ESP Computer Consulting has been my “IT Department” for the past 5 years. Even though I’m a home computer user, ESP has graciously supported my needs. They have resolved technical issues, answered questions and advised me on the selection of programs, the purchase of a computer, and the choice of an internet service provider.Eric helped me find a folder that disappeared and taught me how to host Zoom meetings. It took a couple of sessions. But, my first meeting went smoothly and I was very happy to use screen share to collaborate with a colleague. Eric is an excellent teacher.Formerly, I used an annual payment plan from Microsoft for computer support, but became frustrated with it. Determining which IT computer consulting company to go with when your priority is security, efficiency, no bs, transparency and customer service is difficult on its own. After doing our own research and determining that ESP Computer Consulting was offering these qualities in a company we wanted to contract with them. We were not disappointing one bit. We were guided on how they work, what they do, what they recommend and how they were going to implement these. Their work was diligent, smooth and very professional to say the least.
