Eric & Marisa are both fantastic.I’ve had hundreds of transactions with my buyers over the years. But Eric stuck in there and completed the deal. The house is beautiful and my buyer was super happy and could close and get the keys for his retirment oasis.The sellers were flippers and didn’t have too much experience. They were asked for many different things, including receipts, and invoices for items needed. by the underwriter. Erik and Marisa worked tirelessly morning and night, extremely hard to make sure that the loan got fully underwritten, processed, and funded. Most lenders would have probably given up. But Eric stuck by our buyer by locking in his interest rate for 60 days, and making sure his budget was kept in tact.Thank you again. I have known and worked with Eric & Marisa for years now. This is the 3rd property I have bought using them and they have always found me the best rate. Marisa is very prompt and on top of everything from start to finish making sure information was being relayed and documents received/sent in a timely manner. This time was probably my most frustrating experience as far as the lender goes, not the team itself, but Marisa went above and beyond to help me get this deal done. Just like a good barber/hair stylist I can’t see myself going to anyone else for my next purchase. I highly recommend this team as they work great together and will go out arm& limb for you. Thank you again to the them for such a smooth process, even though some parts weren’t because of underwriting, and helping me out as much as you could as I work in surgery and I might not be able to see my phone until hours later. Put your trust in this team and you will not regret it.

Worked with Eric and United Lending Partners. It was my first time using a mortgage broker and he made the process so simple and easy. Eric and Marisa were very responsive in answering all my questions and they literally took control of the entire process making the process painless. Eric went above and beyond sending video messages walking me and my wife through all the paperwork and different loan options. Ultimately we got the lowest rate and deal available and we even compared it to our “relationship” rate we got from our bank Wells Fargo.Most importantly we were buying the house from a friend so we didn’t need a realtor. Eric filled out all the additional paperwork and created a contract for us at no charge which saved us 20k in realtor fees and we didn’t have to hire an estate attorney to write up the sale.Would strongly recommend end Eric and United Lending Partners!

Eric was awesome throughout the whole process as my wife and I began our search for our new home. Over two years of searching for that right one and the right moment, Eric was always ready with market updates and had all the info we needed to know ready at hand. He was quick to advise us of what to do and what not to do during the process of obtaining our approvals which in turn got us more than we expected. Having obtained more, we were able to come in with a stronger offer and purchase the house we wanted. Eric and team were quick to respond to our inquiries, whether it was via email or phone and we were very appreciative of that. Being first time home buyers we had so many questions and worries and having someone who will respond so quickly helped put our worries to rest in a very short period of time...several times.Overall - Eric is not just another mortgage lender, he actually knows what he’s doing and is FAST at the whole process. As a first time home buyer, of course I heard all the horror stories from peers and colleagues about the dreadful mortgage process. I had spoken with a few other mortgage brokers in the past who seemed to only provide partial information about the requirements/ steps needed to secure a mortgage ect, and it made me doubt my qualifications/ readiness to apply (despite having a good credit score, decent down payment, and steady income/employment). However after being referred by a close friend to my real estate agent, who then advised that I speak with Eric regarding my concerns and desires, I immediately felt a sense of relief and optimism.Eric was VERY thorough from our very first conversation, and answered ALL of my questions (and yes I had a lot of them). I did not feel pressured to move forward and submit a pre-approval application, however his knowledge and thorough explanation of the process/ options available to me, aided me in feeling confident about beginning the process. Shortly after deciding to move forward, I was introduced to his partner, Marisa, who remained in close communication with me about documents needed and provided status updates throughout the process.I cant express enough how grateful I am to have worked with two very professional and knowledgeable individuals. Throughout the entire process they both were available to answer all of my questions and ease my anxiety (primarily caused by me looking up everything that could go wrong on google).I finally closed on my first home today, and I can truly say that Eric and Marisa have made this process completely OPPOSITE of the horror stories I have heard.
