Found our gem of a truck online on Saturday and drove it home on Sunday! Envision Ford made the transaction smooth and effortless and had us in and out in a matter of mere hours. Claudio our salesman worked hard to make this happen and we can’t thank him enough for all he did. Mike in financing stayed as late as it took to make sure the deal was signed, sealed and delivered.

Fabian Mauricio was the salesman, and he was great. I felt like he listened to what I needed and wanted, and then helped me to get it. He was honest, not pushy, and continued to work with me even after I had left the lot. From the moment I arrived, I was approached by a very energetic sales person named Martha, who couldn’t have been a better match for me and my personality. She was very honest in telling me that she was new to the sales team, but that she had an incredibly wonderful manager that she’d be leaning on a little bit during the process, and she was right, Chris was absolutely amazing and they worked really hard to help me get this truck which is a much sought-after vehicle. Their GM Nemer was not only extremely approachable but also very available to both me and my husband during AND after the process. My husband has terminal brain cancer and we’d decided to hit the toad and see as many of these United States as we could and we felt like the whole team at Envision FORD was behind us in making our dream come true. Chris and Mike in finance really helped us understand which warranty and protection plans made the most sense for us without “selling” us and JC in parts helped me big time in understanding some of the trickier things in the truck and got me all set up with some cool accessories. I was so impressed by this dealership that we decided to buy a maintenance package using them and I can’t wait to meet the service team and I will definitely be running in to see who I can say a quick hi to! I got to my appt and only two men were working. I heard one say, everyone went to lunch. Sounds like they need to have scheduled lunches. I waited 3 hours for my oil change. They did wash my car and did a great job. My advisor was very nice he apologized profusely. I assumed it is the same issue every business has today, cant find enough good people to work.

I took delivery on January 4th of this nice Ford Bronco. Sales man Luis Carmona and sales manger Rickey were top notch thumbs up. Things went down hill with the finance guy Lee really quick. He insulted my wife who was on her cell phone still working her job. His comment was just like my kids on the cell phone all the time. He didnt do a great job explaining extended warranty and maintenance cost until it came time for signature and I questioned some numbers. My trade in did not get paid off until 17 days later and that cost me additional $50.78 in interest cost. I provided a DD 214 to receive a $500 veteran/military but that hasnt happened. I like the vehicle but not so much the dealership.

Just bought a used Audi from their inventory and had a great experience. Sales manager Chris was very responsive to emails in the days prior to my arrival. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the dealership. BEWARE. ZERO STARS. What a disaster of a service department. I have no idea how they havent been sued into bankruptcy. They called me wanting to schedule 3 recall fixes and I needed 2 warranty fixes. I was promised they had all the parts in stock and I would get my vehicle back same day. At the end of the day I called them to find out if my vehicle was ready. I was told that they didnt get to it until the afternoon and that one recall was completed, they hadnt completed a second, and they needed parts for a third. They promised me it would be ready the following day. At the end of the next day I called and was told that they were waiting on parts. 4 days later, their phone system hung up on me 7 times in a row, so I went down there to talk to someone. They still didnt have the parts and my vehicle had been sitting for 4 days, ignored. They hadnt even diagnosed the warranty issues. I picked up my vehicle and went home to find out they had completely botched one of the 2 recall fixes they claimed were completed. After a month of giving them multiple opportunities to fix my vehicle, their gross incompetence continues to abound. The assistant manager Jose makes promises, then back peddles because he realizes it might cost money. They screwed up on the recall, then failed to fix it two more times, and yet they refused me a courtesy vehicle when I gave them a third opportunity to fix it. Both my warranty and service package include access to rentals while they work on my vehicle. But Jose said that fixing their incompetence doesnt qualify. I dropped it a third time, had zero help from them to get to work, and very clearly directed them to not touch ANYTHING except to fix their recall mistake. When I arrived to pick it up, Jose started telling me all the warranty work he did on the truck. However, even though he told me it was ready, I waited around for over an hour because they had screwed up the recall fix AGAIN. When I finally drove off with the truck, it still wasnt right. So not only do I have pay someone to fix their recall screw up, but I have to pay someone to check the additional work they did AGAINST my expressed directive. Envision can rest assured that they will hear from my attorney for reimbursement on any money I have to expend for fixing their repeated errors, checking the work they did against my consent, and for attorney fees.

I stopped in to Envision and was quickly greeted by Ash the Salesman. He showed me around the lot and didn’t waste time pulling up the car info on the used cars we were viewing. I decided on a Mercedes and he was very efficient in getting the paperwork together and briefing the steps. Altogether he was extremely professional and personal which definitely went a long way in making the car buying an easy and more relaxed process. My daughter got a Bronco when her Lincoln started giving her trouble and this last vist was for her first oil change, and maintenance. They also did some reprogramming on the navigation screen and for a recall issue on the transmission computer. The service advisor gave us an estimated time of completion and we went home. We received a call when the season completed, within the estimated time and the car was ready and waiting when we picked it up. I have had several Fords through the years and although they have had some issues, overall, I am satisfied with the vehicles and the quality of after sales service.

No one called to let us know they were keeping our vehicle over night. I know they are busy, but the mechanics are not the only ones working there. Hopefully customer service improves.

Absolutely horrible experience. Didnt take my vehicle in until 4.5 hours AFTER my appointment time, after they told me it would be ready. They didnt even address the problem. All they did was take apart my seat, go to lunch, and put it back together while i watched them. On top of that, they still charged me for services. What services did they provide? Taking my car back almost 5 hours past my appointment time? Wasting my entire day? Taking apart the chair and going to lunch? Putting the chair back together and saying the technician did 2 hours of work? Oh? While he was on lunch he did all that work? Worst place Ive ever been

The whole team of EFL of Oxnard were great! I had searched three dealers in shopping around for a 2024 Bronco. EFL was first, then Thousand Oaks Ford and last Simi Valley Ford. Simi Valley Ford Vista had the best offer. But in the end, went back to EFL of Oxnard because of their Salesman, Fabian Mauricio. He was very professional, but most of all, he made me as a customer feel very comfortable in purchasing the dream car of my choice. No high pressure salesmanship, just honest professionalism. We regret our purchase of a Lincoln Corsair which has not worked properly since day one and is officially a Lemon.My mom is 80 and we feel this dealership took advantage of her by giving her an offer to buy her lemon back at much less than she purchased it (it was in the shop the day of delivery) then giving her a 10k discount on a new Ford. Came here yesterday “just to look” and left with a beautiful Ford Mach E . The whole team was nice and helpful but Walter was the main man to help us. From the beginning Walter was professional, efficient, and welcoming. He showed us around and asked what we liked without pressuring us. We were able to test drive the car and he explained all the features the car had. The process was long but to be expected. Took my Ford raptor in to get my sun roof repaired because it wouldn’t close. I decided to not proceed with ford to get the repair done with them. When I picked up my truck it had rained the night before and my truck was left out on the rain the whole night, as the porter pulls up to give me my truck he tells me my seat was wet, that he will go get me a towel. My whole center console was full of water my driver seat was soaked in water and it he carpet as well. I talked to Omar and him and his manager Steve told me they would remove the carpet to air it out. I show up the following day and my carpet is still not removed with my carpet and seat still drenched in water. I talk to Omar and Steve so they tell me they will have a technician the following day to “remove” the carpet. I show up the following day and only my driver seat is pulled out, once again they lied to me about pulling my carpet out. Omar then tells me he will try to talk to Ford to see if he can help me out with a discount on the sun roof yet I call him and Tex him and doesn’t reply. Also prior to this incident I was waiting on a part that was back ordered and I still haven’t heard back from him.

This dealership has always been good to myself and my family. We have bought 4 new cars over time and never had a bad experience. The salesman who has always helped me is Ash. My sliding door of my transit van wasn’t closing or sliding properly. They found that the mechanism was rusting and that the other door’s locks were too. We had to pay close to $800 to get it fixed and told to use W40 in the future. It’s not even 4 years old and the van is falling apart already I guess FORD cars are not built to last. Also a piece that was removed was missing and they damaged the panel above it and left 3 dents, which they denied they did it. No one told us about the missing part, I had to ask where it was. They then told us, it had been ordered because they broke it. If I hadn’t noticed they would have let us drive away without it. Not impressed. Oh and the sliding door is not fixed.

Update 6/26/24 - While I will give 5 stars from my original transaction from September 2023, after working with the service department at Envision Ford, I am truly disappointed. They do not care about the satisfaction of their customers and customer service is not a word that they know. I have spoken with Rocket, who is no longer there, Jose and now Paul Delacruz/Service Director. We have also reached out via email to the General Manager and the CEO with no luck. It has been over a month since I have heard back from Paul, so my husband has been working on trying to get the issue resolved, again with no call back. It should not take over 3 months to get an issue resolved or for a company to continuously pass the buck! Take responsibility and resolve the issue! In addition, I paid for the Triple Care which covers windshield damage and dent repair. Dont get a custom order from this dealership. My husband had placed an order for a Maverick. We were given an MSRP of 34k. We waiting 9 months of the vehicle to arrive at the dealership. Once we were ready to finalize the purchase, the dealer told us the price was $35,500.00 and they would only hold it for two days. Brought a car from them in August 2022. The sale went okay but it’s been a horrible experience with them since. They need to give me new keys at the time of the sale (why this wasn’t figured out prior to me being on the lot, not sure) but they apparently gave me two secondary keys, neither one is an admin key. This is now costing me almost $250 at another Ford dealer to program an admin key. They are refusing to take ownership of this issue. It look me a year and a half to get the master code for the car system, allowing you to use the key code entry. This was after I was locked out and stranded TWICE in my car with the keys locked inside. They didn’t even give me the code, I ended up having to figured out back ways of getting it online. Any time you call, they direct you to whoever you want to talk to and it rings a few times and the line goes dead. This is when they don’t answer after you’ve been transferred, the other times they typically just hang up. I definitely DO NOT recommend this dealer at all, they are all rude and unhelpful. I tried to be nice understanding but after a year and a half of dealing with them, I am done.

Bought a gorgeous 2017 Lincoln MKX with the great help of Jadd Halaby. Im in Utah and saw the car on CarGuru then contacted Jadd (the price was a Carguru Great Price). I knew the market and made an offer which Jadd made even better by taking my not-perfect trade without overcompensating on the price, which dealers often do. Not only did the price work out, but the condition of the car was far and above the competition making the price not only great, but unattainable anywhere else due to the fact that I could never find such a like new 2017 car. All our dealings were over the phone and I had to trust him as I personally trailered my trade from out of state with the intent of trailering the new vehicle back out of state (and thus avoid CA taxes... yay!). Took my car here for water damage caused by the rain. I was communicating with one of the service advisors about my car. They had my car there for 10 days and did not do anything to it. He kept blaming the insurance for it taking so long but in reality it was because of him. Insurance told him exactly what they needed and he was not doing what was necessary. Everything was approved except two things that had not been visible to appraiser because they had not disassembled by car. Insurance kept being transparent by including me in emails while he kept removing me from them. 2015 Ford F150 XLTI recently (03/15/2024) took my F150 for two recalls issued out by Ford and some issues arrived with the service provided.1. Getting service done at Envision is extremely exhausting. Ive had multiple services since theyve transitioned from Vista Ford, and I cant say it got any *better*. Ive had an oil change where they pored oil all over my engine bay, and then proceed to give it to me with the oil leaking, Ive had to fight tooth and nail to get the battery replaced to make my auto-stop start work again (48 hours to just replace a battery!). I literally did the work for them and showed them a video of the low voltage on the battery. Can you guess what was wrong after 48 hours? The battery!I put the truck in for a differential change at 20k (The first for the truck) and now its got ATF all over the underside of the truck, and I have to figure out if its leaking, or like the oil change, they just got lazy and let the fluid go everywhere and didnt give two flips to clean up. The cabin of the truck reeks of ATF now.It wouldnt be so bad if they just did the job right the first time instead of me going back repeatedly.

I had several recalls and I only expected to get 2 or 3 taken care of and I was sure that they would need the car all day- in fact, I was concerned they might need the car overnight.Also, I live about 12 miles from the dealership and I was concerned about waiting around all day. They have a shuttle service that covers a pretty good area, but I was a little too far. But they do offer a waiting room, the shuttle service and they also offer rental cars.I ended up Lyfting home at about 8am. Then, I got a text from Grant at 2pm and when I came in to collect my car, they had taken care of all of my recall issues. I was so pleasantly surprised.

It NEVER saw the dealership. How is that legal? Truck was sitting and they never had the courage to take it in to inspect before selling?That’s super sketchyIt gets worse, they told me the vehicle had a fresh oil change and cabin filter, WRONG.They took 2 days to send me a fake document stating the truck had maintenance done before listing it.How did I know this? Well, I looked underneath the truck and it was leaking oil. There was a huge oil stain of dirty fluid coming out of the old oil filter since who knows when. Now I have some serious trust issues about my vehicle purchase.I am not happy with my purchase.

Later in the evening we were leaving Costco and the car I had just test driven was driving in the parking lot as well as a Bronco from the dealership. Update 3/29/24Finally was able to get an appt to get the recall work done on January. They actually called me to get it done so it was easy this time.My tech was very kind however when asked why I don’t use the dealership anymore, he listened with the intent of selling me on coming back. I even spoke with Mike the Finance Manager who ASSURED ME THEY WOULD honor the service contracts purchased through Vista. NOPE, and they just don’t answer the phone.This is a Vet who snaps up car dealerships that are struggling and focuses solely on SALES! Once you buy your car, SERVICE WILL SUCK! I know from experience and talking to others in the community. He has been doing it through CA AND AZ research has found.The original guys who have worked here long won’t do anything under new management. Loyalty doesn’t matter. Horrible service so far. Sales team was bearable although surface care is not working but the car I bought has so many issues even with a blue certification. Meaning it passes safety and part inspection it had glued on pieces that are falling apart and brakes are horrible and screeching they stated “my model is like that and all others similar” they had to replace them the first week as they were almost worn out. They still screech and I call for service and they ask “who’s paying for this” what kind of service is that I just bought the car and these parts should have passed and are failing. I ordered a 2023 Maverick in September 2022. I signed a purchase order with the options I wanted and was given a price. I was required to sign this purchase order before they would process my order. Mach E with service now message, took 29 days with potentially additional damage done. Next to zero communication during the 29 day repair stay, despite being persistent to attempt to obtain an update. First time I heard back was day 14 after requesting the manager. Amidst and after the 29 day length stay there was no explanation of what needed repair or what part ended up being repaired. Once I received the car back, it was clear it continued to have major power issues still.I took it to a different dealer that found that Envison had left the coolant loop clamped! They also repaired an additional part all within 7 days. Not sure how this was handled so improperly despite my attempts at being involved and accommodating. Since they have turned to envision they have had horrible customer service. No Communication. I had taken my truck in for a recall part and got it back sounding so loud. Took it back and when the day is over still not a word noone answers there phones or text. In attempt to pick up my vehicle im left stranded here with no car and my kids at daycare at 630 pm. I am independent and they have taken my independence from me with no time to prepare for a situation as this. All they can do is offer some damm water. Never coming back here again after all these years.

Just drove off the lot with my first car from Envision Ford of Oxnard. The staff members are outstanding. Miguel Angel Maya was extremely kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I appreciated his transparency and patience with all of the questions I had being that this was my first purchase from a dealer. Freddie from Finance was also a pleasure. He clearly explained everything that was being signed and overall the experience was enjoyable.

I recently bought a 2019 Nissan Versa with the help of salesman Joel Duarte. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process. They went above and beyond in fixing up the car from replacing the brakes, repainting the entire car and putting in a new radio to list a few things they did. It was not easy to talk to someone in service when I needed to bring my car in. I never did get to talked to a person before I towed my car to the dealership on a Saturday. When I heard from Jose on Wednesday, he was very pleasant and told me what was wrong with my car. The service department quickly took care of my issue and got my car back to me in a timely manner.

We have been coming here for over two decades and its been obvious the new ownership was the worst thing. Prices for service have skyrocketed, customer service is atrocious, and unlike the other dealerships in the area they only provide one way transportation when having service on your vehicle. We will never be coming back for service or purchasing a new vehicle which we plan to do in the new year. Miss Vista Ford

Tarek was great while he helped get my truck serviced. Very helpful and accommodating. After requesting a loaner vehicle, he told me that option wasn’t available (which I thought was odd, even Nissan who sells a much less expensive car offers loaners) and offered a shuttle ride home instead with the option for pick up. This service was appreciated, however if you live more than 10 miles from the dealership, you are out of luck. It would be great to see ford implement loaner vehicles for customers who need to leave their car at the dealership. At the least offer this for those leaving their vehicle for more than a day.It was nice that they washed and vacuumed my car at no charge!

Envision Ford has destroyed the Ford brand in Ventura. Envision bought both the Ventura and Oxnard Ford dealerships and then closed the Ventura location leaving just the Oxnard location. Sales reps at Oxnard are shady and dishonest and the service dept is a joke. I recommend going DCH thousand oaks if you own / want to buy a ford vehicle.

I have to say, as intimidating as it can be shopping for a car as a woman, (all you want is to be taken seriously and get the same amount of respect) Envision Ford of Oxnard met me with the utmost customer care. I was first greeted by Gabriel who did not make me feel rushed or pressured (like most salesmen can do when you show up) he was very respectful as I learned about my options when it came to the specific type of vehicle I wanted. He also introduced me to other options as I was not entirely set on one choice to help me narrow down the features Id want with the price point I was wanting. He allowed me to shop comfortably and I really appreciated that as I did not want to make the decision that same day. After we came back with my husband, Fadi then helped us find the perfect car that would not only match our needs but our wallets as well. He worked with us on our trade in vehicle as we negotiated something that would be best for our family, being fully transparent, personable, respectful, and most importantly flexible. The whole team was also very welcoming as we had our 7 month old with us. I really appreciated this kind of service and as a customer I can say Im leaving here with full satisfaction. The service is so much better since Envision took over operations. I bought my vehicle when it was Vista Ford and had a great experience. But trying to get your vehicle serviced was impossible. Appointments were almost two months out. Now with Envision the staff is great and it’s no fuss! Jose was great and I will keep going back from now on.
