Ive used entertainment earth for my go to spot for gifts for the kids and recently started collecting funko pops and ordering from them also and let me say they go above and beyond when it comes to shipping and packaging with care. Ive purchased items from some other places and they do not take the care that entertainment earth does. It is an awesome feeling when I get what I order in an very reasonable amount of time and most importantly with no damage to the funkos. I will continue to use them as my funko go to spot.

Entertainment Earth is my favorite place to buy action figures online. The only thing that I dont like is missing certain items that arent mint for hella cheaper. And its happened hella times to. Like the other night I wanted to buy something that was $17.50 but in not mint condition it was only $13.50 & of course as usual it was sold out by the time I noticed it

Hope to god you don’t have an issue with your order and need to contact their customer service team. Their service rep (who seems to be just one guy) is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. I purchased several items online and two were shipped to me late and damaged. When submitting a return request I had to choose one option for the return reason so I put “late”, not thinking it really mattered. Because I selected late they wouldn’t provide me a return label, even after explaining they were damaged and emailed pictures. The one man team service rep then told me it would cost $10 for shipping and refused to adjust the return reason or help me out, mind you, he said at the start of our call that if an order is damaged that return shipping is free. He ended up hanging up on me during our call because I asked to talk to a manager instead. I tried calling back multiple times and all of a sudden couldnt get a hold of someone. When I waited to call back i immediately got to the customer service line and it was still the same guy. EE should probably find a better customer service team cuz this guy sucks.

Ordered on 9/5 and received most of the items today (9/27), one item is still shown processing. All the items I purchased are all in-stock items, none of them are pre-order items. I contacted the customer support a few times both by e-mail and online chat, at the end they said they will drop a note to prioritize my shipment and finally I got most of them today.There are obviously logistic issues and ironically while waiting for EE to ship out my order Ive already received two shipments from another toy store.They made me aware that they were running into warehousing issues but I would expect the team to try to mitigate the impact to the customer end.Packaging is great, its just the logistics take too long and the customer support is not responsive.

Entertainment Earth is a retailer that I highly recommend. Not only do they have competitive prices, but their customer service is second to none. I recently received assistance with a return that was due to a factory flaw, and was blown away by the level of service that was provided. US-based representatives were available by phone and communication regarding the return (via phone and email) was prompt and clear, with proper expectations being set. I love how the company was understanding of the situation and made things right. I will definitely continue doing business with Entertainment Earth going forward.

I just received Mr. Xanatos from the NECA Gargoyles line. I wanted to take a moment and thank you and your workforce for shipping the last three of my NECA figure orders in bigger boxes so that the figures have a better chance of surviving the increasing ruthlessness of the mail carrier hospitality after Broadway arrived months earlier in a box that had seen better days and had the battle wound to prove the rough ride. So few would consider their customers satisfaction or stand behind a guarantee that is not easily met with consistency, especially when third parties with their agendas are involved. Thank you so much for all you do and have done as franchise merch dealers and as fellow franchise merch aficionados. I look forward to more awesomeness from EE in 2024.
