Erica made big promises and delivered even bigger! She is more than a listing agent, she is a highly proactive Marketer with an artist’s sense for how to sell homes most effectively. We talked to three top realtors for our neighborhood. In a nutshell, Erica’s strategic view of how to market a house to get top dollar in the shortest possible time simply made sense. Erica said she could sell our house within two weeks for top dollar. With a very compelling and well-articulated marketing plan, the choice was easy. We put 100% of our faith in Erica and followed her lead in doing all the things she said were necessary to maximize our sale price. To say we were well-rewarded is an understatement.
