Thank you Allison and her team made it easy and had all the answers. Sometimes takes a minute to get through on the phone but remember theres a whole town using that little location as well. Enterprise also work with your insurance if youre vehicle is in the body shop. I dont know if youve called your car insured lately but it is NOT A QUICK PHONE CALL! Be patient this branch is here to help and really take there time with you. Downer you might want a new car haha 😄

I unexpectedly had to leave my car for an additional day for service. Dealer contacted Enterprise and they had one vehicle left, which I quickly reserved. Vehicle was outside and ready to go. Returned two days later when my car was done at the dealer. Great service at Enterprise Rent-A-Car!!

These people dont take cash (for fear of someone taking off with the car. They wont do 2 separate transactions with Credit Cards i.e. 1 for the refundable deposit and another for the actual rental. Will never do business with Enterprise again..... All I wanted to do was get home after being let go from employer and they didnt care about any of that.

I rent from the Placerville Enterprise office regularly for business trips. (Its been weekly since the beginning of January!) The team at the Placerville office is phenomenal! Even when they are swamped they are professional, and friendly. Ive watched them find good deals for clients while waiting my turn to be helped; they do care. They are fast, too. This past Wednesday morning I was at the door at 7:30 so I could get my reserved SUV and get on the road fast. I was on a very tight schedule so we jokingly timed the checkout length - I was in the car and on the road in 4 minutes. Cant beat that. I like being able to drop the car/keys off after hours and get an e-receipt first thing in the morning. I get a ride back to the office after dropping the car off during the day and enjoy my conversations with the drivers. Cant say enough about the high quality of staff and service at the Placerville Enterprise. Well done, guys!

By far the greatest most easiest and quickest experience I’ve ever had with a car rental and that was due to Glen the gentleman that helped me on Saturday. I was in and out in like 15 min and the customer service Glen gave was above and beyond the normal I have dealt with before with renting cars. I will go back to this Enterprise again because of such a great experience I had with Glen. Thank you again for helping me and for being patient with me. Your the best Glen.

Phenomenal customer service with rep., Brian. As my family and I were headed on a road trip to Lake Tahoe, our initial rental van engine was going out. Thankfully, Placerville Enterprise was just around the corner. Brian was able to switch out our van for another one that was big enough for the 6 of us and our luggage! We were out of there in 30 minutes! Thank you Placerville Enterprise for helping my family and I. We are off for one last summer vacation!

The worst experience I have ever had. Will never ever use again. The manager lied about how much I would be charged. I only needed a car for one day and was told that would be okay. I was charged for 2 days because they were closed on the weekends. Even though originally I was told I would not be. Come Monday morning I called the manager asking why I was charged so much. She totally contradicted everything she said told me she never said that she said this. Just seems so silly to not make it right with a valued customer. She obviously has no concern for the image of Enterprise or keeping a customer. Instead it seemed like she got a trill outta of me being upset like she really enjoyed it. Worst manager I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. One stars is still to much credit. I called back after a few minutes when I was not so upset and was trying to resolve this meet in the middle and after a few minutes she said she had customers and put me on hold for 30 minutes. I then hung up and called corporate and told them the situation. Then called the manager back and told her I didnt think I was getting anywhere with her and called corporate. She then got very angry and said if I called corporate that she is not talking to me. I told her to have a nice day. Will never ever use again manager should take lessons on customer service.

I had to fill The drivers rear tire with air every time I drove it😖🥺. Wouldnt have been a big deal had I felt better😔 but I taken a taxi from the hospital to the rental place.They knew it too. The Price$$$$ Has DOUBLED in the passed 4yrs . Can you sayPrice Gouging!The pandemic seems to have brought out the worst in some people💔

This place can get VERY busy, but the convenient location and friendly staff make it worth the little bit of extra time you may have to wait. They are busy for a reason... highly recommended, and their drop box makes it a very easy process to return rented vehicles also!

The pick up driver was 1 hour late and also was sitting in front of a different address inspire of the instructions I gave to the office. There was nobody in the office when I arrived, had to wait for 10 minutes before a rep took care of my car needs. I had a doctors appointment in Sacramento @ 1520, by the time I left the rental office, it was 1440. It takes at least an hour for me to travel to reach my destination. I arrived at my destination @ 1545 which is too late for my appointment. . I called the rental office and spoke with the same individual and I made him aware that I missed my appointment. I asked to speak to the manager and he said he will let him know. Today is Monday 04/01 and due to return the car and have not heard any call from the manager.

We had a reservation to pick up a car on Monday, Dec 27, 2021. Because of the giant snowstorm and trees down, we could not get out of our house to get there. We called and were in contact with Enterprise regarding the snowstorm and the situation. Enterprise went ahead and gave our RESERVED vehicle away! They are now making excuses instead of trying to make it right. So were trying a different company instead! We will not be giving out business to Enterprise again.

Shout out to the folks at enterprise car rental in Placerville. We had a bit of a hiccup with our confirmed reservation. However, they managed to solve the issue and I drove away feeling great. We have rented many vehicles over the years and what they did today to make it work cemented my loyalty to this business. Big thanks to all the staff.

I had a great experience with the Placerville branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The rental was covered under my AAA insurance. AAA contacted Enterprise. Enterprise quickly called my home # to arrange for the car. Enterprise did not try to high pressure me into purchasing more insurance coverage. Nor di they try to get me to rent a higher-priced car. The staff ((Mr. Lee) that checked in my car and finalized my transaction was very personable and helpful. Everything went like clockwork.

We rented a car on line from one Enterprise, but needed to pick up the car at an Enterprise closest to our house. The Enterprise closest to us helped us with all the details and were very friendly. When we saw the car they were going to rent to us my husband didnt like it. That was no problem they rented a different one to us. We had a very comfortable trip to Montana and back.

Its absolutely ridiculous that you not only cant go inside, but you force people to wear a mask outside. I was the only person there to pick up my car and I was still force to put on a mask, yet I was able to keep 6 feet of distance from anyone around me if there was anyone even there. It also took me 42 minutes to pick up my car and again I was the only one there. Bryan was absolutely rude and took his time to not help me. Horrible customer service.

I have just had the worst experience with Enterprise Rent a car in Placerville of any business experience my life.My Farmers insurance agent recommended Enterprise Rent a car of Placerville and I was contacted by Enterprise who told me they had a four wheel vehicle for me.(It’s the middle of winter and we just had a 18” snow fall that should have only been 3”) My wife and I were taken down to Enterprise by our daughter in law. When we arrived we were told that they in fact did not have a four wheel. (I believe it is called bait and switch) I said were leaving and I thanked them for their time and left.We were contacted the next day saying that they had a four wheel vehicle. We did not have a way to get a ride within the one hour window he gave me, so Enterprise Rent a car of Placerville said that they would pick us up for a THIRTY DOLLAR CHARGE. I had them pick us up and drive us down to the Enterprise Rent a car of Placerville. He presented us with a pickup truck which was very beaten up and filthy. It had obviously been used to haul concrete as there was still some in the truck. When I asked if I would be responsible for damage done to the truck bed the manager stood mute. I asked again and was told I would be responsible for damages I did. Looking at the truck it was clear that it had not been cleaned in sometime. I then told him it would take at least an hour or more to look over the vehicle as it is winter time and the under carriage could be damaged. He said that I had thirty seconds. I told him we didnt need the truck and could you just take us home. I was told no we dont have a way to take you home. We were standing next to the truck we had been driven there in. THIS GUY STRANDED AN OLD MAN AND HIS SEVENTY YEAR OLD WIFE IN PLACERVILLE IN WINTER AFTER HE LURED THEM INTO TOWN WITH THE PROMISE OF A VEHICLE.Enterprise on 583 Placerville drive has something wrong with them and you should deal with them. I am presently contacting any and everyone I can to make sure this guy doe not perpetrate this behavior on others.

We rent here ALL the time but we get SO frustrated because the advertisements say theyll pick you up, deliver the vehicle.We have to get a ride from friends or family members! LAST time I asked about it they told me for $40 each way they could get me a driver!!! So much for accurate advertising!Cars are ok tho.

I dont even want to give this place 1 star, they deserve NONE! Our car needed to be serviced at Thompsons Dodge and they contract through Enterprise for a rental. We were supposed to get a Dodge Ram but when we got there is was reserved for another customer...ok fine. All the other cars we requested we reserved also...again ok. We finally settled on a Dodge Journey. So far, were doing ok. Now keep in mind Thompsons is covering everything, we were told by Thompsons nothing out of pocket for us. The girl asks for a credit card for a $50 deposit hold, which we do not have. We do however have an ATM/credit card like every other household in America. The girl said that was fine but had to call our insurance company. The manager, Gio, comes in looks at our card. Now our card is a card through an online bank, has a legit checking acct. with routing number and everything. He takes one look and says, We cant take this, its prepaid. We explain that its not its a prepaid but a checking acct. He then proceeds to yell at us that it IS a prepaid card and he would not accept it! He said this repeatedly, very rudely basically insinuating we were trash because we had a prepaid, not a legit credit card. We took our things, went back to Thompsons who went out of their way to get us a car off their lot to drive. Goo, being a manager, was completely unprofessional and basically being a full on do@$#bag in front of our 6 year old even. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

What a rip off ! Renter beware they will add on charges to your rental they wont give you back your deposit and if you rent with a debit card they will take money out of your account and say its a part of the total ! I would cancel your debit card before taking car back to keep them from taking money from you ! Very poor customer service !!!

We have been with Enterprise for a number of years, and for the last 12 years, with the Placerville store. On this most recent rental of a Toyota 4-runner 4x4, we had a slow leak in the tire developed while on business in Cottonwood Az. The Enterprise store there helped us and got us to the right shop - Big O Tires. In less than an hour we were back on the road. It is the little things that count the most.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my life!My son, who is self-employed, has a corporate account and 10k credit limit with Enterprise, yet they refused to rent me a car under his account because my ex-husband, who also had a corp. account with them at one time, fraudulently rented three vehicles under my drivers license number so that he could drive without a license (he has two DUI convictions). What’s worse is the fact that, not only did the manager refuse to rent a vehicle to me, but she also claimed that I was responsible for the $900 balance on his account because (1) we were still married at the time the debt was incurred (how she had any clue as to when we were legally divorced, I have no idea) and (2) I provided accounting services to his now-defunct construction company (this was years ago and no, I was not an officer or signer on his corp. bank accounts). Never mind the fact that Enterprise failed to verify his info. with a physical drivers license or that this is a clear-cut case of identity theft, they’re going to get their $900, right or wrong!To add insult to injury, the manager and her employee were extremely unprofessional, offering absolutely nothing by way of an apology or explanation for what was clearly a big blunder on their part.My son intends to take his business elsewhere—he’s had it with Enterprise’s poor customer service and lack of experienced, professional employees.
