I rarely write a bad review. But this I adamantly must share. Ive worked with Ergos (Rancho Computers) for several years (10+ yrs). Super amazing company until they changed to Ergos. If you like WAY overpaying for services that never get completed. Im talking about simple stuff such as tranfering data from one computer to another, taking 3 days. Not being able to set up simple scanners, etc. (that i figured out on my own). Or do you like having all your information held hostage and then not provided with all the admin credentials when you finally wake up and decide to go in another direction? Then this is an IT company for you. Very few techs there actually know what theyre doing. Some are great, and Ill admit that! Save yourself a weekend headache and find another company. Also, dont expect any type of loyalty when its said and done. If youre reading this, youve been warned....

Great Service!These guys know what they are doing! John came in and diagnosed several long running network problems in minutes. The same symptoms were not diagnosed by a different computer IT service. In another case, Rancho Computer Networks took care of a hard drive failure very quickly and at a minimal cost. All files were recovered and transferred to the new drive. I highly recommend Rancho Computers Networks.

Absolutely the best! They have serviced both my wifes and my computer when needed and always show respect despite our limited knowledge. Tweeks and repairs are completed resonably and quickly. Great people.
