You guys are truly the best. I noticed how all of you guys worked and communicated as a team. Your customer service Is A +++When my car was in the shop, you picked me up and drop me off. Your driver recommend a place to eat, which by the way… was delicious!Megan was awesome and helped me with all my silly questions. My 4 kids loved the van and were bummed out when I had to return it. The Enterprise staff continued at the beginning of May to ensure our rental experience to the Sequoias was as great as it was in the previous April to Sedona.Expecting 5 to 10 inches of snow on our getaway made a 4 x 4 the preferred vehicle--which Enterprise staff worked diligently on our behalf to secure with all the helpfulness and cordiality provided on the prior journey.Great Spring 24 Enterprise transport experiences!4/24/24

Its not easy for me to give a five star review to a car rental company. But this Enterprise definitely earned it from us. We had an auto collision and insurance claim. When I went to pick up my rental, I was told my insurance was only covering a minimum amount. I get that. But the car available was in real bad shape. I was surprised to find it was even worse as I drove it home. I understand the limitation imposed by the insurance coverage limit. But that kind of car shouldnt even be offered at a rental agency, and I didnt have time then to dispute it.I wasnt expecting a text the next day from Manager Ariel. But since she said customer satisfaction was important, I replied with my experience. She invited me to return for a better replacement. My wife took the rental in and had a terrific experience with Roberto and a couple others. A simple but very nice car was provided, and weve been left with a great experience, despite the rough start.This great level of customer service is pretty much unheard of nowadays. Between the texts and the excellent help shown to my wife when she went and got a replacement, its rare and impressive. We appreciate it.

Everyone that I spoke with at Enterprise was extremely helpful. The car that I rented was also much better than expected. I had to drive from California to Indiana for work at the last minute and I had an outstanding experience with the vehicle I got from Enterprise. I am going to rent from them again no doubt!

Don’t book with them unprofessional and no respect for other people time. Booked a week in advance for a 4 day trip and I booked a 7 seater suv and got a call for Phillip the “manager” a day before my trip telling me they will not be providing me a car due a mistake on their systems that overbooked. When I asked what we can do to solve the issue all he could say was “ well u need to find another company to get you a car” don’t come here. Save your self the head ache will never use them again this place is a joke

Booking, check in and check out were all incredibly easy! The employees were kind, attentive and professional. Vehicle was in perfect condition. The only negative was that I purchased satellite radio but it never worked. They did credit me the cost at checkout though. All in all, a good experience.

I’ve been using Enterprise for all my personal and corporate accounts for over 15 years and would never use any other company for my rentals. I was helped today by Salma and LJ. Both of these enterprise reps were absolutely wonderful. LJ was helpful in informing us about insurance coverage and clarifying and discrepancies with information gathered from our private insurance…such as specifics about costs and length of rental term coverage.Salma then helped us find a car within our approved budget by our personal insurance. Salma was wonderful in helping us and explaining all the ins and outs. We had a wonderful experience and everyone was incredibly helpful. Thank you Salma!!!!

This branch fails to deliver on the Enterprise experience I am used to receiving. This branch provided me a car that stunk of urine and marijuana. I had to travel over 11 hours of driving in that environment. When asked how they can repair the experience I asked for half the rental back ($350). I was told by, Assistant Manager Edwin, that a manager would need to review that and would get back to me. This did not happen. I got emailed my final bill, no adjustment made. When calling to resolve the situation, I spent 30 min on hold, being passed from person to person until a Manager eventually answered my call accidentally; only to tell me the best they could do was $50. Ive had a similar experience before, so I know that this is nonsense. Disappointed that this branch has decided to act with such little concern for the experience they offer their customers. I dont usually endorse their competitors, but if you can...drive 1 min down the road and use Hertz instead!

Well this is my second marginal car rented from this enterprise. The first had a leaky tire on the rear passenger side that I had to keep checking. This last rental really takes the cake. I rented a mini van to drive from Valencia to Yuma. Once in Yuma the check engine light came on. Solid yellow not flashing. I called the Magic Mountain enterprise and asked it I could get another vehicle. They told me to take it to the nearest enterprise. All they kept droning was thats not the policy. I told them hows that. Still thats not protocol. I think when you are a corporate renter and your company has a contract with enterprise the protocol for just anyone walking in DOES NOT APPLY. They are going to learn that lesson from my travel office. Horrible experience if I could go someplace else I would. Short version they suck.

Great service, but limited stock. When choosing my rental, the only available cars were either a very small compact or a super huge minivan with 3 rows of seats behind the driver. Both were very nice vehicles but I needed something bigger than the car and smaller than the minivan. They tried really hard to accommodate me and offered for me to call back in a few days to see if their stock had changed and they would switch it out.

I wanted to share what happen to me. So I booked a car a month in advance at the enterprise in Lancaster on Ave k and they called me the day before my trip to tell me they have NO CARS!! I was confused because I had a reservation and it was made way in advance… I asked ok so what happens will you guys find me a car? Answer was no. Basically it’s up to me… this was horrible in my opinion.. anyway fast forward I called a bunch of places… it’s thanksgiving weeks so no places have cars available, WHICH I NEW ALREADY WHICH WAS WHY I BOOKED MY CAR IN ADVANCE… I called this location off magic mountain packway and got ARIEL on the phone.. she was polite, she was professional and she was a super hero… she put me on hold spoke to an manager and got me a car… I’m an hour away… so I had to go why it she had it cleaned and held it for me until I got there. She saved our thanksgiving vacation… it was just that they had a car available for me but they way she spoke to me on the phone and took the time to actually help me… and when I got to the location. She helped me right away and walked me through details on the vehicle in a timely manner… Lancaster doesn’t do that they rush you out… I’m very pleased. she is great… thanks again Ariel. You saved the day…

I’m extremely disappointed and disheartened by the treatment I received from the staff at this location. That’s the last thing that I would expect since I’ve been a loyal customer for over ten years. To make matters worse, the managers from the regional office have yet to contact me in regards to my grievance that I have reported over a week ago. Thank you for clarifying how you really feel about your customers and their concerns. And before you ask, NO, I will not respond to the generic email that you reply with when someone leaves a negative review of your company.

Brian & Roberto at the Enterprise on Magic Mountain Parkway went above & beyond to help me get a car at the last minute.I made the mistake of renting a car at Hertz next to the Enterprise store, only to be told they didn’t have any cars and were sold out. This was even though I had made a reservation 2 days prior and received a confirmation of the rental. The Hertz representative did not have any solutions for me and said they would call me “if” a car came in, however I never received a call. The representative said “ya, we told the corporate office they needed to get more cars but they don’t do anything”.When I walked into Enterprise, I was immediately greeted by Brian who was very friendly and professional! He said if I was flexible with the type of car, he could help! Within about 15 minutes they had a car for me at a reasonable price.Roberto, also extremely professional & friendly offered two cars to choose from and immediately did a walk around the car to be sure I was satisfied, then got me on my way!Thank you Brian & Roberto for the exceptional service! It was a great experience, unlike Hertz, and I would highly recommend this Enterprise store for any car rental needs.

BEWARE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! Stick with me this gets good. On 02/08/2022 I took my car into Valencia BMW, and they turned me to Enterprise to rent a car since they were going to hold on to my car for a few days. My car was ready on 02/14/2022, during which time I returned the rental at the BMW dealership, being told that Enterprise will come and pick up the car and close out the rental.on 02/20/2022 I see a charge on my credit statement for $441.70 and a statement indicating that the car was returned at LAX. I called the LAX Enterprise office to validated and they stated a family returned the car. Enterprise never took the car out of my name and let someone else drive the car. Also, the statement showed that the car had been driven for well over 1100 miles under my name. I went to their office and after hours of arguing with them, they agreed to refund me my money and adjust the date on the agreement limiting my liability to only the days I had driven the vehicle. 2 weeks later I got a toll bill from them showing Golden Gate and Bay bridge tolls, tell me that they gave the car to someone else which drove it San Francisco and back. If anything had happened, I would have been liable. thank god nothing did. Enterprise NEVER reimbursed me for the tolls. Their representative on the phone forced me pay it saying we cant do anything about tolls. OK fine. I thought the saga was over. I promised myself that I would never rent with them again and gave up my Emerald Club Executive Elite status up and switched to AVIS.on 05/25/2023 I receive an email from a collection company indicating that I owe Enterprise $441.70 and showing that the same dates as before. NOTHING had been done by their office. when I called Enterprise, I get this rude woman that just did not care she told me, I dont fix billing issues, I rent cars. I called back to get her name as I am going to open an escalation with their Office of the President, Cameron King answers and promises me an adjustment on my statement by the end of the and Nothing! This is worse than POPCopy episode of the Chappelle Show!There are far better rental car companies. Hertz and Avis have never done wrong by me. If you can go through them. No one needs this aggravation.

I would have given a 5 star if one hiccup didn’t happened .. so I got an email that my car is ready at 9 am, so I went to the place and none of my choice is ready, it is avail but not washed . I would have to wait for two cars to be clean, which I refused . So I decided to rent an unwashed one and fortunately a newer car . I actually returned to this location after my car was in the shop for repairs.I then had my car stolen & needed a car for about a month so I could get another car. My insurance company took about 2 weeks longer than they promised to get me my check, which insured my stolen car.There was mistake after mistake made. The last mistake was on my account when an employee refunded my deposit and one extra day of rental, twice to my account. When I called to inquire about this, an employee took no responsibility for another employees mistake (it is all representative of Enterprise) then the Manager gave me an earful about how they honored my insurance companys rental rate for me, personally (theyre supposed to honor that rate, that is part of the contract agreement with my insurance company-yes, I called & verified this with my adjustor.) He also told me that the fact that they honored my deposit of $300 because I used my debit card, made them agreeable & amicable. Nope, it is Enterprises policy to charge a deposit when a customer uses a debit card. So nope, no favors there.At least 2 big financial mistakes were made by this Enterprise location, and rather than profusely apologizing, their Manager Cameron gives me an earful about how great theyve been.I would call their central location and complain but Ijust want to be done with this.I had done nothing but been nice & responsible with this location & their manager, only to be told about all of the favors theyve done for me, which was nothing more than their actual policies. Please go somewhere else because God forbid something goes wrong on their end, theyll end up telling you that fixing their mistakes are actually a favor to you.The Manager is really awful & made me feel awful for their mistakes.

I however have contacted you on three occasions and informed you that I was not happy with your service. The deposit requirements are asinine, You charged me way more than I was quoted and bullied me into more upcharges for things I didnt need or want. The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Valencia on Magic Mountain Parkway is one of the best places to rent a car in all of LA County. There are dozens of places to rent a car but this location and its staff have always been the best. They are always courteous and professional even during the tough times of the pandemic. It has been my experience that every employee, manager and service coordinator cares about your satisfaction, cares about giving you top personalized service. I have rented a car at least once or twice a month for the past two years and will not think of going to any other locations for my rental. These guys are great. I highly recommend. Oh, and they always seem to have great cars available. Even pickup trucks. Cant go wrong here folks.

I am a person who travels a lot and needs a car rental for about 45 to 60 days a year.I used a lot of companies, local and international, and some I had good progress in loyalty programs with them, yet each company lacked in an aspect; some didnt have premium cars and somewhere overpriced.Until I landed with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, the price online was appealing, and there were many options from practical business to luxury premium.I am learning the loyalty program, I still didnt figure it out, but it looks fair enough.My first experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was in the premium/luxury category. I was excited about the car that I was getting, but the vehicle was a bit off and didnt drive as smooth as I would think; although it was a 2020 model, I believe the car was abused, but customers, yet I didnt have a problem with it myself.Overall was an above-average experience, and I would rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car again, but I could book in advance and get a good car upfront.The team in the location “Valencia Magic Mountain 24095 Creekside RD Valencia”, 91355-1727 US that I rented, were really helpful and cooperative. A big shout out to them.

Rented a car on Friday night and Saturday morning the car would not start. I called what I thought was a customer service number because on the website it said the location was closed. I was told they would call emergency road service but there was a fee. What? When I rent a car I expect it to be working. I was then told that once it was drivable I could turn it in to exchange. I then replied, oh you’re open today ? Again, when I rented the car the site said they were closed on Saturday and Sunday. The person on the phone told me, she wouldn’t be answering the phone if they were closed. Wow! Great customer service! In the end they did take off a couple of days of the rental and waived the road side assistance call but the experience did not start off pleasant.

I had rented a Chevy Malibu. A really lovely car. I wish management didnt give me a rundown on references and personal trip plans. I found some of it too invasive. My husband and I reserved a car at Enterprise on Magic Mountain Pkwy. Unfortunately when he got there, they did not have our car or any car of the class booked. When he asked for any other car that could substitute, they magically lost the reservation in the system and had to process it again as a new reservation, which pushed him to the end. Then they told him they could not accept his form of payment (a credit card) because he was out of state. Can you imagine??? So we tried again the next day, made an entirely new reservation, both went in together, and they did the same EXACT thing to us. The car was not available, and they said they had no other car to give us. We had multiple forms of payment so it made NO sense to us.

Not good !This particular time I needed a pick up as I was scheduled to pick up my car at 11 I wanted to be there by 1045 as I was on a tight schedule to get to La Jolla for a meetingBut was told that they could only give me a 30 minute window to pick me up meaning 1030-11am / 1055 rolls up and no pick up or call so I call and they said he just left / not keep in mind I’m a 7-8 min drive away . 1115 he’s still not there and I call again and they said traffic he’ll be there in 5 min / which passes so I call again and they say soon, needless to say he didn’t arrive till after 1130/ the driver doesn’t say hello or apologize I say he’ll he says how am I and I say not good your 30 min late then he continues to drive like a madman !!! Not worth it / needless to say I missed my meeting so very unhappy ! Unacceptable BAD customer service which is usually good

My recent rental experience was really exceptional. Not only did I get a great rate but they also upgraded me to a much nicer class of vehicle than I had originally reserved. The super nice gal helping me, went out of her way to show me all the vehicles options that I could select from. I called the day I was scheduled to return the car to see if I could extend the rental for an extra day - no problem. They made everything easy and pleasant. I needed a ride home after returning the car which I had not arranged prior to returning the car but it was no problem and they had a shuttle for me right away and brought me directly home. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Everyone working at that location were very friendly and nice. I will certainly be using Enterprise again, they are the best!!

Worst experience ever. Did everything in advance online, nothing was ready when I got there after sitting for 40 minutes and then first told me I needed two utility bills to use debit card. Then lady outside changed the condition to utility bill plus pay stub (which I dont get because my firm pays me on K1). I offered my bank statement with my current physical address, and the lady at the desk responds by saying I dont understand what is wrong with you today or something to this effect when I stated I didnt know why all these subsequent conditions keep being added after my reservation. I finally said forget it and Im leaving, and she says, good. Horrible place. Will never rent from them again and will tell everyone I know not to. I rent from LA location on La Cienega regularly, and they are NOTHING like this!

I rent with Enterprise an average of 6 times per year. I like that they pick you up and drop you off if needed and their rates are competitive. There was a refrigerator filled with cold water for the customers which was nice. My issue was with this particular location and the way they conducted business. My top issues experienced were as follows:1. The car that an agent told me I was going to get over the phone was not available when I arrived 10 minutes later. Instead I got a smaller import model for the full size price since that is all they said they had.2. The car received only had 1/4 tank full of gas. When you get a car you expect to load it with your luggage and get to your destination not the gas station..3. Upon check-in, the agent did not provide me the option to decline the insurance coverage, he automatically added it to my contract.4. Upon returning to the lot, there is no designated car return lane or area and no parking spaces to park the rental car since the rental car area and customer parking area is in the same lot.5. Agents were NOT customer friendly.

My new truck had to go back to the dealership for service. GMC requires I rent another GM product if the dealership is paying for the service. My rental had almost 60k miles and had damage on every surface of the vehicle. I thought I was in a reality tv show when the enterprise agent said this is the last comparable vehicle for me to rent. I would give five stars...However, with my most recent rental my need for the car was shortened so I returned it one day early. My arrival time to return it (3:57p) was within an hour after the time I initially obtained the vehicle (3:04p) with about a quarter of a tank more fuel, yet I was charged for the next Full day.I realize there must be reasonable perimeters, but I don’t believe an hour cushion is asking too much as a good customer service promotional tactic to bring the customer back. I made a reservation for midsize car on Tuesday. I arrived on Friday at 9:00 or so and was told that there were no cars of that size available. Your representative Vincent proceeded to try and make me pay more for a larger more expensive car. I was not wanting or willing to pay since I made a reservation. I was made to wait for approximately an hour for other people to return the cars. In desperation I finally paid more for the car. I had an doctor’s appointment to get to. I missed that appointment. Throwing my whole day off. I’ve rented cars before from this location and have never had such a bad experience. They always replaced cars with out hesitation. Vincent was just following the Manager’s decision to not accommodate me. Vincent was pleasant, friendly and apologetic. I ended up returning the car the next day because I was so upset. I had planned to visit with family but could not enjoy myself and ended my trip early. I called the next day to complain and Nia the acting manager listened to me about my experience and only charged me for the one day. That was the only positive thing about this whole situation.

I made a reservation that should have saved me a vehicle upon arrival. That was not the case this time. My experience at Enterprise was not great at all. I made a reservation a few days prior with American Express Platinum Travel. When I arrived I was told there were no “Standard” vehicles that’s I reserved due to me making a same day reservation. I did not make a same day reservation as explained. I was only given a choice of a pickup truck even with other sedans on the lot. She suggested I can wait until a sedan was returned. When I asked when that would be she didn’t even try to check her system and told me “I don’t know.” The female representative left after I told her multiple times I did not want the pickup truck. I expressed I never rent from Enterprise and I now see why. After a few minutes of contacting Amex Travel to move my reservation, a male came out to assist. He then said that he had a sedan that I could utilize instead of the pickup truck. Although after finally getting the sedan, I would not rent from Enterprise again. The entire experience was great! As a long time Enterprise member, this was the first time I had used the Valencia location, but will surely use it again going forward. From check in, which was handled efficiently by, I assume the manager (sorry I did not catch her name), through the short wait then getting a vehicle, which was handled efficiently by Jasmine. I made my reservation weeks in advance of my pick-up date. I arrived early in the morning, relative to the time I scheduled the pick up - which was important because there was somewhere I needed to be 2 hours away. I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes to be told the sedan I reserved was not in stock. They offered to put me in a truck - which was fine except that I have a child requiring a car seat.Fortunately, the car seat fit, but was tight. The fuel economy was better than expected for a full-size truck, too. My wife didnt give me hell which was the biggest bonus. I understand trucks are a lot more to rent, so I appreciated Enterprise not charging me any more than the original quote.I docked Enterprise a star because I just wanted to run in, pick up the sedan, and bounce. Horrible experience. Ive been having a really bad luck with my rentals after being involved in a really bad car accident. First I was given a car that reeked of marijuana, then I was given a replacement that had mechanical issues, both cars from other locations. I came into to this location after talking to customer service about my issues and the rep assuring me that this location would have another car reserved for me. From the moment I walked in, the branch manager (I think her name is Liz) was condescending and rude, not just to me but her employees as well. When I walked in, she called me to the counter intending to assist me, and while I was trying to explain the situation to her, she would not even look at me and kept barking orders at her employees in between my sentences. There was a young guy of color there seemingly getting ready to go pick up a customer, and she started lecturing him on how he needs to be nice to the customer in front of me and all other employees. I felt bad for the young man. When I finally explained my situation to her, she told me there was nothing in the system and there was nothing she could do because she did not have a car. There was zero desire to try and find some solution. She must have seen that I was in distress, almost crying but there was zero empathy coming from her. I had no choice but to take a minivan (which Im not comfortable driving) in place of the sedan with mechanical issues. She assured me she was putting another reservation in the system for me and told me to return the next morning to get another sedan. When I came back the next morning, Liz was nowhere to be found and the assistant manager Sylvia told me there were absolutely no notes in the system from Liz. Sylvia told me there was a sedan being returned that day and that she would hold it for me and call me once its detailed and ready to be picked up. That call never came. Never coming back to this place again if I can help it.

The customer service was fantastic, however because I was using a rental for auto service warranty they were required to provide me with the same make car I own but they only had two vehicles on the lot and they were outrageously huge compared to my compact and cost me over 20$ in gas to drive around 60 miles whileI had it. The service rep tried very hard to find me something smaller but there were no options in our immediate area.While I understand they are required to provide me with the same make car due to their agreement with car dealership, if theyre the primary rental provider they have a responsibility to keep an appropriate variety of that make car their lot.

Overall the experience was good... I do have one suggestion. At the completion of the rental process, the Enterprise Rep stood at the door while I sat in the car asking for initials and signatures. I asked for him to stay six feet away, and he responded “no you’re good”. I said, no I’m not good, you’re standing one foot away. All initials and signatures should have been done with the correct social distancing. The process took a couple of minutes. Keep people safe, and standardize this process to maintain social distancing.

Yes, there are others open and cheaper in a Sunday at a nearby airport but I dont have a ride because my car is in the shop. From the standpoint of the vehicle everything worked out fine. The car was excellent, clean, and sound in very sense. However, when it came to accounting for days I was never told that you counted days differently when the customer came from a recommendation from Geico. I was never told that my first day was a Friday after 6 PM and Saturday was the second day. I learned that in such cases YOU dont count days in increments of 24 hours. Hence, when I returned the car the following Friday way before 6 PM (after seven days) you charged me 8 DAYS. The lady who checked me out explained the reason that for her was simple: we charge you less per day, but we counted days differently. This is fine if youre told from the beginning, so you know the rules. Its not correct to tell you that at the end when the customer cant plan the return of the car better. Id suggest that you should train your employees better to disclose all the facts upfront.

Almost always a disappointment. Needed a pickup truck. Called in advance. Even though the website would allow me to rent one this location said they didnt have any. If I reserved it the rental would be cancelled before i picked it up. I asked them where I could get a truck. They told me I would need to call other locations until I found one.We rent from them a lot for business and ended up renting a small car using loyalty points. When we went to pick up, we had to wait a while to get a car. We wanted to extend the rental by a few days. It was not possible to do this using loyalty points unless we brought the car back to them and they re-wrote the whole contact. So much for being loyal. They make it a major hassle to use points.Ended up just turning in the car and rented down the street at Best Way Rent a Car. One call and they took care of everything. Easy.I talked to the manager at this location and told her how disappointed I was in Enterprise. Told her I was going to rent elsewhere. She just looked at me and said well, good luck with that.

This was a very good experience, local pick up and drop off service, and staff is well trained and they are very professional. Staff genuinely engaged with customer, makes you feel appreciated. This is a new location for them and it was a little confusing as to which drive-way to enter, but it all worked out. The car I rented had 40,000+ miles, but drove like it was still new! It was clean when I picked it up. Since this is not located at an airport, it also means they are NOT open 24 hours, which means they have a regulary set schedule of hours. I would be happy to rent a car from them again.

We rented a car from this location for a few days, and when we returned the car around 5 pm. Next morning we noticed we left a jacket and folding chair in the trunk. Where to start, well I said I wouldnt go back to Enterprise to rent a car since i have had so many bad experiences with them at a 2 close locations, but my mom and sister convinced me to try the Magic Mountain location. I can honestly say that it was worth trying. They are very friendly, they made sure they had a car that I was renting and plates where current, as at another location they gave me a rental with a month expired plates. They made everything easy to rent and return, the only thing that would need detail would be to better clean the cars but other than that I would definitely come back to this location with them having excellent customer service and a variety of cars. I rent cara regularly. This particular Enterprise has the best customer service. They have made some mistakes but they always make it right. They call to check on you to see if everything is ok. They have had some crazy busy lines in there when its a busy travel time and Ive had to wait upward of an hour to get my vehicle but they know when they need to step up and make sure that you are happy with the experience. I went in to this enterprise seeing it had a better review than most. Made a huge mistake. Horrible Customer Service from the Supervisor Dana. I went in because I received a phone call that my current rental will soon need maintenance and I am on a work schedule and dont have the time to be left without a car. So before I headed to work thought Id come to this local enterprise and swap out my car. I understand cars are already reserved and I did not make a reservation. But when I told that to one of the girls who was helping me out she looked over at Dana and told her the car needed maintenance Dana rudely said we dont have anything right now all we have are those pick up trucks rest of the cars are for our reserved customers talking all snobby. Then she states that she doesnt understand why another enterprise would send me to another enterprise that I shouldnt have been sent there I should have taken the car back to the same enterprise I got the car from and they handle it. Hello this is an enterprise location its the same company you all work for the same car rental. Once she said that I was livid, she was so occupied she just didnt want to deal with me or help me out. What is upsetting is as a Supervisor Dana should have tried accomodating me or in any intention attempted to help me out by referring me elsewhere or seeing what other local enterprise could work with me. Never returning here. Just lost a customer. Dana needs training on customer service.

Customer Services is excellent they make everything fast and easy so your in and out which I love.The only reason I gave it a 4 star is when I picked up the vehicle I rented I was rounded up to a full tank which I didnt think much of it (meaning technically it was not a full tank). So when I brought it back I refueled and didnt technically get a full tank either. So the Rep. did the walk trough and told me I didnt have time to refuel I then I explained to her the above.And she was nice and said oh OK I was gonna charge you 6 gallons so I will just charge you 3 gallons, I thought to myself fair enough. Normally I really like Enterprise Rent a car but this last time was less than desirable. When I was reviewing the cars available, I told the agent that I didn’t want any out of pocket costs. My insurance Company was to pay $35 per day. She pointed out a car & said there wouldn’t be any out of pocket costs for this one so that’s the one I selected. The next day I got a call from Enterprise & the agent said I would have to pay for the taxes but that it wouldn’t be more than $1.00 per day. He said I could trade it in so there would be no costs involved. I told him I would keep the car I have if the costs were no more than $1.00 per day. When I turned the car in the girl that checked me in said I would have to pay the taxes on the car which amounted to over $35. I had the car for 8 days. I told her the above narrative. She said she would give me a refund so I wouldn’t have to pay more than $12.00. She said she would email the the reflected change. When I got the email It showed no refund. So I called the manager. Told him what happened. He got the refund for me. There needs to be more honesty within the ranks of Enterprise employees. This experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth for Enterprise Rental Cards.

I have rented here many times and usually have a good experience. This time was no different until I returned the vehicle. I left something in the car and didnt realize it until I got home. I called down to the store and asked them to look for it. They said they were busy and would look for it and get back to me. They didnt do that so I called about one half hour before closing. They said they looked for it but didnt find it. I then went down there and asked one of the employees if we could go take a look in the vehicle. This employee was very nice and took the time to get the keys, walk me down to the reserve lot and let me look for the item. It was exactly where I told the person over the phone it was. They never looked for it, but told me they did. So I had a good experience overall, and the employee that helped me when I went back in person was great, and in my opinion went above and beyond. If you leave something in one of the rentals, I would go back and look for it. I wouldnt take the word of anyone over the phone. Overall I always like getting my rentals from this Enterprise. They are friendly and as fast as they can be. They would get 5 stars if someone would have looked in the car for my missing item.

Please Beware!!!! We just dropped off a gray Nissan Sentra on Sunday 9/6/20 around noon. My son drove the car into their drop off area, parked the car, and did the walk around with the Enterprise person. I watched them take the Key and immediately turn around and put two ladies in that car within 5 minutes of his arrival without washing, cleaning, or sanitizing the car during a Pandemic. I was shocked. Not one enterprise person touched that car in that time. I’m horrified that I allowed my husband and two children to drive 1400 miles in a car for two days knowing now that it was probably never cleaned or sanitized before their trip. This will be reported to enterprise corporate and county public health as a violation during COVID-19. On top of that they grossly overcharged my son $225 for a two day rental for a Nissan Sentra. Ridiculous! Fingers crossed my family doesn’t become ill after this incident. I’m so upset with Enterprise.

The branch manager was so mean!! She had the audacity to hang up on a paying customer simply for asking too many questions about the charges.They charged me about $1000 dollars for two weeks. For simply making a modification for an extra week it was still $800. Because of the extra cost, I asked if it was a deposit that she was also taking out. Simply for being inquisitive about my hard-earned money, she sighed and spoke to me in a condescending manner. Simply put, the manager was degrading me and refusing to rent to me for having a drivers license that was set to expire one day after my rental would be due.When I arrived, there was no car, and although I had reserved one, I was put on a waiting list. The truck I rented, although fairly clean interior and exterior, definitely needed some new tires. Rental prices are fairly steep especially considering the economy we are in. Enterprise really killed it for me when I returned the truck an hour late from drop off time, after closing hours and they charged me an entire day extra and Insurance as well for that as they claim that I returned the truck the next day at 930am. I went to drop the car off at 5:15 am but the drop off box to drop off the keys was stuck because of 1 person before me. So because of that I had to use a half day of my PTO days to come back and return the car. not cool. I heard horror stories about this location, but since they were next to the body shop I decided that Id like the convenience of walking across the street. I made my reservation for a Cadillac 2 weeks earlier, and when I arrived they brought me out a PRIUS! I told them that Id had a reservation for a luxury sedan, and they had to look it up. They had no other vehicles in their inventory. They offered me a Dodge Challenger, but how do four large adults fit in that car. It would have been a nice ride, but come on people. 2 weeks isnt enough to get the requested vehicle on their lot? So I waited while they struggled to find a vehicle that met my needs. They couldnt come up with anything. I went to another agency. I told them to cancel my reservation, and then they offered me a BMW luxury sedan 1 1/2 hours after I stepped in the door. I told them it was too late! That should have been done much earlier. My story isnt unique, and the most extreme. I had a buddy who rented a truck and they had to drive him to Palmdale to pick it up, and when they got there it wasnt there. They sent it to Oxnard. So they drove to Oxnard, and Oxnard had rented it out. So my friend drove 8 hours with Enterprise, and didnt get a vehicle! Save yourself the headache and please please go somewhere else! There are other locations, and please verify your requested vehicle is going to be there the day before you need it!

Mechanics, body shop professionals or any individuals in need of a rental car, there are better solutions in our town. Heres why: It is appalling the lack of good faith that has been shown on the part of one of the assistant managers and the branch manager Chelsea Johnson. My company has rented many times from this branch. I have personally utilized this branch many times, as have several of my good friends who have body shops and auto maintenance shops in town. When a problem arose, I was treated as if I was not only entirely at fault, but that I was lying. There was no effort on their part, despite my numerous attempts to reach out to them and find a more amenable solution, there was no attempt to check my references, references that this company knows well and does business with, to see if I might be acting in good faith and whether Im someone of good character that should be given the benefit of the doubt. Beware renting a car from this location. They will try and overcharge for gas. Theyll mark the gas level on your sheet different than whats on the gas tank. I rented a car for 4 days, they charge for 5 days since supposedly my insurance company billing is calendar days, which they did not bother to tell me when I picked up the car before they closed. The entire 4 day rental, I went back 3 times to exchange the car since theyre either smelly or dirty interior. They obviously dont care to even clean the car interiors. Enterprise literally bailed us out of a real mess. My wife leases one of those fancy Mercedes car with the run flat tires. Well, on the way to an important appointment in Orange County the tire ran flat all right. Yes, we could have driven on it, but there is no way that I would drive it 70 miles through the L.A. freeway mess. The problem with run flat tires is that none of the Mercedes dealerships had them in stock and there were no loaners available. Forget about buying one at a tire store. We were dead in the water. I called Enterprise on a Saturday and they had us in a car (without run flat tires) and on the road within an hour. On the downside, my wife forgot some paperwork and her expensive Mercedes phone charging cord in the rental car when she returned it. She called Enterprise back within a half an hour to get back the forgotten items. She got back the paperwork but not the Mercedes phone charging cord. Shes a little bummed about that, but still, Enterprise saved the day!

Theyre mind was blown when I told them that I was not from California and I wouldnt be able to give them a local address, I have never been asked as many questions as they asked me at any other enterprise before, it took 1 hour and a half for me to pick up the car I rented they brought me 2 cars, one with a broken loose bumper which might come off the car if I took it, the second one was ok on the outside but very very dirty on the inside all the seats are dirty and they made no effort to clean them. The personnel were friendly and courteous.This is a Four Star rating because I was told the cars fuel tank is empty so just return it empty. This is hardly practical! I rented a vehicle on 08/26/22, started driving to Nevada @ 4:00am on 8/27/22, check engine light came on and lost power at that time we were already by Bishop, CA. we continue driving at a slow speed, (40 mph) uphills, while driving i called Enterprise at Valencia branch where I rented the vehicle, they transferred me to Roadside assistance, Luckly we made it to the hotel in Gardnerville NV so thats where they send me a towtruck, they pick up the vehicle and promised me a replacement withing 2 hours, 2 hours later they called me to inform me that the branch was closed and cant give me a replacement and to contact enterprise to come up with a solution, so i did call but no one could help me with my situation, I called different departments spoke with different people, but they keep sending me to the roadside assistance, finally by 8:45pm the tow truck showed up with my replacement, by that time i had missed the wedding I was supposed to attend, I had planned this trip with two months time for nothing thanks to Enterprise Rent a Car, I hope you can reimburse me for the money i spent on this trip.JM

Enterprise RAC in Valencia has been my go-to rental agency when I need a car. Most of the time they have been great, helpful, and will do what they can to help you get into the car of your choice. Since I havent gone to other RAC agencies in years I cant compare how Enterprise is to the others... I do have to say that almost every time I rent a vehicle from my Valencia branch there is little to no gas in the tank. This can be a pain sometimes when you just want to get going and not think about a car (your own or a rental) but you have to get gas, no procrastination on this issue... The will offer to fill up the tank for you, but two times I said yes it took more than 30 minutes for them to return with the car. If they gave me an office to work in while Im waiting that would make it ok, but they havent offered that service as of yet. Anyway... overall I would recommend them to others, and will keep using them myself... more later... but for now... Rent on!DC

Scam I returned car in person first thing in the morning. the car was inspected to damage directly in front of me. Two hours later I receive a call from young lady claiming to be a manager telling me that I dropped the car off in the night box and there was damage done to the rental. I attempted to tell here there is no way that was possible that I had the car inspected and did not use night drop. I can prove with a witness the person who drive me back home that there was no damage to car and your employee checked it you cannot prove what happened in last two hours. She proceeded to hang up phone and file a claim with my insurance carrier. I have 3 children on my insurance with no claims, this effected my policy rate. Good luck trying to reach a supervisior on your own 6 calls and 5 emails did nothing. A single call from an attorney got everything dropped. The supervisor also promised reimbursement for the Retal (credit) still waiting To say the least their customer service is hurrendice -hung up on -called a liar- false insurance claim- no return call from supervisor -no apology letter supervisor- having to contact an attorney to resolve- I would issue zero stars if I could

Was treated like a 2nd class citizen.Getting the vehicle was awful.Waiting for ride home, gal walked up to man sitting 1 seat from me. She asked if he needed a ride home, nope he said. She starts to turn away & I said I NEED A RIDE! A driver was waiting & I was ignored. Very bad experience...... Too many airheads behind counter.The drivers on the other hand were just wonderful....5 stars

Check In was handled efficiently. Stephanie handled our rental efficiently even with needing to get another Tablet as the one she was using was acting up. Using the after hours check in, for us, is the only way to go! We have used this site with this feature a number of times, and will continue to do so in the future.
