I grew up in the antelope Valley and played aau basketball with Eric for many years. After we both grew up I messaged him on Instagram to see if I could buy a home in Palmdale. I like to say I move fast but Eric moves insane!! Haha. It felt like we were already looking for homes the next day and the process was so easy after finding my home I really do love. If you are looking to buy a home in the Antelope Valley I definitely recommend him. The good thing is when we were looking at several homes I really liked one and he was able to get my offer accepted with closing costs back and also knew the other agent.

Working with Eric was definitely the way to go! He helped us make it happen when we found the home we loved. My family and I met Eric through a mutual friend, and from the beginning Eric was on top of things. He always got back to me right away, he really treated us like family. He listened to what we wanted in a home and didn’t give up until he got us the home we loved. We looked at so many houses and he was always so patient with us, and so respectful! I met Eric at an open house and at the time was just curious never really thought I would be able to qualify to buy a home, he connected me with his lender and soon enough we got our offer accepted in the same neighborhood I was renting before. Being a first time home buyer is scary yet Eric and the Paulauskas team kept me updated on everything and comfortable. (They even let me use there moving truck) if anyone at my work ever needs a realtor I always recommend Eric and his team.

Purchased homes from Eric it went smooth And easy. He’s a great realtor to work with. Hes really knowledgeable at what he’s doing. I have used him on several transactions and he was amazing.He argued with the other agent and with the appraiser to get us exactly what we needed. As first time home buyers we were referred to Eric through our family friends who used him before to buy their home. From the beginning when we first called Eric we could tell he was on top of it and responded to our questions always right away. He let us know that we are in a sellers market and as soon as we found the home we wanted to make an offer on he advices us on what we needed to do to get our offer accepted. He gave us tips on writing a letter to the seller and was very thorough following up with the agent until we had an answer. The seller decided to accept our offer because of the letter Eric advised us to write and our offer wasn’t even the highest! As long as we are in Lancaster I will always recommend him to everyone who needs a realtor.

When looking for a place to call home, it is stressful and overwhelming!!! Eric took the stress right out of it and replaced it with excitement!! Shopping for a home should be exciting and thrilling, I’m so glad we trusted Eric with this task! My husband and I are very very picky when it comes to what we want in our forever home! Eric did not bat an eye at our outrageous demands of a house, but instead met us with a list of homes to consider. He read between the lines perfectly to find us exactly what we both wanted!! I 💯 would use Eric again, if we ever needed to! However, we are so in-love with our home I don’t think we’ll need to move again. I’ve talked to many different realtors before I decided to work with Eric to buy my first home. I took advantage of the lender he recommended to me being self employed, the loan officer & program they have do not require you to show proof of paystubs and taxes. Eric is amazing! As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I didn’t know anything when it came to buying our first home. Instead of just offering to send us houses he made sure to educate us on the whole process when we met him at his office by the AV mall. The buyer consultation he offers was really helpful from the beginning so we knew what to expect not only from him & his team but also what the market is currently doing and what we would have to pay for during the transaction. After we found the perfect house we wanted for our little family in West Palmdale he negotiated the seller to pay all our closing cost and we got it below list price! When we first met him we were shocked for how young he looked but after talking to him we soon realized that he was very experienced and told us how he was involved in over 120 transactions in 2019 and he soon proved to us why so many people use his services! I found out about this place almost a year before we actually started looking for a home. Eric our agent was professional from the very beginning. As time passed I figured he would’ve forgot who we were, what location we wanted for a home and other things like remembering we had 3 kids. To my surprise he remembered all of us by name and remembered we had three kids. That alone made my wife and I extremely happy! Don’t let the young face fool you, he’s very knowledgeable and is more than happy to explain what you don’t understand. Eric Cussimonio was such a delight to work with from the initial phone call to the delivery of my keys his energy stayed the same. He kept me grounded through all the offers that I was outbid on; saying don’t worry we will get you one.
