Great experience. Rented a SUV for Memorial Day weekend. I paid for a Nissan Rogue but since there was a shortage, got upgraded to a Toyota Highlander without extra charge. It really made my weekend trip amazing! Great customer service from all the staff. Thank you!!

My honest review on this location in Alhambra was excellent A+ in the beginning I wasnt sure to go there. Recently, I had a horrible experience with Enterprise in the city of Pico Rivera very bad; bad customer service. This place gave me the trust again in Enterprise to rely on the rent of a comfortable vehicle for my gateways!! Charlie, Jesus, Juan and Angel this guys knows how to treat customers with respect. I rented a 15 passengers Ford Transit Van; on the day prior I call to make sure they will have it. They didnt disappoint me, it was there on my pickup day! 👍👍👍🙏 It was clean, full ⛽🌝 gas tank! Quick and efficient!! The following day I dropped it with no issues at all in & out!! Great service!! I will definitely rely on rent again for future reservations, this was my personal experience, another thing they open on Sunday which is hard to find in another locations. Overall absolutely 💯satisfying!! 👍Great job guys!! Very simple and efficient customer service!!

So I called the office on Main Street and I was transferred to the call center. I asked her that I wanted to rent a middle size car. She said OK OK No problem, I’ll take care of you. That’s what the call center lady said I never received an email or a text at that point. I called enterprise on Main Street and I asked if somebody could go and pick me up. They hang up on me. I had to drive to enterprise and to be that they wanted to give me, a small car that was Four people when I told the enterprise Guy that the woman in call-center told me that it was gonna be a middle size car . and that she was going to email me and text me the details. The guy from enterprise said I can go ahead and give you a Little bigger, but it’s gonna cost you more. I was very upset that I ended up not renting any car enterprise messed up my day and I wasn’t able to get to the place that I was going to go shame on you enterprise car rental. They are dishonest careless people. you guys don’t even deserve one star

No regard for my time. I had a business trip to San Diego with a pre booked car through my company. I have also rented here before with similar experiences but thought I would give another try as they are very close to my house. There was anywhere from 8-10 employees working and it took over 40 mins to get a car even though there were 3 customers including me. They also took my company CC and had it for 20 mins. This is very unprofessional and shady to hold a customers credit card for so long. To get a receipt took a 20 min phone call as I dropped my car off the night before it was due. And the guy went on and on about the gas fee that I never questioned. My company will gladly pay as they value my time over paying me to fill up gas after working overtime on travel. I just asked for receipt thats all I needed. It felt like they loved wasting my time and watching me wait. I travel once a month for work and will drive to another city to avoid this waste of my time. Any airport rental place is 10000 times better and easier.

I got stranded last night after I couldnt get my original rental car and called to ask if I could rent a car with a debit card since I saw on the website I could if I had my flight itinerary, when I talked to the man he said if I had and in state license I needed a credit card before I could say I wasnt from here he hung up on me.

Its unfortunate that the corporate office is overworking the Enterprise employees so much. Every time Im there (for at least the past 3 years now) its a big line & only a few employees on the front desk. They manage to make it work as best they can. They got me in and out as fast as reasonably possible. Corporations suck. I hope the employees get better benefits & a raise for all their overtime & hard work.

When I went to pick up the first car it was good everyone was nice and helpful just unfortunate that they didn’t have smaller cars. But then I would call and ask almost everyday if they had anything smaller and they were no help on the phone very rude. The day I dropped off the car Cesar A was very helpful and helped me sort out everything and waived the difference to help accommodate my experience with them. He was very nice and professional. If I have to rent again I will definitely go back and request his help.

Enterprise has and will always be a trusted provider in all things car rental. We had a long road trip coming up and booked with Enterprise for the labor day weekend. Easy booking online! Had no issues getting a reservation in just minutes using their site. We booked pick up with the Alhambra Main St location and were sure glad we did. A friend and I picked up on a Friday around lunch time, so we expected the busy rush and were happy to wait our turn. After several team members greeted us and assured us we would be next, we ended up getting help from Noah. He was fantastic and really went the extra mile... literally. We couldnt get a car from the Alhambra location and ended up having to pick up from the next closest location, Pasadena. Noah was nice enough to give us a ride over and make sure we were able to get a good vehicle that fits our needs. We felt he really understood what we were looking for and ended up finding us the best car. The whole process was almost 2hrs and took much longer than we anticipated, but Noah helped the time go by and we felt we were in good hands even if it did take awhile. On return day, I was delighted to see Noah again because I knew Id get the best help closing my rental. He helped me not only get the car returned quickly and all set up, he also helped drop me off at home. Couldnt take you enough Enterprise for giving us such great service and having awesome team members make sure we have a good experience from start to finish. We will definitely be back with more rental needs.

Very accommodating, professional and friendly customer service, despite a very busy Sunday. I was helped by Andrew who went out of his way to explain everything to me and answered all of my questions. I ended up upgrading to a full size vehicle and didn’t regret it. Very nice car! I am deeply troubled by the experience I had with them.The infinity insurance (which is probably one of the worst one out there ) made a reservation for me at the location since it’s right next to my house. They have a very limited budget for me which is $25 a day and I had to pay first then they will reimburse me. The insurance have a deal with enterprise so I will be able to rent a compact size car with such a low price. The issue is there is no inventory for compact size car. So I called them everyday and sometimes multiple times a day until a week later they told me there is one compact size car in their lot. I arrived in 3 minutes. And asked the guy whose name is Cheyenne again if there are any inventory for compact size car he said yes. Then we started the whole process. When we went out to check the lot I saw multiple compact sized car parked in the lot. Then he started to ask the rate the insurance will reimburse me, I told him it’s $25 that’s when everything changed. He said he had to go in again and check the ACTUAL inventory. When he came out he led me to a compact SUV and told me this is the only car he has and it’s $37 a day. And he kept encouraging me to go back to the insurance to ask them to raise the budget. I was just speechless. I am already one week in being carless so I took the car anyway.A week later I returned the car they asked me how my experience was I explained to them when at happened. They expressed they are very sorry and I should be getting a car from a manager and they will try to make things right, they freezes my contract. The thing is a week passed, no body called.I went in again, the manager mike was there, I briefly explained to him what happened he had no patience to hear me finishing the story and handed me the receipt with no changes.Most of the time we as customers don’t have to deal with the rental company since the insurance company got them all. But this time as the victim due to the reimbursement issue, unfortunately I had to deal with all those dirty tricks they play to maximize their profit. Shame on you all.

This location appears to have the most cars available in the San Gabriel Valley, especially if you need a minivan.Wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. They were about to close in 10 minutes but worked like they had another hour. It was busy, but the staff appear used to it and were very efficient.Michael Otonari was the rep taking care of me. There was a minor hiccup with my reservation, but he quickly fixed it and had me on my way. After requesting for his business card, I realized he was the branch manager. Now I can see why this location is so well run.

Rented a car for 19 day’s cost was a thousand dollars. Returned the car at another place from where I rented it and charged me a $50 dollar drop off fee then charged my credit card twice for $ 10.95 don’t know what for. I had 1200 points but they didn’t apply them and I don’t know how many points I will get for this rental. But good customer service but always put big hold for deposit. Would recommend this company but always know what you will be charged. Overall good service and would recommend Enterprise for your next rental.

Pick up in Alhambra was a bit wild with a long wait as cars were not clean and ready. Staff seemed streesed but they were professional and trying their best to accommodate the crowd waiting. Drop off at San Diego airport was a breeze and Isaiah was especially helpful in resolving an issue for me!

I had a reservation with Hertz Then After getting off the airplane thinking I would have to have no stress about my trip reserved a car from them come to find out they wouldn’t take my chime card or chime credit card. I reached out to enterprise and I reserved it just like maybe an hour prior getting in there they took care of me. I had a car for my trip it was so decently priced I’ll never use another company again except them. How do you feel getting stuck in LA Los Angeles without knowing nobody and having no way to get any we’re with a 12 yr old. Lady at hertz just saying hey no way I can accept your payment with your card that they just took to reserve it. Get an Uber crazy huh. Thank you enterprise

I rented a vehicle at an LA location and drive up to Sacramento. On the way, the car flashed some maintenance lights. The next morning, Malik at the Enterprise at the Arden-Arcade location replaced my vehicle without any hesitation or questions asked. I was on my way within minutes. Upon returning the vehicle, there was a mix-up with the gas refill, but Brianna at the Alhambra location understood the situation, and fixed everything to my satisfaction. Ive been renting at Enterprise for the better part of a decade when I want to take long trips and dont want to take my modified/lowered car. Or when taking my car just isnt practical. Im not usually one to write reviews, but my most recent experience has been one of the best ive ever had as a customer at any business, anywhere. (This is for the Alhambra, CA location) I needed an SUV for my most recent camping trip and it turns out I needed a last minute upgrade to a 4WD vehicle due to poor planning on my part. My Enterprise Agent Brianna and the manager on duty at the time (I forgot your name, sorry) helped me get up and on my way quickly, without a hitch, and without making me feel like a burden. I also noticed that there was a price difference between my reservation and the current day-of pricing on the same vehicle class. I was reluctant to even bring it up, but I did, and they price matched me no questions asked. My return agent Charlie C. was also equally as helpful, he hooked me up and got me out of there quickly even though I was a little late for my return. My whole experience at the Alhambra location was so seamless, as usual, that I had to take some time out of my day to write a review. Your employees are always warm and helpful even during the times when the lobby is jam packed and the customers are being rude and obnoxious (come on people, do better). Your Alhambra location has single-handedly made me a customer for life and I would never think about renting from any other auto-rental company.

I rented a mini van for a trip to Knotts Berry Farm. The van was great very comfortable for myself and my passengers we had a great time. No issues at all with the van. The service was great the staff is polite and helpful. Jeremy was the person who assisted me when I returned the van he is professional and very nice. He made my return very easy. You can also leave the car at night for convenience they will call you in the morning to finish up the process. I will be renting again soon. Thank you for your help.

Im always so nervous to rent cars but my car is getting pretty old so if Im driving out of town Im renting a car. Ive rented from enterprise multiple times, this location Ive been to twice. Im always braced for something unpleasant to happen but it never does. The process is always pretty quick and straightforward. The staff are really helpful and competent. The last car I got was a Chevy Malibu and I thought it was going to be a gas guzzler but it wasnt. It was a nice ride. San Francisco to LA on one tank of gas. Car was clean. Returned without a hitch. Ill absolutely rent from here again and I recommend it.

I would have given 5 stars but the entire first half of rental experience was trash. I originally wanted a Maserati. They reserved it for me online only to get a phone call the day before saying they only could provide low end luxury... I was offered a seven series BMW i agreed. I received a phone call a few minutes later saying they couldnt get the beamer. So then I agreed to a infinity SUV. My plane was delayed so I arrived at enterprise in alahambra california late. when I got to the desk the guy working the desk mike checked me in saying I was late and he had given up the car that was on hold, I dont even know if it was the 3rd car that was actually offered to me. I was already aggregated and took his tone in YOUR LATE to be alittle pushy and responded back yea so Im late Being a frequent customer to enterprise I felt like he was not being accommodating more trying to put blame. I was quickly asked for proof of insurance even though I told them I was buying Theirs. Mike then hit the yard only to realize he had no more LOW END LUXURY vehicles. He was then saved by a returned Mercedes gle 300 that had just pulled in. I was quickly tossed to the sales rep outside that shows you the insurance and goes over the car. I dont remember his name. He did give me a business card and I lost it and Im aggravated about that because his service quickly changed this experience... He was what customer service is all about. When i returned the vehicle he remembered why I was there and ask me how was the car show and my time in California. I never did inform enterprise or mike that I was going to be late. I didnt receive a phone call from them asking if I was still coming this is why I thought I was good as far as my reservation.

This is honestly the best car rental experience and location. Always have a fleet of cars, when coming in without an appointment. The employees (Garrett and Wendy) make an effort to provide a top of the line car for a deal, that fits your needs. I generally try to avoid rentals, but they make the experience extremely positive. I rent at least 2-3 times a month for business, cars are rarely ever ready, you have to wait for them to be cleaned and Im not sure theyre getting checked properly (several cars have had the check engine or tire lights turn on while Im driving). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, with the exception of the manager, Mike. Mike is not customer service oriented, has an attitude and makes excuses instead of owning up to the issues they have. I dread having to deal with him when I walk in, im sure he feels the same way because he always has a sour look on his face. The place made several call attempts and left messages prior to my reservation to confirm, which was nice. When u arrived there were many folks standing randomly outside waiting. They indicated they were just waiting so I stepped right up to the counter setup outside, which was nice. The person quickly found my reservation, and did the contract really quickly but says the vehicle needs to be cleaned and sanitized. This took a little over an hour (now I understand why everyone was just waiting). After that the car is done and we did the walkthrough and finally we got the car. I had a wonderful experience renting/picking my rental car at this location. The secret is to have some patience. The first person whom helped me was a friendly young woman. The days and hours of operation, as well as the helpful staff at this location, make this my car rental choice whenever I am in need of one. If a class of car that I have reserved is no longer available, I have always been offered a free upgrade to the next class. However, I do not blame the staff because I am sure the pressure is coming from management or corporate. And also he told me Saturday that I can rent Toyota Corolla for $35 a day. This time it was young guy and I told him that I need to rent the cheapest car which I know is 35 a day. Alhambra Enterprise was fantastic! They didn’t have a mini van they were happy to offer me so they offered me a 15 passenger van for just a tad more. It was perfect for the trip to Vegas giving everyone, 7 of us, a lot more space! They dont always offer to do this though, and you will almost always need to wait quite a bit to pick up, and also to return, so you need to bargain hard.Ive also reserved a car 2 days in advance only to find out as I was about to pick it up that it wasnt available. I rent from Enterprise now and then. This experience was not a good one. I made a reservation for 8:30 am. I got to the Alhambra location at 8:20 am. I didnt actually get into the car until 9:30. There were so many people there were no seats and no room in the office by 9 am. As I was driving on the freeway a piece of rubber came off the window seal and began smacking into the window on the drivers side and scared me. I tried to put it back into place but it wouldnt stay. I dropped the car off the same day. I got a call on the Monday after to ask about customer service. When I explained what happened I got a 10% discount, which was great. The issue I have is that Enterprise tells its staff that theyve failed unless they get all 5s across the board so the staff tells the customers this and it makes the customers feel pressure to give them an excellent rating even if the experience was not excellent. Overall Ill continue to rent from Enterprise because theres no one else in my area to use, but Ill definitely plan on at least an hour before I need my car in the future.

Based on my experience at another enterprise in a different location (where the customer service was fantastic ) I was expecting the same level of satisfaction; unfortunately I was not satisfied. The car I rented out from enterprise, had its check engine light turn on, on the way home from enterprise. By the time I got home, it was too late to make it back in time, and was advised to take it to the nearest enterprise early next day. I come to this location, call ahead of time to let them know of my situation, and did not receive any help. I walked in, waited for over 20 minutes before I was helped. I had rented out a small 4 door sedan, and was offered a big pick up truck. I expressed that I wasnt comfortable driving a pick up truck, and the guy said Ill speak to my manager. In front of me, he tells her She doesnt want the truck, and all she did was shrug. He comes back to me and says that the truck was the only car available. I was forced to drive to work with a car whose check engine light was on, and was forced to go out of my way once more, to find another enterprise location, in hopes that they could help. Their customer service was a huge let down.

We reserved the rental car about a month in advance to make sure we had no issues upon picking up the car. When enterprise gave us the car, the gas tank was on empty and the car was not cleaned from the inside or out. We were planning on picking up the car at 5pm and heading out on our road trip right after. They informed us over the phone when we reserved the car that it would not take longer than 15 min. Since the car was not cleaned we had to wait for them to wash and vacuum the car. Instead of filling up the car prior to our pick up time, we were handed the car on an empty tank. We had to get gas before heading out on our road trip which was not convenient at all. It would of been nice to have a car with a full tank of gas and cleaned out for us prior to our pickup time, but thats unfortunate. We did not get any type of compensation for this inconvenience. When I picked up the rental car, the standard size I reserved wasnt available so I was given an option to upgrade for an additional $5/day. I thought this was odd since Ive never been charged an additional fee for an upgrade when my reservation wasnt available for past car rentals at Enterprise or any other rental agency. I accepted the fee since I was on a schedule but when I drove off the lot, the interior of the mini SUV was dirty with non-vacuumed carpets, dusty dashboard, a white stain in the backseat, and sunflower seed shells in the cup holder. The sales attendee inspected the car before I got in it so Im not sure how she didnt notice how nasty it was. My sister and I were so grossed out that she cleaned the car before heading out on our trip. I immediately called the location to complain (which was recorded) but wasnt able to write a formal complaint using the Enterprise website.Upon returning the car, I complained about the fee and dirty interior and was immediately refunded and discounted for my trouble, which was appreciated.The pick-up service was fine but a little overbearing for an experienced renter. The location is busy with constant returns and pick-ups but sales attendees should probably pay more attention to the condition of the car before handing over the keys. Not sure if Id rent from this location or Enterprise again.

Car was not properly cleaned when I picked it up. Actually surprised at Enterprise to allow this to happen. There was nasty GPS suction cup mark on the inside where people had maybe used saliva or whatever to mount a GPS and phone holder. Bug juice was caked on the windshield. I called to confirm the car was available. They said it was and they set the reservation. Because I know how terrible this place is I again set another reservation online. I waited about 10 min then someone else came to start the rental. I asked what car and they confirmed it was the car I rented. No apology or anything. They begin to wash the car at that moment. Not sure why. When I got it it was on empty. Upon return I mention that. The rep said they would talk to their boss about compensation. Later someone else comes out to ask me to start from the top to explain why I wanted compensation. I just left without saying or asking a thing. I hate that place. I didn’t even explain all of it because it’s just a waste of energy for a terrible branch. Just sad and terrible. I try not to rent from enterprise because of experiences like this. I arrived to pick up my vehicle and my vehicle wasn’t even there it was at another location 15 minutes away. After they give me the vehicle the vehicle it smelled like cigarettes smoke. I tell the agent and he tells me I’ll take care of you When you return the vehicle at the moment you need to take this car because we don’t have anymore. I was like OK I guess when I return the vehicle he only discounted $20 wow oh on top of that they give me the car with no gasoline. Bad bad bad

Employees are great and always helpful, they really care about helping customers and are always active.Update: Ive had issues with Hertz as of late, as they decided to make their big SUVs 7 seaters (Suburbans, Expedition Max, Yukon XL), and their Medium sized SUVs 8 passengers (Yukon, Tahoe, Armada)...if you know about cargo and all that, it makes no sense. I constantly need an 8 passenger SUV and have had many headaches with Hertz. So this really big trip I needed a big SUV and Enterprise said on their site they had an 8 Passenger Premium SUV and I confirmed with their employees. The day before my pick-up, the manager called me to confirm that I needed an 8 passenger car and that they would have it for me. The relief I felt after that was amazing. This is going to be my go to spot for rentals from now on. The staff is always friendly, even when dealing with customers who dont understand car sizes and think an SUV falls under compact/economy vehicle, quick to fix or accommodate any problems and I highly recommend them.

I made a reservation for a car at the Main Street location in Alhambra, Ca. When I arrived, I had no car. I waited for more than an 45 minutes, before I was shuttled to another location on Valley Blvd., in Alhambra, Ca for another car. There I received a rental car which was not clean. A dirty sock and other items were left in the car. After I returned the car, I realized that I left an item in the car. I called and spoke to an associate, who said that the car was rented to someone who did not speak English very well. They said that they had a hard time renting to the person because of the language barrier. More than a week went by without receiving my item or a follow-up call. I had to hound the Enterprise Rental car office. After numerous attempts to ask for a supervisor, I never got to speak with one. The person who rented the car, which contained my important item gave a false address. The person was in OXNARD, not Monterey Park. Enterprise put the onus upon me to get the item from the car renter. I now have to drive more than an hour to pick up my item from the person who rented the car! They kept telling me that was all they could do for me. I think their customer service stops short of excellent. I have been a customer of Enterprise Rent-A-Car for more than 20 years. They have been my go-to place for renting a car, if I need one. They are also the first company which I refer to my friends and family for car rentals. I am having second thoughts now.

I had reserved a car on June 11, 2016 for a 9:00am pickup. I got there at 9:00am and see six people waiting outside the door. I walk inside the office and I see more than 10 people inside waiting. There are only two agents at the counter helping customers. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I try to get the attention of one of the agents to check if there is a number or waiting list to get service and then he writes my name down. Another 30 minutes pass before my name is called. This is just to process my checkin. I still have to wait for another agent to get the car. This is insane. As I watch the other agents outside processing the cars in disbelief, shock, and finally disgust. These agents would take about 10 to 20 minutes with each customer to give them their cars. One agent took 35 minutes with just one customer as they went from one car to another to another. Totally disgusting! I finally get my car but I have to wait again as the car has not been cleaned inside. Well, I finally made it out of there at 10:38am.You guys should have a better process in place to help your customers and not subject them to this kind of of torture. I have been renting cars for over 25 years and this has been my worst experience. Maybe you should have self checkin kiosks, portable checkout units, or just better oversight on your employees. It is great that you had lots of customers that day, but you will not keep them as returning customers if this keeps happening.

The good employees balance out the bad at the Alhambra location. One continuing issue has been that the Enterprise Plus discount wouldnt be applied correctly at the end, especially with multi-day rentals. Even when I show employees a screenshot of the original reservation details, most of them brush it off. The error might not be a lot for shorter rental periods, but its a mistake and it should be fixed. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wonder how many customers dont catch it. Collectively, it could be quite a bit of savings that customers lost out on.

I got there 15 min before they opened bc we were on a tight road schedule... first they didn’t have the van type I rented so we had to drive to the other enterprise to find one that matched our needs. Once they found it they barely washed it from the outside and gave it to us filthy from the inside and still wet outside. I had to come home to dry it, and clean the inside gunk that was left on the interior and carpets... it took me two hours to finally be able to pack up the van and get on the road!!! My wife was furious and it ruined the first day of our trip! It is beyond me why customers reserve vehicles, when you go to pick them up they take over an hour to help you and get you out the door. This is particularly upsetting when you are renting on a Saturday and wanting to return the same day and they are only open until 1:00 pm. I asked the inside staff is the vehicle ready, if so why is it taking so long to complete this process? Response from each staff we have a list, what the heck does that tell you, fine if there is a list but you need to be expedient, this is rediculous. I explained to them that they need to revisit their customer service and the Assistant Manager stated we are customer service oriented and we take our time with each customer, I responded expedient service is also considered customer service, to which he had no response. I told him I was in a hurry since I only had a few hours left and yet he still he took his own sweet time and tried to upsell me on insurance even when I told him no 3 times, this of course took more time! Then instead of having a vehicle moved which was blocking the vehicle I was renting he had me wait again for another staff to move the vehicle. Then to top it off, there were emptied water bottle all around the vehicle which I was stepping on in order to do the walk around and his response was the guys take their breaks here, then he opens the truck and of course more bottles which of course he repeats the same response. The final disappointment was of course very little gas in the tank so I now needed to take the time to get gas and lastly the inside of the utility vehicle smelled like pot..............guess the guys take their breaks in there too! Not at all happy with Enterprises customer service and the fact that they do not respect their customers time and NEVER SAID I am so sorry this process is taking too long I will do my best to get you along quickly. I think you need to revamp your process and retrain your staff.

Car and pick up hours late, no after business hours car return, friendly but bad rental consulting.The indeed friendly staff failed to give me the important information that this particular office does not support after business hours drop of. Even though I talked about my travel and flight plans in context of the rental, staff did not mind to tell me my plan to be impossible with this particular office. - most enterprise offices support after business hour drop of.This caused serious trouble for me, in being entirely unable to return the car. - I had to find a friend doing it for me.Enterprise has no call centre operating outside business hours and so would not help at all. The phone system will simply try to put you through to the then closed branch. This made me feel pretty much left alone with a useless phone automat. Very frustrating.But thats not all: This particular office confirmed my car reservation on the internet in the morning, wasnt able to provide a car until 1800h. Still theyll bill for the whole weekend day where return is only possible until noon or on in the morning hours. If I knew about that I would just had cancelled the trip.Staff was unapologetic with my friend on car return. In short: The Good service others reported ended for me after I signed the contract.I strongly recommend to avoid this office.Edit: they even refused to give my friend a final receipt or bill upon return.

When I arrive there on at 1005 am, They only had a dirty car that had not been cleaned out that was full size. I asked if there was other options, but the gentleman said he have to charge me extra if i wanted to something else. I settle with the current car offered and he asked me what insurance I wanted to use. I said I wanted to use just liability. He tried to convince apply for full coverage and I politely declined. Ive been renti g from this location for quite a few years now and unfortunately i have to give it 2 stars based on my current rental situation. I recommend recording the interaction you have with the associate handling your contract for the fact that they will tell you one thing and then be told something different by another associate or the branch manager. The associate handling my contract charged my card a specific amount upon signing and agreeing to the contract but 2 days into my rental contract my bank was charged an additional fee. This is not the first time i have had problems with this location as far as ALL associates following policy and being on the same page because in the end its the client who who is held responsible for the associates misinformation given to us.

This is the second time that i used this location of Enterprise on Main street, both times not by choice. both times i experienced subpar service. I originally made a reservation at the Valley location. right before i was due to pick up the van, i checked google map and found out that the location was closed. I called the phone number and was routed to the Main street location. I wasnt notified by Enterprise about the change of pick up location. when i got there, they were not able to find my reservation, took 20 minutes to find it in the system. took another 30 minutes to find me a van and washed it. Due to COVID situation, everyone was waiting outside, there was a tiny tent that already covered 3 people, everyone else standing in the heat. I would hesitate in the future to use this location again. Poor customer service. More importantly, no one seems to know what they were doing.

I got my reservation in advance. The car blew 2 tires, called their road assistance...they had me in another car within an hour or less, I dont remember. I got an instant upgrade because you get what they have.I didnt purchase extra insurance, its extremely expensive, although its a great insurance, its expensive. I cant see myself paying double....if kept for a month my bill qmwould have been over $1,000 just for insurance. Sorry its way to much. I usually shy away from it, unless its a couple of days.

I had a breakdown in The desert outside Phoenix. It was 112 degrees. We had to wait almost 2 1/2 to get back on the road. They took me back to the airport and I waited 1 1/2 hour to get a replacement.We could they just brought another vehicle with the tow truck and let us be in our way. Im really disappointed. With Enterprise car rental company.My brand new car was hit by my neighbor. And i am using their at fault car insurance. State farm. So i needed to get a car rental from Enterprise rent a car. While my car is at the body shop being repaired. And Enterprise charge me for a $150 deposit for renting their car. Even thought the state farm insurance approved for my car rental. While my car is in the shop. Even thought the car accident was not my fault. As i was not driving my brand new car. My car was park in front of my apartment but the neighbor hit my brand new car due to their neighlegency. Not using appropriately their hand break. So i believe Enterprise should had waive the $150. Great service, Nick was spot on with my pick up from my mechanic and johnny on the spot with the drop off back to my mechanic. Nissan Sentra was in great working order and clean.I will definitely be back to rent again.
