What a wonderful experience! I must highlight Henry and Kelsie. I got in a bad accident before new years and had to rent a car the same day I got in an accident. I was still in shock from the accident, and was frantically trying to find an enterprise that had an economy car available. None did, except this location. It was 10 minutes to closing and Henry waited passed closing for me to arrive so that I could get the car. He didn’t have to do that, but he did and I hope many good things come his way!Kelsie helped me close my agreement out after I dropped the car off and she was unbelievably kind to me. She genuinely asked me how I was doing and checked in. She made the process great and ensured I only got charged for the days I had my car. Thank you so much Kelsie !

Pretty good experience considering pandemic conditions, I was scheduled to pick up at Glendora location but was called the morning of my reservation and told my vehicle was available in covina, I arrived at 11:30am for a 12 noon pick up. Busy location, 35 minute wait outside, Received a nice Mazda SUV as an upgrade. Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. They explained everything thoroughly and got me on my way quickly. I am always pleased with the quality and value of Enterprise Rentals.

Let me start off by saying the enterprise team in Covina on Azusa Ave were the best people I had the pleasure to work with in getting a rental on the same day within the budget I was hoping for. Charline, Henry, and Jackson were amazing. This place was the 3rd place I had tried to get a rental and they came through. Do not go anywhere else, they treat everyone like family and will have you in and out and on your vacation or whatever it is you need, in no time at all.

The car rental process was fast and efficient. I booked online and was out of there with the car within 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. When I returned the car I was given a ride home since I am within 3 miles of the location. I will be using enterprise for my next trip again soon!

The people here are super friendly and let me begin to say that when you call them to need something ASAP they get it done. We needed a rental because someone crashed into my husbands vehicle and it was in the body shop. The next day we had to get another rental because the tired seemed to be leaking air. We called them up and I was on a busy schedule as always because my daughter needed to be at Taekwondo in less than 10 minutes. When I arrived the girl was ready for me and in less than 5 minutes I was out with a different rental. I like that they consider your the fact that you have a life and take care of you in a fast, professional and timely manner. Honestly, there is nothing bad I can say about this place. The staff us super friendly and welcoming!

Always a positive rental. Never had a issue with the personal or car. Jackson and Anthony very professional and helpful and went well and above. However not a fan of the Nissan versa. Drove great. Radio volume button doesnt respond well. Volume located on steering wheel better option. Gas gauge reads how far you can travel with the amount of gas in the tank. But once you reach 34 miles it zeroes out leaving you to guess if youre run out of gas. Gas mileage wasnt that great.

I would give zero. But that isn’t possible. The woman who works there is incompetent and has zero customer service experience. She gave the vehicle we reserved away.1) she didn’t call another enterprise which is around the corner. To check to see if a vehicle is available for us. She said i could do that.2) she seemed very overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting to be checked out.3) she couldn’t offer a shuttle to the next location due to her being overwhelmed.4) passing over a customer due to lack of time management.

This branch has very terrible customer service skills, I had accident and brought the vehicle to Caliber Collision body shop to fix, and my attorney gave me the location was at Citrus branch, but later someone pick me up and i didnt realized was different location, they gave me 2 cars to pick cheap and pricey, but i picked the cheap one because of insurance pays.And few hours later I tried to asked them if i able to upgrade the benz and pay the difference, and they said no stock available until next week, then I asked them am I able to try another branches? they said ok. I called Citrus branch and other west covina branches, when they heard me just picked up the car and started the contract and look like I am the alien because at that time I have not finish my talking and they transferred me out right away and finally transferred back to Azusa, this girl was very rude also, I am just asking her why those people are like that and she really wants to hung up on me. Unprofessional!! no patient!!! Even manager never mentioned about how their staffs treating customers….!!!!!!

Everything from the check-in to the sanitation of the vehicle was handled professionally, quickly and with class. All of the staff seem to communicate well with each other and the whole place comes across as a well oiled machine.As for my vehicle, it was in absolutely pristine condition. I took advantage of the weekly rate which is definitely better than the daily. Also, one of the employees mentioned that I might want to sign up for their Enterprise Plus program (its free to join and you get 5% off your rentals. It ended up saving me $50 over the course of my rental (not a huge amount but hey its beer money).On a final note, I love that they accept debit cards. I dont do credit cards anymore so I was psyched that they let me use my debit.All in all, just a GREAT experience and I would recommend them without any hesitation.

The girl working front desk today was extremely unprofessional and lacked customer service skills. I believe I spoke to “Kimberly Sermeno” and she was eating and chewing her food while “assisting” us. The smell of her bowl that was next to her keyboard saturated the entire room so it was pretty hard to concentrate. Her attempt of “assisting” was her way of being rude and providing zero help. At first she said we weren’t in the system, nor did she care to do proper due diligence. I had to repeatedly insist that our insurance set the appointment at that location. Then, when she finally found our info, she had mentioned, “we don’t have any cars. You have to go somewhere else.” I will call my insurance company and let them know that this location does not want to work accordingly.

Horrible selection of cars made a reservation and was put in a tiny Mazda miata that was dirty inside and out the guy was nice and said let me wash it for you and just sprayed water on it and said good to go. I return later for another car this time decent car still dirty inside and out? thought cars were sanitized and cleaned? So I return for my third car and again dirty but I expect that at this point no sanitation or anything I ended spending around 1300$ for dirty cars and to top everything off I was charged for a gallon of gas that suddenly was short when I returned why didnt he say anything instead of just a hidden charge? was my 1300$ not enough? bad service would never return to this location.

Enterprise provided the car requested from my reservation online. The car smelled like smoke when I picked up the car and due to this they gave me a discount no questions asked. I had a problem dropping the car off in time and they directed me to drop it off at a location that offered key drop off. Overall the car worked great, service was fast, and everyone was nice and understanding. I usually rent from Enterprise because of the reliable price, consistent service, and sometimes free car upgrades.

Please do NOT USE THIS LOCATION AT ALL the supposed @manager’ has the attitude worse than a teenager. My reservation was trough my insurance, they compromise to pick me up and when I dropped my car at tge body shop they informed I can walk or wait 30 min when I had reservations for almost a week . I walk my car wasn’t ready she never apologized!!! Like I said she Inter she gave me the attitude worse than teenager I didn’t not she was the manager. I called customer service to make a complain in that moment and she wash another car in really a hurry and bad attitude like I knew that car will be not safe to use for the COVI regulations I will gave to stop for a really wash car. When she already asked again for my driver license snd cc she started again gave that attitude totally disrespectful when I asked if someone else can help me please cuz I was already in a hurry, she has the worse way to say she was the manager and gave the power do not give me the car after all. I have never ever been so humiliated in my life and tread the way she treat me in my entire life . Car pick-up process was done according to CDCGuidelines and was very thorough. The Infiniti QX80 we rented was very clean and almost new. Our trip throughout was very comfortable and felt very safe and, needless to say, we enjoyed this rare out of town road trip. Car drop off was done in 2 minutes with no hustle whatsoever. Rented a Ford Expedition for a weekend trip. The car was clean inside and fairly clear outside as well. The truck had plenty of leg room for 6 adults and a child.Mindy at the location was pleasant and efficient. The only reason for the 4 stars was red mud on the roof from a prior rental. We gave it a good wash and we were good for the weekend.Returning was painless as well, about 5 to 10 minutes and I was done. Ive rented from them several times and if there were any issues they were resolved to my satisfaction.

I highly recommend them; I have rented a car last weekend. The waiting time is short, the stuff is very professional and efficient, branch manager Anthony even hired a lift car to ride me home. I am super satisfied with them.We moved to Azusa after we brought a home in 2011. Since then our experiences of car rentings been disappointing compared to services we received in Pasadena. It was very convenient as they picked up my wife in the beginning from the repair shop, and we were able to leave the car at the skip when done. This simple effort made a huge difference because I didnt have to miss work. The car was clean, and more importantly they worked directly with the insurance for payment versus me paying and them getting reimbursed. The whole process was designed for our convenience.

I was some what satisfied. I was quoted one price over the internet and was charged a much high price when I returned the van. I was not ok with this. While waiting for my van. I heard that the van might be on recall. That was upsetting seeing that I would be caring my grandchildren in this vehicle. I made my reservation a month in advance. I had asked for the least expensive rental being that my car was going to be in the body shop and I didnt want to spend a lot on a rental. The car I reserved was not ready when I arrived, Enterprise gave me a nicer car at the cheaper rate. The guys at this store are always professional and very nice.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had a horrible experience from starting my reservation to end. I called to start the reservation that was given via my insurance. Issues already started they promised they would pick me up from home and never did. I had to call back an hour later after the guaranteed pick up time. They had no idea what I was talking about. They kept me on hold as they were trying to figure out there mistake they made then stated they could not pick me up. They then stated that they could drop of the vehicle at my home which they did. Mind you the vehicle was dirty. Upon returning the call I contacted the manager Evan on Friday to see if they could provide me with a ride home I live 10 minutes from the office he said he could provide me a ride home and come earlier in the day. I arrived at 11:00am and he acted like he had no idea. Then stated he couldn’t give me a ride I could call a ride share place. No apologies or anything for the inconvenience they caused. I would not recommend renting from this location horrible customer service.

I have been renting from Enterprise since 2002 never had the opportunity to do the rate and review. Most of time I have not had any problems or issues and would have rate the the five stars, but the past few times I have not been happy with Enterprise this past weekend I rented a car and felt so so so pressured to get the insurance coverage they offer, it really upset me. Another thing I have noticed they are doing is I make a reservation usually I try for at least a week in advance and when I go pick up the car I reserved they dont have it and I have to get something different of course more expensive and they dont take the loss I have to pay for it, I dont believe or think thats good customer service, but I need the car so I am stuck paying for the higher fee. If you dont have the car I reserved then give me what you have at the price I reserved.

**DO NOT RENT HERE**Regarding my rental was fine and the service was good. The issue was with me forgetting my wallet in the rental. I realized I forgot my wallet (ID, cards & $$) within 15 mins., called the office immediately & was told by the Enterprise agent that the car was no longer at the location. The car was already rented & he checked the car. This all gets gets done in less that 15 minutes! I find that difficult to believe!! I asked if the wallet was in the office & the agent said “no”. The Enterprise agent said he would call the new renter and call me with any word asap. I called the next day(at the end of the day) was told by Enterprise manager that the renter called them back to tell them that they didn’t see my wallet and that he checked the car again (3x now) once it was back at the office earlier that day...no wallet..sorry out of luck. So when I got a message the next day from an Enterprise agent that they “found” my wallet with ID and credit cards, I was relieved. Then I FINALLY got my wallet back, $88 lighter of course.

I havent gone to pick up the car, my reservation is for tomorrow morning. I spoke with Matt. He was very friendly and actually gave me a heads up of what tomorrow morning will be like. I really appreciate the comment. Knowing that I may have to wait a little longer than expected allowed me to contact my sister and let her know of a more proper time to expect me. So Matt, thank you.Ill update after I receive the car. So far, Im very happy with the last minute reservation change that Ive made. I almost went with Hertz just down the road from enterprise. I read a lot of the reviews and a big handful were very negative. Explaining that they had balding tires, terrible customer service, dirty interior and dirty exterior. Oh, not to mention that a good portion of there cars have shaky brakes and very shaky handling while on a freeway. Reading Enterprises reviews, Im very hopeful that Ill have a much better experience with them than I would with Hertz. And Matt allowed me to see that early on.UPDATE:Im extremely happy that I made last minute changes from Hertz to Enterprise. Like I said previously, upon confirming that my reservation would be available at the time of pick up, they gave me the heads up that they had A LOT of customers coming in to rent through them. Just to be safe, I arrived at the facility about 45 minutes early. They helped me as soon as I walked through the doors. Josh was the clerk who helped me out. He was very friendly, patient and helped get me out of there as quick as possible. He was very easy to talk to and very helpful with my first rental.Originally, they had a hyundai saved for me, but, he quickly turned around and told me that the vehicle they saved for me was defected. Let me say, I was very appreciative of him noticing that right away, after we had discussed my weekend plans with my nephew. He went back and grabbed two different keys and we walked back into the lot where he let me decide between a Volks Wagon Bug and a Volks Wagon Jetta. After making my decision, we checked the car for any damages and I was on my way within 20 minutes after signing in and grabbing the keys!There were some crumbs and some dirt around the car, but, Im not gonna fret to much about it. The car was in excellent condition. The car looked like it was kept together nicely. I felt very safe and secure in the car, especially after a stormy weekend! It was very fuel efficient as well!Oh, if youre wondering, I went with the Jetta. Such a fun car!Im looking forward to renting with this Enterprise again. My experience with the location was average but I was very displeased with calling to shop for rates and received a rate that was significantly lower than the rate I was charged upon pick up. I called to discuss and the gentleman just recited what I could see on my receipt (umm....I can read). Turns once I looked at my confirmation more closely, the rate I received from calling was less due to the number of days Id be renting. They had the dates correct but charged for 3 instead of 4. Im still not certain why there was s discrepancy. When I called back for rates again, the same thing so I feel their is a disconnect with their 2 departments on how they calculate the number of days which ultimately had me spend more than intended for a rental.

If I could I would give the 919 N. Azusa Covina location a five star review this is specifically towards Enterprise Holdings Inc. I made multiple reservations for a luxury vehicle reservation and due to the lack of inventory I was unfortunately not able to get what I had originally reserved. It was just frustrating after taking the time to make the reservation just to be put into a Chevrolet Malibu. It was not what I had expected and was just really let down. Staff at the Covina location are doing the best with the low inventory they have, its unfortunate.

So this is my experience, I originally rented a car in a different city which is where my car is being serviced at a body shop. At the time of the rental they only had 4 pick up trucks and a chrysler that smelled awful like cigarettes, I even witnessed when they tried to rent it to the person that came in after me and they immediately closed the door and refused. I would have taken it except I have kids there is no way anyone would drive their kids around in a car that smelled that bad. So being left with no choice I took a truck that I knew would not fit in my garage, they said I could exchange it after. Upon returning to my home town I went to the Monrovia location and they said they did not have any vehicles to accommodate my needs. The young lady there tried to help she even had me call another location where they too did not have any intermediate vehicles, the person on the line said let me take down your name and number and when we get one in we will give you a call. The young lady at the Monrovia location did the same she took my info and said they would call me. I decided to not give up and continue calling more offices near by. Then I finally reached Silvia, the main reason why I am writing about my experience. She basically said YES we have what you need however I can not discuss any details about what kind of vehicles nor can I hold any vehicle for you. We operate as a first come first serve, if we have something here and someone gets here before you we have to rent out the vehicle to them. So this is where I lose it. In other words she is telling me drive all the way over to my location like an idiot waste your time and gas and if youre lucky perhaps no one has taken the vehicle that you need. Does she not realize that I am a customer that already has a vehicle and all I want to do is exchange it, I am not a potential customer that might not potentially come in and by doing so they might have lost a new potential customer. How is it then when I called my insurance they said someone will pick you up from enterprise and they will accommodate to your needs with the vehicle that you want. I understand that there is a shortage of the vehicle type that I need but no one really is offering to help. For example we apologize for the inconvenience but let us help you find what you are looking for. I asked for a manager she gave me the contact number for headquarters which I called and the person there said, there is nothing we can do just simply call your nearest enterprise and let them know you want to come in for an exchange, he didnt even care at all he didnt listen. That sums up my bad experience with Enterprise.

Upon agreeing to the rental contract, I was told by Paoma the assistant manager, my total was $266 plus a $100 deposit which was returnable once the car was return in the order in which it was received. I agreed and signed and the contract and left to my vacation up the coast with my fiancé. I bring the car back in perfect condition, and the charges to my card were $366 and the deposit was not refunded. Paoma explained to me that I purchased an optional addition of insurance for the car which would be taken out of my deposit, WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. She never told me I was purchasing an optional addition of insurance. Now its a game of he said, she said and she was incredibly rude and stormed off after I confronted her about it. She said my fiancé said something else (he denies it) and she had all kinds of excuses, but the bottom line is, MY agreement with her as the renter who provided the credit card who was unaware of her charging me anymore than the original $266 was breached and she offered no solution. Now, the office isnt taken my calls and no one is referring me to higher level of management to discuss this discrepancy further. I will take this further as I feel very scammed and the management at this location obviously cannot accept that they charged me $100 more than agreed upon WITHOUT my approval.

I am very upset with the customer I received, first off if you are expected to make any sort of payment they should inform you beforehand, not while on the ride to pick up your rental. Second I dont very much appreciate being cussed at by one of their employees and then patronized for not wanting to talk about my employment. If they would have told me I would have had to put down a deposit when I first spoke with them all of this could have been avoided, but now theyve wasted their time and my own. I will not be utilizing their services, this was my first experience and this will be my last.

Was happy...not now...my insurance covered the car...was told it would cost me 12 dollars a day...2 for a larger car...10 for insurance...ten days later returned the car and instead of 120..they charged me 440 ...they didnt tell me about 30 dollars a day for regular insurance...I didnt need the extra insurance...should have gone to AVIS ..you know what u are paying...will never use enterprise again
