We had another provider for many years and always had issues; dropped service, service not working at all and always difficult to get someone to come out and trouble shoot. We made the change last year when our need for more speed was needed and the prices were better than the other provider. We have received excelled customer service and prompt attention when needed. Best move for sure.

Customer Service is goodDownload speeds are fast as advertised depending on the speed you get. We have 100mbps download.Upload speeds are okay for cable internet, 7mbps give or take depending on the time of day. And there are still some days where its just straight up bad, its been an ongoing problem but it isnt as much as an issue as it used to be, its bearable. Might just be in my area, not sure.Its still miles better than fixed wireless or satellite.Hopefully in the future upload speeds will go up, its becoming more important as more people work from home now.

I love Esparto Broadband! For years we had a satelite service for our internet use. Not only did it cost more, our time on the internet was monitored and after only 10 GB our service was either slowed down to a crawl or we had to buy more GB. We can finally relax while were on the internet without keeping one eye on the clock! And were saving money as well! It doesnt get better than that!
