Absolutely fantastic service! I had the unfortunate luck of breaking my phone screen, but luckily I found this store. The staff were incredibly kind, efficient, and professional. They fixed my phone in no time, and the price was very reasonable too. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of phone repairs. Thank you so much for your excellent service!

FANTASTIC service! They were nothing but incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. I took my iPhone 12 to them with a broken speaker, port, camera, and battery (to be honest I dont know how my phone survived this long). After 45 minutes I now have what feels & functions like a brand new phone! The cherry on top was a new screen protector as well! Inevitably when I break yet another device I will happily call ePhone Service to repair it. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Thank you again!

Masood said he could repair my phone, charged me $100, broke my screen, told me he could not repair it and and gave me back a broken Iphone 12 implying it was now garbage. Still hurts badly.This was around last month, I took my phone for water damage, Masood gave me a price and said he could repair it, he warned me that the screen might break so I might have to pay $200 more for the screen. That happened, I was ok with it. When I went to pick it up he asked me to test it and the phone started shutting down every 2 minutes like it did before. My phone already had a new screen and he said that he was not able to repair it, my screen was already broken. He charged me for the screen and said that I could take some time to try to recover as much data as I could, I paid for the screen and later he removed it and refunded the $200 dollars and gave me my Iphone totally broken.Unacceptable

I took my iPhone SE in for a screen repair after backing over my phone in the driveway. They did a great job at a fair price and with a quick same day turn-around. Also had battery changed as well. Phone is like new. Very happy.

Made an appointment online, received text reminder for said appointment. Once there, my iPhone X battery was replaced in less than 10 minutes. Friendly service, and good advice and pricing as quoted online. While I was there, several other customers also came in and were treated courteously as well.Next time one of our many phones or tablets needs a new battery (or screen), Ill definitely go here again. Recommended!

Ali is the best. Called and inquired about service repair on my iPhone and within minutes I had an appointment scheduled 30 minutes later that day and my phone was repaired within 20 minutes same day. Great service and great experience for a great price. Definitely recommend

This place is as sharp in technical knowledge as they are in interpersonal customer service. My phone, having been doused in stream water on a fly fishing trip, took a beatdown, where I knew it was a goner without taking it to a pro (considering I have fixed my own phone twice already - I knew the severity of this issue). Came on a Monday after booking an appointment on the website. Each detail of the sequence of the fix was explained to me up front, and pricing was divulged early. After agreeing to return after exactly 3 hours, Massoud had the entire phone fixed, board cleaning and LCD replacement. The phone lives, and retains some of most precious memories. Now my go-to fix it joint, as I am know to beat down my phones to no end in alpine areas and aquatic outdoors.

I took my phone to change the rear camera and I was told I will be charged $ 60 dollars for the price of the camera and the labor. So I paid 40 dollars in advance and I get to the agreement to pay the rest once the new amera that was ordered were installed. Well I am not sure put I think I was over charge 40 dollars for the camera and $ 60 dollars for the labor for a grand total of 110 dollars. I decide to paid the a mouth even if I have the feeling of been overcharged. However the phone camera just work for a couple days and stared giving me focus trouble. I decide to don’t contact them the review the camera installed and it was a lower rate than the camera I installed my self for just 30 dollars. That’s a amazing better quality pic and I have the feeling I been over charged. For a bad quality labor and camera as well. I hope they owner contact me and I will give to him the camera back. I use this place to repair my broken iPhone glass before and I hot a good experience. But with the camera. I felt really disappointed.

0/5 if it is applicable. Charged me $75 for diagnose and they totally misdiagnosed the problem. I was told that the motherboard was dead and the phone was beyond repair without changing the motherboard. Then I took it to another store, and they fixed the problem buy changing the charging port with water damage and made my phone back to work normally, only costing me $70.

I arrived late just before closing and Ali was so nice to my son and me. He made sure he diagnosed the problem properly first to make sure that is what was wrong. He could have easily just charged us for a new battery and send us on our way. He was so warm and friendly for the short time we were there and my 12 year old said he was really nice and knows what he was doing. Thanks for the prompt and nice service!

Fast, friendly, and good price! Less than a third of what Apple wanted to charge for fixing the lightning port in my iPhone.Parking was no problem on a weekday just before noon, but there aren’t many spaces. If you’re a Costco member, you could try and park there.

I would never use this company. Today, on a Sunday, I watch two cars get towed from their lot because Costco is next door. They are closed on Sunday. Any company that makes it the norm to tow people, even when they dont need the parking spaces, is a terrible company. There is no way these people have integrity. Funny because we were just talking about going there today, but it was closed. I guess everything happens for a reason.

Made an appointment via their booking system. Showed up on time. The place is closed until July 23rd. Wasted my time. Would have been nice if their booking app mentioned they werent open. Unprofessional to let people make appointments while the business is closed.

Not open posted hours. Badgered by some weird guy with a galaxy phone and wad of cash, claiming to be collecting parking money. No lawful signs posted. Very sketchy unsafe area, unprofessional. Stay away.
