2024-01-07 21:20:59They love applying the old trick of prepaid tank, but it becomes scam whenever you didnt agree, that was my case.I just needed the car for 1 day to run errands and they charged me a full tank. My countless hours of finding the best rate online just so that they charged me for a full tank when I returned it already full and it was something I explicitly didnt approve.Customer service called but they didnt, they havent and Im sure they wont do anything about it.Definitely last time doing business with these agent scammers.And please do not respond yo my review unless youre planning of refunding the full tank I never agreed on paying on the first place.

2024-03-05 21:23:43I will always choose Enterprise over every other rental agency and today solidified that.We had to come to this location since the airport was sold out and I’m very glad we were told to go there because everyone who helped us was amazing. I unfortunately didn’t catch the manager’s name on duty but she was extremely helpful and accommodating to find us a car when we didn’t have a reservation. Then we had Brooke take us through the car and she was very friendly. I know I sound like I’m paid by corporate for this review but we are truly so thankful for the team helping us today, so I came home and immediately went to write this.The Enterprise staff at the airport is always wonderful too too but if you need a secondary (and quieter!) location to rent, I highly recommend this one. Thanks ladies at Enterprise for being awesome!

2024-05-22 22:50:34Extremely unprofessional service. I came to enterprise hoping to find a reliable vehicle while my car was being worked on in the shop the employee named Jenny was assisting me offered the worst service imaginable. She made it extremely difficult to pull up my reservation. Then when I asked her for a vehicle with 6 seats or more to ensure there were enough seats for my family and I. She stated yes there were vehicles avaliable to assist us then she was struggling to find our reservation rather asking another manager or associate for assistance She kept being rude placed me on hold 3 different times and still was not able to help me. My husband got on the phone with her to see if he can help her help us and she got so frustrated to the point where she told him they will not be able to assist us. It was the worst service Ive ever experienced in car rental service. I called back trying to speak to a manager then Jenny stated Im a manager is there something I can help you with. But at this point I was so upset by the level of service I asked for corporates phone number. She stated Im helping another customer which I understood patiently waiting on hold until someone was able to provide me with corporates phone number she then hung up the call and refused to take my call after. Absolutely worst service I do not recommend this location for any rental service. What happened to enterprise standard of care? What happened to enterprise goal of providing an exceptional service? I hope the company will be able to provide Jenny with more training on customer service and also there programming system. Im absolutely baffled by the level of customer service provided by Jenny.

I recommend any other location, but this one.I didnt catch her name but from the way she kept referring to it as her this and her that, I assume shes the manager.She may have just been having a bad day, but from someone who works with customers all day, put your big girl pants on and box your attitude. Dont treat your customers like their a burden and youre doing them a favor, your working a business and apparently you dont want it right now.I use enterprise almost once a month and this is my first and last time going to this location.

2024-05-16 02:48:45Me and my wife got off the plane. We were happy to be in Palm Springs. We go to pick our rental car up at enterprise. There were about three people in front of us. Everything went smooth for them got to us the lady that was helping us. her name was Andrea Duran The assistant manager she asked me for my ID gave her my drivers license and my credit card and then she turned and looked at me and said you don’t have a reservation and I looked at my wife and my wife’s has no we have a reservation is right here on our phone so she checked again and said no, you don’t have a reservations at that point, I knew she was telling a lie in 15 years my wife has never made a mistake. We’ve traveled all over the world and after she retires, we will continue traveling. She’s very good at booking. our rooms at our rental cars has not made one mistake then Andre proceeded to say all we have is a minivan for you to rent so my wife said let’s go my wife went outside. I stood and watched the next person had no problem with their reservations. The next person had no problems with their reservations. My wife was so upset and traumatized about the situation. She knew she was telling the truth so we go back in and we decided to go to every rental car place and see if we had made a mistake. Fortunately, my wife went straight to Alamo and the young lady behind the desk said oh your reservations are right here. I have no idea what she’s talking about, so we go back over to enterprise what you know our reservation just appeared. She said oh we have a glitch in our system out 100s of people. It only decided to glitch us and skip and go to the next person and everything is OK the lady that was helping us. To the situation, but I have been going through this all my life today was not the day she did make an attempt to compass our hundred dollar credit for the gas money is not an issue with us it reminds me going to Starbucks the people that are helping everyone in front of you are all chirpy and nice and talkative and they get to you and it’s like hurry up and get out of my store. Their tire attitude changed that was the same attitude, Andrea Durant had toward us she should not be helping the public at all terrible service. The worst that we have had over the years our company BBT architects have rented so many cars from you guys so many I don’t think that will be coming back for all the traveling that we’re gonna do in in the future, we will definitely think twice about using your company Tiana did make an attempt to call me unfortunately I couldn’t answer the phone I did email her back and gave her a time that she could call me which she never did I must add Andrea is not the black young lady in the picture

2024-02-26 14:29:08Always willing to help and quick to help if there is an issue. I’ve always had great luck with the cars I’ve rented and I’m usually upgraded if a car is available. My last rental I had some minor mechanical issues and when I returned the car, a large amount of my cars fee was deducted as a sign of good faith and being a loyal customer. I would never rent from anyone else. Thanks Enterprise !

2024-03-08 20:58:22I JUST got hung up on by a rep at this location, didn’t even have the chance to step foot in it for the first time and they were already completely rude to me. I told her I had a question about the payment policy, and when I started to preface my question the woman that I was speaking to very rudely interrupted me and said she would be transferring me over to someone that deals with reservations. She started explaining the payment requirements for people flying in from out of state, and telling me that there are two locations in the immediate area by the airport. I stopped her and tried to politely say to please not interrupt me because I hadn’t even asked my question. I said neither of those things are what I was going to ask about and I was also aware there are two locations, and I was planning on calling the other one. I asked her to please let me finish what I was saying, then she interrupted again and said to please hold so she could transfer me but she hung up on me instead. Not even 30 stupid damn seconds into the damn phone call was I treated like complete garbage because I nicely asked the person I was speaking with to not interrupt me, please hear my question, and don’t anticipate what I’m going to say. I’m glad there’s a second location right by Palm Springs airport, I’m not even calling this one back. I will happily do business with anyone else that doesn’t hire completely rude and thoughtless people. You don’t just cut somebody off mid-sentence because you are anticipating what they are going to say, then hang up on them when they ask you to not interrupt, and please listen. You don’t get to be upset with somebody for them asking you to not be rude to them when you were clearly wrong.

2024-03-07 17:53:26The tale of two experiences.We were off to a very rocky start picking up our vehicle at the Enterprise rental office outside the airport in Palm Springs, CA. Customer service and communication were poor at best so much so we vowed to never rent from Enterprise again.Our faith in Enterprise was restored by the stellar service we received returning the car at the airport. The agent, I believe his name was Jon, empathetically listened and truly seemed concerned that our initial encounter with Enterprise was so poor. It was refreshing to see that he cared about our experience and that he felt empowered to act in a manner to restore our faith in Enterprise - Thank you, Jon.DLM

2024-02-19 19:23:01Very poorly run. Plenty of vehicles and plenty of staff, but apparently only one guy to clean the vehicles to prep for rental. Many customers waiting for their cars. The wait appears to be over an hour as I over heard an angry customer at the counter claiming their reservation was a 10am and it’s now 11:20. I checked in and was told the wait is about 30 mins. I’m so far waiting about 20 mins.The staff is very nice and friendly and handle the unhappy customers in a very friendly manner, which is why I have 2 stars instead of 1!

2024-04-11 12:59:15Called me less than 24 hours before to tell me Im not at the airport Enterprise location and have to find my own way. No warning until after their local offices were closed. They transferred me straight to a disconnect.Edit: the address is a 3 minute drive from the airport and has airport in the name, why am I supposed to find my own way there? Every other car service drives you to where you need to go. You dont need more info to acknowledge this failure.
