Excellent experience with ERG Solutions! They were extremely attentive to my needs regarding number of chairs and the tight schedule. They answered all my questions, customized the payment schedule per our request, updated us on the status of the inventory and shipment, and provided a lot of details on the chairs. It was a such a relief working with them after seeing terrible reviews of other sites/companies that provide refurbished Herman Miller chairs. Im so happy I went with ERG. The products that arrived were in great condition. I will definitely call them again if I need more chairs.

I bought the latest herman miller aeron from here. Miguel was super helpful in explaining all the options and their functions. He tried to get me the best fitting chair instead of the latest and greatest (the most expensive) option, so I appreciated that so much. If you are in the market for good herman millers I recommend checking them out first!

ERG Solutions is the BEST place to buy brand-name, ergonomic, refurbished office chairs. They have been super helpful throughout the process, and I ended up buying a 2021 Herman Miller Aeron in excellent condition for a reasonable price. It is very obvious that they really care about their customers; they listen carefully, show multiple options, do not force to buy or make a quick decision. They also provide warranty!

Was curious about getting a nice office chair and found this place. Staff were very friendly and let me try out all the chairs on location. The chair I wanted didnt have a headrest, but the staff said headrest attachments were coming in later and theyd call me when they arrived. Got called two weeks later to try the headrest, felt great and bought the chair.The staff also helped load the chair into my small car, which I didnt think would fit. Excellent service all around.

Very convenient experience here and excellent service. I was in and out.I’m glad I chose ERG solutions after seeing positive reviews. I stopped into the showroom to try out chairs. I did not know what I wanted, so Alex was awesome and helped out. I got to demo all the functions of all the chairs and went with the Mirra2 chair. I was very happy with this because of the lumbar support. I’ve been using an IKEA chair and I think my back has been in bad shape. Alex helped me load the chair to my car too.The showroom has chairs and stand up desks. I was satisfied with the chair and I’ll be using ERG to order a stand up desk as well.

Alex and the rest of the ERG team are great. We bought a Herman Miller chair that had an arm that had an issue where it would occasionally suddenly fall. ERG was very flexible, did their best to repair the arm, and worked with us to extend our return policy (because we were traveling) when the arm couldn’t be fixed.Ultimately when new chairs came in, we bought one and it has not had a single problem! We highly recommend buying a home office chair at ERG.

I was very impressed with Alexis at ERG Solutions. I split my work between office and home so my desk chair is critical to my productivity and comfort. He spent an hour with me helping me select the chair that was the right fit, regardless of look or price. I walked out that day, with the chair of my dreams, literally. I work very comfortably in front of my computer and monitor, with all the required support. ERG Solutions is fantastic! I found them on Craigslists after searching for the Herman Miller Sayl chair. There were many other options to choose from but their willingness to stand behind their product with a 15 day return and 5 year warranty on their chairs was no comparison to others. Calling them I found Alex, the owner was incredibly accommodating. Then visiting their showroom Alex was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. He ran me threw the various options, their features and prices. I left with the chair that felt the best for me and will be getting a desk from them as well. - Awesome pre-sale experience, knowledgeable staff. Got a Herman Miller Sayl eventually and happy to know there’s a 5-year warranty.- Right after purchasing the chair, I noticed that it had some squeaks. Fortunately, the team was responsive and promptly addressed this issue.- After just two months of normal use, the foam inside the chair tore, resulting in an uncomfortable seating experience. I reached out to the store for assistance, but the communication thereafter was lacking. The options presented to me was to purchase a new chair. I was informed that the warranty only covers mechanical issues, not cosmetic or foam tear. However, the information available on the website does not mention any explicit exclusion regarding cosmetic or foam tear coverage under the warranty.- I now find myself in an awkward situation with a chair in below fair condition, as neither the store nor the factory warranty covers this issue. Moreover, there are no replaceable parts available. Would expect a better resolution for this situation.

Alexis was welcoming us to see their options and he patiently explained all features, how they work and demonstrated well them all! Ive been looking to upgrade my office chair to an Aeron chair but couldnt find a reasonable one on any pre-owned site after weeks of looking. Finally, I came across ERG. They had a perfectly maintained Aeron at a very competitive price, and it had a 5 year warranty as a bonus. Im always nervous buying online from a company Ive never visited in person, but the transaction was smooth, and I received a beautiful chair in perfect condition. Im impressed. Well done, folks!

I was in the market for Mirra 2 for about a week or so when I eventually came across the ERG Solutions website. Once on the website, it was very easy to order and receive as well. ( The chair was delivered within 3 days) I was amazed by how the chair looked. The chair was very clean and also look like new even though they advertise it as used. Overall great experience with ERG Solutions. Best of all one year warranty as well too!

I came in to get a chair to help with my lower back pain. I was interested in trying out the Aeron Classic and Aeron Remastered. When I mentioned my back pain Leo recommended I try the Mirra 2. It felt good, but I eventually decided on the Aeron Remastered. Leo was good at explaining and showing me how to use the features of each chair. He was patient the whole time I was trying to make a decision. I would recommend ERG Solutions for your next office chair purchase. They offer a 5 year warranty and have a 15 day return policy if you are not happy with the chair.

Im an office manager at a small company, and as we were expanding and moving to a new office, we needed 13 new chairs. I came across ERG Solutions through google search, and I am glad that I found them.ERG Solutions has been very friendly and professional. I had a visit at their office since I was not sure which chaire to purchase. Alex let me try different options of chairs and gave me tons of advise on what to look for and the differences between all sorts of models. When we decided on which one to purchase, their purchase and delivery process was very easy, clean, and fast. We got all our chairs delivered into our office on a date that we wanted, and they all looked like new though they were used ones. They even showed all our employes how to adjust and use the new chairs, which was very helpful.Throughout the whole process, they were very easy to work with and professional.
