Erin was a great help to us in deciding what plans were right for me and my husband. We had been to several free Medicare information dinners and none of the agents we met at those dinners called us back. A neighbor recommended Erin and she was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. She was very quick to respond to our many questions, even on the weekend. We highly recommend Erin even if you already have a Medicare plan...Medicare plans change regularly and she will review what you have yearly to make sure you have the best plan for your situation.

Erin is very thorough and professional. She knows her stuff inside and out. I’m very satisfied that she helped me with first time signing up for medicare plan. I would highly recommend her.I’m somewhat familiar with medicare from managing mom’s plan over the years, but I know I still wanted someone local to help answer questions and make sure I understood everything correctly. There are many brokers/agents but I wanted to find someone local in the area, Erin’s name popped up in my search. During our meeting in her office she was very thorough in explaining differences in medigap, original medicare and HMOs as well as plus and minus in different MA plans. I like the fact she didn’t push for any particular plan (Medigap or HMO’s) at all and gave me a lot material to review at home. You can’t go wrong with her assistance.

I met Erin at the Medicare workshop that she offered and I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge on all the different Medicare plans and options. To be honest, I felt a bit overwhelmed and understood why many refer to it as the “Medicare Maze” but I soon felt comforted and as if she truly cared about helping me to make the best decision & plan that met my needs. I reached out to Erin to talk to her about my mothers Medicare, as we havent heard from her Medicare broker in a number of years. Erin asked good questions and gave great advice. At the end she said that she thought the plan that my mother is on was definitely the best plan for her, and that we shouldnt change anything. She easily could have had us switch plans which would have assigned my mothers account to Erin, but she was truly looking out for my mothers best interest ahead of her own. Erin was truly honest & trustworthy, and I would highly recommend speaking with her!

I began my search for Medicare information 6 months ago since I am still covered under my employers plan. My upcoming retirement meant that I would be eligible for Medicare (along with my wife) and my research took me all over the web. After consulting with many brokers and dealing with individual private companies, Erin contacted me and offered her services.At first I was hesitant, but I gave Erin a chance to offer me suggestions and options. She actually knew more than any of the other brokers that I was previously in contact with, especially those who try to sell you one or the other plans.Her complete knowledge of both Supplemental and Advantage Plans were more than enough for me to make an intelligent decision.
