We had a great experience last night with our purchase. Took our son to purchase his first vehicle and Joseph (Sushi) and MD were great. They worked with my son to get him to a payment he felt comfortable with and got him a better rate than we were first quoted. They also have a great selection of new and used vehicle to choose from although my son already has the vehicle in mind he chose from their website. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I love how everyone treated me here and my family. Come see Jacob and Fahad. They’re like every sales reps they lie just to get a sale .The second picture it’s literally the next day i took the car . The check engine light turned on. Now that i drive the vehicle going 50mph. If i brake the car shakes. They just want to make a sale. Make sure you check your car before leaving the lot . They literally checked my moms credit 14xs that was really unnecessary.

Before the 2023 year ends, I want to give a big shout out to Sergio who was friendly, patient and understanding while I decided on my Jeep 2024 4xe. He provided me pictures when I asked and he knew that I was busy with my jobs plus my business Lily Sweet Cakes. I wanted my Jeep at a price I felt comfortable with, plus I didnt want go waste too much time there because I knew what were some of the important features I wanted in my Jeep. For all my hard work and years I have been wanting a Jeep; I finally did it with the help of Sergio. The manager Fahad also wanted press on me, but I told Sergio that I didnt want get bothered too much. I read a mix of reviews here and I just know that Sergio gave me a genuine experience. Fahad told me he was going include a red bow but he probably forgot and I didnt remind them. Maybe, they can send me a cool small accessory or a Medium Jeep T-Shirt to make it up. I hope this dealer gets a remodel and better outcomes because it has potential. Thank you Sergio! 🙏🏽😎

Please dont waiste your time or money here ⚠️🚫 Worst everr, super Unprofessional from the sales men to managers to service, all the worst.I got a car back in September 2023 next day check engine light turned on, i took it in and just got back on January 11 had to take it back 1 hr later because it wasnt working anymore completely undrivable and i barely got it back on 2/14/24, they told me I could get a rental. I asked if rental was covered or I had to pay out of pocket they told me dont worry about it we got it covered so I took their word for it.When I finally go to pick up my car the girl was charging me 600 something, I spoke to manager at service wasnt helpful I spoke to the gm at the dealer didnt help, I called corporate useless aswell. No one helped.Until after that I told her its not fair how I was clear about it and they were unprofessional for not explaining to me anything then she brought it down a bit but I still had to pay out of pocket for their mistake.When I called to get an update about my jeep the girl told me it got delayed because the best technician they had couldnt put my cold intake back in my car. (:When I go in my car all my things from the trunk were moved to my passenger front seat in dealer bags and my plastic mat was missing. I called to ask if maybe they forgot to put it back and she said no one was back there, yet all my things were moved. I was told i would get the mat replaced and I was called that it was ready, they never even placed an order for it. And while I was waiting for over an hr for them to tell me it wasnt there. Then one of the techs tells me that the reason everything was moved was because my car got wet with the rain. When I was going to put the windows back on, they said dont do it we got it, well do it.When I took in my car back in January I had just put half a tank of gas when I got it back I was completely on E, no gas.Absolutely the worst service and employees. Took forever to pay off the car I traded in to them. I would get calls from the other finance about my payments I was 3 months behind. I would call the dealer to see what happened and they would leave me on hold for hrs just to ignore my calls, manager was NEVER available, why even have a manager if hes not there. They would transfer me to different lines that had nothing to do with it so I wouldnt speak to the manager. They always told me call back in 30 mins. Call back in 10 mins. Call back in 15 mins. Call back in 2 hrs. Or hes out for the day call back early tomorrow I would walk in to talk to the gm and same thing.I asked if I could maybe switch out the jeep I got for another since its been at service all 7 months since I got it and they said yeah if you give it back to us as a repo, which makes no sense because Ive been paying it.When I went in that day to try and work something out the manager was very rude and was making me and my kids feel very uncomfortable screaming at the employees infront of other customers aswell.Absolutely would not recommend to anyone and will not return to get another car here.

This not only raised concerns about the ethics of the dealership but also left me questioning the motives behind such opportunistic maneuvers, seemingly geared towards augmenting personal gains.However, the real ordeal began post-purchase when attempts to communicate with the General Manager, Laso Abbas, proved to be an exercise in futility. Despite persistent efforts to address concerns, the GMs elusive nature significantly hindered any semblance of effective communication, leaving me grappling with unresolved issues.A scheduled appointment for the removal of the vehicle wrap on a Saturday morning at 8:30 am, which was initially seen as a step towards resolution, transformed into a protracted and disheartening affair. Contrary to assurances of a prompt removal, my car languished in a dirt lot for well over an hour. Inquiries regarding the status of the removal were met with evasive responses, amplifying the frustration of the situation.It wasnt until 1 pm, following repeated requests for updates from the sales manager, Farhad, that my car was reluctantly returned. To my dismay, the removal job was nothing short of subpar, and to exacerbate matters, scratches adorned the side of my door. The dealerships indifferent response, brushing off concerns by asserting the car was sold as is, further underscored a glaring lack of accountability.In summation, my encounter with this dealership was characterized by a disturbing lack of transparency, unresponsive management, and an overall disregard for customer satisfaction. The disheartening nature of these experiences compels me to caution anyone against considering this dealership for their automotive needs. The evident lack of ethical conduct, both among salespeople and management, serves as a stark warning that potential customers should look elsewhere for a more trustworthy and customer-centric automotive experience.

We came in to JUST look at potential Dodge charger buys. We had gone to other dealerships but it didn’t feel right. We saw the cars they had on OfferUp and decided to come look for ourselves. Their selection is top notch! Various colors and models but what sold us most was Rocxy’s attention to detail and customer service. She listened to everything I wanted in a car and she delivered! Before you consider purchasing a car from Envision CDJR West Covina dealership I genuinely urge you to read this review in its entirety if you don’t want to be swindled and hustled out of your hard earned money. My husband and I were not only lied to, we were also deceived, and an unauthorized credit run was made by the dealership on my social to five different banks. Fair warning, this review is lengthy to give you a full understanding of how this dealership operates. This dealership tried to rob us of our money!On 2/12/2024, we were told by the dealership (Roxie) they would sell us the vehicle (pre-owned 2020 Honda Accord Hybrid) we were interested in for $26,000 out the door. We informed the dealership that we had our own financing through our own bank and was informed that we would not be able to get financing through our own bank until we decided to refinance the vehicle. We stated that we understood although we didn’t believe what we were told. Therefore, I requested that my credit not be ran until after I was ensured the car was going to be sold to us for $26,000 out the door. Roxie who was helping us promised my credit would not get ran until we had a definite price on the car. When she returned with the pricing of the car with fees, the car price came out to over $40,000!After looking over the paperwork it was noticed that there was a fee for over $11,000. Only after asking what the fees were was it stated to us that we were getting charged for an extended warranty and the dealer’s package. We stated, we weren’t paying $40,000 and inquired if my credit had been ran. Roxie didn’t respond and asked that we give her a moment. She returned with the finance manager with another price breakdown. Only this time it was for a little over $35,000 that still included an accessory fee for $6,500. I was told by Roxie the extended warranty had been removed and the dealer’s package was $3,999. The finance manager then stated there was no way they were going to sale us or finance us for $26,000 out the door for the car. We then asked, was my credit run. The finance manager indicated my credit had been run. We informed the finance manager we did not authorize my credit to be ran. My credit was ran five times for $40,000. Initially, the finance manager stated my credit had “only” been run by four banks. Once we requested the names of the banks, we were then informed it was five.We declined the sale and as I was getting ready to pick up the two sheets that had the car pricing and fees on it, the finance manager grabbed both and stated, the forms belonged to the dealership and we could not have them. Thereafter, we began to walk out and Roxie comes up to me and whispers what if I can get you the car for $32,000 out the door, like “out the door, out the door”. Again I declined. Two days later, Roxie calls my husband laughing stating she could get him the car for $26,000 out the door. My husband hung up the phone.

Was interested in a plug-in hybrid they had in stock on their website. I called their sales department to ask if they are accepting a transfer of the used EV credit ($4,000) as payment at the time of purchase. As some background, according to the IRS, the federal tax credit can either be claimed on your upcoming tax return or sold to the dealer at the time of sale (only if the dealer agrees). I was told over the phone that they would accept it. So, I decided to pay them a visit and look at the car.When arriving, I asked for who I spoke to over the phone and was told that she was an assistant and not actually a part of the sales staff. Why she was answering complex questions about tax rebates and down payments instead of the actual sales staff I couldn’t tell you. Strike 1.They pulled around the car for me and I took a look at it. Pretty much what I expected and what they had on the website was pretty accurate. So, I asked the sales associate just to verify the fact that I could use the tax credit as part of my payment at the time of sale. First, he told me that no such credit existed for used EV’s and that there was only a credit for new EV’s. Only after I told him that I was a tax accountant and was not asking if the credit existed, but was asking how the dealer treated it, did he tell me he knew about the used EV credit of $4,000, but had never heard of it being used as payment at the time of sale. Strike 2.We went back and forth on this for a while and eventually he said he was willing to talk to his manager about it. Fine with me. He repeatedly asked me to test drive the car even after I told him that my interest in the car was entirely predicated on this tax credit issue that I had already though was resolved. He eventually relented and we went inside to talk to the manager.We sat down at a desk and the sales associate pulled up the IRS website to try to prove me wrong. The manager came over and said that he knew about the used EV credit but told me that it didn’t work the way I said it did. I told him as I did the sales associate that I was a tax accountant and could assure him that I knew what I was talking about. After having the sales associate bring up the correct IRS page, both men kept reading sections of the page and saying, “See? It doesn’t work like that.” And I had to keep telling them, “Scroll down. Read this part.” Strike 3.After they finally saw I was correct, the manager told me it was not something they could there—which if that is their policy, then so be it. But to be told that after calling ahead and being mislead, talking to the sales associate and being mislead and pressured, and then being mislead by the manager was pretty insulting and unprofessional, not to mention a total and complete waste of my time and gas money.If you can find a similar car elsewhere, I wouldn’t recommend buying a car here. The sales team will say or do anything to get you to a buy a car and are not very knowledgeable about the current law and the implications for their own business. I have called other dealerships who have had similar levels of knowledge about this issue and had a much better approach about it—seeking to understand and verify—instead of doing or saying anything to get the sale. I heartily do not recommend.TL;DR: Was given wrong information over the phone. Sales staff and management continually tried to convince me that I was wrong about a tax credit (I am a tax professional). Very pushy and unprofessional. Avoid.

I am completely changing my review—this has been the worst customer service and experience ever. The finance department is absolute trash. I’ve been paying two car notes for 2 months because they have not paid off my previous car. To make matters worst all we get is excuses, we cannot talk to anyone, the finance manager got irate with me for being upset about them not holding their word (paying off the car and refunding our money—after two and a half months). He won’t answer the calls, my husband had to take off work to get someone to respond. I’m now going to Jeep cooperate because we have been treated very poorly.If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not spend your money here. I hate I ever walked through their doors—the only saving grace is Drew, the best salesman who has been more responsive and attentive then anyone.Please buyer beware—the finance and office is incompetent, poor manners, and absolutely unresponsive. Ishmael, the finance guy is absolutely in the wrong field. If you’re going to get upset about a customer being rightfully mad about you all not holding up your end of the bargain and you not holding your word—you don’t deserve people’s business. He raised his voice and tried to defend the indefensible and still—days later has not resolved the matter and still refuses to pick up the phone and face their shortcomings.Trashy business. Jeep cooperate and the GM will know about how poorly we’ve been treated. I don’t even want the car now.Best dealership ever! I drove an hour for their great deal—and they went above and beyond that to make the numbers work. I was met with Drew “The Coolest Car Agent” who was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and willing to meet my needs until I was happy and comfortable with the deal. He did not tire of letting me test drive cars until I found “the one,” and listened so well to who I was and what I needed that he was able to pick the best car for me. I went to Mercedes, Porsche, other Jeep Dealerships and I received the best car, offer, trade-in—everything from Envision. They even beat Mercedes on trade-in value of my Mercedes by a few thousand. From the GM to the detailers—top notch service and care. Even my finance guy, Yussef was a blast to hang and talk with! Everyone cheered when I wrung the bell—literally everyone!These guys go above and beyond!Oh! I got home and had a freak out moment with my new baby (I thought she wasn’t turning on), texted Drew and less than a minute after I hit send he not only responded—he called me back, jumped on FaceTime, and helped me figure out that nothing was wrong with her (The hybrid is so quiet I didn’t realize it was on!! It’s so quiet that 4 people thought we had a “dead” car not turning on!). This was hours after our deal, Drew didn’t make me feel silly, and encouraged me to call him if I need anything in the future.I’m sending everyone to Envision of West Covina! Thank you all for giving my dream car and not letting me compromise or feel uncomfortable with my deal!

Made an appointment 1 day prior with Roxie to see a new car, drove 2hrs from out of town right after work, called on the way to confirm, Roxie left early, manager took keys home so I could not see the car. And the car had a broken window so they said they couldnt even let me drive it, wish they would have told me that on the phone before I drove 2 hrs for nothing. And they wanted a $25k markup!.. I wanted to come here to give the city I live in my business but it was the worst experience due to the manager. I recommend Claremont!!! The sales person I worked with was nice but the manager was rude and condescending. The manager kept pushing for a lease and I didn’t want to do that even though I kept stating that. When he first showed us the price of the car it was way over the price that was online. I knew he was acting like this because it was just me and my mom. But due to this we bought a car at Claremont, they gave us a good price, didn’t say one thing about leasing. Don’t go here ! Lastly, the car we saw didn’t start when we wanted to test drive it.

They told my husband and I they dont have a bank now literally a MONTH after we had the car also we dont agree with the new price theyre giving us ! They got us approved now randomly they cant ?? Sounds very suspicious to me . awful communication from the finance manager nate &’ his manager! They want us to drive 3 HRS on days we work, honestly I loved the car but with these type of people, I wouldnt give them my business!

Run, don’t walk, away from this place. They are your typical lying car salespeople. The price listed on their webpage increased about $5000 with “added features” that can’t be removed from the vehicle and then given the line “I’ll talk to my manager and see what they can do.” I tell you what you can do - put the price on the car of what it is out the door excluding taxes/registration fees. Stop being lying, slimy salespeople. We had cash in hand and ready to buy. They lost a sale. Went to CarMax and enjoyed a no pressure honest sale and drove a car out the door in under two hours (and that included two twenty minute test drives and the time we took making our decision).

This place took care of me. I called because I damaged my last car and owed a good amount of money on it. My credit also isn’t all that great. They got me into a brand new car even though I didn’t have much of a down payment and they rolled my last loan into the new one. Great attitudes and they stuck around late to help me. Gianni in service was absolutely the best! My friends and I were on a road trip to AZ when my 2022 Jeep Gladiator started to freak out, it through an engine light for the transmission, we immediately looked up the closest Jeep dealer and Envision showed up just a few miles down the freeway. So we made a beeline for there. We pulled in told them the problem with documented pics of all the notifications that the car was giving. Gianni said dont worry we can handle this, I explained our road trip and he said that we could get a rental to continue on. We had no cell service, but that didnt stop Gianni from texting me updates, once I got back we had constant communication which is key, since I live an hour and half away. They found the problem, got it fixed and had me on my way with really no inconvenience to me. I was a service manager for 10 years in the motorcycle world, Gianni is the kind of guy I would hire in a heartbeat!

I was able to fix it, in the process of doing so everything they wanted me to fix was a LIE! It looked like they messed it up on purpose, when they were doing my alignment and recall! Never send a women by herself to this dealership or to any at all, especially if they don’t know anything about vehicles, the only reason I told my girlfriend to take it to the dealership was cause prior to her driving out to Cali, I made sure the car was on top condition, the last thing I had to do to the charger was an alignment, then I heard of a recall, so instead of someone local, I decided to tell her to take it to the Dealership and get both done to save time, when she took the car in, it had no leaks nothing whatsoever, they gave my girls car back to us with all those problems, the car did not have these problems at all! It was Top Tier Condition. After that, we couldn’t even move the car out of there because of what they did to it, it would over heat the minute you turned it on! How is it that you take your car in good condition and they give it back to you leaking from the radiator and trying to charge you, that’s crazy! That’s like someone letting me borrow a game and I give it back to them all scratched up, how does that make sense, I was over it because I was out of state at the time, so I told them I won’t be able to get it until tomorrow, they said it’s okay they understand, later that same day, they Called me back super rude, talking about I need to move the car or it would be towed! I’m telling y’all don’t come here at all! Bunch of ego inflated driven back broke MOFO, that are mad that they are there having to work and do their job! This is why America does not move forward, people like that slow this economy down! The time and money I wasted on this trip, was not necessary at all! I will never take my cars to the dealership when traveling ever again, I should have never told my girl to go in the first place, the only reason I did was because of how sure I was that nothing is wrong with the car and because of the recall. My vehicle was submitted for a repairs estimate to be reviewed and approved by a third party financial assistance program in Claremont, CA. The assistance would help cover the cost for repairs to the Jeep.The dealership failed to provide a written statement and or printable one for repairs requested. In order to receive assistance, a written document was needed.After seven hours, vehicle was returned with wrong brake cap and missing brake on passenger side. Transmission was smoking and brakes went straight to the floor. This was the worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to multiple times and constantly told they were trying to help me yet continuous lies.I bought my vehicle on the 31st of March. Before I signed papers I told them the radio had an error on it that stated it needed to be serviced. They assured me it was just a 10 minute update and to just come back the following day they would take care of it. I return the following day and they told me the vehicle was fixed so I left and 5 minutes later the error came back on so I went back. They told me not to worry it happens all the time its just a usb hub. They ordered the hub I came back two days later for them to swap the hub. It didnt fix it. They told me its the whole radio now and that the radio would be in on the 18th I told them that doesnt work for me I would rather unwind the jeep deal. They called corporate and got a master tech to come down the next day and they told me then it just needed an update so I brought it in again and the master tech updated the radio. It didnt fix it so they needed to order the radio... they also let me know that there was never a date for the radio to be delivered it was on back order. So the corporate guy pulled some strings and they stated the radio would now be here the 28th I told them that doesnt work they said to give them a couple days and they will get it expedited. I did that and they told me it updated to the 23rd but should still be in sooner than that. So I called the gm and he assured me it would be in sooner and this would be the fix. Today is the 23rd and everyone at the dealership has for the most part ignored me. The little replies I got were that the truck wasnt there yet with the parts. When I asked what time the truck normally gets there they told me 7am and I was asking about my part at 1pm. No one has gotten back to me they simply lied to me and fraudulently sold me a vehicle with issues while they assured me it was a simple easy fix. I would not do any business with them what so ever. Save yourself the headache. I am now looking into a lawyer to resolve this. This dealership is just going to tell you whatever they have to so they can rip you off.

I was offered a price on a new Pacifica Hybrid from Envision. Before driving there, I called to confirm they would sell the car at the TrueCar price and they agreed. When I went to buy it, they refused to honor the price even as they were still offering the same deal that day through TrueCar. Instead the price was $5-10k higher. Several times the manager asked me to return to offer a better deal, and instead of offering a better deal he would instead change the terms in his favor and add confusing terms.

Awesome and friendly team! I was looking to buy a Dodge Charger for a decent price that had all my desired features. I saw online they had a Charger that met my requests, but wanted to call down to the dealership to make sure it was available, as I live an hour and a half away from West Covina. Moises had helped me out over the phone, then sent live video and pictures of the car I was interested in. When he got word that that specific Charger was in the middle of a deal, he didn’t just let me make the drive, he called me back and let me know. The only reason they paid is because I kept calling and emailing -they even ended up blocking my number and refused to email me back. They also ran my credit the wrong way and hit me with 9 credit checks and dropped my credit over 20 points to which I had to contact the credit bureau. Just the fronts! 2019 jeep with 37854 miles. Stating rotors bad. Odd, never felt rotors were bad at all! Price quoted 3 times was $655, then $755.00 last $958.00. Worst feeling is when you walk out of an establishment and feel you’ve been taken. Was first told didn’t even need rotors. They would just resurface hour later oh you need rotors. I bought a ram 2500 turbo diesel, which is a very expensive truck. They only had one of the keys because the service department had the other, so the salesman told me he would deliver it to me in the next day or two I said okay....... However a month later I still didnt have my keys or my owners manual. The salesman Emmanuel kept telling me the service department would not release my keys due to some recall that I needed to take care of first...... But he didnt know when the recall could be done, which was ridiculous...... Finally I spoke to the manager and had to go myself to pick up my own spare key and owners manual. This place is very corrupt. They will not get you everything that you pay for and they have a mandatory package fee that you cannot avoid($1,500 to $2,000) and will charge you. I am owed minor repair from them, but they have been extremely non-transparent about it with full of dishonesty. Do not get involved with their sales manager, Chris Eliante. Also, their general manager, Laso Abbas, if youre in charge of the business, you need to step up and resolve the issue with your customers instead of hiding and avoiding your customers. Your employee Chris E did promise me that Ill get a call from you before the end of the business. You never called me back. This is a basic business principle. Make your customer happy. I was an extremely easy customer for them, too. I walked in and bought a suv within an hour. They have been very dishonest and tardy with what they promised, though. Spend your money elsewhere. This is a fair warning. I usually only write reviews for companies that deserve 5 stars because I dont believe in abusing this power. But I had to do this to save other good citizens from this dealership. Please go shop elsewhere this Envision CDJR West Covina is not the one you want to buy a car from! Avoid this dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the State Attorney General and also the Better Business Bureau soon.Edit: Look at the pictures. They said they have installed new air filter and did an oil change which they never did. Please do not trust this dealership.

When I tried to take off extra warranties, I was allowed to..even tho lex (the guy that went through paperwork with me) told me I couldn’t buy the car without the warranties. When I went to take them off the other guy in the back had me sign new papers to get them taken off and threw it in a basket that I could tell wasn’t gonna get touched in a while. Said it would take 90 days for balance on loan to go down. 115 days go by and nothings changed. How did I know. Trying to get a hold of literally anyone at this place is impossible. They transfer me to finance department only for it to be sent to a full voicemail box and hung up on. Wish I could go back in time and go to another dealership!

So I can only trade in a hurry.But when I drove home, I found that the engine lights were always on. The next day I went to the store, the staff found many scratches on the car and there was a collision.The supervisor gave me a solution, let me make an appointment to repair! The staff told me that they would not check before they sold the car.At night, customers are hard to find problems, so they sell them to customers quickly! The staff said that according to California law, completed transactions cannot be exchanged or replaced and can only be repaired.The car I bought yesterday, I am going to repair it today, and I have to repair a lot of places.The staff has always stressed that this is a new car, this is a new car.The new car in this store needs to be repaired. I’ve been a Jeep customer for over a decade and always have problems with the other locations. I switched to Envision recently and they are simply the best. I’m surprised to see all the bad reviews, my experience with Adam here is one of the best, as a lease hacker with over 20+ transactions in the past. My wife and I was looking for a pacifica hybrid. I went to this dealership this past weekend because they have according to them a challenger manual transmission for a good deal according to them and wanted to trade my 2023 4Runner TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM with 1750 miles So they did the appraisal and tried to low ball me with $42,000 come on !!!! And said that is worth that so I laughed about it and asked why so the sales manager said because is used and is a Toyota (OBVIOUSLY HE DOES NOT KNOW THAT TOYOTA KEEPS IT VALUE OVER ANY OF HIS CARS )) and said that I was trying to buy a car that is new when they advertise as USED !!!!!! So he says that the challenger I’m trying to buy is hot car and that will sell soon so I laughed again and told him that’s gonna be almost 2 year old challenger and is being sitting in that lot for over 18 months and he can’t sell it no body is willing to buy it only me. So this is to the owner of this dealership you need to hire people that has more knowledge about cars and the differences between car brands because obviously my Toyota 4 runner out sells any of those cars on the lot and that’s a fact

Had to go out of my own way to pursue both salesmen Rudy and Omar via phone and text several times over a few days because our questions and inquiries on a used car would go almost completely unanswered. Third salesman James was actually a pleasure to speak with and immediately produced what we had requested from the others days ago. Good on you for that effort.Listed price for the used car with generous options is $52,975. The deal that was just quoted to me is now $58,888 + they tacked $4,990 onto that for a 3-year plan (that nobody in their right mind would ask for) with third party “Zurich Shield” to help cover key replacement, roadside assistance, exterior paint sealant protection and a similar treatment for the interior. Those plans are a sham for any right minded driver. Add another $7400 in out-of -state taxes, title and doc fees and the vehicle came out to over $71,000 which is more than the MSRP for a brand new 2024 model.It’s funny really. Desperate tactics to make a buck 🤡 There’s plenty of dealers nationwide who are capable of providing an honest and transparent sale. I don’t wish anyone to do business with this dealer under these circumstances. Do better.

Having done my research before hand, I already knew what I wanted. Envision happened to be the lucky dealership to have it and there was a nice dealer discount advertised too (nice!). Arbi probably made the easiest sale in his life but was still very helpful. Once I decided to buy, the negotiations were pretty smooth. This place is toxic and unprofessional. They will waste your time willfully and use dishonest, antiquated tactics like bullying, chasing you to your car, and barraging you with texts and calls telling you that the GM is adamant that you close the deal that day to lure you back.The amount of times they said they were “literally” doing something when they weren’t demonstrated a blatant lack of respect for their customers. Mike told us multiple times that they had the contract ready when they didn’t and offered to deliver the car on two separate occasions but then reneged both times because their delivery guy wasn’t working that day. How he didn’t know that before he offered is unfathomable. Ishmael tried to upsell us on other dealership “services” while we were behind a locked door and had the terms of the agreement incorrect. They also didn’t have a good answer for why the price on their website wasn’t what they were willing to negotiate to and features for the car they had in stock was inconsistent with what had on their website. The list goes on. Either they treated us like this purposefully to swindle us or because of their sheer incompetence. Regardless of why, it was unacceptable.We bought a car the very next day with a much more transparent process, under a fraction of the time, excellent customer service, and better price from Aaron CDJR and they delivered the car to us. Save your time and avoid Envision. They will not treat you with respect, be honest with you, and are not worthy of your business.

Bought a car a year and a half ago with the promise of a bumper to bumper warranty. The warranty was never activated and we only found out when we took our car in for repairs. When it finally was activated, last week, the warranty was not what was promised to us. They never provided the full documentation of the warranty when it was originally purchased. we didn’t know the specifics of what we bought, we were going on what they said because it was all we had. We never would have bought the car if we couldn’t get the proper coverage. We were promised bumper to bumper, which is why we went through with the purchase. They lied to us and then never made it right, and now refuse to make it right. They tried to sell us a different car, but never offered to help with repairs or to make good on their original promise. We had a terrible experience with this dealership.They also do NOT return phone calls or text messages. They also are conveniently unavailable for meetings all the time. They are impossible to work with - please avoid this place. Go somewhere with decent and honest people. Sleazy and dishonest dealership.

This place is a joke service dept, I went here for fixed my blind spot mirrors, I never asked them do oil change and tire rotation, I waiting almost 2 hours they do oil change and then my blind spot still doesn’t working, I go asked the manager,He name is Ruben Barrera, He is a really rudely guy, he told me if I want to fixed it, I need waiting for tomorrow, It’s not my fault,they wasted my time and try let me spend extra money, I just do oil change last week at here,my oil life still 94%, Unbelievable. I talked with another manager,He take care me,only used one half hour to fixed my car. Only one person really friendly and helpful and nice to talked with me, He name is Robent Morales,Thanks a lot!I very appreciate it!!!I never do reviews but people should know the place is terrible!!! Almost 4hour waiting, If you wanna choose here just think about all one star reviews!!

Cindy was my sales person, and I can honestly say she was the nicest most welcoming person . I hate test driving a vehicle and feeling uncomfortable while driving but she made conversation with us, and made us feel very at peace ! Would definitely come back and purchase another vehicle in the future
