I cancelled both my husband and I memberships mid March & in plenty of time to stop the April fees from being processed.In person at the palm desert location I spoke to the assistant manager and she confirmed my written & verbal communication was received for both me and my husband & &&&&&April payments will not be processed .I checked our bank records.and we were charged.Background :Starting April 10th I sent three emails requesting the April fees be reversed and to date I have not received a reply to my emails or our refunds.May 1st they changed our accounts again today.Update: spoke to a manager at 12:00 today and she said let me look into it and I will back to you right awayPS May 1st ---6 PM no call back.

I like this gym, because it’s open 24/7. The memberships are reasonable. They have many class options. I really like their class build the 🍑with Ethel. I love taking the body pump classes with Tammy, Juan and Selena🥵🙌. I wish all these classes to be 1 hour because they are greatest.

After two years of joining EOS, I couldn’t be happier with this gym! 💪🏼 no other place has clean machines and clean restrooms. That’s something very important to me when choosing a gym. mornings are the best time to come because Monica the cleaning staff is there! She has an incredible eye to detail and you can tell she loves her job. I think she’s the only person that cleans there because when I come at night it does not look the same! She’s very hardworking, I have seen her clean the machines, floors, studios, and restrooms. So for any people thinking of joining Eos this is your sign if you like cleanliness!

My husband and myself are currently at 24 hour fitness. We are frustrated that its not open 24 hours. We have been looking at EOS and waiting for the LQ one to open up already to go see what they provide.He is a peralegic uses a wheelchair he likes to go Im hot tub and pool. Im wondering if the LQ one is going to have that service?Also is the high tier membership included for as many people I can take in or is it just 1? It says unlimited.Still deciding overall to see if itll be worth it or not...

I am quite upset after leaving there today. The women’s locker room bathrooms have been closed a lot the past week. It is barricaded with cones, cleaning supplies and carts on the inside blocking the restroom area along with about a good couple cm of cleaning water. I was really needing to use it today after driving from Rancho mirage but it was unavailable again so I went to the front desk to see if there was another. Emily was behind the desk and left the worst taste in my mouth. I found her rude, sarcastic, unable to meet the qualifications of a service or hospitality supervisor. She needs more training. She told me to use a bathroom across the street while smirking. When I called to ask for a manager she answered 2x and hung up on me both times. I was so unimpressed with her that I want to withdraw both my husbands and my membership. We pay for that space. I can use the one in my apt complex if I’m to be treated like that and unable to use facilities when needed.

I could Give Zero stars if it had the option! terrible customer service! managers are never available to help. no decency! the billing and charges you get are a joke. they have no explanation except for refer to your contract . you keep getting charged for the time you will never or have never used the gym. takes them months to cancel a membership and while thats in the process, you still get charged! most of their negative reviews are pretty much about the same issues!

I enjoy coming to this gym. The ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are super accommodating. A few weeks ago, I had noticed the floor in the G-Fit room was dirty after class, I talked to Rain and Hugo and they made sure to take care of it! I haven’t noticed anything since, thanks a ton, Rain!

My favorite gym. Been coming here for past 3 years. The sauna is the best. Its truly one of the only reasons Ive been loyal to this gym. In the afternoon this place can get packed. So I tend to stay away from it at this time. Staff is friendly and equipment is top notch. Cant go wrong at this gym.

Been going here for about a year, you gotta be picky about what time you come. M-F if you come around 6pm-8pm its good. Sat-Sun is pretty good all day around. The front staff is superb, Alexia helped me out with my membership.

Lots of equipment, but also lots of people. Membership is relatively cheap so it is popular. Sound in the theatre room was incomprehensible. Locker rooms are big and showers are fine. Liked the massage chairs if you buy the right membership, although no one checking. Heavy marketing campaigns get a bit too much. Close to home. Exercise classes across the parking lot. Parking can be challenging.

Great gym that has lots of equipment. It can get packed at times but it’s big and has plenty of machines and space to get a good workout no matter what. Shout out to Sergio for always being a nice and friendly. Not only that but he’s always cleaning and putting things away making sure the gym is in tip top shape. Sometimes it feels like he works harder than anyone in there.

Typical $0.99 gym... Way too overcrowded and even during the slower times. Far too few plates to load the old but good plate loaded equipment. It worked for us during our trip to the area for a few days, but uncomfortably busy and not clean at all. I would gladly pay more for a gym that isnt as crowded and more clean. Overall not a good experience for me as a gym goer. I cant imagine it is a good experience at all for new or inexperienced gym goers, especially for strength training. Other folks seemed to enjoy the cardio and classes that were going on.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EOS FITNESS!!False advertisement alert!When you signup for a promo (like I did) for $1 for your first month at EOS Fitness, BEWARE it is NOT $1 for your first month!It is $61 for your first month. $1 + $60 for the Annual Fee= $61I signed up Nov 23rd and canceled before Dec 23rd. I was charged the $1 AND the $60 annual fee and there’s no way to not pay the $60.I reached out twice to Kishing (the manager I was referred to) asking for an explanation, as to why it’s NOT possible to pay $1 for the first month and I never heard back from him/her.

Good place if you are on a budget,m it may get overcrowded at times but if you plan accordingly you can mangae. The personal trainers also work hard and well, definitly knowledge about physical health. Happy with my experience overall. Shout out to Viktor who has been super helpful in my fitness journey.

I called the club to get pass activated girl at front desk was very kind and said I could possibly get it activated over the phone so I could start early morning workout. Manager called back, off the bat was very monotone said I needed to go in person in order to activate membership, I advised her the above and that I was able to join before over the phone. She said that wasn’t an option, very rudely had zero customer service so I decided to join another gym that was very customer service friendly even though more money. Moral of the story be nice and customer service oriented.

If you come to this gym expect it to be busy for the majority of the weekdays. Plenty of equipment but expect to get creative with the workouts people will grab weights off your racks, it seems to go with the gym culture here. There are two open areas, large and small, for stretching or calisthenics. Lots of kettle bells, medicine balls, and matts. Many options as far as cardio equipment if thats your niche, TVs are few and small for the size of the gym. Several cleaning stations and water refill fountains. The smoothie bar has irregular hours but they have great tasting options and a big menu.

Simply atrocious customer service. I went through about half of the sign up form online before deciding to wait until the next day to complete it. I then received a call at 8 am the following morning from, I believe it was Brie, soliciting me to come in and finishing signing up. I told her I didnt appreciate her reaching out given I hadnt even submitted the form and questioned her right to do so.Instead of apologizing, or choosing to say anything remotely positive, she proceeded to argue with me about why she in fact had the right to directly contact me. Before I could refute, she hung up. I then called back, explained the situation to the front desk and requested to speak with the manger. They told me he wasnt in and would return my call upon his arrival. That, of course, did not happen.Im sure the gym itself is more than acceptable, if not exceptional, but they have absolutely no understanding of how to effectively communicate with clients. A rudimentary understanding of customer service at best. But I guess at $9.99/month, you get what you pay for.

Gym is ok, has the basics for strength training. A lot of young people on phones taking up equipment with their buddies. But the kids club is a joke. They just dont care about kids honestly, Its just a job to them. They also have lied to me when trying to make a reservation for my daughter saying it was full, but when I got there, there were only 3-4 kids. Too bad there are no good gyms in the valley and we have to settle for places like this.

Never thought about joining the gym. I was so doubtful about how to wardrobe for workout, or how I look stupid for not knowing how to work their machine. WISH THERE WAS A SWIMMING POOL. Barre & Pilates with Kaz are the best things I have done for myself in a long time. For me, it isnt just about the workout, but also the vibe in her classes. Kazs kindness and encouragement make me feel like part of a little workout fam. I asked for a 90 day freeze on my account, and they confirmed it verbally to me. I went two different occasions in person to confirm the 90 day freeze, and they gave me a verbal confirmation. 30 days later, I got charged.EDIT: They reached back to me. they fixed it, just make sure to get things in writing. i really like this gym when they try not to be greedyEDIT: I am giving this 5 stars now solely because of Victor the personal trainer. Highly knowledgeable, he has a masters degree. I was able to gain muscle without any risk of injury since he passes on his knowledge during sessions. He personalizes the workout to the individual. Cool guy. If you want results ask for Victor!

The front desk guy in the morning hangs out with his buddies, walks around cursing, doing random workouts and doesnt have everyone check in... you dont need to pay for a membership if youre his buddy and come in the early morning. Here he is leaning on the treadmill, not working, just talking... took this picture as I walked past him being cool or unprofessional in his sandals. The thing about this gym is like, you are just a number. They do not care about you and their billing system is automated so, do not expect them to understand or treat you as a case-to-case deal. They will keep charging you, even if you cancel and even tho, their system tells you that you were never at their location for months. Is just terrible customer service! I canceled my membership due to relocating. However, the gym kept billing me despite numerous phone calls,confirming that the membership had been canceled. They even gave me a cancellation number. I finally had to contact my bank to block them. In response, they turned me over to a collection agency! I contacted them again, and they assured me that the membership had been canceled. this was an extremely frustrating experience. If I ever return to a location with an EOS gym, I will not allow them access to my bank account. Other than this incredibly frustrating experience, the gym was fine, and the staff were all wonderful!

I tried this place out while on vacation, it is awesome! Highly recommend if you live here. Day passes are pricey at 20 bucks. If you live here, i know it is a lot cheaper. The equipment is great. Their is an awesome variety of machines. This gym stays packed. I went in the morning, the middle of the day and at 10 at night, and it was always packed. Personally, I don’t mind. However if you want a quite gym, this probably isn’t the place for you

That Sergio guy is really a hero helped me get 225lbs off my neck/chest after dropping the weight on my chest for failing to rack the weight correctly on the bench chest press….honestly if it weren’t for him I’d probably be the first person to DIE at an EOS gym cause I was just wiggling my legs as my head turned red no other employee seemed to notice….can’t believe he is a maintenance guy and keeps the place clean looking spotless…I honestly thought he was like a personal trainer

Only leaving 3 stars because the best thing about the gym is the community. I was very nervous to start working out and was a bit scared at first however, two night employees Matt and John became great great friends. Those two made sure every night I was welcomed with a nice high five and even some of the most useful tips I have received. Other gym goers would also give great advice when needed or if you even asked. Never have I ever met someone who treated me rudely or with disrespect. Especially when I started and I had terrible form some others would walk up and give some quick tips which meant a lot. I highly recommend going just to be with this crowd, if youre social. The equipment isnt too good but you can look past it as it still gives a nice pump. (give matt and john a raise)

I would give this place no stars if I could! I am having the hardest time canceling my membership with this place! I keep getting charged! The “manager” Tony Profita was suppose to get back to me 3 weeks ago and hasn’t! I’ve been leaving messages, emailing, even went in person! I relocated and don’t live near this gym anymore and it seems like they are avoiding me but continue to take my money from my bank account! They have the worse communication skills! I recommend you avoid signing up with this gym at all costs.

Excellent gym!! The night crew (john and Matt) are top notch guys. They always greet with a smile and a good morning. It is very nice to be around such amazing young men who treat EVERYONE with the upmost respect. I have witnessed multiple customers treat these 2 guys with disrespect and they just shrug it off!! Went in to sign up for the special $1 to start, $22/month, should of stuck to the 7 day trial. The gym looked busy, but not any more so than other commercial discount gyms Ive been to. Went ahead and signed up, but think it was probably a big mistake. There is absolutley no gym etiquette of any kind by nearly all members. They need to address the rampant large groups of kids that workout on a single piece of equipment for hours, do not put their weights back, and stand around in large groups blocking members access to equipment they are not even using. The gym is not social hour, its not a hang-out. Perhaps making it so that younger members must have someone show them proper gym etiquette before allowing them to workout, and instituting a policy to limit groups to no more than 3-4. I really doubt that the number of people checked-in are the same as the number of people in the gym at any given time. Has to be a fire code violation. There are not enough free weights available for every station and many stations had no weights at all. The gym is dirty the locker rooms are dirty and its extremely crowded. I read the other reviews that said the same things so I should of known better. I am still looking for an acceptable gym, this is not a place for a serious lifter or anyone who is serious about fitness. Its like a dirtier more crowded planet fitness

Very dirty! In stretching area that individual workout place, the green pads are so dirty with a full of dust. I dont think they really clean that areas, even if a lot of people use the area for individual workout. Also, the stretch yoga pads are all worn out. It teared down and became very thin but they never replace them; however, in group workout yoga pads are nice and sturdy quality. Hope they can replace with those. There is no hand sanitizers placed in group classes room. Also, group workout class room is closed when there is no classes, unlike 24fitness in Indio or other gyms who let it still open where there is no classes so people can use more space to work out freely. individual area work out areas are packed with people and not much space to freely workout there.

They didnt let my little brother work out with me as a guest, he is 17 years old and they didnt let him in because he is not 18. they want more people to make memberships and say thats the rules. And they had no staff to do the memberships at night. I asked for a manager and I was told they had no managers. I asked if I was the legal guardian would it be ok he said that its wouldnt be possible. I drove all the way here and I couldnt even work out. And they have let my brother workout with me as a guest in the past... Just watch out for the gym police. So disappointing .. Im gonna cancel my membership tommorow

I arrived there on a Monday about 10 am. I went to the front counter to inquire about membership or maybe just check the place out. There was nobody at the front counter; I waited about five minutes then gave up and walked in. I did my training and saw a few employees (none above the age of 20) who seemed to be more concerned with being bros and checking out the women. The place was packed, maybe 200 people. You had to wait for everything, including cardio equipment. Restrooms were dirty. The place was a mess. Membership is cheap but you get what you pay for. Avoid this place. I found an independent gym a few miles away that is so much better.

I tried free 1 month trial for 3 weeks. It didn’t work out for me. So I called and canceled my account. I talked to 3 different employees just to make sure. They all said I would not get charged initiation fee. They lied and charged me anyway. I let them know that I was charged. So all they did was give me an email to get a refund. I don’t think I will ever get my money back. Don’t do the free trial, they will still charge you unless your sure you will be going. I go to planet fitness. I get more help from them if I have any questions. Their very helpful.

EōS is a scammy and scummy company.Let me tell you how EōS works: a low monthly rate with an approximately $60 annual membership charge that kicks in almost as soon as you sign up. I accepted a free trial, went once, signed up, and cancelled within days without visiting again. The staffer on the phone informed me that while my cancellation was immediately effective, I was still on the hook for their annual membership fee and it would be billed about thirty days in the future as scheduled. When I objected, he smugly informed me that I had signed a commitment to pay and they would be collecting the money on that basis.You see, when you sign up, EōSs employees demand your bank account information in addition to a payment card so that they can draw money from your account without you having any recourse or means to stop them. I flat out refused to give a gym my bank account number and routing number, and Im really glad I did. After disputing their bogus $60 annual membership fee that they tried to bill me 1 month after I cancelled, I was able to fight the charge with my card issuer and just prevailed, several months later.S**k my d**k, EōS.

Decent gym, but its the most crowded gym Ive ever seen. Even in off-hours you cant get on any of the equipment. Queue for most of the machines in every area. A planned workout off-hours planned for 60 minutes will take 90 minutes or more with lots of waiting.

Compared to other EOS gyms Ive been to in the LA area, this one had rather old equipment. I havent seen iron plates used in ten years. There was also only one double cable (narrow type) that was used nonstop by two for over an hour. The incline benches have an odd unadjustable angle to them but surprisingly they didnt hurt my back.EDIT: Apr 30105 degrees outside and this gym has no AC on. It was actually cooler outside 🫣

Poor Customer Service!Kevin, “who called himself operation manager”, at EOS Palm Desert location, it was supposed to help me with 2 refunds I have to get, since I froze my account for some months and the Rep. that day Inefficiently didn’t put it in the system right, so I got charged the full amount.Since I didn’t get the refund and it was a hassle to get someone efficient enough to have things done, I decided to cancel my membership on time so I don’t get charged again for no reason. And my surprise is that, once again I got charged the full amount!!! Seriously???EŌS fitness PD stop taking my money!!I need my refunds. Super happy they are back open! You will always find at least 1 team member sanitizing equipment. There are plenty of sanitizing stations for you to access pre & post using equipment. I also love that they limit occupancy by requiring an appointment. 1 hour & 2 hour options are nice for the appointments. AND they have everything color coded to help even more with social distancing. I feel like they are really doing everything they can to keep everyone safe & aware. *face masks ARE required while working out. I am 7 months pregnant and use a lightweight breathable mask and it is NOT an issue for me. I am so happy with how this gym has handled the pandemic crisis and am incredibly happy they are open again 👏

NIGHTMARE TO CANCEL!!!EOS Palm Desert does a great job at hiding their negative reviews. I want to warn people looking to try out their gym to beware of their SCAMS.I ended up paying $62 for a 2-week trial. The initial promotion was charged first $2, ok not bad. I was one week into the trial when I called and canceled. On the third week I see the charge, Kaysi the rep who had helped us said, call in before the 2 weeks are over at first you will see the charge but then it will be credited back. I was fooled and even told my husband this is what Kaysi explained, its ok we will see the credit soon. WE HAVE NOT AND THEY WILL NOT BE CREDITING MY ACCOUNT.On the phone with 3 different workers, including Kaysi the sale rep that would never mislead to make a sale but now is saying I had to cancel within 5-days. And her manager who told me You must have really liked the gym to sign up on the first day. And therefore will not be processing my credit.There is nothing special about the gym and the only reason we signed up was because the sales rep Kaysi said it was a $2 - 2-week promotion where we had the chance to cancel. Gyms give out free trials all the time, most people walk into a gym wanted to give it a try. That is why we signed up, not because the gym blew my mind.I claim responsibility for not doing my research in reading these reviews, and trusting the sales rep on what she said.

It has free weights, barbells and squat racks its definitely better than planet fitness for those people that maybe want a level before 24hr fitness that has similar equipment. I would say though that if your just looking for a stabdard work out you could go with planet fitness as the cheaper option unless you want to use the barbells and squat racks that arent smith machines.

Ive only been a member here for a few months but heres my observations. This place is big! Lots of equipment. Lots of room to stretch. Several pull-up bars, several dip bars, plenty of free weights and fitness machines or whatever theyre called, lots of stair masters and bicycles.The front desk personnel are friendly! Was invited by my sister in law to join for a work out. We wanted to do the zumba class but the instructor never showed, so we hit the yard. Great work out anyway. Nice facility. Clean. Everyone is responsible for wiping down machines when done. Had a good workout looking forward to another. I have been coming to this location for years and it’s the atmosphere that the team of workers create is what makes the experience exceptional. Their equipment has upgraded and so has their cleanliness. The General Manager, Chris, is super humble. I’ve seen him take out the trash himself various times. Marc, the Operations Manager is the anchor of customer service, anytime I have a question or little issues he’s always willing to go above and beyond. Plus they are 24 hours!!!!!

I went in to sign up for the basic $10/month plan they advertise. The salesman recommended I sign up on a higher plan for one month then drop down to the $10/plan to avoid high enrollment fees. After a month I asked to have my plan lowered. Instead, the salesman at the gym signed me up for an additional membership. Several months went by before I realized that I was paying for two memberships. When I asked them about it, they acknowledged the mistake and sent an email to “corporate” in order to have the account canceled and a refund applied. Double payments continued to come out of my account. I went in to simply cancel and they said the balance needed to be paid before they could cancel😳. I explained the situation and was assured by the manager that they would fix the mistake. But no. I called in and went back several times. Each time, a manager would type up a little email and send it to who knows where, then say it would certainly be taken care of. I ended up have to tell the bank not to allow the charges. Fast forward several months, me assuming the issue was resolved, and I get a call from a collections agency saying my EOS accounts (plural) were in collections and negatively impacting my credit! The credit collector says to call the gym to have it fixed. I call and get the same damn story— “sorry for the mistake, my manager will call you back”. Nightmare! The gym is overcrowded, the equipment is old and dirty, the daycare is disgusting with kids screaming bloody murder while the child care staff all sit against the wall looking miserable, and, as indicated above, the front desk and management are shady as hell and one step lower on the totem poll than car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and sign up at World’s Gym or Planet Fitness....

What makes me commit to anything is loyalty. Since day one I made my fitness journey needs made very clear and the staff from the bottom up came through ten fold. I commend the entire staff for professionalism that’s is reflective upon great leader ship. Attitude reflects leadership. And having a functioning sauna and legitimate heavy bags at the ready 24-7 is a huge bonus. Beyond that the most important thing is cleanliness. That is the mark of a true safe and welcoming environment. Way to go team!

I may be jumping the gun on this review as I first called the gym today. I talked to Kevin and Jennifer on the phone to arrange a discussion about different membership options. They were able to see me within the hour. Once my GF and I arrived, we were met by Beto who broke down all of our options in an complete and transparent way. Chris also came over to help. I have sales pressure anxiety and I can say that the options were explained to me in a way that left me informed but also not ready to run out the front door before we were done. I just wanted to say im so happy with what you guys have done to allow us to continue to workout during covid and I love all the instructors. They go above and beyond. They have brought treats on holidays for the entire class and even held workouts when the gym had to close. This is my favorite gym. The machines, the classes they offer, the price, and the staff are all great. The staff is friendly and welcoming and they even walk around and take the time to give tips on proper and safe form. The price is amazing and I’m able to go to other EOS gyms when I’m out of town in Vegas or San Diego and I can also bring a guest anytime. The classes and the instructors are the best. Tammy and Marci are so nice and Juan is so funny and they all keep you super motivated. Management does not know how to manage! I did personal training and when it came time to continue or stop I decided that I no longer couldn’t afford it. I talked to the manager Joe Hernandez and he assured me that it would be taken care of ( I asked him to send me an email confirmation and he said that wouldn’t be necessary)...so what happens, I’m charged. By the time I go in to speak with Joe about this for the second time, I am charged AGAIN, he tells me that it somehow slipped through the cracks and that if he getting a refund in about 10 business days (he said cause the banks take so long...which is b.s.) I wait two weeks and what do I see I AM CHARGED AGAIN!!! I speak to Joe yet again and even say I’d like to speak to someone above him and he tells me that it’s not his fault that it’s the billing company. I let it slide even though I’m out more than $100 for no service exchanges. As I write this, it has been ANOTHER 4 weeks since then. I will be calling corporate in the morning because it obvious something is very wrong. This gym is NOT worth this time or trouble. It is crowded and staff isn’t all the friendly or accommodating unless they think they can get $ out of you. If you’re looking to spend just the $10 a month and go at odd hours then it’s a perfectly fine place for you...other than don’t bother.

Great gym, cancellation is a nightmare. The only helpful person throughout this cancellation process was the general manager, Damon. Do not get a membership here, you will be lied to by the staff. I travel for work, I informed them that I might have to cancel my membership if I move, to which she responded “it’s easy to cancel no obligation to you.“ This was a flat out lie, and I have been on the phone for the past three hours with some third-party financial company based in Arkansas which collects the membership fees. Love the group class teachers. They are the best. EOS is so lucky to have them! Staff is friendly. The only problem is that it is so crowded all the time. It must be because of the $9.95 per month they are offering. The owners could care less about how crowded and dirty the gym has become. Quite frankly, the genre of the members has changed. It looks like half of the members just got out of prison. Also, no parking, because the gym is over sold with membership.

Have been a member at the Palm Desert location for many years. All equipment is updated and the staff are professional and very knowledgeable. This gym seemed great to first, all the staff seemed friendly and helpful but after I moved and canceled two months ago they are still charging my account after they said my membership was canceled. In addition to charging me after I canceled they charged me for training that I did not agree to and did not go to. They keep telling me they’re going to fix it but no one is ever available to help. I’ve asked for a copy of my contract and did not receive it. I would like my money back.

Unfairly charging account on behalf of my mom and I. We have frequently been trying to cancel or downgrade our membership here and was informed TODAY that there was a request sent in 3 MONTHS ago that was denied and we were never informed that it was because the manager said its not his job to do so.Today the manager sent in another request for a membership cancellation and we will still be charged this next month until it gets canceled. The manger also told us theres a charge to downgrade membership tiers? We have had so many issues with finances at this location for well over a year and NOTHING has been resolved. This gym corporation is awful and only cares about money. Do NOT pay for memberships here. People are complaining about EOS taking their money FOR A REASON!!!!

Im 7 weeks into my membership, and I am very pleased with my experiences. The staff are friendly and always greet me me when I arrive (4 days a week). My power Yoga and Pilates instructor (Lis) is amazing. Her classes are large, but she manages to include and encourage the entire classes regardless of the ability, often giving personalized attention. An Excellent instructor.

I can’t really say anything bad about this gym, membership is cheap, the staff are very friendly no doubt, gyms fairly clean, they have everything you need to accomplish whatever your fitness goals are, and for parents they even gotta in gym daycare for added convenience. Only complaint is sometimes it’s hard to get the machine you want when you want it cause the place is so damn busy. I wouldn’t even mind paying an extra $10 per month to help weed out the weekend warriors.

However because I had to call 30days prior even though I hav been trying to cancel for months I still have to pay for training and me membership o more month with nothing to show for my money. This place was rude the min I walked in the door.They shouted at me about a mask, I asked for one and they informed me I had to buy it so I get out some cash and they also informed me that I had to pay with a card! For $1! As my mother and I walked away, we could hear them laughing and chit chattering as if it were highschool. Oh wait, they were all kids. Maybe get some more welcoming employees that are not rude and short.I was going to sign up for a membership but they lost 2 customers on that behavior.

Good workout in the parking lot until its safe to work out inside. You need a reservation, and they are letting in a few too many, as you will have to adapt your workout to whatever is open. The members here are not trained to repack their weights when they are done, but this is common at inexpensive gyms.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I been getting charged for my personal training for 2 months now even though I canceled it back in September when I was suppose too, I called and even showed up to talk to them personally and they said the would put in the request for me to get a refund back and that they will send a request to the “manager” but the manager never got back to me. Now they need to refund me the 4 times they charged me but everytime I try to get a hold of them they take forever to answer the phone or just don’t get back to me.

Do not sign up for any of their classes or sessions. It is a nightmare of over billing and never canceling despite multiple attempts/requests to do so. You will be thrown around for many many months with people of different managerial titles over phone, in person and emails. If you value your mental health or your hard earned money do not do it.

Horrible gym to attend to. Once they opened back up, on the month of October I have been charged twice by some random fees. I have no way of knowing what they mean because they don’t send or explain these fees by email or even warn you. And then on top of those two fees. I was charged the actual monthly fee. Don’t come here. They’re so caught up trying to make their money back then our own damn peace of mind.

I got a personal trainer and he was awesome Johny thats why I have it a 2 ⭐️ but...my proble was after the 6 Months they still wanted to Charge me a extra $280 until I canceled it no one told me I needed to Cancel it so now Im overdraft in my bank account... Will explain later but at night the paper towels are rarely refilled. The smoothie shop is the worst. They have hours posted but then NEVER, and I mean NEVER in 2 years have opened at the posted time. Then when I ask when, they employees tell me 9am. I show up at 920, still nothing and everyone just says, its his own company as if thats an excuse. I just switched my gym membership.

So my card was cancelled due to a hack a few weeks ago. Somehow EOS got my new card without permission. Called and talk to Kevin he was very cool and help he couldnt figure out h ow somesdone got my new bank card and he even checked cameras and nothing.

This gym facility has absolutely NO customer experience. I signed up for a membership, the facility took two months of payments and a yearly fee. I never once walked in, so I chose to cancel my membership and asked for a refund and I received an email response saying I wasn’t going to get a refund. I stated my circumstances and I THINK a great customer service understands situations and grants refunds when they circumstances are right. Apparently EOS cares only for their financial benefit and they will even scam people out of their money because their morals don’t exist. Companies like EOS keep everyone down because they’re not for what’s right. They only do what’s best for THEM.

Friendly staff, well kept equipment and the large grass areas are fantastic! I love the variety of classes and the new spin room. Awesome price for a gym membership..plus the sauna is great.
