NOT COOL. Reserved a cargo for our business via their website. They called the following day stating the reservation was cancelled because they didnt have enough vehicles and had to shuffle inventory for their vsp customers. I asked if they could find me one as I was depending on the rental, and was told to call their other locations myself as they were to busy. My philosophy in business is the following: If you mess up, and your clients are counting on you, then you should make it right. These people didnt even try. Theyve lost my business for good.

As a nonprofit in need of a truck for last-minute donations, we found ourselves in a bit of a tight spot. However, the manager, Kat, along with Josh and Chris and the entire staff, stepped up to assist us in an extraordinary way.Each employee displayed a level of professionalism and eagerness to help that was truly heartwarming. Everyone I talk to was nice a pleasant very patient do to the insurance reservation. MIKE, Fady and Debbie. During the rental ill update on the return rental I hope its a pleasant and easy . Commercial truck

Worked for me…if they say they can’t fulfill your reservation requirements, check back a day or two before your pick-up date and ask again…they might come through. Helpful and worked with me for my satisfaction. Good price too.

Weve been using Enterprise for a long time, this location for a few years.Luis, Daniel, Mike are always helpful.Harold comes to change oil and other maintenance on our trucks and were pretty happy with the services.Enterprise is one of the best companies to rent and lease for a long term.Highly recommend!

Great first time experience here. I had a car for 3 ½ weeks and wanted to upgrade after the first week, but they made it much cheaper to simply upgrade and keep the contract instead of closing the current contract and starting a new one at a higher price point. Very fair and friendly customer service. Would definitely rent again from this location.

This place SUCKS and its policies do not do Enterprise well. My rental truck developed brake problems out of state so I took it to nearest outlet. I was given an alternate vehicle to return home, BUT, because I didnt return it to the Panorama City location I was charged the one way fee, $1500. I have made several calls to corporate office and have been ignored. Please note that I did not sabotage the breaks in order to get a different vehicle. The exchange of vehicles took over two hours which put me greatly behind schedule AND I did exactly what the owners manual and the rental instructions directed. I will never use Enterprise for anything ever again and I advise being very careful if you do and have mechanical problems. They owe me $1500 for NOT wrecking their truck.
