I used Allstate to get homeowners insurance for a house in Paradise through the California fair plan. Listed with this review is the screenshots of text conversations we had. Not only did I text, but I also called to inquire about why my insurance was taking so long as I had a deadline for escrow to close. It was relayed to me through conversations and text, that it was the California Fair Plan that was holding things up. Unfortunately not getting insurance in a timely matter cost me a lot of money and inconvenience. How is this Allstates fault, well they had my address wrong. The address was recorded wrong by them and not given by me incorrectly. No one checked this until way too late and when it was finally discovered, well it was too late.

Brian’s pretty knowledgeable. He’s been pretty helpful and puts all of my concerns at ease even though I’m not his client.I’ve been wanting to switch to Brian but can’t seem to find a way. Brian and his team are very prompt with assistance, they get a hold of me in a timely manner and if I need help they always do. Just recently I was having trouble changing my address because I moved and Brian personally noticed and called me without me prompting a call and helped me with it. I have really enjoyed the excellent service!

Professional and kind! This Allstate office is beautiful and comfortable. Brian and his staff are friendly and welcoming. The purchasing process was quick and effortless. I left the office feeling confident I had the coverage I needed. Anytime I have a question about my policy, Brian or one of his staff members is always available to answer it when I call. I won’t go anywhere else!

I have been with this specific Allstate branch for a little over 2 years and can’t list all of the things I love about this branch. Brian saeteurn is an amazing agent and has always been so helpful and kind. The all around customer service at this branch can not be beat. Everyone at this office is extremely helpful 24/7. Always friendly and informative. They go above and beyond in all aspects. I’m so greatful and suggest this specific branch to everyone.

I cant begin to express how satisfied I am as a customer with Allstate, and more specifically my agent Brian Saeteurn. Not only did he make the process of obtaining the correct and best insurance for my brand new car extremely easy and enjoyable, but he also worked with me while I was struggling financially during a covid-19 related shutdown at work. He is extremely responsive to communication (even on weekends!). It feels like he truly cares for his community and his customers. I highly recommend Allstate and Brian for your insurance needs, you wont be disappointed!

Brian is everything you’re possibly looking for when it comes to an insurance agent! He’s reliable, communicative, detailed-oriented, patient, understanding and informative! He’s also very laid back, he won’t pressure you into anything or try to “up sell” or trick you. He will ask all the necessary questions to make sure you get a plan that’s met for your specific wants and needs. I didn’t know much about life insurance, but was looking into getting coverage because I have a year old son. I wanted to make sure I had a plan that was affordable, yet secure enough to take care of him if something happened to me. He educated me and gave me options that was best for me. He feels more like family or a good friend than your typical agent. Loved working with him so much that I got my whole family to get insurance through him too! He definitely lives up to the Allstate motto, “you’re in good hands.”

I hope no body never gets involved in an accident, but, since I switched to Allstate Insurance Im safe. Their team work always in contact with the costumer, specially when I need them the most. Allstate havent let me abandoned on the road in the middle of nowhere as I used to had with some other cheap irresponsible insurance companies. Allstate have been showing respect and dignity as a costumer of them I am. I recommend Allstate 100%.

This insurance agency is the best. I was shopping for a better deal than my current State Farm policy. I admit I have a few dings on my driving record. The representative turned his computer screen so I could review my history along with him as he pointed out when and how my rates would improve and how I could lower my rate right now. He has been my agent for many years now and I can say from experience hes more than an insurance agent. He has looked out for us and treated us as if we were family always going above and beyond your typical agents responsibilities. From the moment we signed our policies, and through the unfortunate recent claims process due to the Camp Fire in Paradise Brian has always been there to give good guidance and support. I’ve always been a diehard AAA customer until i came across AllState. Brian himself is very professional and clear with everything! I recently got into a crash ( not my fault) and my insurance went up, and i basically got screwed. Being young with a race car wasn’t easy, Brian showed me every route i could take and he even told me many tips and tricks with insurance !!! He was always super friendly and even going out of his way ! I switched on over to Allstate and i would always recommend this team especially! I love them for the sole fact of professionalism, and great customer service. Definitely recommend!

Honestly let’s be real, I’m never the type to leave reviews, but this Allstate team is awesome. From every one of their staff to their great rates, auto insurance can be quite pricey and quite a drag. I’ve gotten about 5 different quotes from other insurance companies, and no one was willing to work with me or just hit me with a really high quote due to my point on my record, when i walked in, Allen had helped me right away, super cool dude and honest ! Told me that with my Point on my record is going to affect my rates, which I’ve heard from others already, but what i didn’t expect was that he didn’t just beat the quotes from others, he went above and beyond ! Super cool dude, Allen helped me thruout the whole process and even told me some valuable information about why rates are priced where they’re at. While other companies would just plainly give me a quote and called it a day. I had to leave to school Mid process and Allen didn’t mind, he gave me all the steps and how the process was going, gave me a call and updates. Truely phenomenal, like who does that!? 10/10 would totally recommend, planning to move next year to a house and there’s no doubt that I’m coming back for insurance. They don’t just do auto, they do everything.
