I don’t know where to begin. Erick Byrd deserves more than 5 stars! We recently purchased a home and he helped with everything throughout the process in order to have all documents ready for closing. His communication skills was amazing, and I am glad we started the process with him because he made things easy. He was able to ease our minds and keep us calm when things felt overwhelming for us. When we had concerns and questions, Erick would reply within minutes and explained everything in detail. He eased our anxiety and made sure we knew that everything was working smoothly behind the scenes.He provided detailed rates and numbers relevant to each listing. He is trustworthy, helpful, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Erick to anyone who is looking for a home loan agent.

Erick helped my partner and I figure out our financing in buying our first home. Erick Byrd and his team were incredibly responsive and quick to act. Erick took his time to answer all of our questions about the process and implications. Cross Country’s web portal was also very easy to use to upload, share, review and sign documents. It made a big difference that Erick knew my realtors and the realtors of the two homes I placed bids on, and was ultimately very helpful in getting me a home!

Had a great experience working with Erick, who went above and beyond to put together my loan in a competitive market.He did my pre-approval on short notice over the weekend to get ready for an offer when I wasnt satisfied with my original lender. Although that offer wasnt accepted, he then put me through pre-underwritting at no charge. Both times he called the listing agent and coordinated short closes to make the offers more attractive.Once accepted, Erick and his team helped me through a quick 16-day close that went off without a hitch.Throughout the process, Erick was highly communicative and patient with my questions. Highly recommend.

Erick Byrd and his team were referred to me by my real estate agent Hannah Kim. He assisted me with preapproval, loan paperwork, and choosing a mortgage loan. Then ensued a 1.5 year search for the perfect home with calls to Erick to repeatedly discuss pricing and specific properties. Erick was always so patient and helpful, giving me personalized service and always taking the time to ensure that I understood the process. When the interest rates rose, Erick was there to boost me up and help me with some adjustments to stretch our finances that kept me in the homebuying game. Finally we found the right home to buy and he was there every step of the way. His team including Monalynn Kerol and Jezreel Gueta were fast, efficient, yet continued to maintain such personalized care. This is truly what a first-time homeowner needs. I greatly appreciated the care they provided that would not have been an option had I gone with an internet mortgage lender.
