Easiest Review Ive ever written. Period.Around 2016, I was researching for my first time SMO home. Stumbled onto Eriks site. I hate cold emails, especially because sometimes I just want to look for myself and take things at my own pace.To my delight, this cold email came from the most thoughtful and GENEROUS Real Estate Agent/success pundit, or dare I say person! That I have me so far.Not only did he send me flu medicine when I was sick (no idea how it got through US customs so quickly).But receiving his smart engaging listings/inspiring quotes cards sent from the zip code of my dreams got me excited like it was Xmas every time! I know Im supposed to classify these materials as read once and recycle, but theyre too valuable to me.And although Ive had to ultimately change my relocation plans, the empowering knowledge nuggets in his book One In A Million (written to help you find a local agent wherever you are) are something I use often in conversations that have nothing to do with real estate!The guy even cameod in Million Dollar Listing LA once haha.If you need a broker and you want the right energy supporting you to do something important, youll want Erik on your side.Because hes managed to find the right approach.Never pressurising, but ready to tell you what you need to know, when you truly need to know it, in the most pleasant and supportive way.
