We had a great experience last night with our purchase. Took our son to purchase his first vehicle and Joseph (Sushi) and MD were great. They worked with my son to get him to a payment he felt comfortable with and got him a better rate than we were first quoted. They also have a great selection of new and used vehicle to choose from although my son already has the vehicle in mind he chose from their website. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I love how everyone treated me here and my family. Come see Jacob and Fahad. They’re like every sales reps they lie just to get a sale .The second picture it’s literally the next day i took the car . The check engine light turned on. Now that i drive the vehicle going 50mph. If i brake the car shakes. They just want to make a sale. Make sure you check your car before leaving the lot . They literally checked my moms credit 14xs that was really unnecessary.

Joseph(sushi) and MD was the best people to work with at Envision. They tried everything in their power to get me the car that I wanted and was very straight up with me on how the processes go. Before the 2023 year ends, I want to give a big shout out to Sergio who was friendly, patient and understanding while I decided on my Jeep 2024 4xe. He provided me pictures when I asked and he knew that I was busy with my jobs plus my business Lily Sweet Cakes. I wanted my Jeep at a price I felt comfortable with, plus I didnt want go waste too much time there because I knew what were some of the important features I wanted in my Jeep. For all my hard work and years I have been wanting a Jeep; I finally did it with the help of Sergio. The manager Fahad also wanted press on me, but I told Sergio that I didnt want get bothered too much. I read a mix of reviews here and I just know that Sergio gave me a genuine experience. Fahad told me he was going include a red bow but he probably forgot and I didnt remind them. Maybe, they can send me a cool small accessory or a Medium Jeep T-Shirt to make it up. I hope this dealer gets a remodel and better outcomes because it has potential. Thank you Sergio! 🙏🏽😎

Please dont waiste your time or money here ⚠️🚫 Worst everr, super Unprofessional from the sales men to managers to service, all the worst.I got a car back in September 2023 next day check engine light turned on, i took it in and just got back on January 11 had to take it back 1 hr later because it wasnt working anymore completely undrivable and i barely got it back on 2/14/24, they told me I could get a rental. I asked if rental was covered or I had to pay out of pocket they told me dont worry about it we got it covered so I took their word for it.When I finally go to pick up my car the girl was charging me 600 something, I spoke to manager at service wasnt helpful I spoke to the gm at the dealer didnt help, I called corporate useless aswell. No one helped.Until after that I told her its not fair how I was clear about it and they were unprofessional for not explaining to me anything then she brought it down a bit but I still had to pay out of pocket for their mistake.When I called to get an update about my jeep the girl told me it got delayed because the best technician they had couldnt put my cold intake back in my car. (:When I go in my car all my things from the trunk were moved to my passenger front seat in dealer bags and my plastic mat was missing. I called to ask if maybe they forgot to put it back and she said no one was back there, yet all my things were moved. I was told i would get the mat replaced and I was called that it was ready, they never even placed an order for it. And while I was waiting for over an hr for them to tell me it wasnt there. Then one of the techs tells me that the reason everything was moved was because my car got wet with the rain. When I was going to put the windows back on, they said dont do it we got it, well do it.When I took in my car back in January I had just put half a tank of gas when I got it back I was completely on E, no gas.Absolutely the worst service and employees. Took forever to pay off the car I traded in to them. I would get calls from the other finance about my payments I was 3 months behind. I would call the dealer to see what happened and they would leave me on hold for hrs just to ignore my calls, manager was NEVER available, why even have a manager if hes not there. They would transfer me to different lines that had nothing to do with it so I wouldnt speak to the manager. They always told me call back in 30 mins. Call back in 10 mins. Call back in 15 mins. Call back in 2 hrs. Or hes out for the day call back early tomorrow I would walk in to talk to the gm and same thing.I asked if I could maybe switch out the jeep I got for another since its been at service all 7 months since I got it and they said yeah if you give it back to us as a repo, which makes no sense because Ive been paying it.When I went in that day to try and work something out the manager was very rude and was making me and my kids feel very uncomfortable screaming at the employees infront of other customers aswell.Absolutely would not recommend to anyone and will not return to get another car here.

My interaction with this dealership, particularly in the aftermath of purchasing a Corvette, was dishearteningly filled with a multitude of issues that collectively culminated in an unsatisfactory experience. While the initial purchasing process exhibited a facade of decency, subsequent events unfolded that revealed a disconcerting lack of integrity.During the transaction itself, the finance manager, Stephanie, cast a shadow on the transparency of the process by attempting to tack on unnecessary packages. This not only raised concerns about the ethics of the dealership but also left me questioning the motives behind such opportunistic maneuvers, seemingly geared towards augmenting personal gains.However, the real ordeal began post-purchase when attempts to communicate with the General Manager, Laso Abbas, proved to be an exercise in futility. Despite persistent efforts to address concerns, the GMs elusive nature significantly hindered any semblance of effective communication, leaving me grappling with unresolved issues.A scheduled appointment for the removal of the vehicle wrap on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am, which was initially seen as a step towards resolution, transformed into a protracted and disheartening affair. Contrary to assurances of a prompt removal, my car languished in a dirt lot for well over an hour. Inquiries regarding the status of the removal were met with evasive responses, amplifying the frustration of the situation.It wasnt until 1 pm, following repeated requests for updates from the sales manager, Farhad, that my car was reluctantly returned. To my dismay, the removal job was nothing short of subpar, and to exacerbate matters, scratches adorned the side of my door. The dealerships indifferent response, brushing off concerns by asserting the car was sold as is, further underscored a glaring lack of accountability.In summation, my encounter with this dealership was characterized by a disturbing lack of transparency, unresponsive management, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. The disheartening nature of these experiences compels me to caution anyone against considering this dealership for their automotive needs. The evident lack of ethical conduct, both among salespeople and management, serves as a stark warning that potential customers should look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and customer-centric automotive experience.

We came in to JUST look at potential Dodge charger buys. We had gone to other dealerships but it didn’t feel right. We saw the cars they had on OfferUp and decided to come look for ourselves. Their selection is top notch! Various colors and models but what sold us most was Rocxy’s attention to detail and customer service. She listened to everything I wanted in a car and she delivered!
