I guess Epic and Beaver Medical are one in the same, or at least Very close to it. They must have a major roll in the double billing and other bad practices of the medical networks / providers they represent.

Rudest employees! Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of your time. They think the world revolves around them. Really unfortunate they hire such selfish people.

Horrible customer service.. phone calls are not returned. They do not have a courtesy to call you before they change referrals. Would not join any medical group who uses their services.
