I have worked with Mark from eShield for a while now. He has always made himself available when we have had issues. For example, he helped trouble shoot a downed internet connection while on vacation.He has saved me time by finding and vetting products and services.

Mark is knowledgeable, diligent and responsive. He’s helped us with both the hardware and software ends of networking issues, as well as working on individual work stations and our a/v system. Couldn’t ask for much more from a tech support crew! We are very pleased with eShield!!
