Wonderful customer service. Had a rental for a month due to car being stolen. Roxanne the Manager is amazing and so are the other employees. Everything was quick and efficient. Will definitely use this location again if needed, highly recommend.

Had to rent a car as my car was being repaired. Enterprise picked me up and later on brought me back to my car. It was seamless and efficient. Kudos to the program shared with the repair shop in getting me a better price for car rental.

The checkout was quick. They provided an upgrade from mid-size car to full-size without any additional charges.But the quality of the rental cars in terms of a driving experience is not smooth.I had a previous very bad experience in terms of the car that was provided. It had horrible pickup and braking and very dangerous while driving in rain

I would come here all the time to rent cars. There were some very professional, friendly employees over the past years. Just took one for me never to return to this location. One employee wouldnt let me rent without choosing the highest protection plan insurance they had. Didnt even give me an option like they usually would before leaving there lot.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Kyler and Garrett were incredibly accommodating in helping me find the right rental fit for my needs. Renting was incredibly fast and easy. This business is very professional, efficient, and cares about their customers. I even accidentally left my wallet in the cup holder and the staff were very friendly in assisting me to find it three days after I returned it with everything in tact-- especially this one gentleman who I deeply apologize not remembering his name. Very lucky to have worked with this business and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I love these guys and gals at the Canoga Ave/Sherman Way location. I have used these cars twice now and each time I received excellent service! Alex, Kyler, and a young lady( sorry, I forgot your name) were so nice in taking time to find the best vehicle for my needs. I’m old school so I don’t like a lot of bells and whistles just the basics with some nice amenities. Each of them explained the entire rental process start to finish in minimal time. We had pleasant conversations throughout and I drove out and back as a happy camper. Thanks to you all! Great location and excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be using them again! 😊

Staff was professional and very nice. However the truck I rented had expired tags on out of state plates. I got pulled over for it. I had not been given any paperwork to show the officer and my proof of insurance was in my truck that was at the dealership service dept. In the end, I was let go with a warning. Now I will know to not only inspect the rental car for existing damage but Also for current registration!

Excellent service and super friendly staff. I always use enterprise because they make the process simple and easy. They have a good selection of cars and a lot of locations. I can’t emphasize enough how helpful the staff is - the manager at the canoga park location - I can’t right now remember his name - was extremely helpful answering any questions I had about billing and was very patient with me even though they were clearly very busy.

Enterprise on Sherman Way in Canoga is consistently the best location Ive ever been to in this company. They remember me, they accommodate my preferences to the best of their ability. Their staff does not see a lot of turnover (from what I can tell), so it must be a decent place to work. The location has a great selection, and as someone who gets minivans, their inventory is well-stocked. There are about four employees I should give massively positive reviews for, and Im the dummy who did not write down all their names. This location sets the bar for all the others. Ive been wanting to give them props for about a year.

Just once, I wold like to have a windshield that is clean on the INSIDE. I had to bring the car back because when I was driving home and turned facing the sun I simply couldnt see, the inside of the windshield was so dirty.And just a quarter of a tank of gas? Really? The guy said hed go put more gas in it but I was in a hurry and it was the only car in my class.

Zack helped me out made sure I got a great car to drive for the two weeks that I needed a car while my car got fixed at Northridge. Toyota helped me decide what my next car will be which will be a Toyota Camry. When I need to rent a vehicle, Enterprise is my first choice. Like the TV ads says They pick you up and that is such a benefit to the renter. The young gentlemen that helped me were helpful and professional and everything happened quickly. I wish I remembered their names, they were well trained and respectful.

I have no complaints with the Enterprise staff. They are for the most part consistently professional. I have rented vehicles from multiple locations. If there is one caveat, its the overall availability of vehicles inventory to rent. i.e. There is no point of renting a vehicle online that you want only to be disappointed when you arrive at the location and given either a similar vehicle that you are not interested in or the option to upgrade because thats the only way you would be happy. I understand that there are chip shortages (manufacturer) and rental car companies have sold a majority of their fleet during the pandemic, but this is the sole reason why I am considering renting with Audi moving forward because at least I know I will be getting what I want; an Audi.

If I could give the location zero stars I would! The guy who showed me to my car was awesome! Then two days later all the sensors started going off as I was driving to work. The car alert went off to pull the car over, break sensor, oil sensor and the second row seat can rolling and hitting the driver seat. Being that I had just been in an accident I of course was a little weary . I called enterprise canoga park was on hold for 12 minutes (no problem) and the person that answered started talking about dropping a car off at the airport apperantly thought I was someone else. I explained I was a new call and he started off very aggressive. I told him what happened and he said well you need to come drop the vehicle off. I told him I didnt feel comfortable driving it as it said to pull over and I didnt want to get stranded. He said well get it towed but if you do thats on you, you will need to pay for it. I was confused as to why I needed to pay for a tow for the faulty car. He said Im really busy I have customers waiting what are you going to do. I said i didnt think it was right that I would need to pay for a tow for a faulty car/ I asked if I could speak to someone else or the manager he said NO. (again really confused) I then said well if you cant help me I will call corporate to get help. His response Good!I then called enterprises (800) the agent I spoke with was very helpful. While I was explaining my situation I get a call from the canoga park location. Same person and says well I think I can have someone switch out the car for you. I explained I was already on the phone with corporate. He then got even more aggressive. I asked for his name he said Eric. I asked him why are you being so aggressive and rude to me He said Im very busy what are you going to do. I said I dont deserve to be yelled at why are you being so aggressive he again said Im really busy talk to corporate. I told him Im glad they can hear this conversation as I was on the phone with them again he said GOOD! and hung up. To have someone yell at me and then call me back just to yell at me again was shocking.The (800) for enterprise got everything in order very quickly and even said expected protocol would have been to to either have it towed or have someone come switch out the vehicle. I doubt anything will happen to eric he will probably continue to yell at people. Im so shocked and even more upset that I just let him yell at my as I was so caught off guard by the whole thing.

This has been the best car rental experience I’ve had… ever!Everyone was so nice and helpful! My rental was ready when I came to get it. I did have to exchange my rental but it was so seamless and easy. All the cars were super clean and it great condition (one was brand name with new car smell and and everything). I was able to drop my rental where I picked up my car and was sent my invoice. It made my experience fun! Thanks to everyone!!!

Zero customer service. I rented a car from Enrerprise yesterday due to being in a car accident and was provided options that smell like cigarettes. Not only that but the following day when I drove the car a few alerts popped up for oil change and car key requires a battery replacement. Contacted the branch and was advised I could go to any local enterprise for an exchange. I contacted two other locations to be denied service. I spoke with Garrett and was told they have a few options and may squeeze me in today, I was placed on hold another member told me they had no availability and no vehicles when just a few moments ago I was told differently. I asked for availability for the next three two days and begged for them to do the right thing and assist with a trade due to issues mentioned above to be denied service. Now I am stuck driving this car that smells heavily of nicotine my 4 year has to breathe in and oil change alert with a key battery that will die. You guys have no empathy or true customer service.

Canoga Park CA site-45 minute wait for a car to pick up & 15 minute wait to check out. People are great, car was good. Not enough employees to handle the flow of people picking up and dropping off.First thing you have to do is fill the car up-airports are always full, but off-site the car was given to me with about 2 gallons of gas. After leaving and filling the car up with 11 gallons of gas and looking at the paperwork it was noted as having 5.6 gallons of gas. Be aware when you sign how much gas they have noted down. Next time, I will pick up at the airport.

First Contact PhoneI needed a rental car because my primary care was in the shop so I decided to call Enterprise. When I called I was greeted by an AI system that was pleasant and short a few options was given to me to choose from.Once I choose the option I needed I was quickly connected to that department.Live OperatorI spoke to Rachel she was pleasant and polite, she explained the options I could choose from and got my reservation setup.In personI arrived at my local Enterprise and was greeted by a friendly smile the car that I had chosen over the phone which was a economy car was not available. I was quickly upgraded to another vehicle at the same price of the economy car. My visit with Enterprise is always pleasant the staff is knowledgeable and they lookout for the customer. They work so well with my auto insurance to have everything setup for my rental during the period my car was to be fixed post accident. They quickly picked me up, comfortably transported me to the Canoga Site and I was processed quickly with very little wait time. Everyone there were very professional in attire and friendly. Ive been using the Sherman Way Enterprise in Canoga Park for a few years now. They were typical, but nothing amazing. But this last Thanksgiving, I had a great experience. It seems they have a new manager, who really has brought the service to the forefront. Everyone was very busy but still smiling, and I got the genuine feeling that they cared. Of special note was Michelle Hernandez, who was even more friendly, taking the time to make sure I got the right vehicle for my requirements. She was very well informed and answered every question leaving me feeling I had the best possible vehicle at the best price. If Enterprise keeps her around, they will continue to do well. I will continue to use this location for all my car rental needs.

However my reason for only 4 stars is that there was another individual (assistant manager I believe), that called me twice and sent texts saying my card was being declined for the extra protection on the vehicle. He wanted to hold almost $300 on my card for charges that only amounted to $186, they had already put a hold on my card for $150 when I got the car.The car I rented was clean and when maintained and did not give me any problems.

Friendly service. Only complaint is they never give customers a full tank of gas upon rental (theres a Shell gas station just down the street about a block away). Makes it difficult to know how much to fill the tank without getting dinged for not returning the vehicle with the same amount of fuel you left with.

Amazing customer service.. we got a quote from enterprise and Hertz and what a difference in how they treat you. Not only did they do a price match for me but they treated me like a valued client.We rented a mini van for two days and we had a a bit of an issue with the trunk when we returned the van we spoke to Lara the manager at the Canoga location and she took care of the entire bill for us . I was blown away at the level of service and her need to make sure that I was fully satisfied and will return back to them. Not only will this make me come back to them but definitely recommend them to family and friends. Not only did Lara represent her location she represented Enterprise service standards to the fullest. It was a painful experience, I needed a car for the day and tried 3 different locations but couldnt get anyone on the phone. So I had to go through corporate call center to see if there was a car available near me for the day. She said yes and began the reservation process. I told her that I needed her to call and make sure everyone is on the same page. She put me on hold and came back and said everything was good. My reservation was for a mid size or full size car. I got to Enterprise and no one was available to help for 10 minutes, even though there was one lady holding conversation with a friend and never acknowledged me at all. A gentleman finally came up and said that there were no cars available and though it was in the system, no one call them from the c all center. They wind up having a pick up truck there to rent, which cost more and the insurance, but what really bothered me was Im 67 years old and I had to climb up in a truck with my bad knees every time I got in it and I told him I never drove a truck before. They left me with no choses.

I wish I did not have to write a review like this, but the experience I had was far from pleasant. Given we are all humans that make mistakes, maybe overlook something and I totally get it. So here it goes ... Saturday afternoon I called enterprise to make the reservation I spoke to someone in the customer service line, he made the reservation at 745 -8:00 am on Monday to make sure they had a window. My appointment at caliber was at 8am so I was with out a vehicle I noticed no one was there from enterprise at 7:55 so I call at 8am (I honestly think they had no idea) the phone agent said they would drop off a vehicle and Id be on my way so I thought okay thats fine. WRONG! An enterprise employee picks me up and tells me he is just responsible for dropping me off(8:20)am. I flipped my daughter needed to be at school before 830 to have breakfast. I told the employees I was so frustrated at that point. I was being so mean(and to the employees I was being mean to I am sorry I was under a lot of pressure) my shift started at 830 and I arrived late which meant I had to push my time to 1 pm which conflicted with my sons schedule, I needed to be at my house by 12:45 to pick him up from the bus and back on the road at 1 to take him to his speech and occupational therapy. We missed speech which was a fee of 25$ for last min. Cancellations. So not only did my daughter not have breakfast, but it cost 5 dollars more than what I usually pay. Maybe its my fault Mondays are so crazy for me. But, all I wanted was to have my vehicle back to normal so I can go on with my crazy mom schedule. I hope the communication between reps on the phone and reps in the actual branches get better it would be less misunderstandings and maybe will lead to better reviews because customers would know exactly what to expect, it will give us the opportunity to prepare for the worst.

Online reservation made for a Luxury class vehicle. Upon arrival, I was presented with only Full Size or Compact vehicles to select from. When I asked about the Luxury class vehicle that was reserved, I was informed we rented that out a few days ago. The vehicle I chose from the limited selection available was a Toyota Camry SE. The car was grimy on the interior and the windows were dirty inside and out. My hands were sticking to the steering wheel and there was an audible peeling sound when I removed my hands. I bought some car interior wipes and went through 40 wipes trying to gain a level of decent cleanliness. Upon return of the rental, I was charged $82 a day for a Full Size rental which was the same price as the Luxury class quoted online.

I initially rented from the Enterprise on Sherman way in Canoga Park through the Enterprise app a week before my trip. I ordered a full-size car and received my confirmation #. One day before my rental started, I received a phone call from Enterprise asking to confirm my rental which I assumed meant the car would be ready when I showed up at 8am the next morning. So we arrived to the Sherman Way location around 8:30am, went in and locked in the reservation. As we followed the guy out to the lot, he stopped and looked stunned as though someone had stolen all their vehicles. He proceeds to direct us to a Toyota Corolla. I stated the full-size car was the Chevy Malibu size not an economy car. Yeah well were sort of out of cars. I questioned then why did I get a call yesterday confirming my reservation if you werent going to have a car ready for me? He said theyve had a rush on rentals and his manager said they had a order of cars thar havent been trucked in yet. So he proceeds to direct us to a Jeep Wrangler (yeah, thats going to be wonderful to pay the gas on this for a 3000 mile trip) and I asked if he was joking. There was one Chevy Malibu but he said that was waiting for maintenance so he showed a Toyota Camry that was being cleaned. We said wed take that. So he talked to his manager but the manager said it was for the lady that arrived after us. What the Hell? At this point I was contemplating going to a different rental company but this is the first issue that Ive had like this with Entetprise after many years of service. So my wife asked why they cant get a vehicle from another location. The guy had us wait a few minutes while he went inside. He came back and said the Woodland Hills location had a Chevy Malibu ready and he would drive us there. So we took the ride and got the Malibu (which we would gladly have taken any vehicle in this class) and began our trip. I think well be renting feom the Woodland Hills location from now on. They seemed much more organized and had more of the vehicles that we prefer to rent. The run around at the Canoga Park location caused us to be a little more stressed at the beginning of our trip and cost us a couple extra hours. Hours that should have been avoided since I placed the rental online already. Anyway, we had a great trip and the vehicle was excellent, no problems. The gas economy and comfortability of the Mailbu is just what we needed. And, since we were taking a bunch of luggage to a relative in another state, the trunk size mattered also which we wouldnt have gotten with the Corolla, the Jeep nor Hyundai they were trying to pawn off to us.

Dishonest place! Please do not go here. My 72 year old mom whos a retired ICU nurse got scammed here. Her parked car was hit, so the insurance company set her up with Enterprise for a temp car. Our car insurance company covers rental insurance, but the sales person said she needed to purchase additional insurances for $17/day. She was confused at first as to why she needed to pay it, but she gave them her credit card because she did not want to drive uninsured. She gave our insurance company a call the next day and they told her she DID NOT NEED TO PAY anything out of pocket as they cover insurance and to go back to Enterprise. She went back to Enterprise the same day and they told her that theyll only charge her for the day, but they never did and she was charged a full $180 for her only having the vehicle for 2 days. Shame on them for preying on an elder. STAY AWAY.

Last time i gave enterprise 3 star this time i gave it 5 stars . Based on customer service . This time i went to rent a car for a week . Everything was good til we went to pick out a car . I said i dont care what kind of car just gimme one with good gas mileage . The lady i think said her name was day, was tryung to upsell me to a hybrid cos they didnt have a compact avail . Im like nah ill just get whatever is on the contract . She was all well we dont have any compact ones so i will have to upgrade u . Ill give u a discount . I kept saying no she wouldnt let me go . Finally i said fine sure but i was gonna complain to the managrr but i had to leave . I got a fod fusion hybrid good car BUT the usb port doesnt work, sun roof doesnt work . Upon returning i asked the guy with the glasses about her tactics he said she shouldnt of done that if they didnt have the car then she would of had to upgrade for free so he took the upgrade off and he was kind enough to help me a little bit off the bill too ! Thank you sir ! He also made sure i got a ride home right away, thanks patrick for the ride . Btw all staff is new ive never seen anyone b4 . ..............I now will have to take back 2 stars the only reason why im giving 3 stars cos the car worked for our purposs. This time HORRIBLE i was suppoosed to pick up the car on a tuesday i waited over 2 hrs to be picked up. This place doesnt give a rats behind . I kept calling almost every 20 mins and the answer i kept gettinf was yeah yeah 10 mins by a guy name jorge or george. Then he tried to lie and said they were there and no one was there . I rented a car a while back that was unclean and smelled like an animal had went potty in the back, and I got bit a couple of times by fleas. I had to return it the next day due to the smell .The next time I had to rent from them through my insurance I was on hold for over an hour and they just kept coming back to the phone and putting me back on hold and not s saying anything. I eventually got disconnected and was not able to call back because they closed.

My experience specifically with the local office was superb. The reps are very friendly. I must say, though, that Rental car places have actually become less convenient, more lazy, and far more self serving by giving you a car that is NOT filled up with gas. Aside from discourteous, it is impossible to return a car that is intentionally empty (I was given an empty gas tank) or an fraction of a tank. If you give the dealer a tank that has less, you are charged 2 to 3 times the local price of gas. Yet, you do not get credit for returning the car with more gas--which is inevitably the case. I try to do the math to get it close, but its a car that one is not familiar with. So, the dealer plays a rigged game and always wins extra gas (or high fees for replacing gas). It really leaves an unfair and non-generous (no good will) feeling with me.

This Enterprise is pretty good. In truth, as a rental company, I prefer them over any other, particularly Hertz. While this location is small compared to their Burbank Airport office, they have a good selection of cars to choose from. Service here is excellent from all the staff. They go out of their way to give you a car you are happy with and will match prices from online such as Expedia. Checking cars out and back in is straightforward and fast.

Came in to rent a car through my insurance while my car is in a shop. So got a nice one for $50 per day. Once retuned it turned out that “per day” they mean 12 hour (not 24) cycle. So basically they charged double by fact, very conveniently not mentioning the “12 hour” rule in the first place and relying on you expecting it to be 24 hours. I am surprised, that such a big company as Enterprise would run a scam like this. Never renting from them again.

Ive used Enterprise multiple times either waiting for my vehicle to be repaired or family trips. Upon returning my rental this past week, they said a dent on the side of the vehicle was big enough to report and pay my full deductible. For reference, the dent was the size of about half a normal-sized key. During the walk around, they have a measuring stick-like plastic ruler which demonstrates the size of what is reportable or worth making note of.The frustrating piece for me was 1) I didnt get into a car accident, 2) the car is safely parked in a way where impact on the passenger side is impossible, and 3) the dent on the vehicle was smaller than their ruler.I understand the aspect of its not what you know, its what you can prove, but enterprise did nothing to try and sort this out. They just wanted my deductible and a claim number at that moment. Really disappointing.Ive remained loyal to both my repair shop (theyre great) and this enterprise for renting, but this incident made it so I look for another renting option in the future. Both when necessary and for pleasure.

Enterprise Car Rentals has always been a quality experience. The mistake I made was setting up my reservation through Priceline and accepting the insurance they offered through Allianz. Enterprise refused to accept Allianz insurance, saying there were always problems; if I chose to use the policy I paid for, Enterprise would consider me uninsured and if there was a claim I’d have to deal with Allianz as a 3rd party., accepting responsibility if Allianz did come through. I decided to insure the rental car through my personal auto policy. I tried to contact Allianz within minutes of the car rental but the phone number they provided 24 hours earlier was no longer in service. The referral number was a 10 minute sales pitch for a half dozen different services. When that concluded I was promptly disconnected. I called back and tried again. Same thing happened. I called my bank to dispute the charge. Then I emailed Allianz.. no response. Take your choice, either do not use Priceline or NEVER EVER agree to use Allianz insurance for a car rental. Priceline is damaging their image by allowing g Allianz to piggyback their service. It took 10 days for my bank to finally reverse the bonus charges.

But I was left dissatisfied because I booked a standard size SUV And I was given Chevrolet equinox which Enterprise classifies standard size in Canoga Park, California. Chevrolet equinox is smaller than Hyundai Santa Fe in width and length. In fact all reviews online consider equinox to be a compact SUV. My family travelled uncomfortably with a kid car seat. And stuff barely fitted. I did not anticipate this. Very unhappy with the Enterprise SUV classification system. They must be more transparent.

RENTERS BEWARE OF OVER CHARGING:I rented a small pick up truck, because mine was in an accident. To make a long storey short, it ended up being 78 days before claim was resolved. My insurance company would pay for 30 days of rental car/truck. My insurance gets a better daily rate, than any regular consumers, about 15% off. So I have 48 day remaining, after insurance pays for 30 days, to pay for out of pocket. They charged me over $2300 for the 48 days. The monthly rate is only $650 per month, so in my estimate the charge should have been closer to $800. I could have paid the whole 2 months for $1300, which my insurance paid the $1300 for the 30 days. I asked them why they are charging me the daily rate when monthly rates would be much better for me. The reply was since they wrote the contract for insurance company for a daily contract, that I would have to pay the discount daily rate that the insurance company paid. I do not know why they would not have charged the insurance company the monthly rate. The total bill for the 78 was over $3300, which should have been for 5 months(150 days) at the monthly rate, not 78 days. They said they talked with management and there was nothing they could do. So between my insurance company and myself, we paid 3 TIME MORE than we should have.

I needed a car for a long round trip job for my law firm....AND at the last minute mind you.I went on the website, found the vehicle I needed with unlimited miles, well under the budget I was allowed and with a wide selection of vehicles.I booked and paid up front (garnering me an additional discount) and picked up my rental an hour later. I was even offered and upgrade (no additional charge) at the site. The Canoga Parks gaff was helpful, courteous and motivated to make my rental hassle free and easy. I made a reservation for a sports vehicle and was quoted incorrectly quoted the price, when i arrived at the location, the agent stated that I was given the wrong price and would have to pay more for the vehicle, I asked the manager to help at least give me a better price or honor what was quoted to me but instead the agent stated she cannot give me the price or discount. Afterwards, I spoke with the branch manager Seama for the District Managers information and instead she said would CC with the email because she could not give the information for the District Manager. I never received any email. Always the worst experience dealing with this Enterprise location. After making a reservation to pick up a vehicle for 12 noon, I arrived to there to the manager, Benson, without hesitation telling me that they were closed and sold out. How can you be sold out of cars with pending reservations, and no courtesy call. He proceeds to tell me that a nearby location is still open, so I ask him if he can call to verify they have available vehicles. He then replies I cant because were closed. I left but as I was leaving 2 vehicle pulled into the driveway to either drop off or pick up so I returned to see if I can maybe obtain a vehicle then. benson proceeded to let the cars & drivers in after letting 1 of the drivers know that they have 2 vehicle available (a BMW & a van). At this point, I let him know that Ive registered under a corporate account which is the only reason he made a phone (as if the non corporate customer doesnt matter). He had another worker call as he had me wait outside of the gate (keep in mind that there are other customers beyond the gate inside), returning with the same speech of they are sold out. I consider myself to be a rational man, but they Enterprise on Sherman way in Canoga Park) have consistently shown a disregard for their customers & their time. With customer service & unreliable reservation databases like Ive been experiencing ENTERPRISE RENT-A-CAR will never get my business/recommendation again!

I went to rent a car on a friday with a debit card and they did not specify anything about taking a utility bill and a check stub. They were very slow in attending me and it almost took an hour to get out of there, though, the people were nice when they were helping me. Returning the car was pretty fast, it only took 15 mins. The thing that upset me the most was the fact that they didnt return my deposit back on the specified timeframe. I had to call them after five days and ask why they hadnt returned it and apparantly they had forgotten so I had to wait an addition three days for my refund.

I have been renting at this location for 6 years. I used to rent twice a week for business. Once last year they did not tell me about some charges after I called to keep the car for longer and my bill came out to over $500 for one week for a small car. So I told accounting that I would rent someplace else. Accounting leased a car for me but the company expanded and I gave the car to someone else and started going back to enterprise 7 months later. I was receiving good service then they started to give me dirty cars. I would trust them and not look in the back seat only for some partners of my boss to tell me they did not want to get in because the seats are dirty. So I had the car detailed. Then they rented a car to me that was either in an accident or a repo car. The car doors where taped previously and you can see that someone was forcing the shift lock. The sales person told me it was new but looking around the car when I got to the office it was obviously not new. I am pretty certain I rented more from this location than anyone else they have. Now I will never go back again. We spent almost $15,000 with enterprise, for cars the last few years and that was just for me. I am done being nice Goodbye. Also the corporate office never will get back to me about upgrade certificates they owe me and a request for a different rate for calls. I mean seriously, $15,000 in rentals I would think I am important enough for a call back. I am all Hertz now.

I rented the minivan on 7/14 for my trip to Page, Arizona. They gave me a call one day ahead to get the confirmation whether I am still scheduled on my plan and I gave the confirmation. But the next day when I went over there, I waited around 1.5 hrs to get a car. Then they gave me a GMC YUKON. But just after driving 300 ft, the engine oil warning came and it was remaining 0%. I was surprised how they were running that car without maintenance. Anyway then I immediately returned that car and they provided me one Dodge Grand caravan which doesnt have any bluetooth or USB connectivity and that too in the year 2017. While returning the car, they offered 25% off for inconvenience and didnt charge anything for the used gas. So overall rating is 2, otherwise I would have given 1.

Corporate has decided at some point that they will move all Cargo vans to a location further away, which is an inconvenience to the regular users of the vans. Also, because the branch closed on Sunday again, I now pay double what I used to to have a van sitting in my driveway, since I rarely end up using them on Sundays. Again, love the service from the people at the branch, but not fond of these two corporate decisions.

Molly is disrespectful to her customers at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. If I had the OPTION to leave ZERO Stars, I would have! Molly does not consider each customer, and in fact did not consider the fact that this particular customer was in a wheel chair. The car was a piece of junk, had transmission problems, was dirty and was too small for a wheel chair for fit freely in the trunk. The small car was a GAS HOG, cost more to drive that piece of junk, than to drive a truck. And yes, we filled it with gas before taking it back. We also accidentally left an item in the car and they did not respond to our phone-call inquiry about the whereabouts of that item. They even said they rented that car to 2 other customers since we turned it in. With that, it just says that this Enterprise Location at Canoga Park, does not clean their cars or check to be sure they are running well before sending them out again. I rented a car and it was supposed to cost $120, but ended up costing $299 by the time all the costs were added. We did rent a Tom-Tom which actually was the worst experience-we would have been better off with an old-fashioned map. It would tell us to turn in 900 feet on the freeway and not tell us what we were turning onto-no exit number or street or highway. It usually would show it on the screen, but if I or my husband had been driving by ourselves, we cant look at the screen. Even with me looking at the screen and trying to guide us, we still ended up exiting on the wrong exit or turning on the wrong street. We took it back with more gas than was in it, so there was no charge for gas, but the rest of the charges were horrible!

This afternoon I followed my mother here so that I could give her a lift home after she dropped off her rental. Enterprise, however, does not take kindly to returns. While she pulled into the driveway, I watched an employee sprint in front of her car with a speed that said I dont have to work at this hell hole any more if Im disabled.This brave protagonist seemed content to let my mother and I hang out on the driveway while using his body as a shield to protect the Enterprise parking lot. Unfortunately, since that driveway is so small, half of my car was out on the street and the backup created a lovely vehicular centipede. The following discourse of indignant vehicles promptly summoned the cause of our protagonists suicidal sprint: a howler monkey in an Enterprise uniform. Or maybe an employee that cant see a car without giving himself conniptions. The sight of not one, but two cars upon this mans sanctified Enterprise concrete threw him into a rage! How dare we try to drive through the open gate and return a rental! Inconceivable! Watching a grown man scream like a toddler sounds amusing, but its actually quite off putting.While the protagonist tried to shut the gate, his howler monkey overlord gave us a brilliant idea to solve everything: back out into the Saturday afternoon traffic on Sherman Way. Of course having two cars back out into busy traffic traveling at speeds of 50 mph and up was the most logical solution. If we were allowed into the lot to make a U-turn and return home quickly, the monkey would have had to fling his verbal feces at someone else. Or maybe the thought never crossed his mind; he was still yelling so that nobody else could get a word in edge wise.Anyways, at the cost of leaving the protagonist behind to continue working with a simian, we managed to escape. The infantile sack of human offal working here did his job and took the car after realizing it would otherwise be left sitting on the driveway, since neither of us felt like complying with him at this point. I never figured out why the gate was open yet somehow not available to customers. I also dont care, because I dont plan on coming here for rentals anymore and I suggest that nobody else does, either.

The car I rented was terrible. I asked the person showing a car if it was maintenance done on the car she said yes. When we get our cars there taken to our mechanics. On our way going to Lofton the brakes squeak all the way there and all the way back the car drove extremely rough I knew something had to been wrong but it was too late because we had to leave early in the morning and Enterprise was closed. When returning the car it was told to them the issues that the car had so I was cut a little discount. But my husband end up leaving are remote control in the car so Enterprise was contacted it was stated the car went over to their mechanic and that they would have the mechanic call us to let us know when its okay to go pick up the car I asked the mechanic what was wrong with the car he stated to me that the brakes were bad, that it needed an oil change and barley had any oil. So it makes since why the car drove hard. I was livid because I was charged knowing this car had not been serviced and the distance that I went to where there was barely any oil in the car and I was out of town and could have been stranded not happy about that at all.

Got a Dodge Ram 1500 had transmission issues going up hills, not only that but my little girl found a baggie of marijuana along side a pipe!. Called the company they said bring it back, I brought it back they gave me a new 1500 truck, great. Two weeks later when I asked them if any charges are not getting covered to give me a call, manager & customer care rep said no no insurance is covering all charges on Monday when returning truck they said a bal of 600 was due but they will talk to the insurance. Didnt hear back but got my personal card hit for the balance. Called enterprise and no one could help me. Over all Hurtz had treated me great and I regret every trying any thing else.-Jose

The Ventura Blvd Enterprise Rent a car could not use my visa card because the magnetic strip would not register. My card has the chip in it but they dont use chjps. I reserved the car three weeks ahead and they wouldnt type the card number into their system. They wont take cash or check. Its the only card I have. I left them without a car. Ihad to go to another branch and the magnetic strip worked for them. In the end I got a car from the Sherman Way branch. They were very helpful. They need to go to a chip system.
