2024-03-11 20:57:32Would definitely recommend coming early as the wait can be long since it is a small office. However, Dustin and Tyler are very friendly and have upgraded me when there is availability!

2020-02-15 08:23:03I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car, on several occasions. The last my car was being fixed from an accdent, I got a nice pick up truck. They up graded me at no extra cost. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed driving the pick up truck as a change from my Toyota Prius. This close to my house so it was easy. Highly recommend

2023-08-28 17:34:47Customer service really IS alive!I recently rented a car from Enterprise, or to be more exact, my car repair shop rented it for me. I must say, my experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of service that exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. I expected “ordinary” but they went beyond.My car has been in the shop a whopping 35 days now. The first car they rented for me was meh … a Toyota Corolla. Not their fault, I’ve been a Toyota-gal my whole life! I left only 3 stars on their automated review to encourage the software to allow me to leave a suggestion that each car should be equipped with a phone mount that would fit. But all it did was taint their reputation. Not my intention! So sorry! But at least they got the suggestion that I’d wanted to submit, and I was pleasantly surprised that my rep Casey was informed almost instantly. (Holy cow, these guys are on their toes!)The second car was a Chevy Malibu, and so much better! But I think one of the things that made it better wasn’t just the car (you’ve come a long way, Malibu!) … it was the attitude and environment that made me feel like I was their only customer. Raymond picked me up and took me home each time, and I felt like I could call him by name. Casey even knew me when I called in with just my first name only. Let’s face it … we don’t always feel like we matter in today’s world of nonexistent customer service!The process was seamless and efficient. Casey made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle before I hit the road. The car was clean, inside and out, making for a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. It wasn’t a top-of-the-line car, yet it had all the coolest new features.But I gotta just circle back to their exceptional customer service. Throughout the rental period, they remained accessible and responsive, ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction, in a world of AI and bots and companies who don’t seem to care because they don’t even answer their d*mn phone, is rare and highly commendable.I’m generally not loyal to any particular brand because I don’t often find a brand that’s worth my loyalty. But I surprise myself as I say … Enterprise is the bomb!If youre looking for customer service in a world that seems separated and detached from itself … if you’re looking for transparent booking, top-notch AND FRIENDLY customer service that makes you feel like a real person, and a seamless process from start to finish, then look no further. This agency has truly set the bar for excellence. There are so many other corporations out there who have just become insanely greedy, literally at the expense of their reputation, who could take a page from Enterprise.

2022-07-25 23:59:16Great experience. We needed a last minute vehicle because my car was in the shop. Both Shannon and Sam were very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I got exactly what I was looking for and they made the process as easy as possible. It seemed they had quite a few rude customers that came in after we did and they handled the situations very well.

2021-07-08 21:03:03These guys are absolutely amazing. My car was rear ended and while it was in the shop, Enterprise made sure to take care of me. Although the insurance company cheaper out on the rental, the team at this Enterprise office made sure to call and get me upgraded to the same size vehicle I turned in.My first rental car was a bit rough, but I get it, people aren’t nice to these cars. I called and reported a few issues to Enterprise and they were quick to offer another car. My second vehicle was much better. The team at this location is super friendly, understanding and I was thrilled with the experience!

2023-01-24 22:34:39I arranged for a rental while my car was being repaired. From the first contact until I returned the rental the staff was amazing. Mattie scheduled the rental and picked me up at the repair facility. It was a top notch experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.
