Straight forward gym with some amenities.This place used to be a Golds gym, so youll see some interesting equipment in here. Theres plenty of stations to go around and a few spots where the introverts can go get private workouts if desired.As far as amenities, theres really just a sauna. It used to be steam, but they converted it to dry sauna about a month ago. The steam was really awesome but the new dry sauna is nice too. Only thing thats missing is a nice cold dip.As far as cons go, locker room tidyness could be improved. And other than staff right at the door, most of the crew have an attitude of they cant be bothered. Doesnt bother me since Im not really there for that, but Ive heard other members really harp on about it.All in all, this is a good local gym. Definitely gonna get what you need.

More and more disappointed every time I come back here. The gym area is clean and well kept overall. The locker room is a disaster. The floor is always wet and slippery now there’s a water heater in the walkway you can’t fill your water jug. Showers are more disgusting then some 3rd world countries I’ve been to. I’m assuming management is aware but it doesn’t seam to be making a difference. This place needs some TLC fast.

Love this gym. Adrian G is the best. He always is very welcoming and kind and I feel comfortable at this gym. I’ve tried several gyms in the area and honestly can say this staff is the best. Adrian G has worked with me while I’ve trained at this gym. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is trying to get into lifting but may not be comfortable in big gyms. Staff like Adrian will definitely make you feel right at home.

Signed up in March for the new location in Lake Elsinore under the advertisement of it opening in with a pool- fantastic since we live not 5 minutes away and summer is perfect timing to be in that pool. Its almost July and we just now are hearing that that location wont be open till 2025. Went to this Murrieta location and asked the girl at the desk for a tour because we either want to use this location or get a refund. Well strike one it doesnt have a pool and she tells us the closest one that does is in Temecula. Then she went to the back to get someone to come out and give us a tour but after waiting 15 minutes we walked out. Obviously she didnt want to actually do it or get someone else to do it. I have never been to any other gym where the person at the counter didnt have me touring the facility in less than 5 minutes from me stating my intentions. This entire gym chain so far has been nothing but a waste of our time.

This EOS is not perfect but pretty nice. Always clean. Friendly staff. Great variety of equipment. Bathrooms are nice. Machines are metal and sturdy. They just renovated the yard, it is much bigger with more equipment. Cons are: Gets packed during peak hours. Best times to go are 10pm to 6am. Weight rack section is a little tight and gets crowded easily. Almost every time I hop on a bike there is something wrong with it; broken pedals, loose seat. Overall great place!

Heavy on the sales side pushing for extras, and really wants referrals to try and get more business. Will try to sell to your emergency contact, so beware or make sure to warn your emergency contact person that they will contact them to try and sell a membership to.Pricing is fair, gym is clean with good offerings. Will likely be hard to cancel membership as they require card information and info for ACH transfers to process membership costs, but will update if the time does come to cancel.

Today is the last day for the steam room, I am very disappointed. It’s the only reason why I come here after doing amazing work out, I love to hit the steam room. It helps your muscles tissues and stuff. Now they’re changing it to a Sauna which is not as good as the steam room. Might be my last day coming to the gym 😞 now I have to look for a gym with a steam room.

Employees are friendly & professional. The gym is pretty well organized; leg machines, cable machines, dumbbells with benches, and cardio machines in good places. At times machines could be inoperative for a few days. The gym is fairly clean, but my biggest complaint is that the men’s locker room can smell and permeate to the rear of the gym.🤢

In the past decades I’ve actively worked out at any number of gyms. My memberships varied for a year to several years at any given gym. Each company and individual location had both ups and downs in personnel, classes and cleanliness.For over a decade I have now been a member at Murrieta EOS. I have no reason to ever leave this gym or location.It is without a doubt the friendliest team of fitness personnel! I am welcomed by name upon arrival and always treated with friendliness and professionalism.That said let’s get to the real reason we go to the gym, strength and fitness!!My fitness trainer Stephanie is the best!!She like others have been in competition and know the ropes.Seriously every group class and piece of equipment to meet anyone’s needs. If you are serious about your workout, this is the place.

Honestly I dont even know what to say. I rarely leave reviews but this has got to be said. I know the membership is affordable, but that doesnt mean you get trash service. There is no accountability, no responsibility. I understand businesses are suffering, but again it doesnt mean you have to offer trash service. To name a few things: the Steam Room it took over 3 months to fix it, it worked for about 2 weeks and its back to not working again. The showers are always dirty and the toiletries are always empty. Why offer something half way? The employees greet you at the door, but that is as far as it goes? How hard is it to maintain these items? To maintain working conditions of equipment?

EoS is by far the best experience Ive had with any gym. The facilities are clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and not pushy. They are really there to help. I got my membership through Leslie at the Murrieta location and she couldnt have been any more helpful and was a sole reason I chose to get an EoS membership. Thank you so much Leslie.

Honestly, worst gym experience. Everything about this place sucks. Its hot, they dont ventilate fresh air, all the equipment is worn out, broken and filthy. It is insanely crowded. The employees just stand around and talk and dont do their basic jobs. Toilet paper is either soaked with toilet water or sweat because they are too lazy to place it in the toilet paper holder, the hand soap is consistently empty. If you try to approach the employees for any basic needs they get genuinely upset they you interrupted their leisure time. Id say the other gym members there are actually somewhat polite most of the time and respectful of each other. If you get the basic price for $10/month($16.67/month after hidden annual membership fee of $59.99 plus a $20 sign up cost). Honestly I hate this gym and Im switching to a different gym, this is not worth the money. Thats if they let me, Ive seen reports online that they make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership which is why I put it on a virtual credit card to rug pull when they dont grant my wish of cancellation.

Do not go to this gym if you actually want to get a workout in. You’ll either have to change your gym time, sacrifice not getting to do what you need to do, or spend half your workout waiting for machines & even dumbbells to free up! The staff & guest are equally annoying. You also can’t take pics or record your workout even if you’re in a secluded area. Nice gym but there’s a reason the price point is so low / equivalent to planet fitness… bc the gym sucks & they just care about having a lot of ppl sign up.

Im very dissatisfied, disappointed and overcharged!! I signed up last summer for a premium membership to find out that I cannot use some of their locked up facility they used for zumba and other activities. One day a month ago, it was raining hard, parking lot was full and parked far from the gym, ran inside and scan my qr card just for a blonde girl to yell at me that I cant workout without a valid ID. I was so furious they never asked this before, and so I canceled my membership. End of the month came, and I got charge $51.99 3 times!!! Every first of the month I get charge $26.99 and I talked to Zak the general manager this morning he insisted I was late and was only going to credit my account for the two 51.99 charges, because he said Im late on my payment. My overall experience at this gym is horrendous. Most of the staff I had dealt with are very friendly, but the place and management are really horrible!!!! Their billing dept. always double billed me!!! I had to call all the time to make corrections.

My wife took a hip hop exercise class tonight at EOS fitness in Murrieta. It was a sub instructor by the name of Cesar Garcia. My wife said Cesar was amazing! The most fun, energetic and intensive workout she ever had. I hope EOS can make him a permanent instructor. She’s taken other hip hop classes and while she does enjoy them, Cesar brought it to another level! Cesar knows how to engage the class and his moves make everyone want to dance!

Worst gym. Lied about steam room which was the reason I joined the gym has been down for the entire year charged $150 to get it fixed for their upkeep fees. They are closing down the steam room keeping the fees and will remain a run down dirty location. Manager is young and unprofessional, wifi doesn’t work and closed in areas due to illness outbreak. Be careful of this gym.

Been going to this gym since late 2021 and I’ve loved it ever since. The front desk is always knowledgeable and so friendly every day I come in. They make me feel welcome, and are always maintaining a safe and encouraging environment. Some of my favorite friendly faces are Destiny, Rudy, Hakim, Damien, Markus, Kristina, Brandon, Nelson, Jay, and more. All of them are the best at their job, and motivate me to come in every day! I will always recommend EOS Murrieta!

Great facility, certain staff can make the experience less pleasant. The reason it gets 2 stars is how they pick and choose when to enforce rules, let kids under their minimum age come in and overcrowd the gym. The level of services have fallen off including the towel service. It’s the philosophy of the low-cost monthly membership, they just try to sell as many memberships as they can and if you don’t like how crowded it then good luck trying to cancel.

The gym itself was very clean and the staff was nice. I didn’t have any problems ever but when I had to move away to LA and canceled my membership back in December, I called and was told to do it in person. So I did and the woman that helped me (she had short brown hair), said I was good to go and it was canceled and I’d just have to pay the last $10 at the end of the month to finalize the cancellation. Well a month rolls by and I get charged $45. Eos’s financial support team blows up my phone to say I’m late on payments and my account is still active. I call them back and let them know I had already canceled a month prior. They say they have nothing on file and to go back in person. So I have to drive 3 hours from LA to Murrieta to speak to a manager. Finally I speak to the assistant manager Brandon who helped me file a complaint and gave me a confirmation number of it being processed to cancel my membership. A week later passes, I get calls again from EOS saying I have to pay $45 because I’m late on payments and it still is active. Fast forward, it’s been 2 months at this point and I don’t even live near an eos so why the hell is this company still trying to charge me when I cancelled back in December of 2023? Make sure to have documentation of everything if you ever need to cancel because their financial support team will make you feel dumb with the way they speak to you and say they don’t have anything on file.

At 65, I have seen many gyms over the years. EOS is well equipped, but far too crowded. This is the result of charging $10 a month to use it. If you want to spend a lot of time waiting for a rack or bench etc while a 22yr old is taking 15mins between sets to flex their baby muscles in the mirror....enjoy. But the deal breaker for me was using equipment so saturated with sweat my arms would stick to the pads. This was the case each time I went (3x). I did not see anyone cleaning. They also do not require the use of towels. I also did not see a single person cleaning up after themselves. This is a surefire germ factory for herpes, ringworm etc. The mens locker room and bathroom was just plain filthy. Beware!

I used to belong to the EOS in Temecula (Meadows) which I loved. Then sadly the crunch at French Valley closed and this was my only option as I need childcare.The kids club manager is very rude, nothing like I have ever experienced at any gym that I have belonged to, and used childcare. In fact, in 7 years I have had nothing but great experiences with childcare at gyms until now.Half the cardio machines dont work properly, there are no signs on the machines, and it is very hard to ever get on any weight lifting equipment. I cannot wait until the new EOS opens on Winchester and I dont have to come here anymore.

Scammers because they charge you over and over, even when you cancel properly 30 days before. I’ve known several other people who complained about additional charges on their accounts too and ended up switching.My boyfriend and I both canceled our memberships and they continued to charge us and then justified it by saying “well on file we don’t have that” in other words they don’t do their job there. Once they fix this problem, I will remove my review. I would just like proper help via email, because I’m tired of talking to team members on the phone who have no idea what they’re doing.

This Place should ROT in Hell, they can’t even fix the steam room, since last year they keep giving the run around. Spoke to the District Manager today all of a sudden, everyone is working and cleaning when half the time they are always texting on the phone and just yapping. They can’t even fix the men’s shower gel where it dispenses. They Just hired a new GM he didn’t even know the steam room was down. How terrible can u be? If I could give it less then 1 star I would.

One step above Planet Fitness, for those that hate on PF. Had a couple of mornings that it was closed and found out after getting there, they sent emails to some, but not to all of us. Equipement is old and usually pretty trashed, it’s also on top of each other which sucks. They also have 1 machine for some that are always busy, and the squat racks section in the basketball court has been closed for a bit. Sauna doesn’t work and I signed up about a month ago. Bathrooms often smell bad. The paper towels to clean the machines after use are often empty.

The equipment isn’t maintained. 50% of the machines and benches have a few inches of give which means your back shifts under load. Stationary bike bolts are loose on a few bikes so when you put weight up or down on it it moves.I’ve reported many fixes without resolution. Most of these benches and machines most likely are so abused they can’t get fixed. Need new ones.Black mold was found and they shutdown part of the gym. This stuff happens but it’s clear there is no preventative measures or reactive measures being taken.Y’all are in a top tier market and if you don’t fix this stuff people will leave, like me.

I have been going to this location for one complete year, and The Gym is always chrispy clean and even smells like maestro limpio, LOL, Destiny always makes sure we have the correct equipment, and when things break shes always on top, Girly always greets me by my name and she makes you feel like you are in starbaks without buying 10 bucks coffee, Abby and the rest of stuff are always helpful and answer questions without pushing training classes. Been broken over 2 months and then now they shut down the entire place without reason with the without notice. What kind of place do they run there? They should take the example from Temecula. Much much better clean. Overall better Murrieta EOS sucks... They are a joke, If I could rate it less than one star I would... When are they going to fix that steam room its been forever.... Been coming for a year now, I pay for the highest membership and used to really like this gym over the year something is always broken takes forever to fix and once it is something else breaks sauna is constantly down and the main reason I come is for squat racks which is now closed due to MOLD. If half my workout is taken from me I expect half my monthly payment to be subtracted as well! Temecula eos is off the table since it’ll be a50 min drive for me and Redlands eos is an hour and half back drive not worth having a membership for this location.. staff has always been nice and attentive for what THEY CAN DO management needs to close this place down with CORRECT CLOSURE TIME and DATE to remodel and clean up.

I just visited this location based on the promise of 24-hour indoor basketball courts. I was prepared to sign up, though the attendant at the front let me know that Id have to return after 8am to do so. I asked if I could see the basketball court, and was told that it was only a half court, and I could take a look. The attendant was only employee working, so I took a peek myself. Never made it on the court though. Theres a sign that says Basketball Court Closure, 9pm - 6am. I asked the attendant, who now seemed slightly annoyed just by my quick return, if that was standard. The attendant let me know that yea, the court was closed from 9pm - 6am for cleaning, though the cleaning person had yet to arrive today. I asked if that was every day and was told yes. So this place does not have a 24-hour indoor basketball court, just 15 hours, and not from 9pm - 6am, in case the cleaning crew arrives at some point in that span. 9 hours for cleaning? Must be spotless. Wouldnt know though. Never even made it on the court.

I went into this gym to just look around and the person who showed me around basically forced the membership on me when I said I wanted to try the 7 day free pass. He did not even mention the pass after the tour and just started forcing the membership and personal training on me in my opinion. And then they will give you the absolute hardest time about trying to cancel your membership. Ive had to call SO many times to speak to someone about canceling and they still have yet to do so. I highly do not recommend this gym.

Join about 2 years ago, got the platinum or black membership whatever name they give the highest one, so that I could come with my brother that sometimes comes to visit. The first time I brought a guest, no problem. The second time, they said he had to get a 7 day pass so he could come in. The final time I brought him they wouldnt let him in with my pass because they said his pass was only for the San Diego gym and since he was a member he couldnt come in with my pass that allows me to bring someone. So I tried canceling like 2 months later because I dont like coming to the gym by myself. I thought it was gonna be quick and easy, but no. Came in February to cancel. Since my wallet was stolen or lost most likely, I canceled my cards. They told me I couldnt cancel because I had a back fee for that month. I let them know I was waiting for a card, but I could give them the bank info so they could charge it. They said yes, that works, and charged the past and current month. I was ok now cancel my membership they said no problem. I went on an out of the country trip for a little over a month and came back to find out they are still charging the membership. I called, and they said they couldnt because I didnt have a card on file and they couldnt charge the back fees with a bank account. Obviously, I thought all fees were paid already, so I came down, gave them my card, and asked what the other fees were. They said I had 3 months back do fees for a towel service. I told them that I got the towel service in the Temecula gym, but since I was told the Murrieta gym doesnt have that service, I cancel that service right away. So I paid 10months of towel service that they dont offer. So I was not gonna pay for something they dont offer, so I emailed Mrs. Tellez, on May, 6months later, still no response. Well I noticed the next month they charged the service anyway since I had given them the card to be able to cancel. It wasnt a lot. I think it was like 30 bucks. But still. Now, November, I came back to cancel on a Monday. I was told the manager would call me later because she was in a meeting. Its now Thursday, and I came back in and now I have to wait for the Managers approval to cancel. And every time I try to Cancel theyre response is well the person you talked to left no notes (on my account) so we can try to cancel but I wont be able to do anything for the past times. And I say ok cancel it and they say ok ill put that in, next time I come its the exact same conversation. Like I said had the membership for 2 years been trying to cancel for 1

I really liked this gym. Only left because I moved out of the area. The equipment is solid, staff is chill, members are chill and willing to lend a helping hand. Whatever your training needs are, you’ll be able to satisfy them here. I was worried I’d have a hard time getting my membership cancelled based off reviews, but everything cleared and I haven’t been charged after the fact. Unless you know you’re going to use the training don’t sign up because it’s a contract. Oh well, they’re good salesmen, s*** happens. But somehow people still don’t realize you can’t just call a gym to cancel. You have to go in person or email the email provided in your contract. Also, you guys should get a dry sauna and a couple more plate loaded hammer strength machines. Really loved this gym though, I’ll miss it.

Night shift staff need to monitor cleanliness and keep the facility clean at all times and stop sitting at the front desk watching personally owned electronic equipment. Night shift staff do not monitor or put weight lifting equipment back in the weight lifting area.I have email managing staff about the problem with paper towel dispensers many times but this remains a problem. The towel dispensers do not stay shut and the doors fall and cause safety hazards, do not run properly and dispense paper towels when a customer chooses. The night shift staff do not walk around and monitor for safety hazards and take the effort to at least fix the problem concerns.

IF YOU ARE ON A BUDGET, DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY - I explicitly explained my financial situation to the staff at this location, and I was very specific about what I could and could not afford. I was promised a $100 monthly price for the weekly trainer subscription and it expired after the first month.Be careful for this specific trick, “I’m not supposed to do this but I can sign you up under a military discount and it’ll take that cost down to $100” - they don’t tell you, afterward that month, it goes back to the original cost of $200 a month - or more.The individual who signed me up, left, so hopefully this doesn’t continue - but be cautious of the staff trying to convince you to buy something you don’t need. Priscilla, the current manager, doesn’t know the first thing about customer service.Oh, and be warned, if you sign up for a trainer in one location, it doesn’t mean you’ll be able to utilize a trainer in another location. They have a different processes and they don’t tell that to you prior to singing. I moved to Oceanside, unable to utilize the trainers there. I had to cancel my contract, and now I’m out $1,200. I spent a a total of 60 mins (2 visits) with my trainer at this location and the machines were all taken so we stretched for 30 mins before she dismissed herself.One peace of advice if you decide to go ahead with it - get the membershipBUT DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A TRAINER

While no gym is perfect, EOS is the flagship of what chain gyms try to achieve. Some of them have dominated one aspect of gym memberships but EOS has captured the best of all fitness elements. From functional training like F45, basketball, free weights, cinema rooms etc. I personally would like to see a remodel of the mens locker room and showers and some updated equipment, but otherwise, the staff is amazing and always a good workout. #bigfan

The worst gym in Temecula I have ever attended. From the Managers, trainers, and staff members, they were all in it for themselves. Bryan Jones and Mimi were unresponsive to phone calls and would miss training appointments. Joey, the Manager, would not even bother to respond to you or even acknowledge that there is an inherent problem in their system. The Regional Manager, General Manager, District Operations Manager, and District Group Fitness Manager did not also respond to my concerns. They kept on charging my account even though the trainers missed appointments and I have stopped visiting the gym for medical reasons. Then when I requested to cancel my membership, I still did not receive my refund, which could be completed on the spot. Mario even stated that there was a $19 charge for cancellation. Mind you I have switched gyms for another fee. Overall, EoS Fitness is an absolute nightmare. I felt there is a clique within the organization and they are self-serving. Everything evolves around fees, charges, and select client circle. The other night, the Murrieta gym had their parking lot all dark that it could be prone to illegal or unsafe activities. I DO NOT recommend this Fitness Center if you are searching for a comfortable, customer-oriented, and non-judgmental gym. EoS Fitness is a horrible and not your money’s worth.

I really enjoyed this gym, I’m not sure what has happened recently with the air circulation or if the air is even being turned on in general. When you walk in it feels like the heater is on, so much fog on the windows I can write on them. I’ve asked multiple members there if it was just me and they have said it feels like they turned off the air as well. I’ve asked the staff if they could do anything they either say “no” or “it’s at its max” as if I’m a new member that doesn’t know what’s going on and I’m not. Gyms are the one place that shouldn’t feel like the heater is on. Super disappointing.

I canceled my membership over 2 months ago. I canceled the day before my payment was due and they told me over the phone that since I gave a 30 day notice, that would be my last payment. Welp. The next month another payment went through. I called and they told me that actually that would be my last payment because thats how the 30 day notice works. Okay...wasnt what I was told but fair enough. Fast forward to this month. ANOTHER payment comes out. Mind you. A manager was supposed to call regarding the last payment coming out but never did...so I call about this one coming out...says a manager will call me. I wait all day. No call. So now I have to drive to the gym to cancel in person and something tells me there wont be a manager there to do it for me. Great facility and equipment. The gym is always clean and the people who use it take care of the gym. Every maintenance issue I have reported is fixed by my next visit, and I have never run into an issue where it is too crowded.They also recently hired a new trainer, Matt, who is awesome to work with and really listens to what you have to say. I used to work at 24 hour fitness for 5 years so Im not looking for a trainer, but if I wanted one, he would be the guy I would go to.

This one star review is for child care at the murrieta location specifically. I brought my 10 month old baby girl to childcare at this location a handful of l times and I never feel good about the care she receives. I’ve always felt uneasy about the workers because of their unfriendliness. Every time I go in there the women are frowning, not interacting with the children and don’t look happy to be there at all. I don’t usually come to the murrieta location, I always go to Temecula or Oceanside and I am so happy with the workers at those locations. This review is specifically for the Murietta location.I’m writing this review because I dropped off my 10 month old this morning and my husband had me come check her out early because he was watching on the camera and the blonde girl that was working today 2/10 morning shift was not being nice to our baby.The blonde girl would not let my baby play on the mats and wouldn’t interact with her. She was the only baby in there so she wasn’t busy, she also pushed my baby away from her a couple times when my baby tried to climb over to her to play with her. My husband watched her push her away and walk away to wipe off her hands as if she was grossed out by her.When I came to check her out early, she was crying and upset. My baby LOVES childcare and never cries so this was a red flag as well. I don’t understand why EŌS murrieta has childcare workers that clearly don’t like babies. I wanted to cry thinking about the way she treated my baby. I will never bring her here again. I will continue to take her to the Temecula or Oceanside location because they have amazing childcare.

Enrollment Agent was pushy and did not allow me to try the place before signing up ! very disappointing as now I need to cancel after half an hour session. I told her I was in a motorcycle accident and could not do anything and would have known if I could use the pool if she let me try the place for even one day but she was like it seems like you need a gym so whats the hold up ?! very unprofessional and unethical. it costed me my time + over 200 dollars and they dont just cancel right away, they want to charge you for 1 month extra to fill their pockets.

I signed up here and was a member for about 4 months, it was a pretty straightforward gym. Nice staff members, pretty easy going atmosphere but sometimes it can get crowded. The weight section is kind of in a weird shape but there is everything you need to build muscle. Plus, you can do some kickboxing with the bags in the gymnasium or play some basketball. Decent place, I started with the free trial and ended up with a membership, I had a good experience at this gym. Too bad I moved.

At first I had a terrible experience and there were some problems with the account being connected and not activated properly. The front desk people were very rude about it when I tried going in for my workout when I explained to them that it wasn’t my fault that they didn’t connect the account correctly and never activated my membership they gave me rude responses back. I had a card on file the whole time so it was there fault the card wasn’t being charged. When I came in to fix the situation an amazing assistant manager named Samantha was very understand and polite about the situation and helped us fix the problem. She was extremely respectful which I cannot say is the case for other employees there. She really gives you a whole different experience and is very professional. If anyone wants to sign up I recommend doing it with Samantha she will hook you up the right way!

They lack the ability to document things when called and informed. Poor communication with customers. My atm card had fraud called and informed them to change card on file. No information was updated. Received a call informing me that I failed to pay monthly membership fee. Of all my accounts only this one didnt update account card on file. I have not set one foot in this gym and I get a call from billing once again informing the account wasnt canceled and I owe months of membership fees. No manager calls back. The gym manager Lyndsey said I had to buy the 20.99 membership to attend the group passes, but my wife only pays $10 and has access to all group classes. Then when I asked to down grade I was told I didn’t have to have the 20.99 pass for classes and it will be a 69$ fee to down grade to 10$ a month which is 6 months worth.Not going to mention how terrible the financial side for personal training it. Update:My daughter went back today and talked to the general manager (Cutter) who was extremely helpful and bent over backward to get us settled. In addition he said the company wants to the canceling process to be very easy for the customer. If you ever have issues figuring out how to cancel, just see the manager :). Over all this gym is really good and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have never witnessed such TERRIBLE customer service in all of my years on this planet. The employees walk around as if they are the kings and queens of the universe and dont even acknowledge you when passing by. Instead, they look through you as if you arent even there. Also, a friend of mine was attempting to add a service to their account so he asked an employee how to go about doing so. Long story short, my friend got directed to an 800 number for customer service, who then told him that the gym had to add the service, then had to go through 3 more people to finally get an answer. Talk about lack of training or lack of caring, or both. I have been a member for 6 months simply because it is in a convenient location for me but I am cancelling ASAP! They do have some decent equipment but that can be found at ANY gym. All in all I am disappointed that I gave this place my hard earned money as they did absolutely nothing to earn it. If you like to be treated like a human being by employees of an establishment, I strongly suggest staying away from here.

I never saw the prior reviews but Im in agreement this is the worst gym Ive ever entered. My first day was today and I found equipment that wasnt working. I mentioned it to the trainer with the last name Alonso and he shrugged his shoulders and told me he was a trainer he couldnt do anything. Instead as a professional employee calling someone or informing me who I could let know. Unbelievable he could represent EOS in this manner. He didnt figure out how it looks to have inadequate equipment to potential customers and those that pay to use the facility. I immediately cancelled my membership and went to CRUNCH a few miles away in Winchester. There has to be a reason the reviews are bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this gym. They give you a hour free session with your membership and the trainers are like used car sales people looking at you as a dollar sign for future training session income. This behavior exemplifies the bad reviews posted. The bad customer service I experienced Im sure is costing them with members walking away as reflected from the reviews Ive read. Its the start of the new year and we all should be able to work out at a gym that has our best interest. Not one that gives a disconnect impression to its members. READ THE PAST REVIEWS and find a trustworthy family gym. I highly suggest you avoid membership at this gym based on what I saw and experienced and the reviews posted.

Decent place to work out at. As with most corporate gym chains, it is pretty busy. Its not bad if you come early in the morning or late at night. They have many facilities there besides the standard stuff; basketball court, monkey bars, cross fit area with tires and battle ropes, a yoga studio, and they have a steam room to relax your muscles! They staff is super friendly and helpful. If you have an issue they always do their best to help.

The staff are dishonest and once they have you in a contract they no longer have the integrity and customer service they are faking during initial assestment. The worst is paying for a personal trainer and it takes 2-3 weeks to get a response. My trainer Chris, I thought pretty good in the beginning, but after few months he is no different with the rest of the staff. This Gym is great! They have everything you could need from machines to free weights and deadlier pads! The great thing is thst there is so much equipment even if it is busy I can always find something to do. It is a great price too! If you want classes they can set you up or if you just want to do your own thing you can do that as well! And it was only $5 to upgrade so I can bring someone with me whenever I want!

I have to admit, a friend of mine recommended this place to me a week ago and although I was skeptical at first, I have been pleasantly surprised with my experiences so far.The staff is always friendly, and even when I signed up for a membership here I was not pressured to add anything to it. I came in for the simple 9.99 membership, I told them that, and I left with the simple 9.99 membership. Pure and simple.I’ve seen a lot of complaints about the “roidos” intimidating people off machines or hogging them, but I personally have not had this issue. I don’t think I’m a very intimidating guy (idk maybe I am), but anytime I ask the status of a machine currently in use, I always get a pleasant response from the patron using it.24 hour gyms are incredibly hard to find, especially at this price. This was a huge sell point for me as my work schedule and school schedule changes consistently and I will NEVER have a set time for the gym. Being currently on graveyard and being able to go the gym at 10 at night or 2 in the morning is huge for me, and I’m glad they have this option.There are so many amenities here that I am blown away by the pricing. Tanning, classes, sauna, cross-fit and powerlifting sections, etc. is a lot for only 9.99 a month.All ‘n all, I have yet to have a bad experience here. Yes, the crowds are annoying at times, but the 24 hour aspect greatly alleviates that burden for people like myself. I am excited to go here for years to come and watch this gym grow even more!

Awful experience. Actual fraud.This gym appeared like the ideal gym to the point my wife and I decided to pay for personal training which is not cheap (obviously). We were offered a month trial to try it out and at the end we decided it wasnt for us. Well, seeking to cancel we were told we werent allowed too. Come to find out, the person who got us to sign up was the training manager and he was engaging in fraud with another one of the trainers. Only he was fired (not the other one, whose name I wish Id remember to rat him out too). Months went by due to the pandemic and payments started getting taken out of my bank. When I tried to get my refund I was told by the new manager that since I signed the document I was suppose to commit to the YEAR OF TRAINING. Apparently my wife and I werent just fraudulently lured to a month TRIAL, we were lured AND STILL ARE tied down to a YEAR CONTRACT. Over 1,000$ down the drain.While I do want to make one thing clear, the three trainers who took turns training us were awesome, we have nothing but good things to say about them, our overall experience with the actual company was awful. The fact you can fire a manager for engaging in fraud, luring people like my wife and I to $1,000 dollar services, and then telling me because my signature is on the document that I cant cancel it is literally the definition of fraud. Its a breach of contract if I know any. Once more, the trainers were amazing and id recommend them to the world, but my issue is to corporate, or whoever runs the show in this place.One last thing, I feel awful for the new manager who replaced the slime ball of the previous one because clearly she had to clean up the disgusting and expensive mess the previous manager left. She was amazing as well and I having nothing but great things to say about her as well, clearly her hands were tied because of the snakes up stairs. We were communicating with her for months because her superiors were taking forever to get back and kept telling her that if my signature was on the document I had to pull through with the entire contract. To my knowledge this manager who Im referring to has now been replaced which probably means if I bring this up to her the same experience will resurface.I have 2 pending training services worth 170$. I have been training with Josh for over 6 months now and have really noticed a huge change in my training and overall physique. The staff at EOS have been really friendly and I have made a couple of really good friends during my time there. Even though this gym is a larger one, the trainers and staff make you feel like youre right at home. The facilities overall are well taken care of. I see staff every time Iam there keeping the place clean and well stocked. I rarely see any equipment out of service and since I have be going to the Murrieta location I have actually see plenty of upgrades and renovation. I have yet to take a class there but everyone leaving seems to have a smile on theyre faces. Overall, this has become my favorite gym to work out at. Great Job EOS :) I highly recommend giving EOS Fitness a try. You wont be disappointed!

This gym is a rip off. The membership is sold to you as a low cost, no contract membership. You are only advised that you must give 30 day notice to cancel, understandable. They sell you on a personal trainer contract. No problem until you decide to cancel. Even after the personal training contract is more than ended, it will require an act of Congress to cancel and a lot of expended energy and frustration. Now just to cancel your gym membership you will have to pay a cancellation fee even if you are not in a contract and paid timely always for years. It is a shame what lengths this company will go to in order to make money illegitimately from its members! Dont sign up with EOS Fitness. After speaking with Cutter, the general manager, Ive increased my rating. He is very professional and makes every effort to accommodate members. Unfortunately, EOS needs to contract with a more knowledgeable billing company.

The ego-lifters are at an all gym low (other than planet fitness) and there are minimal mirror selfies. Despite the lack of ego-lifters, you can always find at least one person strong enough to spot whatever weight you do, and as long as you clarify, they wont touch the bar unless you have actually failed the rep and need help. Since it is a 24 hour gym 365 days a year, I go late at night when it isnt too packed, allowing for full, uninterrupted gainz. 10/10 would recommend.

This gym is my kind of gym. The machines are separated with ample space to get your pump on. The music is nice and loud in case your forget your ear phones. I love how theres plenty of space where you can do your walking lunges without running into people. No pool to do your swimming but they make up for that with space and a variety of machines to get an awesome workout in.

I signed up right before Covid hit and went a couple times until they were forced to close.I have now lost my job due to Covid and am unable to keep paying. I tried to cancel my membership and you must wait 30 days to cancel. I will still be charged the annual fee along with this months membership fee as well. I attempted to ask for an exception due to the circumstances and they would not help me. The gym is great, but not impressed on their customer service. They care more about getting their money than helping their members who need the money for food instead. I will no longer be returning to this gym when I am working again.

Love this Gym, been coming for a couple years. My son Especially loves the child care. Tried out LA Fitness and didn’t last 2 weeks, they weren’t attentive to my son. Left him crying ( he was new) but the ladies here are so much better with him, very attentive and you can tell they love spending time with little ones!The gym gets busy you just need to time it correctly.The one thing I HATE is that the Spin Room is off limits when there aren’t any classes going! Yes they have some Cycle bikes out of the room but those fill up quickly and they aren’t as good as the Keiser bikes in the room!!! they need to UPGRADE TO PELOTONS!And personal training is Great!

Perfect location, friendly staff, neat facility with a cardio cinema and steam room! Parking is plenty around the building.I signed up in October of 2019 since I moved to Murrieta and have since tried multiple group classes including Barr, Bodypump, pilates, yoga and more along with PT with Doulla. Variety of group classes keeps me engaged and having fun while exercising! As for PT, it was my first experience training with a trainer and I cant say enough good things about my trainer Doulla - she went through a thorough introductory session to identify the areas I needed to focus on and the core of my challenge, which is the hip tendonitis and customized a workout routine that works perfect for a weighlift beginner like myself, while reducing further injury. With her, I consider myself in great hands to get fitter and overcome injuries!Also, I am grategul to Yusef for a great complementary welcome workout - the session was so much more than what I expected and it was what prompted me to sign up for the PT right away.Overall, I love the gym. The only thing I hope for is maybe a bigger and cleaner restroom. The locker room is rather small and the showers are limited-only 3 for such a huge gym. Oh well, considering the services they provide and its price, its a small problem that wouldnt deter me from continuing to enjoy this gym. Id avoid the hours between 5 to 8 pm on weekdays if wants to avoid the crowds.

Im shocked at most of the negative reviews on this gym. Ive been a member since the Golds/EOS change over and I love it. I used to be a member of 24hr in Temecula and I must say that equipment breaks! Ive been members of both (my wife is still at 24hr) and there are times when items are broken, its part of life. Usually at both gyms, the equipment is fixed in a day or so (no biggie). As for the rude staff, I will say that when I first signed up, there was one girl at the front desk that seemed to be bothered by anyone that came in the door, thankfully shes gone. but every morning I go in (usually around 5am), Im always greeted by Lance (who knows my name) and I always get a have a great workout on my way in. When leaving, I always get the have a great day! This is a fairly small gym in comparison to the 24hr in Temecula and yes, its gets busy (I used to go at night), but if you can change your routine slightly, problem solved. Every morning there is free equipment to use, the staff is helpful and happy to answer questions. There is one guy that seems to think hes Gods gift, but you know what... not everyone you come across in life is pleasant, so I know if I want to pay for a trainer, it AINT gonna be him! LOL. On the fee side, I had them double bill me once due to a change over in their system. Called customer service and problem solved. Instead of billing me for the following month, they applied the double payment to the next month, OH, they also offered me a refund of the extra billing too?

F I could give this gym negative starts, I would. Originally I thought this would be a great club to join since the price was right the amenities were decent and the staff seemed okay. That perception changed quickly.When I first went to sign up, I figured it was going to be an easy process. I mustve said No at least 4 or 5 times to it before I finally agreed based on the condition that it would be $19 and I could cancel if I didnt like it. Also, because after being seated and talking to them for over 30 minutes and me constantly declining personal fitness, I felt that they would not let me leave until I agreed.The best day was supposed to be the start of my personal fitness and I couldnt go because I got extremely sick. I called to cancel my session and they didnt say anything in regards to it.Today. I called and decide to cancel my personal fitness because I was not able to attebd due to me being sick and Jared Burton told me that I was only allowed to cancel within the initial 5 days. Keep in mind this was never told to me in person while I was signing up. Not once. When I asked him where this was mentioned he said it was in the signed documents that were emailed to me. Keep in mind they never once showed me the documents on the computer they were signing me up on.It was then I let Jared know that I will just cancel all payments from my bank and he retorted by threatening me with collections. It was then I asked to cancel my trial membership because I would never want to step into a gym were their members are treated like this and he stated that since I had a personal fitness agreement for 6 months, I would not be able to cancel my gym membership either.To sum it up. This is by far the most unprofessional gym I have ever signed up for and Jared being a manager is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come into contact with. DO NOT JOIN.

My girlfriend and I went to EOS Murrieta looking for a new gym with upgraded machines. Within 10 minutes of stepping inside the gym, the general manager was harassing me about buying a membership and how I would not be able to try the free week to see how I liked it first. Dont get a membership here!!! my wife canceled within her 5 day period as the contract stated she could do and it took 9 months to get her refund check from them. once she cashed it of 180$ they withdrawn 195$. They will keep pulling money out of your account. Sad thing is even though she canceled they know to the minute when she gets paid and they withdraw it immediately. They deal with a 3rd party finance company and have robbed multiple people i have friends who are in the same boat but keep getting 350$ withdrawn from there account every two weeks. this company is horrible and are crooks were having to take them to court now cause they promised a refund and now there saying they cant.

This EOS is by far the worst in the Temecula valley area. The place is dirty and always smells bad. The locker rooms are even worse than the floor. I hate coming to this location and to be honest I would drive far out of my way to go to one of the other locations which are far nicer. In fact the only reason I come to this particular location anymore is because this is the only one to my knowledge which has tanning beds in the Temecula valley. This is a great gym, it is always very clean, and its safety for covid-19 is great. The machines are constantly being cleaned, and there is a certain pattern that there is to follow, the machines with the yellow stickers are used on certain days while the ones with blue stickers are being cleaned and vise versa.
