Bought my bike online and went to pick it up here. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They adjusted it for our needs, gave tips on what the seat height and knee angle should be, street riding and gear tips, etc. The prices in store seem to be equal or cheaper than online (due to some misconfiguration for certain sizes online).

Staff was always ready to help. I brought 2 bikes in thinking it was going to be expensive but they found every way possible to help me save!! Will absolute only be going to them for all bicycle needs!!!

Friends of mine have had great experiences at Epicenter Cycling and recommended I take my mountain bike there for a tuneup. I did and had the pleasure of working with extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They exceeded expectations by tuning up my bike which was ready ahead of when promised. I brought my road bike here to see about changing a cassette to make hill climbing easier. Colton gave me some options. Linda did the work. The price for the work was reasonable and the work was done professionally. After I picked it up, I took it over a bunch of hills. It did in fact make it easier. The store is very clean and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

Bought my bike from this place a yea ago. Working very well. Colten and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and even though I drive 40 miles I feel its worth the visit even if for servicing.

The best bike shop! They have a wide range of great priced bikes. Staff treats us like family we drive a hour and half becuse there service, prices, inventory and staff is better than any bike shop thats closer to us and thats why we keep going back.

We stopped here to pick up a helmet and the guy who rang us up here was super friendly and knowledgeable! They had many options for helmets, bikes, and other biking accessories. Got to try on different sizes and pick out the best fit. And they have a 30 day return policy if there are any issues even if you use the item. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in need of a bike or any other biking gear.

Went in with my road bike to adjust the derailleur. They did it on the spot, and I was out in 15 minutes. I’ve never walked in and out of any bike shop the same day for mechanic work. I usually have to wait several weeks to either get the bike into the shop, and also out of the shop once it’s there. They also did the adjustment for about 1/2 the cost of other places. My two mountain bikes have been neglected for a few years so I will probably be taking them in pretty soon for tune ups

Preface: I am a pretty experienced bike rider. So Im reviewing based on my experience in other bike shops and experiences.I saw that they did bike fittings on their website and I felt like I needed a legit bike fit(not a youtube how to) so I figured Id give them a shot. I sent them an email and after a few emails back and forth, we scheduled a day.Experience of the fitting:When I came in, Colton(the person doing the fitting) was ready and available. There were a couple issues with their trainer setup but the associate (Ron) assisted in holding my bike as Colton did the measurements required. I would say, it was pretty clutch. Colton seemed very knowledgable of bike fittings and even set up a second pair of shoes. That was cool. Im pretty happy with my fitting. Bike feels better and my reach is much more relaxed than before. FYI I would recommend everyone go get their bike fit by someone and Epicenter did a pretty good job.Sales Floor:Ive been debating about upgrading my gravel bike so I was scoping out what they had in stock. Ron and I got to talking and he dropped some knowledge on me that I didnt think about. He also explained why the Trek Checkpoint is better than other brands AND we talked about some wheels that I had no idea about. I would say I have pretty decent knowledge of the products out there but Ron definitely knew his stuff.Overall, good experience in the store. They had a good stock of useful kit, tools and useful products. I would recommend at least going to check it out.

Colton did the best he could to try to secure warranty service for my 2nd-hand Trek bike, which blew its freehub driver due to poor design whose history of such failures already littered the Internet. He gave me a break on the price for rebuilding the R. wheel around a new 1 of better design, by Dave the wheel specialist. Joel the suspension specialist was part of the Level 2 Maintenance & Cleaning package I had done while bike in for repairs anyway. Was very impressed with attention to detail & technical knowledge that restored bike to top performing condition. Ron & Braydon also helpful with solutions, such as installing notoriously difficult CushCore insert into new tire; Colton helpful with options to replace both tires upon my request. Great to have all this work competently accomplished in-house without having to outsource for parts or expertise! If you have a Trek or want Trek-authorized dealer service, definitely bring it / come here!
