I have used Enterprise Rent-A-Car, on several occasions. The last my car was being fixed from an accdent, I got a nice pick up truck. They up graded me at no extra cost. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed driving the pick up truck as a change from my Toyota Prius. This close to my house so it was easy. Highly recommend

Customer service really IS alive!I recently rented a car from Enterprise, or to be more exact, my car repair shop rented it for me. I must say, my experience was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, they demonstrated a level of service that exceeded my expectations and left me thoroughly impressed. I expected “ordinary” but they went beyond.My car has been in the shop a whopping 35 days now. The first car they rented for me was meh … a Toyota Corolla. Not their fault, I’ve been a Toyota-gal my whole life! I left only 3 stars on their automated review to encourage the software to allow me to leave a suggestion that each car should be equipped with a phone mount that would fit. But all it did was taint their reputation. Not my intention! So sorry! But at least they got the suggestion that I’d wanted to submit, and I was pleasantly surprised that my rep Casey was informed almost instantly. (Holy cow, these guys are on their toes!)The second car was a Chevy Malibu, and so much better! But I think one of the things that made it better wasn’t just the car (you’ve come a long way, Malibu!) … it was the attitude and environment that made me feel like I was their only customer. Raymond picked me up and took me home each time, and I felt like I could call him by name. Casey even knew me when I called in with just my first name only. Let’s face it … we don’t always feel like we matter in today’s world of nonexistent customer service!The process was seamless and efficient. Casey made sure I understood all the features of the vehicle before I hit the road. The car was clean, inside and out, making for a comfortable and enjoyable driving experience. It wasn’t a top-of-the-line car, yet it had all the coolest new features.But I gotta just circle back to their exceptional customer service. Throughout the rental period, they remained accessible and responsive, ready to assist with any questions or concerns I had. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction, in a world of AI and bots and companies who don’t seem to care because they don’t even answer their d*mn phone, is rare and highly commendable.I’m generally not loyal to any particular brand because I don’t often find a brand that’s worth my loyalty. But I surprise myself as I say … Enterprise is the bomb!If youre looking for customer service in a world that seems separated and detached from itself … if you’re looking for transparent booking, top-notch AND FRIENDLY customer service that makes you feel like a real person, and a seamless process from start to finish, then look no further. This agency has truly set the bar for excellence. There are so many other corporations out there who have just become insanely greedy, literally at the expense of their reputation, who could take a page from Enterprise.

Great experience. We needed a last minute vehicle because my car was in the shop. Both Shannon and Sam were very helpful, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I got exactly what I was looking for and they made the process as easy as possible. It seemed they had quite a few rude customers that came in after we did and they handled the situations very well.

These guys are absolutely amazing. My car was rear ended and while it was in the shop, Enterprise made sure to take care of me. Although the insurance company cheaper out on the rental, the team at this Enterprise office made sure to call and get me upgraded to the same size vehicle I turned in.My first rental car was a bit rough, but I get it, people aren’t nice to these cars. I called and reported a few issues to Enterprise and they were quick to offer another car. My second vehicle was much better. The team at this location is super friendly, understanding and I was thrilled with the experience!

Ive been to a few Enterprise locations and this one by far was the best one. I am not a fan of renting a car by any means. They were out of mid-size cars so they put me in a small SUV which was fine, Im not picky but I dont think it had been washed. Again, I didnt say anything to them because my car would only be in the shop for a couple of days. But they did call the next day to ask if was liking the car and when they checked me into my rental they let me know that at any time I could exchange the car for another one which I thought was great. No other enterprise has ever given me that option. All the reps where extremely nice, talkative, fast and efficient. They do get busy but because they have great and efficient customer service, I wasnt there for long and they even gave me a ride back to the collision repair shop to pick up my finished car. I would totally recommend this Enterprise.

Rented from Enterprises TF Green Airport location this past weekend in Warwick, RI and I had a great experience from start to finish. Check-in at the counter was a breeze and the gentleman assisting me was very helpful considering this was my first time. When I went upstairs to pick up the car, Brian showed me all the cars available at the time and explained the insurance options in detail, which eased my mind. It was a good pay-week so I was happy to upgrade and there was totally no pressure at all. Im so glad I did though as the luxury car served me much better on the trip (in terms of comfort and performance) than the car I initially booked, so that made the overall experience a lot better.

Monday morning at Enterprise is pretty busy with returns and pick ups, but they still got me out the door within 20-25 minutes or so. You just cant be in a rush, but they were hustling though. They didnt have my compact available so they upgraded me to the next available size: standard at the compact price. Super nice crew. Returned the car on Wednesday morning...empty so that only took 2 minutes, if that. Its nice that they email you all the paperwork now. Online reservation makes things so much easier. Just remember to log your rental car license plate on your TollRoads account - theres a $3.95 convenience fee thats tacked on each day. Found that out when I went to add the plate after the fact to pay for a toll (creature of habit). Stopped by early Monday morning a week later to ask a question, be prepared to wait a little...theyre pretty slammed, but theyre hustling!

Really great experience. The guys who helped me (Gavin and Steven) were super friendly and personable, got us into a vehicle that was more fitting for what we were looking for, and the service was excellent. It was really busy during the vehicle drop off time and these guys handled the overwhelming amount of people really well, was very impressed how efficient they were.

My son has his truck being serviced and he tried to rent a vehicle just as he did a matter of weeks ago and Enterprise refused to rent to him because he is 20 years old. My so showed them the rental contract from when he rented a truck from the same office but they still refused. I then tried to rent a vehicle from them so I could let my son use my car which shouldnt have been a problem, as I have rented several Mercedes, Cadillac, Audis, Lincolns, etc., without incidents, but they refused to rent to me as well. My son went to Hertz, they had no problem renting to my son and they were also nearly half the price of Enterprise. I will NEVER use Enterprise again under any circumstance, and if I could give them negative 5 stars, I would!

The car (Charger) they gave me had bad, screechy breaks. I drove two hours away on freeway and didnt notice because I wasnt breaking and didnt have window down. Then I got to my destination and noticed. It was awful! Others noticed too and it was embarrassing. When I returned it the Enterprise associate just said, Oh well. Well send it in now.Really? You gave me a car with bad breaks. They didnt offer anything. They just then asked me and the people around me to grade them 5 star and tops when and if the corporate office ever called. Enterprise corporate never called. There is definitely room for a good, competitive car rental in this area. Its barren of good car rentals.Contrary to how Enterprise advertises, I felt that they didnt go out of their way for me. I thought the manager was nice but the staff was not good. I didnt feel like they really cared, except for giving them a good grade. They should just be concerned with earning the grade, not asking for it.

Great service from this location. Ron and his staff work very hard behind the scenes to keep their customers happy.They drove to Santa Monica to pick up a van for me, where as other local offices just said they didnt have what I wanted.Ron also followed up with a non obtrusive text during the rental to see that I was happy with the rental.Id recommend this location and drove past two other closer ones just for the service.

I only keep coming here because Enterprise has a great rewards program, but this location is always lacking in cars. Today they gave my car away even though I was just 45 minutes after my rental time and I’m a rewards member and use this location all the time and never didn’t show up for a rental. In addition the cars aren’t cleaned properly. The people are always nice, but very disappointed with the selection, cleanliness and lack of customer service In terms of serving good recurrent customers

They always seem to come up with bogus charges. I have rented 4 cars from Enterprise each and every time something new pops up. I have never had a smooth transaction with this company. Unfortunately, I use them because of convenience and they are within walking distance of my body repair shop. The customer service is awfully poor, if a customer is upset they hang up on you. They dont deal with problems head on. The customer service has been the same for years and its awful. I had a friend employed by this company and he quit because he didnt like their business ethic, he felt they were criminals trying to snag a dollar anywhere they could. He got tired of taking advantage of people he claimed. This time it was 100$ refundable deposit just to rent the car. They said its because I went through insurance, but the 3 other times I used it, they didnt once put 100$ refundable charge on my card. The CSR claimed Weve always done it this way...Wait a minute, always? No this is first Ive heard of it. Normally Im responsible for damages, Im responsible for gas. If this has been a thing since inception why is it that I am hearing this the first time on my 4th visit? Simply awful customer service is your answer, swine.

Called me the day before to confirm my reservation and said they hope they will have my vehicle I booked a week prior. That was a tell tale sign....went to pick up and sure enough the type bbn of car I reserved was not availible. Had to take smaller vehicle. Returned the car a on day 7, one day later then I expected. Then they tried to bill me for two extra days because it was returned after noon. Always some sort of issue with Enterprise...I try to be a loyal customer, but they force me to look elsewhere.

I rent at Enterprise often and must say the customer service is impeccable at this site and the Fabricante site in Mission Viejo. I have never had a problem with any of the cars that were provided to me and often times I may need to hold the vehicle until the next business day. There has never been an issue. I commend all of you at Enterprise for your service. I understand you may come across some impatient customers, but you have always kept a positive demeanor. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to excellent service.

This is my third time using Enterprise and as usual it was a good experience. They were very courteous and helpful. When I arrived to pick up the car, the type of car I had requested was not currently available, so they upgraded my car. Needless to say, it was a very comfy and enjoyable trip to Las Vegas. They get ZERO stars from me! Mike first put me in a dirty truck (dead bugs all over the front) that had less than a quarter tank of gas, when the car stalled on me I thought I had ran out of gas. After returning the truck 2 minutes after getting it, he gave me another dirty car (crumbs all in the car) and this one had/has a funky smell. Then if that wasnt bad enough when I brought that car back Erica was extremely rude. She made a very rude statement to me which is why this review isnt enough I will be calling a manager. The pick up and drop of guys was the ONLY friendly person I encountered that one star is for him! This enterprise is TERRIBLE I would NOT recommend this location.

Rented a 15 person can and the manager was nice enough to bring out the Ford and Chevrolet versions so that I could decide which Id like to rent. The Ford Transit van was newer and had more room in it.Be aware that the salesmen will try to (and in my case successfully did) get you to take out all types of insurance on the vehcile. Just take your time and make sure you arent signing off on typed of insurance that you may not want.The rental as a whole was great but I wish our salesman was a bit less pushy about the add on insurance.

You can tell the people working here enjoy their job. Do not waste your time TRYING to rent from Hertz at SM Ford. No car was available at that location (even though I had a reservation). These guys picked me up within 15 minutes and had me on my way soon after. Heroes. Literally. I have drank the Enterprise Kool-aid and am a happy customer.

I come to this location because its close to home only problem so far is that I reserved a large pickup and got a small pickup not to mention the navigation dosent work. Call corporate nothing can be done because the closest location is 1 1/2 hours away thats just to get there from where Im staying. So if go to pick it up it will be 3 hour drive. REALLY NOTHING CAN BE DONE???I will definitely not rent from ever again I will go elsewhere

I’m visiting Orange County CA from Texas to see my dad who’s in hospital. I’m staying at my sister’s on Antonio Rd close to the Enterprise location RSM from whom I decided to rent a car. All aspects of their customers service has been exceptional - especially the follow up by the manager Garik. I’d use their services again and will recommend them to anyone visiting this area.

Called and was quoted $100 for a sedan for 2 days, thurs-friday. I told her that just a few weeks ago, I paid around $245 including the insurance add-on for 4 days for an SUV. She said rates are subject to change and that she searched and there isnt any other rental company with cheaper rates. Challenge accepted. Called Hertz and got an SUV for $65.

I had the vehicle till 4pm but since they closed at noon on Saturday and weren’t open on Sunday I got screwed and had to pay for the extra days, no drop box for keys so make sure if you are renting on Friday you know you are stuck with it on the weekend along with the charges. :(

The manager Tyler Harper runs a tight ship. Hes customer service impersonated! Will always use this Enterprise location from now on. My stepdaughter was in a car accident, to no fault of her own. The other party had State Farm Ins. pay for her car rental. The State Farm reps were lacking in training for their job, but thanks to Tyler walking them through the process over our cell phone twice, it worked out like a charm. Without Tyler and his team, State Farm, of all good ins. companies, would have turned this into a miserable experience.
