We did a video meet for a quote with Jorge, it was easy, timely, and friendly. He was attentive with info and check ins, and our quote for our fence was almost instant. They use modern tech to make things easier for the customer and everything is transparent.Our project manager, Jennie, was great too. She made sure we had all questions answered and new what was going on, and how everything would unfold.Our installers were friendly, professional, and quick. The work was quality and exactly as ordered! Ill be calling them if I need more fence work, and referring to friends.Thanks guys.

It all went well. Ergeon moves fast from quote to scheduling, at least compared with other contractors Ive worked with, but I also knew what exactly what I wanted done, so this was good a good thing. The crew that showed up was easy work with and responsive to requests.

From the start to the end of my new fence project, working with Ergeon was a pleasure. We made first video call with Cris who followed up with quote that had exactly what I need and was competitive to other companies quotes. Scheduling went earlier than we expected thanks to Ricardo who discussed every detail on the build, then come the crew and built it. I can say quality of work is great thanks to Jose. Our fence was blew into ground due a gust of strong wind in February 2020, we tried to find a contractor who can replace our fence. One day, My coworker recommended Ergeon to us and shown some photos with their new fence recently completed by them. We were super impressed about the work. So We tried to contact them and they are super responsive even during the pandemic. We talked over phone about the conditions we have and they set up a google meet Video call to touch base with the site condition. After that, they gave us a estimate of the work in a few days. My neighbor and I are both happy about their quote and price and we approved their quote for the next step- pre site visit- an on site visit to know more about the site condition. We waited for a week or so for the pre site visit. Then they schedule the PGE duct piping detection and applied digging permit. After another week, they came as scheduled and installed our 40 feet long 6 feet tall fence and two gates in only one day, from 2.5 feet concrete footing to the top rail. During the construction, installer were super focusing on every detail and in the end they cleaned up walk way around the fence and removed all the debris from the fence. Although the total time schedule is kind of longer than we expected, but considering it was during the Protest and Covid 19, we can understand that.

The process and workmanship could not have been more well done. When my wife read someone elses review that Ergeon is the Nordstrom of fences, she was sold :-) I was happy w/ the process to get the fence quoted (all online and very high tech/professional) and was pleased w/ the quote (it beat another detailed quote I got by quite a bit). But what really impressed me was the quality of the work done by the 2 guys who came out. They removed the old fence and put in the new fence like theyd been doing it for 20 years. I do a little carpentry and learned so many tricks from the way they work (e.g. they built the gate in place and then unscrewed it from the surrounding fence). These 2 guys were perfectionists that moved quickly (measuring everything carefully).

From start to finish, this team was amazing. They were prompt and responsive to all my questions via both text and email. Once all logistics were finalized, they arrived this morning at 8am and I think by 8:30am, they had demo’d all 55 feet of my fence that needed to be replaced. By 10:30am, the frame was built and by 12pm, they were completely done. Honestly, I expected them to take the entire day but these guys were not messing around and cranked on completing the work, which by the way looks great. We did a walk through and I signed off on everything without issue or any fixes.

Sought multiple quotes for pouring a concrete pad, retaining wall, and bar wall, as well as some concrete cutting and a bit of other finishing work for a backyard project. These guys came in very competitive on price, their communication was uber professional, and they were super flexible with changes -- which I highly appreciated because I did not have my exact specifications down until the last minute. They showed up on time, did a great (like really great) job on the work, and cleaned up well after themselves. Nice crew all the way around from the Sales guy, the PM, and the crew. Super nice, and they knocked it out of the park. I could not be more appreciative. Highly recommend. Thank you for your great service, Ergeon!

I needed a fence replaced after the 60 fence along the back of my property was knocked over in a windstorm. I contacted a number of places. Ergeon was a little more expensive than another bid I had, but they were so easy to work with during the estimate process and wanted to make sure everything was right that I felt like theyd do a really great job and complete the fence in a reasonable time frame. I was right, once I accepted the estimate they managed to schedule the installation promptly (after making sure there were no gas lines where they were going to dig) and installed the whole thing in a single day. The end result looks great, and will hopefully hold up for years to come.

Ergeon has once again done a great job building another fence for me. This is the second time I have worked with them. The crew that came out with team leader Ricardo, was professional, timely and cleaned up once the job was done. They built the fence, as per my request, with steel galvanized posts and a locking gate to access the park behind the house. It looks beautiful, My experience with Ergeon from beginning to end was exceptionally positive. The company representatives were also very helpful and informative, answering all my questions. I want to acknowledge Project Manager, Jonnely, who was especially helpful, patiently answering all my questions. I was concerned that due to the closeness of Christmas the job would be delayed till after the new year. I was so pleased that the job was completed within one day and several days before Christmas! The initial quote went smoothly and professionally. The project then stalled for a month and communication was not handled efficiently. After that hickup, my PM has came through big time and she professionally handled the project and communication, which restored my confidence in Ergeon. Contacted Ergeon through their website and received an immediate response. They sent a satellite photo of my property with measurements and after I confirmed they had a quote in my email within a few days. From first contact to project completion was about 6 weeks. Other companies said it would be 6 months to completion. We had multiple quotes from others and theirs was the best with quality materials and a custom built gate. I highly recommend Ergeon.

Ergeon is the company that you want if you want a fair priced fence installation. I hired Ergeon tear out a 30+ year old fence on a steep slope.Ergeon is the contractor that you want to work at your house during COVID. They have done a great job training their crew to take proper precautions and wear face coverings while on the job. In terms of communications and getting quotes, Ergeon is the place to be. You have to tell them your budget and they will try their best to work around them. Working will Kelly was an awesome experience. All the details we want and explanation of work that needs to be done was atop recommendation and suggestions. Kelly was very honest in timelines and expectations that are received from her. Since we have been trying to look for legit honest estimate of work, our family were satisfied with Kelly from Ergeon. Will now have to wait and see on their project managers/contractors/installers work if the excellent service received from Kelly will be superb! We contacted Ergeon for a fence rebuild estimate after a fire destroyed 25 feet of our fence. Victor was my contact with Ergeon and made the video evaluation and estimate process a breeze. I had complete confidence in the estimate process and believe the project would have been exactly like Victor clearly and in great detail described. The process was informative and collaborative. We did not choose any company in the end for the rebuild because our neighbor had the fence rebuilt without our consent or input by a non-licensed and uninsured freelancer. It was not built correctly. Ergeon is a good choice. The estimate came in competitively with the two other contractorss bids.

I selected Ergeon to rebuild my fence after a house fire and am incredibly disappointed in their lack of communication, professionalism, and follow through.Its been over a month since my project was completed and its still not done. The workers sent to the house were subcontractors who didnt finish a section of the fence and told me to pay them cash directly to finish the work.The project manager was initially incredibly helpful with navigating the build with my neighbors. However, he continues to say he will resolve the outstanding issues if I give him availability- I say Im available any time, and he doesnt reply.I finally got someone on the phone on Sunday, they said the team would come out today. I sat at my burnt down home without electricity or a bathroom waiting... and no one came or contacted me. I had to reach out again and I asked to speak to someone other than the project manager who Im struggling to communicate with and they had me on hold for a long time, said I would speak to someone new... and then transferred me to the same person. He didnt acknowledge the lack of communication and just said they were busy with other projects.This project manager help upfront but WOW did it all go down hill.I even tried going to their posted location because I thought talking in person would help.... Its someones apartment building in Oakland, not at all even close to a legitimate business.Highly do not recommend.

This has been the most efficient process towards our new fence and gate project! Not only has the customer service specialist Kelly been extremely responsive and communicative, but the technology that Ergeon has to create a digital design of our new fence allowed us to really envision what it would look like. The quote for our 90+ foot fence was the best we had gotten and did not take multiple weeks or months to lock down an initial estimate. During these covid times, we were even able to do a virtual walk through which was clutch for our specific situation. The CA windstorm blew my fence down. I contacted Ergeon and received a call their quote specialist named Irving . He set up an appointment with me on video to look at the fence and take measurements. It was a very pleasant experience. He could see everything as though he was there in person. He sent me a very reasonable quote. He put me in touch with the Project Manager Daniel who sent out the installers to come out to confirm the measurements. Once they got clearance from PGE they came out and installed my 60 feet fence in about 4 hours. I love my beautiful fence. We had 80 feet of fence and three gates, including one heavy duty, metal framed driveway gate installed with them. They were very competitive in cost and always responsive to our needs. In truth, we had an issue with some of the gates sagging three years after initial installation, and they even came back and made structural repairs without a fuss. A stand up company through and through. I would highly recommend.

Id like to start off by saying that we are still going through the process of getting quotes from fencing companies but my experience with Ergeon has been great so far.I first contacted Ergeon about a month ago and was quickly contacted by Lotoya to start the quote process. Someone was sent to measure our property for a horizontal fence in our front yard and a quote was presented to us within a few days. Lotoya has been super helpful and communicative which has made the process feel easy.I also appreciate the fact that Ergeon is able to use satellite imagery of our property to give us a quote through an online portal. I much prefer the online portal vs an emailed PDF or hand-written quote so that I can easily share it with my husband.I would totally recommend considering Ergeon for your fencing project!

The lumber used is of good quality and the fence looks beautiful. We hired Ergeon to install a new wood fence with double swing gate. It was my first experience doing fence quote virtually (using Zoom or Facetime). It took a bit of back-and-forth to finalize the quote. Ergeon then fit us into their schedule when another job was postponed at the last minute. The installation crew did a great job. They asked important design questions that I had never even considered. They took the time to measure twice (or thrice) before they cut and installed. Full replacement of 55 backyard fence. Ive never worked with fencing companies before, but Ergeon has been the most professional and communicative. There was a virtual webcam evaluation of the area first (due to COVID-19), then a physical site visit, and the fence is scheduled to be put up next week. Kelly (my initial contact with the company) was extremely helpful and kept in contact throughout the whole setup process, and Ricardo (project manager) kept me posted on updates and was able to schedule an appointment super quick. Their price was slightly higher than the other quotes I received, but I chose Ergeon anyway because of how positive the setup experience has been.UPDATE: Fence complete! Ergeon was able to get the permit within a day and schedule the new fence build about a week later. It took the crew less than five hours to complete the entire thing - by the time I got around to checking on progress, it was nearly done. The fence looks awesome, and its a relief to have it done and have our backyard back to normal.On a personal note: I began the process of getting a new fence to help my father, who had just been diagnosed with a terminal illness and could not maintain the house like he used to. When he abruptly passed away a few weeks later, I suddenly had to spend thousands of dollars on funeral costs and needed extra time to pay the invoice for the fence. Ricardo and Ergeon were extremely kind and patient, and they gave me lots of extra time to pay after things settled down. Thanks to Kelly, Ricardo, and the whole Ergeon team. I genuinely cant recommend this company enough.

This review is for their special quoting process.Ergeon uses advanced technology, perhaps thank to their CS PhD founders, assessing by Google satellite pictures and face time viewing without in-person visit.Most appreciated is their specialist, Kelly, who is responsive, always with prompt replies (in minutes!!) and follow-ups, and super patient. Our inquire period lasts about 8 months, due to our indecisive with various specs and specialty materials not familiar by regular fence contractors. Kelly professionally had all of our requested specs available.Their pricing is reasonable, while not in the low end. However, for their professionalism and great customer service, we decide to move forward and believe the installation will be as superb as our experience so far.

During a recent wind storm a section of our back yard fence blew over completely. I had left messages for four different companies and only received return calls from two. I received quotes from both and although the other company was a couple hundred less I opted for Ergeon because they were very thorough with all of the information regarding the product, the process and the price. I received a quote within a few days and work was scheduled a week or so later. We had 50 ft of fence replaced, they started the job at 8 a.m and by noon were done. Fence looks great! My husband and I as well as our neighbor are very pleased overall. I will be using them for future projects.

I reached out to Ergeon to see if they would be able to replace the chain link fence around my mothers home. I live out of town and my mom is not very phone savvy, but Kelly was very patient. We were able to set up a day/time I was able to be at the location to do a live video with her in order for them to see the property and make an assessment. The quote received within a week was reasonable and within my price range. I was even made aware that the original height of the fence I wanted was not within city compliance and I was offered an alternative. Im still not sure if I will get the fence replaced given this new information, but the customer service and professionalism received has been great - Kelly is awesome! I would definitely give them a try if you need assistance with your fencing needs.

I like Ergeon Fences and Driveways is that they responded pretty quickly. I called them on a Friday and they were able to make arrangement on the next day which was a Saturday. My contact, Lotoya, who was very professional, friendly and detailed oriented started off with a virtual visit (using Google Meet) to go over the work and looked up both sides of the fence that needed to be replaced. The quote she provided on the following Monday was competitive compared to other offers I had. I am going to recommend Ergeon to my the other two neighbors.

I will update my review upon project completion but my experience thus far has been working with Kelly. She is professional, courteous, and understanding. She worked diligently to get us a quote within our budget. I’m working with two different neighbors to re-build two fences and she has been extremely patient as I get everyone’s buy-in. We did not hire Ergeon. First, they gave us an estimate based on satellite imaging, not in person measurement. Then, they revised the estimate down stating wood prices had fallen, something we did not hear of from other contractors or our own inquiries. Each estimate contained a clause requiring 2 foot work space clearance on either side of the fence, and a related zero value line item conspicuously noted in the estimate. We were told if we signed and returned the estimate they could send someone out to look at the work sight, but if we did not retain them, it would cost us $150. I then checked their satellite measurements and found they double counted and other overstatements, totalling about 8 feet. I also noted that they had switched the type of fence from the portrait fence we requested to a nail up fence without our authorization. So much for the reduction being about wood prices. Once I noted these problems, their representative made excuses and miraculously they were able to send someone out like all other contractors. The person verified my measurement numbers and said the clearance looked fine, yet the rep would not eliminate the 2 clause, feining that it was necessary for unseen underground problems, which had nothing to do with the clause language and which I agreed would be a justified reason for a change order, if found. They clearly were setting us up for change orders. This all took weeks to figure out Ergeons story changes, the bait and switch and other deceptions, so we finally ended our negotiations since they were left with no credibility. Beware, such unfair business practices should be severely punished.

Customer service was great throughout the quote and installation process. It took a few weeks from quote to installation, but communication was good throughout. The crew was very considerate of my neighbors (I live in a condo) regarding parking and wearing masks. There were also some specific requirements, per the HOA, that they were able to accommodate. The project looks great!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fence.

We had a fence built by Ergeon and they were prompt and professional. However, over a month ago, one of the gates broke off the hinges and we noticed that they used short screws and the weight of the gate was too heavy for the two small hinges. We’ve contacted them to repair, however while they say it’s important to come out and fix it, it’s been over a month and nobody has been scheduled. Our dog got out and was missing for 24 hours after the gate broke as well which is why we had the fence put in to begin with. Make sure you are getting long enough screws and enough hinges on your gates, because you don’t want to be in our shoes 2 months after buying a new fence.

I had approximately 65ft or fence installed. 40 ft on a hill and 25 ft at the front of my house with a door. Outstanding work by EREGON. 3 employees did the demolition of old fence, and put up 65ft including gate in approximately 9 hours. Fence looks amazing. Workers were professional and took in my requests of what and how I wanted the posts and gate door installed. The price was also pretty good compared to another well known fencing company. I don’t usually do reviews unless the service was truly good. And EREGON got 5 stars across the board. Highly recommended them and already have friends Inquiring into using them for their fence work.

When I had a minor issue they promptly returned and made the necessary adjustments and other improvements beyond the original scope free of charge. No one returned calls nor messages the first day, the second day I was told the crew was loading their truck 30 minutes after they were to be at my property. That did not work for me with two no shows. I cancelled.They were too install fencing.Undependable.
