It has now taken me no less than 3 hours just to make a change of address. Every link does not exist and I have been on the phone with a call center in india for over an hour.

Customer service is not the best. Outsourcing people that sometimes don’t understand what you’re talking or asking about is a bit frustrating.

Due to my recent interactions with this company I strongly suggest to any production people to use a different payroll service company. I had sent a request to get my total hours worked that have fro me on file for the shows that have used their services. Some of the Unions require you have x amount of hours already worked in the industry to be eligible to join. I was planning on applying to a training program and part of the application required total hours worked. I sent a request in the beginning of November. It is now December 14th and the deadline for the application has since passed. I had been given the runaround by people in this company. My emails have gone unanswered until a week ago. I was to provide the last 4 digits of my social in which I did provide. However I still have not received the information I requested. The lack of customer service on the part of this company is not only awful but extremely unprofessional. Whomever runs this branch needs to do a deep dive into their processes and lack of professionalism and blatant disrespect towards people.

Data breach. These idiots got all of our personal information stolen including SS#, addresses, you name it. Why they have all this info stored on an unsecured server is beyond me. I hate EP. Hate hate hate. I dont know why so many shows use them.

I highly suggest using a different payroll company. All the customer service is now routed to India and they have no direct access to accounts here in the states. This makes for a very difficult payroll process.

I just received a letter from EP informing me of a data breach that included all of my personal info. I am utterly confused as to how I’m even associated with them in the first place. Can someone explain this to me?

UPDATE: 2023Since the pandemic the service is not the same.- - - -What a wonderful company! Every time I have an issue with my paycheck, I contact them and they are able to resolve everything fast and painless. Considering the amount of work they have to process on daily basis, it is much much appreciated they are able to take care of additional issues. Thank you!

Garbage company,. try to call them for your paystubs specially in this luck down situation, and good luck getting any respond,. ALL their employees put their phone on auto voice mail and have fun with their family!!! they use this remote work as excuse to have fun and not responding to people,.. something that shouldnt take more than couple of hours will take weeks!!! even if you keep calling them and pushing them to do their job,.. TERRIBLE is the least I can call this trash company..

I got paid for 90% of the jobs they handled. In October /November 2019 I didnt get a check for one job. They were slow in responding to me and they did not apologize for the error, however they opened and researched my case.Good News!! EP finally procured my missing check!! My original check had been stolen and it took 6 months to track down the forged check. Thanks for following through EP !
