 1.

If there something that disgusts me is businesses that lie. I called to make an appointment to file my tax returns. I asked the receptionist the fee. She stated “basic tax return starting at $130 and goes up.” I stated it was married filing jointly…only one W-2, dependants where my spouse and one child. Nothing else special about my returns. Nothing else to report such as house or other type of income. The receptionist said that would be $130. Well what happened when I showed up for my appointment was that after my paperwork was finished the tax preparer said it was going to be $230!!! I was like why $230 when I was told $130 over the phone? She stated that these filings was special and it was going to be more. There was nothing special about my tax returns. To our Hispanic community: call 211 they offer free tax filing services around your area or research other places where they charge less for the same services. I like to save money but unfortunately I don’t qualify for free tax return through 211 services. But there is free online filing tools such as TurbonTax, I skipped this choice this year since I didn’t want to do them myself since i been very busy even though i had done them with turbo tax online for free a few times with no issues. Not returning.

I’ll never go anywhere else for tax services. You definitely get what you pay for. They were able to help us figure out how to add our dependents from Mexico. It’s really convenient that they are experts in immigration and tax services. I always highly recommend them. Especially if you have dependents in Mexico or South America.

I went to do my taxes this year with them, my niece and sister in law recommended them and I was amazed !! Alberto C really went out an beyond to help me and answered all my questions In detail very paitent young man, very professional place everyone from the moment I walked in to sign in were very polite, I’ve been to other places to do my taxes and they were always rushed and here with Espinoza I felt like he did everything to help me took this time explained everything I really recommend this place I will never go anywhere else 💕Best service

My husband and I went here to do our taxes and felt like everything was rushed through. The guy helping us told us hed set up a payment plan and months later, nothing was done on his end and now were penalized. They need to take time and be more thorough about things and keep the client in the loop of every step. I wouldnt go here again. Ill make the drive to San Ysidro instead to Lupita G Fernandez Tax group.

Elisa and her Espinozas team are very knowledgeable and professional, I am always a very happy client of theirs. Just today I made my taxes and even though I gave Elisa a lot of extra work due to being active in the market, she was always very positive and very happy to be there answering all my questions. This the reason it is now my 4th year with them.

I have been coming here for 15 years along with alot of my family and friends they have always handled my taxes and have done a great job 👏 but today I called them asking for email pdf copies of my last 5 years of taxes not hard copies email and they wanted to charge me 25 dlls per year for a file I already payed them 240 dlls to prepare each year just seemed unethical to me that they would even think about charging me for sending information that already belongs to me I can understand if I was asking for hard copies

The worse office and tax service I every been to. Charge extreme to much for their service and on top of that does not work for the client. I would never refer anyone here. Point blank I can’t even give them one star. Ask questions up front and confirm or you will be screwed.

They b.s you and make last minute changes. They mentioned an amount they were gonna send me for tax returns then send me very minimum. I was disappointed cause I had hopes of making some payments but that was out of the question.

I would never return! I ended up preparing my taxes with TurboTax ($40 Costco) and got credits which they didnt even bother to ask me about at this place.I went to prepare my taxes at this place, when I called I told them that I wanted to prepare them with Elisa who there, attended to me only to send me to the same employee who did my taxes last year. It didnt even last 3 minutes and I already had my taxes finished, without explanations without asking me if I had other ways to add anything. I told him that I was missing a 1098T form from the school but since I didnt have it, I took the opportunity to get out of there and finish them at my house in turbotax, since in the end I got a better refund amount$, apparently I saved $170, which is what I would pay and the reason I will not return is because the attention they give to your taxes is terrible, they do not care much if you really receive the maximum in your refund but rather about making money with so many people who go.In response: Im not the only one. Look at other peoples reviews and youll see that its not an isolated review. Thank God I didnt have the shape otherwise my nails would get stuck in.I dont need to identify myself, apparently they already have the information they need to give details of the clients visit 🤣ℹ️ (I hope they dont use my SSN in retaliation for a review) accept that they didnt have the necessary customer service, I hope people continue to reflect their disagreements on Google as well as their satisfactions.Good luck 🍀 with other clients!Note: for basic w2 use turbotax it will save you money, time, and it will get you the same money or more .🤭🤦🏻‍♂️👍🏻

I called to make an appointment with Elisa, and I told the person to make sure that my appointment was with Elisa, he assured me that it would be that way.When I went to my appointment it turned out that she was not in the office and that she would be available until a week later.I think they need a little help with their appointment calendar or telling the truth when clients call to make an appointment with a specific person to complete any type of procedure.

I have been doing my tax returns with Espinozas tax for 8 years. 8 years of very good service, I was very happy with the service, which is why I recommended it to my entire family and they were equally satisfied with the work. But this year 2021 I dont know what happened to them, pure failures, with my brother they forgot to send the documentation and the service took a long time, my wife lost documents and in addition they marked different people contradicting each other (same workers from Espinozas) To my cousin there were also contradictory Yamadas and to another acquaintance who lost his birth certificate. I repeat that this is the first year that this has happened, I dont know if it is already a lot of work but we have to be more careful because it is something very important for us as clients, imagine losing the documents that they give us security!!!Thank you!
