Erik was an excellent and hands-on realtor that made what could have been a very difficult process so much smoother. Selling a house in any circumstance can be bumpy, but selling a deceased relatives house when you live halfway across the country adds many extra layers of potential problems -- but because of Eriks hard work and reliability, we were able to complete the entire process with barely a scratch. Highly recommend!

We had this home on the market for several months and it hadnt sold. We called Erik at Erik Tejeda Real Estate and asked for his help. He had an open house the very next day and sold it for considerably more than asking price! We are thrilled! He was prompt in getting back to us always and has the added advantage of being born into a local real estate family. He knows the business. And he has lots of contacts! I am telling all my friends, and I will definitely use him in the future. I have sold several homes in this area and never have I had such wonderful customer service. Go Erik!!!!

Erik is a phenomenal realtor. He was there for us every step of the way to provide knowledgeable advice and answer every question in a straight forward manner. I been buying/holding real estate for over a decade now. I was ready to sell off my first property and wanted to make sure I get top dollar and have a smooth transaction. Erik and his team took care of me well. Even though I was in a hurry, he made sure we gave all buyers a fair chance to put there best foot forward and brought in a solid/serious buyer and had the closing process work out very smooth. The first time I spoke with Erik I have to say I grilled him pretty hard. I really thought I was going to have difficulty finding a realtor that would deal with my situation but Erik didn’t flinch when I explained the hurdles we would need to overcome.My father had passed away and I needed to sell his home. In a normal situation this would be easy however it was not solely mine I was dealing with another family member that lived in the home and had no desire to leave. I knew this could make for a difficult transaction. It WAS NOT EASY but Erik always stayed respectful & professional and every time he was challenged he found a solution not an excuse! This was HUGE! Leading up to getting the house on the market he kept asking me to be patient with my family member getting home in order prior to putting it on the market. I did so like he asked and it for sure paid off.Erik happily agreed to list my dads home for quite a bit more than what he thought we should considering the comps in the area were. I agreed that we would see how much traffic the Home got at that price and if we didn’t get enough traffic that I would substantially lower the price prior to the Next weekend. The home went on the market on a Friday evening barely making it in time for the weekend, but it made it thanks to Erik. Saturday 3 showings were scheduled and we were pleasantly. Sunday morning we started our day with a $10,000 over asking price offer that way graciously accepted. Erik kept me informed every step of the way as to what needed to be done next in this house closed escrow on time with a few hurdles but regardless it’s done & now I can breathe!Thank you Erik Tejeda & your team for an amazing job!
