Sunday pick up of car could not have been better. Nice choice of cars. The female customer service perfect is perfect for her job. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and didnt waste our time. She was great.

The rental process was smooth.Returning the car, not so much. I walked in to an office with about 15 people waiting to be served and I had 15 minutes to drop off the car before I was late for work.Finally I just left the key with a service rep.I forgot my sons tools in the trunk. I had to call them and have them track down his tools because “someone” had found them and moved them from the trunk.My suggestion would be to call customers who forget items instead of waiting for them to call you.We do remember where we left our forgotten items. They aren’t a donation to your staff. You have our phone number on file with the car.

I wanted to be sure to give a big shout out to Eli. I stupidly left my work phone and iPods in the vehicle I rented and he personally went to fedex and mailed them back to me. I only did a one-way rental to Grass Valley so cannot speak to receiving a car, but the checkout process was fast and Eli was very courteous eventhough he clearly was under staffed. He was literally running from the cars back to the office and answering phones in between. Despite that he still took the time to get me my phone back. Huge thank you!!! Great customer service.

I have had nothing but good experiences renting from Enterprise Rent-a-Car. With exception to my most recent rental experience renting from the Grass Valley location. It showed all vehicles available online when I made my reservation. I was only looking for the least expensive vehicle as my vehicle broke down and I needed a replacement while it was in the shop. I reserved a small car and was not picky on what vehicle I ended up with. Upon arrival only large vehicles were on the lot. The assistant manager advised me that they will not honor the rate because it was booked the same day. Long of the short is that they ended up charging me double the price of what I booked online.I reached out to upper management and they had the branch manager reach out (2 days later) and 5 days into the rental to switch me out. This would have done me no good as I was already at the weekly rate and would not change the rate at all. I asked if he (Andrew) could help me out with the rate he said No, they normally rent the vehicle for a lot more. He tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor by only charging me double the price I had booked online. Even though I offered to take any vehicle they had. They had plenty of large vehicles sitting around.Might be time to start renting from another location or maybe another company all together.

I called, made the reservation for a sedan sized car. She told me as long as I was there by a certain time it was good. I arrived 30 minutes early and they didn’t have the car. I have taken my business elsewhere. I have never met anyone as rude as this manager there, Daisy!

Quick in any out especially if you reserve on line. I thought prices were a bit steep but thats what you get when there is no competition. Remember to check with your insurance and credit card company for insurance coverage instead of the rental car company coverage. Chances are you will save $10 plus a day

This location has very little chooses when it comes to cars. I paid for a Standard car and they tried to give me a compact. I a 6ft 3 tall my feet wont fit in a compact car. I shouldnt have to deal with this i should be able to show up and get a car size i rented. yes i left in a standard car but not after i had to request it. Then when i went to drop off the car, the office was just opened at 8 am and he refused to check me in because they were not ready.. Put my keys in the drop box and left. not great customer service. I had to go to work and didnt have time to wait for them to get it together. Car was dirty the windows had to be cleaned before i drove it. the last time i got a ford explorer from them the under hood was full of pine needles .. they totally need to work on the cleaning of the vehicles between rentals.

If I could give zero stars I would have. There’s 2 women that work here and they are so rude and disrespectful the couple guys we talked to were friendly and accommodating. I have never had a business treat my family so rude. We were told one thing and instead of trying to clear it up and instead daisy the branch manager just gave us so much attitude and said to my husband “I don’t know what’s so hard for you to understand about what I’m saying” but she was not listening to what he was saying at all. I am very disappointed with this enterprise since my husband and I regularly rent from enterprise and have never had service so awful. We will not be renting from enterprise any longer.

Terrible experience. Scheduled toPick up a vehicle at 8:00am. After calling to be picked up from Tripps (which I scheduled at 8:15) I got to Enterprise at 8:55. Long wait to be checked in, then told at 9:10 that I had a 45 min wait?? Why do I make a reservation a week in advance??? Disrespectful of my time
